In an extremely interesting interview, Major General Paul Vallely opined that Congress knows of Obama’s ineligibility, but is a afraid of “probing a possible felony and black backlash” and ‘treason implications for a black president‘. Yes, the first ‘black’ president has committed high treason and the punishment is execution.
These are indeed serious implications. But Obama has punked America, but what the pretend Congress doesn’t see that Obama punked them all and used their ‘liberal guilt’ and fear of being called racist to get elected in the first place. Just like Congress and the liberals to blame the victim for their inability to act.
But I don’t find Congress’ excuse believable as the people’s response has never been of concern to them ever before. No, they are afraid if they stand up, that all of their illegality will be exposed, and that they will face treason and other felony charges for their too long silence and complicit activity.
The disturbing facts emerging about the virulent pathological obots who may have participated in the deliberate harassment of individuals by law enforcement suggests a RICO conspiracy of the first order. Better lawyer up boys and girls.
Note to Congress. If you are being silent on Obama’s criminal enterprise because of your own criminality which is safely stuffed in your closet, then you need to resign immediately. Your selfish goals of preservation of your perks and your weiners is destroying our country. You have perjured yourselves and have lost any semblance of consent from We the People.

Have a nice trip. I still think it’s worth the effort for everyone who can to write ALL the House Leadership and DEMAND that a special committee be formed without delay to oversee an FBI investigation into the forged WHBC. After all, Doug Vogt has already filed a criminal complaint with the FBI about it. By the FBI starting at Kapiolani to legally obtain the hospital birth records on Obama (and his mother’s admission/treatment/discharge records) we would very quickly find out that:
a) the WHBC is a fraud (officially) since it matches nothing at Kapiolani;
b) the hospital (officially) has no records of either Obama in Aug 1961 which means that Barky was not born in this country.
From that point on, the FBI cab begin investigation into the actual creation of the forged docunents and Congress can begin the steps to remove him under Amendment XX as having failed to qualify for the office, The many black people I know don’t like to be lied to and taken advantage of any more than you and I do. Many of them are now seeing that Barky isn’t “black” at all in the sense that they are and they’re feeling very much cheated by the guy and his crowd and I don’t blame them.
The pols are worried about skin color when they should be concerned that ALL people will begin rioting … black, brown, white, green, blue, and purple. All of us have been gulled by this guy and cheated out of our birthright.

Good idea. However, nothing will happen without a political personality pressing the issue. A political personality whom the media cannot ignore. The FBI will not investigate based on complaints. The FBI knows already that O is not eligible.

Good morning Folks…..I’ll have a few days off soon so can spend more time responding..but until then, just few comments in response to what I have been reading so far….and to get you to think along another “plan of action”. Just because I said we had the committment unto death, doesn’t mean anyone necessarily HAS to die for this.
When I mentioned this “hold them accountable”..ALL of them, The thought of planning Big March on DC never even crossed my mind. They haven’t gotten us anywhere, as we’ve seen…..and what are we going to do once we throw them OUT??? We can’t have NO government, not even for awhile…we may make due on a scaled back Gov, I guess, for awhile, ..but even THAT will have to be as temporary as we can possibly make it.
In seeing Dr. Kate’s post today….I think she “gets it”..she knows what I am talking about!! THANK YOU Dr. Kate and Safe Traveling.!!
Now, since I started this idea…( wink)….and didn’t MEAN to hint that we needed a BIG BIRTHER MARCH on DC…..let me get you started on another way of thinking and what each of us may have to do.
Okay, first…..streamline your thinking,..and think about THIS..if we can get Constitution loving leaders in DC..there will be NO NEED for bills, laws etc. to be sure that we have a “eligible” President in the White House from now on..it will happen automatically with a Constitutional Gov. in place…so MANY of our “current ills” will be “cured” with a CONSTITUTIONAL Gov. in place….so our full concentration should be on getting Consitutional loving leaders in DC.
The thought going through our mind’s is…..we were right all along, we KNOW this by the fact that the “WON” has never even shown PROOF of CITIZENSHIP!! Let alone his eligibility for the office of POTUS…and our “current” Courts, and Government allowed this to happen by not following their Qaths to the Constitution….this is Unacceptable to “We the People” and we are not going to take it anymore. This is our “justification”, but doesn’t have to be our “battle cry”. (wink)
We are probably going to need to show forgiveness for some of our current representatives in Washington now…we will need them. I’m sure some of them are just like you and me…hating what is happening, but not knowing how to fight it with no support, and hope they can change things “within the system”, rather than be “ruined” by the Gov. machine…let’s find out WHO they are, get them on our side and get them to help us.
I guess the “word” I’d like you all to be thinking, rather than “MARCH!!” is quiet “INFILTRATION”, until we are ready to move….and even THEN,..I am not sure that a “March ” will be necessary…perhaps the “Oathkeepers” for the protection of the ones who are “making the move” but the bigger the crowd, the more chance of violence…and we need to try and avoid that.

Does anyone recall whether Glenn Beck has ever done a segment where he discussed what the Founders knew the term “natural born citizen”, found in the qualifications for the Office of the President in Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution?
After growing increasingly frustrated with Beck because he wouldn’t cover this issue, I stopped watching. Occasionally I do watch an episode only to stop watching again because Beck only defends the Constitution where it is politically correct to do so.
Just so happens I watched Beck’s show again last night… found myself stunned with Barton’s and Beck’s statements on the Constitution, yet neither one of them will touch what the Founders knew a “natural born citizen” to be.
In Beck’s opening monologue, he stated at 2:33, “Doing the right thing really sucks a lot of the time, but its the right thing today.”
At 18:44 referring to the Constitution, Beck stated: “But you know what, it’s all we have.”
Duh… If Beck knows that the Constitution is all we have, then surely he must know that within Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution is found the only qualifications for the office of the President we have. So all the more we should ensure that the President meets those qualifications.
The rest of the show contained frequent quotes from George Washington and other founders.
You would think that Beck could educate on what Henry Lee meant by “shut up every avenue to foreign influence” in the eulogy he gave for George Washington.
Methinks I see his august image, and hear, falling from his venerable lips, these deep-sinking words:
Cease, sons of America, lamenting our separation: go on, and confirm by your wisdom the fruits of our joint councils, joint efforts, and common dangers. There was an article in a British newspaper calling the death of Judge Roll an assassination. I believe them, because 3 days before he was shot, he had ruled against Obama on an illegal admendment to the Goldline , which if Judge Roll had ruled in Obama’s favor, the gov’t could spy into your checking , savings , IRA, Stock Accts, or anything they wanted to do without your knowledge or permission. Nor would they have to tell you they were electronically snooping.
They stayed on Giffords the entire time and ignored Judge Roll’s death. There was no FBI ballistics done to see if they were the same bullets from Laughtner, the shooter’s gun. And the media ignored it for the most part, or was threatened that they could not speak about it.
Either way I believe Judge Roll was assassinated, and the Passport Agent who found Obama’s Mothers original passport proving she was in Kenya before, during, and after Obama’s birth; was found shot dead, media silent again. The body count with these thugs continues. The ATF Gunrunner Scandal, causing the death of the border agents unnecessarily. The ATF Agents have come forward and said Holder’s office told them to shut up about it or end up in low end jobs in Prisons. etc, etc, etc.

Youtube chemtrails there are tons of videos. They are spraying world wide. Turn on HGTV and watch the skys as the realtors walk outside showing houses, or when they are doing curb appeal—especially the California skys because they are so visible. But to answer your question, they started out spraying us and went world wide. Just take notice to the skys whether its TV or in person.
Sure can’t answer your other question about the so called elite with them not getting sprayed–don’t know unless they have some form of protection that we dont know about.
I personally never saw them until barry soetoro got fraudulently elected. The past 2 yrs my skys are white–where they were once crystal blue with puffy white clouds. You can always tell a chemtrail cloud as it dissapates—it becomes transparent…..not a GOD cloud in other words. Now they spray morning, noon, and night and I finally was able to get my brother to believe that is what they are. He was over the other day and I said to him, look up, he said, I know I see them! So everyone is waking up to them little by little and lets hope its not a little to late.
I personally called my Senator who is part of the clean air act in OK and talked to his aide about them and he said he would relay the info-of course. But I call my senators and congressmen all the time and make demands-sometimes they work sometimes they dont but I want them to know that we the people know.

I’d like to add that I consider it disgracefully self-serving that the elites you mentioned enjoy substantially better life-long benefits than even our most seriously disabled Wounded Warriors, who are all too often medically discharged against their will and left to fend for themselves. Although the latter are entitled to “Service Connected” disability benefits from the VA, those benefits in no way, shape or form make up for the cost to make their homes “disability friendly”, the loss of income due to their disbility, etc., etc.
This is a world wide problem and there are multiple reasons why they do this. Whatever- we want it stopped. It’s messing with the weather and people’s health.

I had to straighten out “Jedi Pauly” when he posted an article at The Post & Email in which he suggested that a woman cannot be eligible to be president.
It’s really very simple and there is nothing confusing about it…..The problem is that some people tend to over think what it is to be a “natural born Citizen”.
Here is some VERY SIMPLE logic:
First of all, there are only three requirements in our Constitution that must be met in order for a PERSON to be president or VP…… “natural born Citizen” seems to be the one requirement that people OVER THINK.
Here we go!…..The term, “natural born Citizen”, is derived from Natural Law…..Natural Law comes from nature’s God and it is based on NATURAL FACTS.
NATURAL FACTS are TRUTHS that cannot be and will not be disputed by anyone because they are SELF EVIDENT.
A few examples of natural facts:
Fire is hot.
Ice is cold.
A clear sky is the color blue.
A person can’t hold their breath for a day and not die.
Fish live in water.
etc….etc….
Those are natural facts.
Remember that Natural Law is the undisputed laws of God and Nature based on self evident natural facts that cannot be disputed.
Now, here are a few more natural facts relating to males and females:

This is a post I made on another blog today…..
I am really glad I came over here today and read the above post from NBC VicHern..because I had a BREAKTHROUGH moment this past week and have been TRYING to explain it some on another blog, and have been having a hard time doing so..It seems that MANY of us are coming to the conclusion that EVERY member of Congress, and even the Supreme Court and others have actively worked to keep “We the People” from becoming informed about who our President is.
Even going so far as allowing Executive Orders from a “President “who never even provided proof of Citizenship, against us…….and ALL of Congress treating this man as a legitimate President ,,when again, he never even provided proof of citizenship..let alone his “eligibility in any OTHER way.
What I have been trying to point out….is that NOW we have a CLEAR case of PROVING, beyond a doubt that EVERY member of Congress, our Courts etc. have ALL violated their sacred oaths to The Consitution…..
The point that I have been TRYING to make is……rather than use this as the “basis” for a lawsuit..how about we use this as REASON and Justification for “We the People” to exert our Contitutional authority to alter, change, or overthrow the Government that has clearly changed from a Gov. that works FOR “We the People” to one that actively works against us.
I see this as a rare opportunity, literally HANDED to us to Clean house of EVERY member of Congress, and the Courts who have clearly violated their sacred oaths to the Contitution…not just Obama, but ALL of them, and replace them with people who WILL honor their Oaths to the Consitution.
I am not thinking a MARCH, or an angry mob just going in and shutting down the Gov. I am thinking more along the lines of each Tea Party, national organization etc….to stop working for any elections, we suspend elections for a time, ( we have seen that they are not really “elections by we the People) no other causes, and concentrate on selecting people from their states who are known lovers of the Constitution, and appointing them to replace the violaters.
When we have these people selected and ready to go….we send in a Comittee/panel/spokespeople .. to a Congressional meeting and inform them that We the People are using our Constituional authority to remove the following membrs of Congress and the Senate and replace them with…..the ones we have selected..
Using our Consitutional authority..not mob force.
Does anybody ELSE see the vision of this?..and the rare opportunity that we have to shut down the Marxist take over of our Country in it’s tracks…..and how we could begin to heal with a NEW Government, committed to making our Country the Free nation that our Founding Fathers envisioned for us…..and demanded that we guard diligently for future generations?..if we could have THAT!!!! The “other issues” that we are fighting for will kind of “take care of themselves”

What you are suggesting has already been done….Completed probably a little less than a year ago…..I forgot the name of the new president….Dr. Kate probably remembers…..Basically, the existing government just laughs at them and continues running roughshod over us…..The ONLY way it could ever work is for the military to switch sides and then forcibly remove the current criminals in DC….I’m talking about actually dragging them out of their offices by their feet and tossing them in detention centers where they can await their trials, convictions and sentences…..Until that day comes, the crooks will proceed with their agenda and will continue to laugh at us while doing it.

I remember that, but he did not have the backing of the entire Country behind him..he did not represent “we the People”, he represented himself, and a few followers.
I WISH we could depend on the “calvary” to come and save us, but as stated above to Heather….our Miitary will never DO this…..I think we will find that they will support us, and protect us once “We the People” accomplish this, but NO WHERE in the Consitution does it allow for a MIlitary take over of our Government…and that it is the way the Military sees it.

Our military is charged with protecting the U.S. Constitution, not the President or Government. Furthermore, our military officers do not take an oath to obey the President or superior officers but, rather, only to uphold, defend and protect the U.S. Constitution therefore they are in fact required by their oath to disobey unconstitutional (illegal/unlawful) orders.

Enlisted servicemembers swear allegiance to POTUS and the Constitution.
Officers do not swear allegiance to POTUS – as a safeguard against a usurper commander-in-chief. They swear allegiance only to the Constitution.

You are exactly right, that IS the oathes that the military takes…..MY point is that it is not up to the MIlitary to determine that our President is a “domestic terrorist”….and they can’t just go in and treat him as such without the other branches of Gov. naming him as such….that to them, would be a military take over.
Once it’s determined, and he is named as a Usurper, the Military WILL take him into custody. It’s just not up to them to determine all by themselves, that he IS a Usurper.
