All these things we have lost but this is still not the worst lose for America: That which truly made us the Greatest Nation On Earth: UNITY.
People are scrambling to find law to use against the government to take back control and can’t understand why they are not working? Why the DOJ thumbs its nose at the Constitution and the laws of the people?
There really is not much left of the country that was once: The “UNITED” States of America. We now have the NWO ObamaNation. As a country we could eventually overcome our de facto government problem…”IF” we had one thing again: UNITY. We were GUARENTEED separation of religious belief or none belief , color and any creed. But we were indivisible when it came to our Constitutional laws that protected our freedoms to be different in who we are and what we choose to individually believe. Our differences united us…they did not fractionalize us when it came to the Constitutional law of the people.
This may sound cliché: If we would put OUR countries best interests ahead of our own, before our self-interests, as our founders did, the Republic “for which we stand” would stand once more.
ONLY UNITY has the power to bring back what made us great in the first place: Equality under the Republic and the laws of our personal liberty guaranteed in OUR Constitution. Education is the key.
We have lost what made this country great…WE THE PEOPLE. The hearts of WE THE PEOPLE are our most precious commodity. Will we ever recover them again is the question? Will we ever get the chance to win back what was “given to us paid for with the blood of our Fore Fathers.” This country was a gift of heritage, that we have given away through ignorance of the law and negligence to protect the Constitution. We have lost to a Constitutional De Facto government that masquerades as the CON-unistic Federal government of America… The ObamaNation.
I suffer a broken heart but my resolve and love for the Republic of the United States lives on. If you seek to find what is wrong today in this country…look no further than the chair you are sitting in. We the people broke it…it will take we the people UNITED to fix it.
In other words…it will never happen because government is doing everything it can to keep us splintered and apart. They know the power of a united people and wage a war against it every day.
It was the 2001 US Patriot act that first turned me against Bush. After that I began to awaken while others remained asleep. I lost many friends and acquaintances over the years because of their blindness to what was really going on. Of course, I lived on Venice Beach, California the capital of pot heads and I blamed it on pot.

I read that traitor Hawaii finally admitted Obama’s birth certifcate is not valid, the birth certificate and the certificate of live birth were forged and there is no proof Obama was born in Hawaii. Don’t get your hopes up–the electoral college will still vote for him to be president, the tratiorous whores that they are. The day this Muslim is sworn in for the second time is the day this cabal gives America the bird by publicly flaunting its defiance and contempt of our Constitution, American laws and traditions. We are up the creek without a paddle.

Bill Whittle is one of my heroes. Unfortunetly, he is not our president–even though I agree he would make a great one. I am not saying there are no solutions to what is happening to America by the stealth takeover of new regime. There are many solutions. However–our job –should we decide to accept–is to get enough people on the same page so as to make these solutions possible. Right now America has been very cleverly divided by false claims of racism, liberalism, right, left, socialists, capitalism, gay or traditional marriage, political correct language, Islam vs Jews, Christians and all infidels, Obamabots and those minorities of all colors who disapprove of Obama. Those who do not agree with the government today cannot agree among themselves enough to get on the same page to become effective to make a difference. I have been listening to Bill whittle for a long time. I agree with him so much I wonder if he read the same books I did.
Not until many million more Americans have been harmed by this regime will they awaken sufficiently to recognize they are a captured people stolen in the middle of the night by a group of stealth usurpers. Secondly–not until Americans acknowledge that usurpation by any one regardless of race or popularity is detrimental to themselves will we become effective.

With Obama’s recent re-election (cough-cough) and all of his rhetoric about everyone paying “their fair share”, you’d be led to believe that there is an overwhelming amount of support for the policies in this so-called ‘fiscal cliff deal’ supported by the president and Democrats in Congress. This morning on radio, Glenn put the president’s fiscal plan and the definition of “fair share” into perspective.
“40% of their [the wealthy’s] income now goes directly to the federal government and the waste in Washington. Now how much does the average person say is fair?” Glenn asked. “‘Pay your fair share’, that’s what the president always says, and this is why he always says it this way: ‘It’s time that people pay their fair share’. What is their fair share?”
That’s the question the Democrats never answer.
Most Americans will face higher federal taxes in 2013 — about 77% according to the Tax Policy Center. While the tax package Congress passed on New Years Day will protect 99% of Americans from an income tax increase, this legislation did nothing to prevent the Social Security payroll tax reduction from expiring. This 2% cut was worth about $1,000 to someone making $50,000 a year.
Along with an increased payroll tax, individuals making over $400,000 ($450,000 for married couples) will now being paying a federal income tax rate of 40% — up 5% from the rate under the Bush tax cuts. Many of the individuals now facing these higher tax rates are innovators and business owners who create jobs. But now, instead of putting 5% of their income into innovation, new jobs, and economic growth, it will go directly to the federal government.

Good thing I’m not a Federal citizen and I don’t reside in a Federal zone. That would suck. Raise income taxes to 75% or more. I don’t care. And neither will the thousands of others that are no longer residents of D.C.
But how many Americans actually believe a 40% top tax rate is reasonable? 4%. And over 45% is only 2% of Americans.

The school system has indoctrinated our kids so far. It is ‑‑ it is beyond saying where we were in November, “Wow, we’ve lost the public in Washington. We can’t ‑‑ we lost Washington. We thought we had maybe some hold on Washington, you know, five years ago. No. That was a total lie. Then we thought, okay, we could just make a case and we could get people to understand but, no, that’s not it. Because of the media, that’s not even true. But it’s not even the media — it is the educational system. But it’s not even the educational system. That’s where we left you. It’s not just the educational system. It’s the entire culture. The evil that we seek to avoid is in our own home now, and it is about to turbo.”

I heard this am that 3.50 is and will be the norm for gas and no one is complaining anymore. So when gas gets higher and people can’t drive and food prices are out of this world–they may then get on board but I won’t hold my breath!

This is my observation also. Beck quite often appears to be totally surprised at what “we” (here in the blogosphere) have been exposed to on nearly a daily basis. The unfortunate reality is that there have been a number of those , at least in the world of blogging/ journalism and other venues as well (lawyers), that have found, to their surprise, that obama has been exceptionally good for business, and the longer they can drag it out, the better it gets.
This also goes for those we have sent to DC, which appears to be it’s own little world that demands that one goes along to get along…so much for career politicians. Apart from that, they are apparently genuinely unaware of how serious the situation is getting.
Everywhere I turn the news is all on gun bans and control–so after reading several of these articles, I am hell bent on saying for sure, without a doubt in my mind, that Sandy Hook was a govt kill. After all, how better to get the attention of young parents and stupid, sneaky politicians then to go after babies.

I can truly relate jane. I’ve stopped communicating to those friends, even family members, who seem to be in this trance, who recite MSLSD/CNN nonsense constantly. Funny thing is, we had all mutually agreed to stop discussing politics a couple years ago, realizing it was hurting the relationship. We stopped they didn’t. They call or email inquiring as to our doings or send invites, we just can’t stomach them anymore. A family member acted ‘concerned’ the other day, suggested I visit a physician to possibly pick up an Rx. Somehow she thinks that will fix her stupidity?

Saul, later to become the apostle Paul, was doing the work of the kingdom before he was even in it. Had he not persecuted the church, I think the first-century Christians probably would have been content to stay in their little holy huddle in Jerusalem and never leave town. It was great, God had blessed, and there were believers all around. So who wanted to leave Jerusalem? But with Saul’s persecution, the Christians were forced to spread out, and in the process, they took the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.
I think the person who probably had the greatest influence in bringing about the conversion of Saul was Stephen, the church’s first martyr. I believe it was Stephen’s bold testimony that actually threw fuel on Saul’s fire, because Saul was under the conviction of the Holy Spirit. Stephen didn’t have a long ministry. He never wrote a book of the New Testament. But if his only convert was Saul of Tarsus, then he was one whopper of a convert.
You may not reach millions. You may not reach thousands. You may not reach hundreds. But you may be the person whom God uses to reach someone who will, in turn, change the world. Or, it may be a child whom you raised in the way of the Lord who reaches someone else who talks to someone else and eventually shares the gospel with someone like Saul. So here is what you need to realize: It’s not over till it’s over.
We need to be faithful in sowing the seed of the Word of God, because we don’t know where that seed will go . . . in this life . . . or in the next generation . . . or in the next one.

For you legal eagles out their, is this how they pulled off the legal fiction of “standing”, or as the case may be “no standing”, against the Citizens on constitutional issues, refusing redress of grievances petitioned?
My understanding of “Standing” is that you have to prove you have been injured or you have no standing. You cannot claim future injuries
So, I don’t understand why we have no standing when the Constitution was voided with the election of obama.
Jan, to my limited legal knowledge, the concept of standing was not applied at the time of the writing of the constitution. Thus, it has been conjured up since and it follows that there was legal trickery associated with the invention. Changing jurisdiction could be part of it. By classify a man on the land or sovereign as a citizen of a fictitious kingdom/entity, it could flip the pecking order and nullify one’s rights under the constitutional republic by removing them from it.
That aside, how does one PROVE injury or damage when one is barred from bringing evidence under oath before the court?
Ten, I can’t remember the exact year, but do you recall when there was a huge push across the country to make all courts have the same punishment for the same crimes?
It was to stop the rich from having a different sentence from the poor. Maybe it was around after Ted Kennedy got away with murder?????

It’s good to see all the comments popping up that are questiong who we are, but more importantly, who we’re not. Taxpayer or non-taxpayer, citizen or Citizen, resident of DC and/or it’s territories or living in one of the dejure 50 states. Once you realize what has been done to you, then you can figure out how to change your situation.
