Not so fast, Ted Cruz.

Absolutely nothing can change the fact that you are constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of president or vice president of the United States. And you know that a court would declare you ineligible, so as a chicken you “debate” the issue, pretending to be the canadian-cuban constitutional lawyer.

Every day that Ted Cruz stands for president of the United States he is lying to the American public about his eligibility to stand for the office.  He is arrogantly daring all of us to sue him.  In that, he is just like Obama.

He had no right to make that announcement anymore than him and Rubio making those bogus violations which really are election fraud.

      This is a common trick…but its not always that once side wins it 6 times in 6 different places. I could tell you some interesting stories about having that happen to me regarding who goes first when I had been invited as a speaker 6 months before the newbie. I won the toss, but it was absolutely last minute before we were to go on the panel!

    Last night when Carson left the caucus briefly, Cruz people went to Carson people and said that Carson was dropping out and they needed to come join Cruz.
    Today, I received an e-mail from Carson saying what happened was disgusting and that he was still in the race. Then he told FOX this morning, that it was “unfortunate” however he is still in the race and has no problems with Cruz.

    GOOGLE developed a special app for Iowa so that votes could be reported immediately, guess this will probable be used in many other states. Since we were trying to get away from voting machines, Google came up with “newer and better”. So, when Jeb wins people across America will be scratching their heads, crying foul, and the powers that be will be laughing all the way to the bank, if there are any banks left standing.

        I hope the same thing doesn’t happen to Trump that happened to Ron Pau; 4 years ago by the GOP and Romney..It was so very disappointing as you all know. You are right, Kate, Trump should be able to deal with it, better, probably than Paul was

        There is no doubt in my mind that Trump is all over this and so are his kids, all 3 are smart and want their father to win. Let there be no doubt that Trump should have won Iowa and he knows it–he is down playing the cheating cruz and will take him down along with Rubio. Let the games begin! Trump doesn’t like to lose.

    There are too many tongues wagging on the internet and unfortunately many people listen to the nonsense. What do people actually know who spout off about Trump and why he didn’t win in Iowa, And now they day he should have attended the debate. Why, to be badgered by that illegal alien and the muslim who hate him? It could have been worse for him to have gone. these evil pundits ask questions to trick him up and then twist his answers, like the stupid remark about shooting someone and his supporters still voting for him.

    I hate these caucuses. They are the worst thing that ever happened to our election system. They are ripe for fraud and confusion. I would never attend one because my vote has to be secret. A primary should be held in every state on the same day, the same as the general election. In my county we have paper ballots and we find out on election night who the winners are and there is very little chance of fraud.. Voting machines should be outlawed. It will never change because we never get the right people in office to enforce it.

    Next week will be a better indication of how the rest of the primaries will go. I’m not getting discouraged right now.

      NNN–I have paper ballots and a black sharpie too. All of Oklahoma votes with a paper ballot and black sharpie and then the ballots are put in a box that counts the vote and locks. No way to cheat. The entire country needs this process and keep our election process uniform so there is no cheating.

      I am now seeing all over the internet that Cruz is a NBC when we know he isn’t and its being said because his mother was born in Delaware–We need to find out from Canada where or not she became a Canadian citizen which is being said she did. Is this why cruz sealed his papers too? We should demand he unseal them and show what he is hiding after all the potus has to show proof of who he is but with his sealing his he is showing that he is the same dictator as barry soetoro.

      Trump will take a beating with the establishment for sure but these dirty tricks are making it worse. Maybe he should play the same. After all – alls fair in love and war and politics make for strange bed fellows.

        We all need to go to Cruz’s facebook page and also call Reince Priebus and provide him with proof of what a NBC and demand he remove Cruz and Rubio, also cite The law of nations definition of NBC. Americans want his records unsealed or we the people will continue to badger them about this and also send the same to Trump on his FB page.

        I will do this but need everyone to join in and I may see if can call the Trump camp and give them the info. I am not standing for anymore corruption and lies.

        If you all decide to do this have your notes and proof in front of you so they can’t trip you up. Also send it to Diamond and Silk.

          events. Well, there’s a group of guys in Kansas City who do some formation

          flying, in their own planes, and decided they’d volunteer to pick up the

          slack. They invited a couple of other groups to join them and before they

          knew it they had 48 guys with their own airplanes signing up to join in. If

          they had more time, they probably would have gotten an even larger group as

          people kept joining and a 49th was added near the event. One additional

      I have gotten these same emails all week long and yesterday I answered it–Trump is financing his own campaign and not taking donations and for the RNC to use Trump as a donation factor is disgusting on your part.

      Do NOT send me another email asking for money as I have no intentions of donating to the RNC. Until the republican party comes together as a whole party and starts working for the American people I see no need in even having you are a party.

    Something interesting from Old Soldier 79 on Citizen Wells today. He asks does Cruz have any country at all. He states, in reading ARTICLE 1, Section 3 of the Constitution, pertaining to Senators, it states “no person shall be a Senator… (and shows a requiement)…’and been nine years a citizen of the United States’…” He claims being a dual citizen would negate Cruz’ right to run, as he was a dual national in Canada 15 months ago, and hasn’t put in his 9 years since then as just an American citizen. He goes further and suggests since Cruz has sealed his records (that seems an indication of hiding something) it is unknown if at the time of his birth in Canada his mother registered the birth at the U.S. Consulate, or if Cruz came into the U.S. by U.S. passport at age 4.. And even questions if his mother retained her U.S. citizenship with claims now that she voted in the Canadian election while there. If it turns out his mother renounced her U.S. citizenship, Ted Cruz would be Canadian…and natural born Canadian at that. And if he is 100% Canadian, now he’s renounced his Canadian citizenship…Old Soldier 79 states we may have a Presidential candidate that belongs to no country at all. We need a stronger authority with affirmation of Cruz’ citizenship than the Illinois Election Board. Isn’t it interesting that with a U.S. population in excess of 300 million, we have 3 Republican candidates with citizenship issues. If you get a chance, try and read Citizen Wells today because there are other responders to this statement by Old Soldier 79 which are equally interesting.

    OT-Obamacare…just a short story of the death panels at work. A friend of mine said her friend is 76 y/o and has cancer and will not and can not get treatment of any kind. No chemo, no radiation, no nothing. Her doctor refuses to call her back for treatment and when she calls the office she is told the dr will call her back which he never does. Today her drs office called her and when she answered the phone they hung up and she called back and they told her they dialed the wrong number.

    I have posted here and everywhere that Obamacare says anyone diagnosed with any kind of cancer at age 76 will get no medical treatment, no chemo, no radiation, they will be sent to end of life counseling. No one has mentioned this to her yet. Also anyone age 55+ with an incurable disease will get no treatment they will go to end of life counseling. Age 65 no joint replacements–you will get pain pills.

    Now, this woman has a daughter who refuses to take her to the doctor or the hospital and I wondered and asked if they told the daughter they will not treat her of which she said she did not know.

    So these rules are posted in the clinical areas of all hospitals nationwide so all medical personnel know there is no treatment to be administered.

    Today Ryan sent an email saying they repealed Obamacare and put it on obamas desk and he vetoed it. Well I say, no kidding and the republicans have done nothing at all to kill Obamacare they can’t get enough votes to kill it. What a bunch of liars each one of them.

    We the people have no representation what so ever.

    I heard today on my car radio (yes Rush was on) Rush was saying that Homeland Security has given orders for all border patrol and ice to stand down, do not stop anyone crossing the borders let them through and if they commit a crime let it go!

    Today Herman Cane said that Cubans were coming in droves to the US but not through Florida, they are flying to SA and taking trains and buses to the Mx border.       That’s a good article. Back in 2008 there was a PhD in mathematics who was a Hillary supporter. Her name was Dr Long. I can’t remember her first name. She analyzed the Texas primary and discovered fraud against Hillary by Obama and proved Hillary won. Texas has a primary during the day and then a caucus in the evening if I remember right. Hillary won the primary and then lost big in the caucus. She is very qualified, as she has written many mathematics text books.

    It goes back to the fact that voting machines need to be thrown out. That won’t happen because big names with big money own them. Paper ballots are the best.They don’t take any longer to count votes. In my county the ballot is fed into a scanner and it counts the votes and separates the ballots that have write-ins, which are recorded by the precinct election board. The judge of elections, which is me in my town, hand delivers all the used ballots to Voter Services after closing the polls. There is very little chance of fraud in this method.

      We also have paper ballots with a black sharpie. The ballots are fed into a lock box with a counter for each vote. There cannot be any cheating. We need to change back to all paper with lock boxes.

          That is exactly what George soros wanted when he bought that software to count votes in 2012 and the votes were electronically counted in spain. there was no paper trail and no way to count city, state and municipality so all votes went to Obama.

    Our scanner is locked but we have to open it before the polls open because the blank ballots are in it. Then it is unlocked and opened when the polls are closed and the clerks record the write-ins. Then the judge, accompanied by a clerk, hand delivers the ballots to Voter Services. I guess there is some chance of fraud but it would be minimal.

      I heard on the radio that the last one turned himself in today–why would they turn themselves in for doing what our constitution says, protect our land. THE EPA is not a part of our government. Congress, the SCOTUS and the Executive are who is in charge.

      I just heard Senator Mike Lee and other Senator on Hannity’s radio station and they have written a bill that takes back all authority to the congress and eliminates all of these so called bogus government agencies that congress delegates their jobs too. I will try and find this bill as it is still in the senate and post it. That would eliminated the EPA, BLM and more. So for 80 years these bogus agencies have been given the authority to do congresses job and this is where we are and what we have today. Bogus punks who think they are part of the government and wear a badge and carry guns and threaten us when in fact they have no such authority.
