Good News: Opting OUT of Commiecare-Obamacare!

©2014 drkate

UPDATE.  Well too bad, it looks like this rule applies to those individuals who are selling insurance!   The second link here refers to other plans that are available as the law says you still have to have insurance…so in that regard you do NOT HAVE TO HAVE OBAMACARE.  Check out the links to other programs listed below.

Question for you English language buffs…what does this mean???  Key phrases underlined below.

h/t  typistjan

No individual, company, business, nonprofit entity, or health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage shall be required to participate in any Federal health insurance program created under this Act (or any amendments made by this Act), or in any Federal health insurance program expanded by this Act (or any such amendments), and there shall be no penalty or fine imposed upon any such issuer for choosing not to participate in such programs. 42 USC  § 18115

So here are some other ways to get insurance coverage when you opt out of Obamacare.

And your state can choose not to participate in Medicare expansion

Nonetheless, Obamacare funding steals money fromMedicare and the elderly in order to support its subsidies, and automatically signed up rich young kids like Rand Paul’s son for Medicaid.  This kind of fraud counts on people being uninformed and stupid enough to sign up for the “kill bill”

dentalplanIt looks like commiecare Obamacare is designed for the uniformed, the young obot supporters, and anyone else who follows blindly along the path of communism.  And once they get your bank account number, you are finished!

So then, what is Obamacare all about?  Simple: wealth transfer, enforced by the chief wealth transfer agent in the United States, the Internal Revenue Service.

WAKE UP AMERICA!

So while we are all distracted with Obamacare, poisoning of water supplies, wars and rumors of war, here comes this: h/t QL, carried over from last thread:

A very interesting RON PAUL site here.

Congress Defers to President On NSA Reform Congress’s decline from the Founders’ vision as “first among equals” in government to an echo chamber of the unitary executive, has been a slow but steady process. In the process we have seen a steady stream of unconstitutional wars and civil liberties abuses at home. Nowhere is this decline more evident than in the stark contrast between the Congressional response to intelligence agencies’ abuses during the post-Watergate era and its response to the far more serious NSA abuses uncovered in recent years.

In 1975, Senator Frank Church (D-ID) convened an historic select committee to investigate the US intelligence services for possible criminality in the wake of Watergate. Thanks in part to reporting by Seymour Hersch and others, abuses by the CIA, NSA, and FBI had come to light, including the monitoring of US peace activists.

The Church Committee played its proper Congressional role, checking the power of the executive branch as it had been spiraling out of control since the 1950s and the early CIA covert action programs. The Committee sought to protect US citizens against abuses by their government after those abuses had come to light through leaks of secret government documents.

The parallel to the present NSA scandals cannot be ignored. What is completely different, however, is that Congress is today acting as an advocate for the executive branch’s continuing abuses, and as an opponent to the civil liberties of US citizens. Not only has Congress – with a precious few exceptions – accepted the NSA’s mass spying program on American citizens, it has actually been encouraging the president to continue and expand the program!

Where once there was a Congressional committee to challenge and oppose the president’s abuse of power, today the president himself has been even allowed by a complacent Congress to hand pick his own NSA review commission!

Are we really expected to believe that a commission appointed by the president to look into the activities of the president’s intelligence services will come to anything more than a few superficial changes to give the impression of real reform?

One of the president’s commission recommendations is that the NSA cease holding our phone records and demand that the private phone companies retain those records instead – for the NSA to access as it wishes. This is supposed to be reform?

The president will make a speech this Friday to tell the rest of us which of the suggestions made by his own commission he will decide to implement. Congress has no problem with that. Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.) admitted last week that Congress has no intention of asserting itself in the process. “It’s my hope that [Obama will] do as much as he can through the executive process because the legislative process will be difficult, perilous and long.”

Senator Church famously said back in 1975:
In the need to develop a capacity to know what potential enemies are doing, the United States government has perfected a technological capability that enables us to monitor the messages that go through the air… We must know, at the same time, that capability at any time could be turned around on the American people, and no American would have any privacy left… There would be no place to hide…. I know the capacity that is there to make tyranny total in America, and we must see to it that this agency and all agencies that possess this technology operate within the law and under proper supervision so that we never cross over that abyss. That is the abyss from which there is no return.”
Have we reached that point? Let us hope not. Real reform begins with the repeal of the PATRIOT Act and of the 2001 Authorization for the use of military force. If we keep our eye on that goal and not allow ourselves to become distracted with the president’s phony commissions we might force Congress to listen.

The “law” still requires you to have some kind of health insurance, I believe, so check the link above as to various strategies. When they come to my door, I will tell them my insurance is GOD. 😛

Try the one the youth are getting. It’s something like HealthWiseLiberty. Liberty groups have group Ins.
➡ REALLY NOW. I’m seeing this ‘rule’ applies to “insurers” and their agents. OMG😳 How embarrassing. But the health law tax bill is contradictory at best.

“When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion — when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing — when you see money flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors — when you see that men get richer by graft and pull than by work, and your laws don’t protect you against them, but protect them against you — when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice — you may know that your society is doomed.” Ayn Rand

Well, Holder got to investigate Holder, a doner of obat’s gets to investigate the IRS, holder investigated gun running, FBI is investigating the FBI fiasco in Bengahzi, and I probably missed a few.
No one gets fired, they just get promoted.

It’s all a dog and pony show for us and those low information voters believe everything they are being told!

        • 8 zekemae January 13, 2014 at 2:16 pm

And the low information, celebrity lovers will shout at us for being crazy to question the gov. The scary thing, as I see it, is we are living in a world that is all illusion. We are not a rich nation or a powerful nation any more because we are governed by crooks.

          • 9 Tenacity January 14, 2014 at 2:39 pm

zekemae, I believe ‘crooks’ is way too nice. They* are murderous, thieving liars that perceive themselves as gods. They* are criminally insane and are destroying our families, our economy and all of YHWH’s creation on Earth. Whatever will remain when They* are done, save Yahushua’s return, will be enslaved to Them*. They* invented the war on drugs, the war on terror and environmentalism as a means to monopolize, subvert, murder and enslave all of humanity and our production. They* are transmuting our DNA, destroying our ability to think/resist and will take our souls if we let them. The great deception has been upon us for some time. They* leave us no choice.

          • 10 JayJay January 14, 2014 at 7:25 pm

Most of us like to condemn low-information voters—the stupid are picking our leaders. But, the real problem is the low-information leaders. They have so little experience of life— hands-on experiences— that they are incompetent.
We have leaders who saw the movie, but didn’t read the book.

Big question for our Congress Critters, why in the heck have they not informed us of the commiecare opt out?
In the beginning I filled out a form to opt out and never got a reply from Sebilibut, even though I didn’t expect one.

Everyone contact your congress people and ask what the heck is going on.

    • 14 heather January 13, 2014 at 7:29 am

I thought about doing the same but then thought NOPE once they have my name on anything I am toast. Yes I realize they have my information, but never provided by me. Never sign on that dotted line when it comes to this government now or in the future.

one minor tid-bit, the reason the Mayor of New York is going to ban the horse drawn carriages….drum roll…. the stables where the horses are stabled, is a building sitting with a view of the bay. The Mayor’s friend, developer wants to put a high rise on that property.

    • 19 heather January 13, 2014 at 7:34 am

Yes, that was outed the other day! Well now certain Hollywood actors are coming out against this and vow to take it all the way to the courts if this commie mayor does this.

The past few days all was mum on this thru the media, what’s their next little trick. Why do New Yorkers vote for these communists–what do they gain except more taxes and less freedoms.

They live in the richest city in the world, yet are the stupidest people who don’t have a clue. Or maybe, they are promised all kinds of gifts to just sign their names on those dotted lines.

OUTRAGE: Obama Seeks to Bring 30,000 Syrian Muslim “Refugees” to US, Waive Counterterrorism Laws.

In 2009-2010 he gave refuge to 20,000 Palestinians and of the 100,000 people brought in each year, majority are Muslims.

Guess he will have his own army, between these and the Russians and Chinese that are already hear through the UN.

Wait a minute dk. It’s all screwed up. Now I’m not sure. It’s written so poorly.

I guess it is real. Don’t know
    See here. http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/42/18115

No individual, company, business, nonprofit entity, or health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage shall be required to participate in any Federal health insurance program created under this Act (or any amendments made by this Act), or in any Federal health insurance program expanded by this Act (or any such amendments),

    • 27 drkate January 15, 2014 at 9:41 am

QL, i used the cornell site in the quote in the post. The last sentence says “..such issuer…will not be fined” SO, does it really mean individual or individual who is issuing health insurance?

Did I mention that RP is raising money to get a Revolution going. He’s just starting and the peeps in congress were relieved when he retired only to now have panic attacks because Ron is BACK! He’s ready to fight and not be in any Government position while fighting back. Get the popcorn.

QL, this is part of a long email I got from Ron Paul. You probably got the same one.

      Campaign for Liberty

      Nancy,

You may not know this . . .

But for the past year, I was censored.

Believe it or not, federal rules governing former members of Congress for their first year after retirement limited my ability to mobilize Americans to advance liberty.

Every communication had to be carefully crafted, and often even double-checked by C4L’s lawyers, to make sure I didn’t violate federal law.

But as of January 4th, the muzzle has been removed!

I’m now free to speak my mind.

And I’ve got BOLD plans for 2014 – starting with sending a loud-and-clear message to Congress.

    • 31 QL January 15, 2014 at 3:37 am

The acting president in the oval office just announced he will use executive orders to pass his so-called Education and jobs agenda etc. He says “I have a pen and a phone”.

Can’t stand that big, impatient, baby who is abusing executive powers.

Na na, na na na, I have a pen, a phone and NSA who has the goods on congress members……..so no one will stop me from writing my own administrative rules.

Oh yes administrative. That means they can be changed anytime as they are not the same as set laws.

What a bastard. Born a bastard, die a ….how does that saying go?

It’s only a matter of time before something breaks.

How the N.S.A. Uses Radio Frequencies to Penetrate Computers

The N.S.A. and the Pentagon’s Cyber Command have implanted nearly 100,000 “computer network exploits” around the world, but the hardest problem is getting inside machines isolated from outside communications.
