Cruz and Obama

©2016 drkate

One of the worst assaults on our Constitution was the usurpation of the presidency by Barack Obama.  This blog “cut its teeth” on that issue and gleaned over one million views between 2008 and 2011.  There were prices to pay for political views I can attest.

But the man went on to do what we knew he would–dismantling, weakening, bankrupting, and dividing America.  Our Founders wanted to prevent that from happening to us and that is why the natural born citizen clause was placed in the constitution—IN PLAIN LANGUAGE verified by so many constitutional scholars and easily available for the public.

Based on his ineligibility, everything that Obama has done could literally be undone legally by the next president.  But not if the ineligible Ted Cruz is elected or even nominated for President.

Jus soli,  Jus sanguine.  Of the land, of American parents.

Again, thanks to the strength, principles, and independence of Donald Trump, Ted Cruz has now finally exposed himself as the constitutional hypocrite that he is with respect to the qualifications that apply only to the President and Vice President–the natural born citizen requirement of Article II of our Constitution.  Listen to his “defense” of himself below:

Ted Cruz’s defense of himself is whiny, untrue, and defensive.  He tries to make up something about natural born citizenship—that the parents had to be born in the US–to go after Trump’s mother.  And by defending himself in the way he does, he trivializes the constitution, degrades Trump, and mocks the Constitution.

Just like Obama, and just like those nasty obots we found on so many other blogs.  And he’s attempting to fire back.

But once again, and exactly in a matter-of-fact manner, Trump nails Cruz again in his eligibility problem.  And then he talks about Cruz’s (hypocrisy) of railing against the “establishment” and the “cartel” when he is part of and owned by it.  All starting about 30 minutes in:

Trump has absolutely honed the issue, forced the media to bring it up, and is simply telling the truth to Americans, real Americans, about the danger of Ted Cruz.  Imagine if America could have had this discussion in 2008? But of course all the parties prevented it.

So Ted Cruz is willing to violate the Constitution in order to become President.  And willing to lie about it, and have his supporters go after anyone who mentions it.  Just like Obama.

If Cruz is so un-American regarding this basic fact of the Constitution, while claiming to be a Tea Party hero, what does he think of trade and shariaWho are his associates?

If Ted Cruz is elected, it just makes Obama’s legacy of unconstitutional destruction legit.

Voting for Cruz is voting once again for the foreigner Obama.

Wake up (again) before its too late!

h/t TVMontana, carried over from last thread

FYI Those of you in Montana Monday Feb 1 10am in front of Missoula County Court house there will be an anti-refugee (invader) rally. The Missoula County Commission has already shown support, on the record, for these invaders. Also check out this if you don’t think the Turks are interested in MT Indian tribes. BTW Do any of you think MT has anyway close to the security to protect the state and local counties, cities towns , dams, public works etc that bigger states have? Found this link. Unfortunately some of the pictures are gone.

This is not going to go away. Can hardly wait for him to hit anchor baby Marco.
Sure can’t call us racist for this decision!!!

    • 3 heather January 20, 2016 at 3:40 pm

Have you noticed that Marco is really mum on his own citizenship–almost like he shrivels up when Trump brings it up hoping that Trump doesn’t call him out, but Trump will in due time.

Cruz is not and cannot be potus. He is a man without a country now, as was stated by another attorney. He thought he had dual citizenship but in actuality he was 100% Canadian. By renouncing his Canadian citizenship to run for potus, he is a man without a country because he never was an American citizen–ever….he never naturalized and now there is proof that both his parents became Canadian citizens! Oh my what tangled webs we weave when we first try to deceive.

And now Mark Levin the loud mouth pretender conservative is telling everyone including Judge Napolitano (foxnews) that you are a NBC if just 1 of your parents were born here. What is that! Come on Levin, you were the one with pending lawsuits against Obama. Make up you mind which lie you want us to believe.

Cruz will lose and Trump will be potus.

  3. 4 TravelChic1984 January 20, 2016 at 3:10 pm

Seems it comes down to Constitutional Originalism Vs. a “Living Constitution.” Originalists will not vote for Cruz. The hope is Trump becomes president and unleashes on all who participated in the
installation of a fraud, an usurper in 2008 and again in 2012 by unsealing those hidden records to a tune of nearly $2 Million (Think Perkins Coie law firm, who incidentally has their hands in the Election Commission, appointed by Obama…see where this is going?).

Concur wholeheartedly. If Cruz is elected, the Constitution is just a “piece of paper”, as Obama so arrogantly referred to it at the gun control townhall, and for the sake of America’s future, I don’t know where we go from here.

  4. 6 heather January 20, 2016 at 3:19 pm

Trump was fantastic. He spoke about 30 minutes because Sarah Palin took the first 30 minutes. The crowd went wild, Tulsa loves Trump!

There were 3 protestors only inside and one by one they were escorted out by the cops, on Trumps command!

They said the building held 7k people but they opened the balconies for the ones standing outside so it was totally full with 9k people, but a Professor behind me said that it holds 20k and he estimated 20k people.

We stood outside in lines for over an hr waiting to get in and get wanded, and go thru the metal detector and having handbags searched by the TSA and were wanded by the secret service. It was freezing 29 degrees, thank goodness there was no wind.

Mary Fallin the governor ( the traitor) kept Trump at the airport in his plane for 30 minutes making him late for the start of the rally. Start time was 12 noon and it was 1:15 when Palin came in with Trump–to the song of Eye of the Tiger!!!

If he comes to your town/city go see him its all free. And everyone got Trump signs at no charge.

    • 8 no-nonsense-nancy January 20, 2016 at 4:13 pm

I want to see him if he comes here. He will, but our primary isn’t until April 24th, so I don’t look for him to come to PA too soon.

      • 9 heather January 20, 2016 at 7:35 pm

He was so great and so was Palin–I was just really ticked off that our governor kept him on his plane when he landed and made him late for the rally–was supposed to start at noon and it didn’t start until almost 1:30 with Palin and Trump coming out together!……Tulsa loves Trump for sure!

Heather, thank you for the write up. I couldn’t make it down to Tusla. You are wonderful for the info that you provide.

        I agree, Coot!

      • 12 heather January 20, 2016 at 9:55 pm

Thanks Coot. I am so proud of Donald J Trump–he humbles me and is a true patriot–after all he has it all why would he want to be potus? It’s a job only he can do to make America great again. I am thankful for him.

I loved the rally and loved the way the Tulsans supported him. 15k people at this event today and everywhere he goes his crowds get bigger. Had they had this at the BOK center which is new and a concert center there would have been at least 30k but they chose a smaller venue at the Orel Roberts Univ.

It is very interesting NNN—and he is now a man without a country because he is not an American citizen, or a naturalized citizen and definitely not a natural born citizen of the US so he has no country. Trying to out slick the masses and he out slicked himself!.. I hope Trump gets him out and Cruz is removed from his senate seat too—Heidi can support him.

  7. 27 heather January 21, 2016 at 6:37 am

Trump said he will be coming back to Tulsa in the very near future because 7k people could not get into the rally. Anyone else in the cartel could care less.

Like you I started blogging about O’s eligibility in 2008 at Hillary ‘n Me. Your blog continues to be one of the best on the topic of eligibility & NBC.

I’m also writing for the Examiner and recently posted this article, “The real facts about Ted Cruz’s eligibility & natural born citizenship”.

Please take a look. I’m pretty sure I’ve nailed it, but just in case I missed or muffed a point, please let me know. I’d be very grateful … and go TRUMP!

    Time for a smile:

Until a child tells you what they are thinking, we can’t even begin to imagine how their mind is working….

Little Zachary was doing very badly in math.
His parents had tried everything…tutors, mentors,
    flash cards, special learning centers.
In short, everything they could think of to help his math.

Finally, in a last ditch effort, they took Zachary down and enrolled him In the local Catholic school. After the first day, little Zachary came home with a very serious look on his face. He didn’t even kiss his mother hello. Instead, he went straight to his room and started studying.

Books and papers were spread out all over the room and little Zachary was hard at work. His mother was amazed. She called him down to dinner.

To her shock, the minute he was done, he marched back to his room without a word, and in no time, he was back hitting the books as hard as before.

This went on for some time, day after day, while the mother tried to understand what made all the difference.

Finally, little Zachary brought home his report Card.. He quietly laid it on the table, went up to his room and hit the books. With great trepidation, His Mom looked at it and to her great surprise, Little Zachary got an ‘A’ in math. She could no longer hold her curiosity. . . She went to his room and said, ‘Son, what was it? Was it the nuns?’ Little Zachary looked at her and shook his head, no. . . ‘Well, then,’ she replied, Was it the books, the discipline, the structure, the uniforms? WHAT WAS IT?’

Little Zachary looked at her and said, ‘Well, on the first day of school when I saw that guy nailed to the plus sign, I knew they weren’t fooling around.’

Two related articles, worth reading in full:

Limbaugh: Trump is proof that populism is more powerful in GOP than conservatism — January 20, 2016

    — Excerpt:

The “Establishment” doesn’t get that conservative voters are simply angry and that they’ll follow anyone who gives voice to that anger, regardless of whether that voice supports anything remotely resembling a conservative position on policy.

“So what’s happening here, nationalism, dirty word, ooh, people hate it, populism, even dirtier word. Nationalism and populism have overtaken conservatism in terms of appeal,” Limbaugh said.

“And when this has happened, when it exposes — what people in Washington are afraid of — and that that is, you know, all this money we’ve asked people to send us and all these donations people have made, this movement, promote that movement, where is conservatism in Washington, they’re asking. Where is it?

“The Republican Party isn’t conservative. Where are all these conservative people that are contributing to policy being implemented in Congress or in the Senate. They don’t see it,” he ended.

How an obscure adviser to Pat Buchanan predicted the wild Trump campaign in 1996 — January 19, 2016

    — Excerpt:

What so frightens the conservative movement about Trump’s success is that he reveals just how thin the support for their ideas really is. His campaign is a rebuke to their institutions. It says the Republican Party doesn’t need all these think tanks, all this supposed policy expertise. It says look at these people calling themselves libertarians and conservatives, the ones in tassel-loafers and bow ties. Have they made you more free? Have their endless policy papers and studies and books conserved anything for you? These people are worthless. They are defunct. You don’t need them, and you’re better off without them.

And the most frightening thing of all — as Francis’ advice shows — is that the underlying trend has been around for at least 20 years, just waiting for the right man to come along and take advantage.

Rush just doesn’t understand that we are sick and tired of career politicians that refuse to listen or show any concern to the people that they are supposed to represent.

This was created as a citizen government not a career job. We want someone that will listen and do the job they were elected to do.

Maybe if they would just read the Constitution and understand their limits and responsibilities, they would have more approval.

Me, I am ready to boot them all out and start over. A farmer, electrician or plumber would be better than any of them.

Sorry, forgot to paste the comment.

Get the facts straight! He is a KURD. The Kurds are the only ones fighting ISIS on the ground. For years, they have suffered massive attacks from the Turks and Sadaam Hussein who killed tens of thousands of them using poisonous gas bombs.
The Kurdish Peshmergas are some of the best and most courageous fighters in the world, and they are fighting against ISIS and other radical Muslims. Only Israel is helping them. They are saving the lives of Arab Christians who are being killed by ISIS.
The Kurds have been fighting to gain the independence of their country, Kurdistan, which had been taken from them by both Turkey and Iraq for many years now.

This man himself was a refugee from Turkish attacks when he lived in Turkey. He is a good man. Don’t dirty his name by lumping him with the murderous radical Muslims he and his people are fighting against.

My career recguired me to have a security clearance–Top Secret. In those days a security clearance was taken very seriously. If you lost your clearance you not only lost your job, you lost your career. However, now ever since the first Clinton administration security has been seriously degraded–He made a joke of it when he brought in a bunch of White House staff and held up their papers until it was too late to process their clearances before he was sworn in and then he had them all approved.
The game H C is playing is typical Clinton but it appears to me that it might be more than merely a distain for security. Why would she really need to go unsecured with her e-mail ?–the convenience is minimal. Could there be a more sinister reason for such a move ?? I do not put anything beyond doubt where the Clintons are concerned.

I agree…but what is interesting is that Clinton has everyone in a headlock because she knows where all the bodies are buried. So Obama can’t arrest or prosecute her without exposing himself. That said, she may lose to Sanders but the DNC convention will be brokered with Biden/Warren as the ticket.

    • Anyone who has been paying attention to current eligibility issues for the presidency might be beginning to wonder, “Why are people like Obama, McCain, Cruz, Rubio, and Jindal popping up as some of the leading choices for president? And why is it such a big issue?” According to recent comments by two Harvard Constitutional Law professors, Dr. Lawrence Tribe, and Dr. Einer Elhauge, and by Dr. Herbert Titus, Constitutional Law Professor and former Dean of Regent University Law School, if one reads and fully understands the original intent behind Article ll, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of the U.S. Constitution and all the peripheral literature and supporting information that advised the writing and codification of this clause in the Constitution which establishes the eligibility requirement for president and vice president of the United States, none of these men above are eligible.

    • 102 no-nonsense-nancy January 24, 2016 at 6:35 pm

      Excellent. thank you.

    • 103 Jan January 24, 2016 at 8:08 pm

You are correct Coot, McCain was not born on a military base, he was born in a town. At the time, only those born on base were automatic natural born citizens.

      • 104 heather January 24, 2016 at 9:35 pm

McCain is not a NBC but Hillary and Obama took it to court to make him one so Obama had an excuse for his ineligibility.

        • 105 A Crazy Old Coot January 24, 2016 at 11:17 pm

Just a slight correction. McCains status was never taken to court. The Senate passed a resolution declaring him eligible “because” he had two American citizen parents when he was born.

They claimed that he was born on a military base, but the hospital on that base was not built for a couple of years after he was born.

        • 109 A Crazy Old Coot January 25, 2016 at 12:31 pm

Another oddity: Senator Obama also signed off on the resoulation. Also, no one questioned obam’s eligibility with one citizen parent and no proof that he was born in the U.s.

          • 110 drkate January 25, 2016 at 12:38 pm

Senate Resolution 511 was a set up…and basically because it was false (MCCain is not an nbc) he could not raise it against obama.

  28. 116 JJ January 25, 2016 at 11:39 am

Anyone see this?? I don’t have tv/cable. I use Roku.

+++On Fox News’ Fox and Friends, conservative Presidential candidate Donald Trump made a huge claim about President Barack Obama.

First, a clip was played (below) where Obama says, ““I love this job and here’s I think a fair statement: If your name is Barack Hussein Obama, you, you had to have liked politics in order to get into this office.”

Then, Trump drops a truth bomb: Barack Obama isn’t his real name!

Well, that wasn’t his name. His name was Barry Soetoro and that was his name and he changed his name to Barack Hussein Obama. And, you know, it just shows everything about this man people don’t get. And you know, it’s an incredible statement. He makes that statement and, frankly, you know, it’d be OK if he didn’t make this statement, but he made this statement and his original name was a very different name.

Trump then reminded the audience of how much Obama has loved the expensive perks of the White House. After all, Obama loves flying around on Air Force One to play golf all over the world, and the multi-million dollar luxury vacations.

This is why so many Republican primary voters love Trump… he is speaking the truth!+++

    This video is epic:

One thing about obama changing his name. Without going to court to change his name back to obama, then he is a AKA obama. His legal name remains Barry Soetoro. After all he was legally adopted and acquired his adopted fathers name.

      Yes it is Coot. 😀

  29. 126 Jan January 25, 2016 at 12:30 pm

LOL, and I would gladly watch the televised town hall

GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump might skip Thursday’s debate on Fox News Channel and hold his own televised town hall at the same time if the network doesn’t drop Megyn Kelly from its team of moderators, his campaign manager tells New York magazine’s Gabriel Sherman. – See more at:

Lots swirling around the propaganda from main stream media, I can’t believe people still listen to that crap but hey, I’m all about correcting their lies! Mr. Trump did not say that he could kill someone in the streets and they would still vote for him! What Mr. Trump did say was that main stream media was saying that Trump voters are so poorly educated and ignorant that they would vote for Mr. Trump even if he killed someone in the street. At the rally where this was repeated Mr. Trump was quoting the main stream media! Get the facts here! The media, politicians and the establishment will stop at nothing and stoop as low as they can to discredit Mr. Trump and the sheep keep eating with blinders on. As Paul Harvey would say, that’s the rest of the story.

Great article and answer to the fake conservatives from National Review

    • 131 no-nonsense-nancy January 26, 2016 at 3:30 pm

He was saying the same things 25 years ago and nobody listened to him then. How much better Americans awould have been all these years if they had.

  33. 133 no-nonsense-nancy January 26, 2016 at 4:07 pm

Live stream of Trump’s speech in Iowa on now.

Well, it has started. the feds arrested Ammon Bundy and 5 others and murdered one man. And look who has been behind the whole thing!

  35. 143 heather January 27, 2016 at 9:20 am

I will not be watching the debate without Trump. I hate Megyn Kelly and she should have taken herself out–Trump has precedence over her. She has no decency or dignity. She is not a real journalist and a total failure as a lawyer and paid off by the prince of Saudi Arabia.

  36. 145 heather January 27, 2016 at 10:59 am

Bernie Sanders just came out of the WH with barry and it seems barry is telling Bernie what needs to be done. Now why would barry confide in Bernie? barry updated Bernie on international affairs and Bernie winning.

  37. 146 heather January 27, 2016 at 11:21 am

fox news just shot themselves in their own foot–so glad Trump is not debating.

  38. 147 Jan January 27, 2016 at 11:33 am

Anything Donald does is for a reason. However, I’m sick already of hearing Cruz call him a chicken. Afraid of Megan Kelly, etc.
And no matter what anyone says, yes, they were all promoting Rubio and the hatred for Trump dripped from Kelly’s mouth every time she had to mention his name. Yesterday was quite comical when she thought she had won the war with Trump. Then to have Michael Moore come on her program and tell her how brilliant she was and how brilliant Ailes/Murdoch were.

    • 148 heather January 27, 2016 at 4:47 pm

I agree totally and I saw Michael moore kissing up to megan on video today as I refuse to watch her show. She uses her pals Chris Stilwalt and Howie to agree with her and they do carry her water! She already made a statement that she too will be in the arena–wth–this is not about her and her journalism, although she is trying to make these debates all about her and how good she thinks she is. She needs to go back to being a lawyer where she can flaunt herself to the judge.

Trumps fund raiser will be on CNN I guess the same time as the debate, which I will gladly watch.

  39. 149 A Crazy Old Coot January 27, 2016 at 11:42 am

I understand that Trump will be holding a rally for our Wounded Warriors at the same time as the debate. I hope it is televised.

  40. 158 no-nonsense-nancy January 27, 2016 at 3:14 pm

Look what Teddy said in 2012 when he was running for the senate!

    • 163 no-nonsense-nancy January 27, 2016 at 5:30 pm

Ha. Now they are in panic mode because no one will be watching them. They have to conive to get him to come after they insulted him. Apparently some other candidates want to go to Trumps event. How awsome would it be for all the candidates to hold a giant event to honor the troops and the
Vets! Some probably wouldn’t do it but they may think it would boost their ratings. At any rate they should all boycot Fox.

  41. 164 A Crazy Old Coot January 27, 2016 at 4:49 pm

CNN will host Trumps rally at 7 P.M. I don’t know if that is Eastern time or Central.

This tugged at my heartstrings. A “remember Us” video posted to LaVoy Timacum’s you tube channel this morning.

  45. 170 heather January 27, 2016 at 8:36 pm

We are in more trouble than what we thought. I do remember when Glenn Beck was on fox and he had his black boards and showed the NWO financially across the globe and how we were set up without even knowing it. Lines drawn here and there criss crossing the global and how we got to each point of world dominance for the NWO. That of course was before Beck went off the deep end and told the nation what was really going on and he also told about the arab/muslim caliphate and I am sure this is why he was fired from fox….he told too much.

    • 171 drkate January 27, 2016 at 8:46 pm

Wow, thank you for that article, am going to make a post of it…

      • 172 heather January 27, 2016 at 8:57 pm

Thinking back to 07 and 08 when Glenn Beck started his new fox show and being educated by him and his black board diagrams brings back the memories of everything he brought up front. He was excellent at what he taught and the way he taught it and he opened the eyes of millions of Americans until one day when fox decided he had told to much and the American people were beginning to ask a lot of questions.

We are where he said we would be now and that’s when they shut him down.

Now he has gone off the deep end or so it seems as he gets stranger every day now.

I am now very fearful for America and our sovereignty.

        • 173 drkate January 27, 2016 at 9:33 pm

Heather, we are at the end of America and our sovereignty, and Trump is our last chance. Remember fear comes from satan, and he wants us fearful and not proactive and remembering all of this will be God’s will. This is a test of our faith…fear not when you are under the protection of the Almighty…Psalm 91

          • 175 heather January 28, 2016 at 8:47 am

Dr. Kate you are such a good person and I love you like a sister. Thank you for that Psalm.

Those of us who love America the way she was built all know that Trump was sent by God to restore our country. He opened the door for Trump and Trump walked through and he is such a strong man but everyone has their weaknesses and all of these pathetic so called politicians have said and done everything they can to destroy this man. I thank God for him and his family. They are the perfect picture of what a family in America looks like.

When I saw Trump last week I was in awe of him. He loves America so much he is willing to loose everything to save this great country. But he won’t lose he is too smart for all of these corrupt criminals and there are many organizations that were all built in the darkness so we had no idea of how many deceptive and evil agencies and organizations really exist.

Eisenhower and JFK were so right and did forewarn us and the ones who heard are the ones who are destroying us today.

    • 176 JJ January 27, 2016 at 10:57 pm

I haven’t watched the video yet, but think about it. The elite/top 5% can gain control better with a One World Govt./Order by having a constituency of poverty level voters.
Hence, the ongoing attempt to inundate this country with low-information voters-illegals/refugees.

  46. 177 heather January 27, 2016 at 8:51 pm

This is absolutely unheard of. Since when is this allowed? These debates are out of control and the RNC is doing everything they can to smear Trump and take him out. This is deliberate and why aren’t they at the dem debates. The republicans are disgusting for doing this to a front runner. I will never vote rep again and after Trump wins I will change my party to independent.

  47. 178 no-nonsense-nancy January 27, 2016 at 9:58 pm

This is what I mentioned up thread a ways. I didn’t know their names but I knew there was at least one illegal alien and at least one muslim.

    • 179 no-nonsense-nancy January 27, 2016 at 10:01 pm

I forgot to say that Trump got wind of it and that is the real reason he is boycotting the debate. Can you blame him?

  48. 180 JJ January 27, 2016 at 11:16 pm

To the man without a country:

The true definition of the natural born Citizen requirement for the Oval Office as described throughout the entirety of Chapter XIX can be summed up in this section from 212…

“As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”

  49. 181 Tiger 7 January 28, 2016 at 8:13 am

I think Trump knows exactly what he’s doing and that Fox will suffer the consequences. I would much rather watch a re-run of Murder She Wrote than the so-called debate.
