The Law that Never Was

“The people are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.”  Thomas Jefferson

Remember?

Have We the People approved the amendments to our Constitution?  Would it surprise you to know that each state, composed of We the People, has certain procedures it must follow when it ratifies an amendment to the Constitution?

Regarding the income tax, allegedly giving Congress the authority to levy a tax on individual’s labor, note the following:

  • Attorneys who have studied the subject have agreed that… if any state could be shown to have violated its own state constitution or laws in its approval process, then that state’s approval would have to be thrown out.
  • In Oklahoma, the legislature changed the wording of the amendment so that its meaning was virtually the opposite of what was intended by Congress, and this was the version they sent back to Knox. Yet Knox counted Oklahoma as approving it, despite a memo from his chief legal counsel, Reuben Clark, that states were not allowed to change it in any way.
  • The state constitution of Tennessee prohibited the state legislature from acting on any proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution sent by Congress until after the next election of state legislators. The intent, of course, is to give the proposed amendment a chance to become an issue in the state legislative elections so that the people can have a voice in determining the outcome. It also provides a cooling off period to reduce the tendency to approve an idea just because it happens to be the moment’s trend.
  • Texas and Louisiana violated provisions in their state constitutions prohibiting the legislatures from empowering the federal government with any additional taxing authority

Forty eight (48) states existed at the time, so 3/4ths or thirty-six (36) states were needed to ratify the 16th Amendment.  When We the People did the research, we found that only 20 states had ratified it, with many states violating their own state constitution, changing the wording, or  not responding. Thus the Sixteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was not ratified properly by the states and Secretary of State Philander Knox committed fraud when he certified that it had passed in  1913.

Guess what also happened late in 1913?  The passage of the Federal Reserve Act, with a 100 year charter.

Did We the People approve of either?  No, and the scoundrels did away with the informed opposition a year before, on April 15, 1912, when the Titanic sank.  Would the wealthiest individuals in America have agreed to the scheme of the federal reserve or the income tax?  Were Astor, Guggenheim, and Straus rivals of the Jekyll Island plan?

Anyone find it more than coincidental that April 15 is the filing date for individual taxes?

Were Americans wealthier as individuals before 1913?

Now as Congress debates “tax reform”, remember, that the whole thing appears to be a fraud…money they can borrow or direct more printing of so as to grow government, their power, and their influence. Congress should now be talking about reimbursing Americans back to 1913 and resigning immediately, in favor of We the People, who are the only ones who can Make America Great Again!

Once again congress is out to screw us. Trump puts bills together and congress finds way to kill them—obamacare and now the tax bill. Trump needs to threaten them the same way obama did. Its time for Americans to have their way.

The more I see of this kind of stuff, the leftists who have infiltrated to destroy us, and criticize Trump, are the TEACHERS in grade schools and colleges. They must be rooted out, identified, called out, and fired.

      • 9 Heather September 29, 2017 at 4:32 pm

They have been there a long time and its just recently that they are coming to the front line of the camera. People are rooting them out and we are seeing more and more indoctrination of the kids not to mention the colleges and what they are teaching snowflakes.

That’s why Betsy DeVos has to crack down on all of them and being an appointee of Trump I sure hope she cracks down and fires them.

If we don’t nip this now America will be gone forever, no matter who our POTUS is, Trump has his hands so full and the more I think about these hurricanes the more I believe they were man made to distract Trump and our resources to respond. After all not only Puerto Rico but the USVI all need to be rebuilt from the ground up–that in itself a major expense and distraction.

The Trump’s have big hearts, and are treated very bad.

These democrats call themselves liberals which really is “code” name for communists. Apparently there are massive amounts of communists in America that came out during obamas usurption and think they are in control. There are more conservatives in America and we will overcome their hatred for America and their communism and send them back under their rocks.

I am fed up with all of them and they are evil and satanic and destroying our kids minds. They must be stopped.

    From Terry Dodd

The federal courts have done whatever they have had to to prevent the certified documents contained in The Law That Never Was from ever being officially entered as evidence into a court record. They know and are part of the conspiracy to steal the production of the people. They also know that there is no law requiring the filing of a 1040 tax return by any man not a resident alien of the USA Inc. (That was all of us before we ever filed a 1040 contracting otherwise.) Corporate entities (dead persons) grant jurisdiction. If we are represented before a court rather than acting as a man or (wo)man, a living person, we are considered a corporate entity and thus grant jurisdiction under Admiralty and/or Contract Law instead of common law. It is all a scam and every attorney and judge is part of that scam, whether the attorney is aware of it or not.

Furthermore I have come to believe that these hurricanes were all man made one right after another to devastate our islands and gulf states. Used as a distraction for Trump and our national response teams.

I wonder what obama has secretly done to our country while Trump and his administration are fighting these hurricanes and distruction of our lands and spending massive amounts of money that puts us in a total hole. I believe they were all steered and made stronger the same as Katrina. To screw a republican president like they did to GWB. Hurricanes like Harvery, Irma and Maria don’t exist without help from humans.

I just read on a post that the IRS was housed in Puerto Rico. Is this true?

    • 20 Tenacity September 29, 2017 at 10:21 pm

I have heard that it is incorporated there..

      • 21 drkate September 29, 2017 at 10:56 pm

And the question is, why are AGENCIES of the U.S. registered as business corporations?

        • 22 Heather September 29, 2017 at 11:01 pm

Because they are really not government agencies, they are private acting as contractors for the government. Like Blackwater.

      • 23 Heather September 29, 2017 at 10:58 pm

PR and the USVI are incorporated and they are US territories and are American citizens pay taxes but are not allowed to vote. St Thomas and ST Johns are the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. PR is very pretty as well and St Croix too, but not as much as the other 2. Pure paradise St Thomas and St John.

  11. 24 Janet L Rogers September 29, 2017 at 6:59 pm

Did all of the evacuees from Puerto Rico go to the US? Florida?
Since the whole island was destroyed, will the US just build a military base there and relocate all the former residents?

    • 25 Heather September 29, 2017 at 9:38 pm

Well listening to the whinning libs and Geraldo Rivera PR still has most of its population. All the trucks and containers loaded with food to medical supplies were all on the docks waiting for trucks to come to deliver these items. If the roads are washed out and debris on the roads, and no power just how are they getting these goods to the people.

The Navy hospital ship The Comfort is in port loaded to the gills with everything including hundreds of doctors and nurses. They are getting what they need and the cruise ships are there allowing people to live on the ships with their pets.

Geraldo and the liberals are spinning this to make Trump look like he isnt doing anything but bs with the NFL when infact everything is in place.

To top this off, the people in St Thomas, St Johns St Croix didnt scream and cry and whin like the Puerto Ricans are. Those people also didnt have anything with Irma and now with Maria so they are all in the same boat as PR and yet just fending for themselves with the help of fema and co.

I saw Geraldo today in PR on fox and there were brand new cars driving by him constantly–so they have gas and cars. PR is a poor island except in the cities and slums and thatched huts so to speak with bankruptcy looming over them due to their government structure and now we need to build their island up when they never bothered too! I call bs on that. They are a hair from bankruptcy and their governor has begged Trump for a bail out and Trump said NO. No bail outs! Thank God for that! They are a very corrupt government with no watchdogs. Their financial affairs are their own fault.

    • 26 Heather September 29, 2017 at 10:04 pm

If this government relocates the PRs to the mainland then they have to do the same for the people on the USVI since they too are also US territories.

I heard someone today say they may bring 1 mil in from PR but who knows if thats true or not.

    http://eheadlines.com/6-year-old-takes-the-knee-during-pledge-our-little-black-boys-are-not-going-to-be-silenced/

racism alive and well in America thanks to obama. This is wrong, black parents are teaching their kids they are special and can do whatever they feel like doing and calling it his right to his opinion. What the hell happened to classroom rules and policy! We are in deep trouble here. This is rules for radicals and obama bought the rights to it.

    • 28 no-nonsense-nancy September 29, 2017 at 8:59 pm

What does a 6 year old know about this? He was told by his parents to do it.

      • 29 Heather September 29, 2017 at 10:01 pm

NNN you are correct–the black parents are teaching their kids racism at a very young age. Make sure they carry on their slavery stories for reparations and afirmative action and democrat handouts.
