Cowardice and Congressman West

©2011 drkate

With apologies to none,  I am calling out Congressman Allen West.

Congressman Allen West
Washington, DC 20515
                                 Re:   Cowardice
Dear Congressman West:

As a battle-tested soldier, I am sure you understand the definition of cowardice.  I am equally sure you do not apply that label to yourself.  I am writing to tell you that I apply that label to you, as I think you are demonstrating the cowardice you so decry.

Your self-serving note about Lt. Col Lakin being ‘led astray’ just lumps you in the same category as every other elected official who has silently stood by while the Constitution has been usurped.  Dr. Lakin’s decision was his own, and just because you can’t see the usurpation that millions of Americans do doesn’t give you a right to blithely call him a man who has been ‘led astray’.  With this kind of attitude, how did you command any respect from your soldiers?

I know you don’t care to examine the facts of Mr. Obama as you are planning a long stay as a so-called ‘representative’ from Florida.  In fact you only seem to represent yourself. Here are a few things you should be aware of:

  • The long form COLB released by Obama on April 27 is a rank forgery, but you haven’t cared one whit to examine it.  A forensic document expert has analyzed it and sent a 28-page report to the FBI for investigation.
  • Obama is using multiple social security numbers, his current one from Connecticut from a man who was born in 1890.
  • Obama forged his selective service registration, backdating it.  The penalty for not filing a SSR is removal of American citizenship and ineligibility for any Executive office.

 Oh I forgot.  You and your staff probably don’t know the definition of Misprision of Felony.

 Are you a racist, Congressman West?  Is that why you won’t examine Mr. Obama, because of his skin color?  Or are you too happy with your perks and position?  Are you ‘politically correct’ and afraid to stand?  I am sorry I ever promoted your candidacy, or had you on my blog for so long, or donated to your campaign.

 No guts, no glory.  You sir, have no guts.  I am offended that you could talk such a good line and then just fall in with the other cowards who could care less about the Constitution or the American people.

    Its the arrogance of these people when they get to office, and the knowledge that they all believe we Americans are stupid and must be ‘led’. I will not let West get away with dissing the constitution, or not fighting for it, because he doesn’t want to offend obama or lose his position.

    If Allen West had courage, he would take this on irrespective of his ‘re-election’ chances. He is no founding father…and restoring the constitution? He can’t do that unless he sees the entire constitution!

    West sits on the House Armed Services Committee, and hasn’t said a word about LTC Lakin’s court martial, or indicated an interest in investigating it, or said anything but his hand written note about a man ‘led astray.’ What about the justice denied? No discovery? The release of a LFCOLB two weeks before Lakin had served his term?

    Pound sand, West, and don’t come back or even speak about the Constitution until you mean it.

      I’m bringing this forward, from the last thread:

      You called it like it is, Kate, and I just hope it hits at West’s heartstrings. Otherwise, he is just another purposely stupid fool that’s selling out for money and prestige. But what kind of prestige is it to be a traitor to your country?

      • 3 SUSANM June 29, 2011 at 2:40 pm

        JUST ONE QUESTION: do our soldiers fight over seas, do they know what the hell is going on in AMERICA, the lies, our SOVEREGNTY, million coming in with the open borders, GOD ONLY KNOWES WHO HAS COME IN AS napolitano DOES NOT, we have no JUSTICE, we can’t say GOD, can’t say the PLEDGE…DO THEY KNOW THEY ARE FIGHTING FOR NOTHING, THEY SHOULD BE HERE IN THE U.S. CAUSE SOON ITS GOING TO BLOW UP WITH INNER FIGHTING …………

  2. 4 Troy June 23, 2011 at 10:50 am

    LTC Lakin was “led astray” alright – by his own defense council.

    Something still stinks to high heaven about that whole scenario…..It seems that his so called “defense council” was actually part and parcel of the crucifixion team.

    Wasn’t it Valley that got Lakin together with his turncoat lawyer?…..And now West is saying that he played a role in it too…..Something really stinks!!!

    • 5 drkate June 23, 2011 at 11:01 am

      Yes, Vallely was never interested in this issue, never came to Lakin’s defense. If Lakin was set up, he was set up by West, Vallely and the Patriots Union–aka jbwilliams. They all claimed credit for it and now they say he was led astray. It does stink. That is why I will not support Vallely in his run for the presidency. He’s telling us to drop it.

  3. 6 Paula June 23, 2011 at 11:18 am

    Thank you, Dr. Kate! Did this actually go to his office? I hope he gets to read it.

    Also, I agree; something stinks with Vallely. Is it a fact that he is running or just rumor?

    • 7 drkate June 23, 2011 at 11:22 am

      Yes I just faxed it and decided to publish as well. I am pretty steamed, especially after what Lakin went through. He has shown more courage than the well paid newly minted representative who use to be a soldier for his country.

      Vallely is putting out feelers and has asked for feedback. Guess what mine was? 🙂

  4. 8 drkate June 23, 2011 at 11:20 am

    Courage and cowardice on the battlefield is different than in Congress, I will acknowledge. But West was the man who said “charge!” when asked about whether we should take our country back! This congressional work demands courage none the less, with plenty of paths for cowardice…the path most often followed.

  5. 9 Troy June 23, 2011 at 11:21 am

    I know jb williams is interested in the issue…..Have you or Sharon ever asked Williams what he thought about the way Lakin was treated and represented by his own lawyer? – the lawyer that the patriots union pushed onto Lakin

    • 10 drkate June 23, 2011 at 11:25 am

      Of course. He claims he had nothing to do with it now….never supported Lakin but certainly trashed all of Lakin’s supporters. I honestly think Lakin was set up by these dudes to fail. I was at the trial. I saw what Neil Puckett did to his own client. VAllely, jbwilliams and west all recommended puckett, who by the way has a muslim law partner who doesn’t think Hassan was motivated by radical islam.

      • 11 Paula June 23, 2011 at 11:44 am

        Wow! Hmmm…there’s that rotten stink!

      • 12 Voco Indubium June 24, 2011 at 2:10 am

        It did look like a set-up to me as well. Puckett’s behavior and explanation about the surprise-method (or whatever he called it), points to that. I would not be surprised if Lakin would have a valid legal claim against Puckett for unethical behavior. The problem is of course, that the entire Judicial Branch (and the military courts) are in lockstep marching with O, so no judge will be sympathetic with Lakin if he makes such claim.

    We are getting eaten alive by the Usurper’s Executive Orders and yet the golden ring is in the palm of our hand. All we have to do is close it and EVERYTHING becomes null and void. I am physical sickened by the cowardice in Washington. I am losing hope. There just isn’t anything we can do. Winning in 2012 is not enough to guarantee we can undo all of the Usurper’s globalist damage to our nation’s sovereignty. And until then the hits will keep coming till we are so dizzy we won’t know which end is up and it will be to late. We need answers now. We need a Birther bus tour whose final destination is at a 3 day Birther convention. It’s all got…

    • 14 drkate June 23, 2011 at 11:49 am

      I am with you Charles…desperate for a large group to just go do this…the evidence is there! And then there are the patriots who just want us to sign up for this or that and then we’ll go…no this is most urgent. Something has to happen, someone has to have the courage to stand up.

    • 15 SallyAl June 23, 2011 at 12:10 pm

      Charles, I have been saying we just need to go to DC en masse! Let’s do it. We will pick a date and publicize it and just show up. No nonsense Nancy also wants to do this. We CAN do this!!! I have seen your posts on ORYR today and I know how passionate you are about this. I also get the feeling that you are at the end of your rope with all the talk, talk, talk. Me too. It is now time for action. And I am NOT advocating violence.

      • 16 charlesmountain June 23, 2011 at 12:49 pm

        We need help to organize this drkate has connections. I can only offer my voice and time. But Sally it’s not a date or one day.It needs to for the duration, until our voice is answered. One day is pointless! Very important!

  7. 18 Mr. Bill(ms. helga) June 23, 2011 at 11:53 am

    I too fell for the West Sales Pitch. To be honest I think he fell under the spell of his staff who are the ones who really run everything. Most virgin(?) Congs come to Washington slightly naive to the ways and means of how Congress works. They are usually advised on who they should hire from the already experienced staff who have been there for years. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO REALLY RUN THINGS. Until that changes – NOTHING WILL CHANGE!!
    Keep up your good work.
    I think the Constitution is going to get a lot of attention this week since “Time” magazine has made it it’s cover story. Things are beginning to speed-up now.

  8. 19 Troy June 23, 2011 at 11:54 am

    I had high hopes in West….What a shame it has turned out to be.

    There seems to be no one left in DC that will step up to try and save our country.

    I once had high hopes for Bachman too….She’s just another politician.

    It’s hard to believe that the elite establishment in DC is soooo powerful that every last senator and congressperson throughout history has given in to it…..I know full well that plenty of them have started out with ethics and morals, but what happens to them?…..Exactly, what in the hell is it that these people fold up like a cheap suit for?…..Why hasn’t an ex-congresscritter came out with a tell-all book or interview describing the process that is used on them to force them to betray themselves, their families, their constituents and God in order to fall in line with the DC elites?

    Why hasn’t any freshmen congresscritters ever worked undercover, at all times, with a hidden micro-camera and microphone for the duration of their term in DC and cataloged and made public all of the bribes, arm twisting, blackmail and all out threats and then make all of it public? – full blown video with sound of all of the dirty criminal garbage that they are subjected to and asked to participate in

    Surely, there is a way to blow the lid off of all the criminal BS in DC….There has to be a way!

    • 20 heather June 24, 2011 at 6:36 am

      Lets all put our heads together again–and read and reread the constitution and bill of rights—somewhere in there has to be the answer we seek. Pour over these papers with a magnifing glass. I will start again today.

  9. 21 usapatriots-shout June 23, 2011 at 12:02 pm

    Our timing is amazing. I just attempted to post on Weasel Zippers that I wondered why West hasn’t challenged Obama’s eligibility issue. I don’t think they posted it. They have not posted any of my commentes in the last two months.

    Every body is praising West for his boldness. I think he is a slimy coward who places his persnal career above his country. Therefore he joins the ranks of the rest of the aiders and abettors, enablers, avoiders and deniers.

    • 22 True Patriot June 23, 2011 at 6:02 pm

      @usa patriots – shout I agree I have been warning people about West and getting attacked for it alot.

      I am sick of people being stupid. Sometimes it feels like only a few of
      us are willing to take the hit.

      Great article Dr. Kate and thanks once again for keeping the truth out
      here.

  10. 23 Mr. Bill(ms. helga) June 23, 2011 at 12:18 pm

    I have lived in the Washington area for over 60 years and what the Congress people catch is “Potomac Fever”.

    Remember this quotation –

    MSNBC IS THE RECTAL THERMOMETER FOR POTOMAC FEVER

    • 24 drkate June 23, 2011 at 12:20 pm

      HI Ms Helga! 🙂 with living in the ‘swamp’ for so long, no wonder you signed ‘from usurperville’ !! 😀

      So are we to assume that the temperature is now dropping for the fever, since msnbc is down? 😮

  11. 26 charlesmountain June 23, 2011 at 12:20 pm

    What if it just starts with a few dozen people standing in front of the White House with some blow up signs of the phony BC, Selective Service and SSN etc saying “Will not move until Congress investigates the fraud.”? So what if we get arrested? We repeat this to the arresting officer. We repeat this to the judge. We just keep repeating it wherever we are. The another dozen go stand in front of the White House and we repeat the cycle. We do not budge. This idea needs to be expanded on but do you get my drift?

    • 27 drkate June 23, 2011 at 12:25 pm

      You know we could get a permanent spot in front of the White House via permit …like permanent…when demonstrating there as long as you keep walking with signs no problem but they do begin to arrest if you stand still or chain yourself to the fence.

      This has got to be staffed…rotating in and out. First demonstrations…with nothing done, then chain yourself to the WH fence….

      • 28 charlesmountain June 23, 2011 at 12:36 pm

        Who is willing to go camp out at the White House and possibly be arrested to force the media to cover this? So what if the headlines say some crazy birthers protested in Washington….It’s a start!

        • 29 charlesmountain June 23, 2011 at 12:45 pm

          Our answer to their questions and calling us crazy will be simply and exactly “Irrefutable proof” And then hand them a copy of Vogt and Irey’s and Daniel’s documentation. Zero mention of NBC or birth in Hawaii. Just press the criminal forgery and fraud.

        • 30 C.A. Holly June 23, 2011 at 3:17 pm

          I’m with you Charles and count me in, but what makes us think the media will even cover it other than maybe a short, skewered paragraph deep within the pages of a newspaper, much less garner headline attention. There has been a total media blackout and we’ve no reason to believe a D.C. demonstration wouldn’t be blacked out as well.

          • 31 charlesmountain June 23, 2011 at 4:00 pm

            You have to make it a big deal. Remember the phony gathering in front of the White House after they announced they killed Bin laden, C.A.?

            That could be us. It’ll crack Drudge…and that’s all we need. Just make it to Drudge….

    • 32 SallyAl June 23, 2011 at 1:26 pm

    Allen West on his Pigford vote.

    http://www.therightscoop.com/allen-west-explains-pigford-vote/

    I will say this. While I appreciate his addressing it and saying what he did, his response is a bit hollow with a lot of “maybe I didn’t do enough due diligence…” “maybe I have to take this one in the shorts”, along with his vote on the extension of the Patriot Act concerns me deeply. Maybe??? MAYBE????

    My own ‘conservative’ rep, voted last year to set the stage for Puerto Rico to become a state. When I cornered him on it, it was a breezy “sorry…freshman mistake”. And he also voted to extend the horrific violation of the 4th Amendment.

    These are not small mistakes. So I remain ever diligent in watching their actions and not just listening to their words.

    I really wonder if they have mind altering sessions in the cesspool of D.C. to turn these constitutional patriots into false patriots.

      😆 good one attilasdaughter
      Now for some excerpts

      America has gotten a steady whiff of B.O. emanating from the White House and its environs for two and a half years now, and even those notoriously asnomic leftists closest to our foundering President are holding their noses.

      Obama’s devoted followers, mainly the leftist simpletons in the press claque, continue to find imaginative new ways to structure polling questions designed to maintain the illusion that B.O. is not only still popular, but well-nigh unbeatable.
      snip

      If it weren’t for the torrential rains across the Midwest and the unusual tornado activity there, people in Idaho would be able to smell this administration, whose policies decidedly stink on ice. 😆

      B.O.’s approach to the Presidency is so abhorrent, that he may actually be able to accomplish something that even Jimmy Carter couldn’t do: he might actually lose the votes of liberal Jewish Americans.

      The latest polls show that merely 30% of voters intend to vote for Obama in 2012. Support for B.O. is falling like the Roadrunner with an anvil racing off a cliff. He will be lucky to carry Hawaii and Bernie Sanders. B.O.unbeatable? B.S.

      It’s gotten so bad that when B.O. tried to suggest to his own Democratic National Committee that his administration had created over 2.1 million jobs in the past 15 months, the room broke out in laughter.

      The fact of the matter is that if the election were to be held today, Obama would lose by 5 points to your mother-in-law, by 7 points to Muammar Ghaddafy, and possibly by double digits to Gary Busey. David Axelrod might think it’s still cool to like Obama, but who’s taking advice on coolness from a guy with an Hitler comb-over and mustache?

      With all the talk about the weakness of the current crop of Republican presidential candidates, did you ever stop to think how the Flower of Affirmative Action got nominated in the first place? The Democrat slate was so weak in 2008 that über-sleazoid John Edwards was a serious contender and actually bamboozled 4.5 delegates to vote for him at the convention

      😆

    Here is a plan that should shake the trees –

    THE BIRTHDAY CARD PROJECT
    Here is the plan –
    1. Go to your nearest grocery store and buy an inexpensive Birthday card.
    2. Go home and write a little note saying “I hope this is your correct Birthday”
    3. This is important – Address as follows –

    Mr. Barry Soetoro
    1600 Kendonesia Ave. NW
    Usurperville, D.C. 20500
    4. This is doubly important .
    Place on the front top corner or back the following return address-
    1600 Pa. Ave.,N.W.
    Washington, D.C. 20500
    Either Way it get’s there.
    PS – I forgot that you don’t put any postage on it and they will return to sender. HAHAHAHA

  15. 42 Mr. Bill(ms. helga) June 23, 2011 at 12:52 pm

    PS – Now you know why the Post Office is going broke!

    Tell me this: How does a chronic liar get in front of people who know he’s a chronic liar and tell them all his lies that they do no believe. I mean how can he do that and no feel like a fool? Does he not know how foolish and sick he looks doing that? I mean he IS BUSH the third. He has adopted all of Bush’s poilicies and then some.
    This is a nation of laws by the people and for the people so how does he pass laws in the middle of the night behind closed doors doing things like giving away our waters and national parks to the (non) united nations. Even Bush knew the UN was a terrorist organization and would have nothing to do with them. So the usurper gave away our BLM land, water and mineral rights and put USA on eminent domain to China……someone needs to go beat the crap out of him and valerie.

But not to worry though his thugs will come after all of us–yeah maybe we should just call them all out without their security–after all none of us have security and we are still calling him out!

      Chicken crap is what he is–what a piss poor excuse for a potus. Imagine the new president we get, PALIN, she will restore honor, grace and constitutional loyalty back into America and the WH!

    This is what I just sent to Mr. West:

    Apparently you just “stepped” in it big time. Your hand-written note to one of your constituents has made it to several blogs. I imagine by now your various offices have been inundated with calls and faxes and within a few days your mailmen (I am not PC) will also be delivering many more responses. I am sure you think that a hand-written note is much more personal and shows that you take the time to listen to your constituents concerns and personally respond.

    I know that Dr. Kate V. has faxed you a letter within the last couple of hours. Allow me, if I may, to follow-up on that letter with one thing that is missing.

    Please tell me how you feel that a Dual citizen is qualified to be President of OUR United States of America? Not one person in Congress or the Senate has been able to honestly answer that question. We get ridiculous answers about the 14th Amendment.
    Let me be perfectly clear about this (to quote Mr. Obama). You cannot become a Natural Born Citizen AFTER THE FACT! Again, the term Natural Born “Dual” Citizen does NOT exist and is an oxymoron.
    I’m pretty sure you have just lost A LOT of support. Too bad. Some of us had really high hopes for you.

    I know that West has been concerned about Muslims, not as outspoken as Rep King, and it does take courage to stand up to that. But is everything just words with these people? Has West called for an investigation into the Hassan case or its significance in terms of our armed forces?

  19. 52 observer June 23, 2011 at 1:45 pm

    West say we’re all dogs chasing our tails. He says he’s concentrating on O’s policies – as is the excuse for inaction of so many others. Well, can’t they see how really ignorant such remarks sound????

    Use all the evidence now out there and backed by the reputations of the experts and gathered by the truly brave and your so-called concern about the “policies” is over – poof! Do we actually have to spell it out for our brilliant representatives? Just simply take all the evidence and your policy maker is gone. So simple but only meant for non-cowards! Only the Lakin types may apply.

    Has anyone ever approached that young Breitbart acorn investigator with all the gathered evidence and tapes from the many who are so willing and waiting to talk? It seems that we need the willing young who have been willing to be bold and put themselves on the line. And this guy (and partner girl) have always gotten media attention. They were self starters and imaginative and seemed to enjoy the “gotcha” effect.

    • 56 Troy June 23, 2011 at 2:12 pm

      Their “go to guy” is Breitbart and he won’t touch eligibility….He doesn’t believe in the issue and I don’t think he would publish any eligibility story that they might do.

      • 57 C.A. Holly June 23, 2011 at 3:36 pm

        Busting this wide open may yet prove too big of a temptation for Breitbart’s ego. Birther related comments at his site are always favorably rated, and more than one poster has urged him to take this on (me included). And for what it’s worth, I have also noticed that Breitbart.com is linking to WND birther articles in the network news section, though none as yet has been a featured article.

      • 58 observer June 24, 2011 at 7:23 am

        I’m not talking about defining the NBC. I’m talking about the evidence of fraud proof in what O has presented and what has been expertly examined – the Apr. 27 “document”, the findings re: the SSN, and the fake selective service application. Those young investigators began on their own and got coverage from Breitbart. Why couldn’t they go to HI and “visit” the gov. and the hospitals with their cameras and mikes?

        That’s crime investigation – crime that continues today – beyond the “eligibility” question alone!

    I alternate between being discouraged about the prospects of exposing bho and then feeling the axe is about to fall on his weasely neck. Right now, I feel pretty good —I have a bet with my wife that he’ll be out of office by July 4. I may lose the bet, but there are too many things under way now for me to lose faith. The internal WH ruckus, the slightly favorable rulings of some courts, the fumbling in the state of Hawaii, and the issuance of the fraudulant BC–all pose promise.
    I think the real straw will be a sex scandal released by the hard core left that is fed up with his total incompitence. I don’t expect the legal system to act any time soon.

    “”On February 3, 2011, a series of e-mails from Ft. Pierre SD Director of Public Works Brad Lawrence sounded the alarm loud and clear. In correspondence to the headquarters of the American Water Works Association in Washington, D.C., Lawrence warned that “the Corps of Engineers has failed thus far to evacuate enough water from the main stem reservoirs to meet normal runoff conditions. This year’s runoff will be anything but normal.”

    In the same e-mail, he describes the consequences of the Corps failure to act as a “flood of biblical proportions.” His e-mails were forwarded from Washington, D.C. to state emergency response coordinators nationwide.””

    Ladies and Gentlemen you are witnessing, in my opinion, a direct act of terrorism on 2 nuke plants 1000’s of acres of croplands, USAF ballistic missile fields and millions of people involved in this slowly unfolding disaster.

    We are talking simple water management technology that has been used for 1000’s of years….and nobody in the Corps of Engineers thought to prepare for it.

    If we could get enough people over a spread of two weeks it’ll make Drudge. Invite some of the well-knowns to drop by. Make enough noise to make it on to Drudge. Can some one talk to Sharon Rondeau or Commander Kerchner? I think he is chomping at the bit for action.
    He could advertise it in the Examiner God-willing….If we could get Commander Kerchner on board I would go to D.C. work the phones, email, help make signs, run fliers, meet and greet…..whatever it takes..

    From the Post & Email:

    …Puckett maintains that the methods he employed during Lakin’s court-martial amounted to a “surprise move.” He also stated, “This defense tactic totally surprised the client, but enabled the jury to see the depth and agony of the moral issues that led Lakin to make those choices.” …

    Somebody is lying.

          • 69 Papoose June 23, 2011 at 5:36 pm

            Oh most definitely. Many people did. I was an eye witness.

            What attorney under any circumstances has the right to “surprise” his client?

            a deal was struck and we knew it by the first break on day one. by lunchtime, we even knew who would be chosen to be the pane foreperson.

            we also had up-front and personal conversations with many of the long term players, family members and Driscoll, Lind’s predessor.

            Eligibility was forbidden throughout the entire trial, except for the penalty phase…

            ~~ this new development proves someone is lying…

            and many of us wondered who side is Puckett on as well as his military defense partner.

            ~ If West is lying, then he is a sneak, as well.

    • 70 Voco Indubium June 24, 2011 at 2:19 am

      The “surprise-move” is unethical in my opinion. After all, the attorney is employed by the client. He sould not take the role of the opposing attorney who is free to surprise provided that the judge allows it.

    Some of the questions posed above are answered by noting the difference between an Article 32 investigation and a court-martial. Neither an Article 32 investigating officer (IO) nor the prosecutor at the Article 32 investigation can compel a civilian to attend or provide evidence. But once a case is referred to a general or special court-martial, the prosecutor can compel civilians to attend and/or produce evidence, provided that the court-martial is being tried in the United States.

    So, for example, neither the IO nor the prosecutor could have compelled Dr, Fukino to attend the Article 32 hearing or provide a copy of documents in the Hawaii Health Department’s possession. At a court-martial, on the other hand, the prosecutor can require the production of such documents. But she won’t. If the defense wants documents, the military judge has no power to order their production, but can order the proceedings abated unless the prosecutor exercises his or her power to compel the evidence’s production. Mr. Jensen will no doubt ask the military judge to do so. And the military judge will no doubt refuse that request, ruling that such evidence isn’t relevant to any charge that LTC Lakin faces.

    For those who haven’t seen it yet,
    here is Leo Donofrio’s most recent post:

    US SUPREME COURT PRECEDENT STATES THAT OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT.

    • 76 itooktheredpill June 23, 2011 at 6:21 pm

      The Supreme Court in Minor stated that the “citizenship” of persons who were not natural born citizens was an open question.

      That is the most important sentence I’ve ever written at this blog. So please read it again.

      The “citizenship” of those born to non-citizen parents was a question that the Minor Court avoided. But they avoided that question by directly construing Article 2 Section 1. In doing so, the Supreme Court in Minor defined the class of persons who were born in the US to citizen parents as “natural-born citizens”.

      Since Minor, no Amendment has been adopted which changes that definition, and no other Supreme Court case has directly construed Article 2 Section 1.

      The Supreme Court in Wong Kim Ark only construed the question of who was a “citizen” under the 14th Amendment, it did not construe Article 2 Section 1. Therefore, Minor and Wong Kim Ark do not compete with each other at all. Minor is the standing precedent for construction of the natural-born citizen clause in Article 2 Section 1, and Wong Kim Ark is the standing precedent as to “citizenship” under the 14th Amendment.

      No Constitutional amendment supersedes Minor by defining natural-born citizen in a more inclusive way. No US Supreme Court case has overruled it. Justice Gray’s statement that the Court in Minor construed the 14th Amendment in the passage quoted is wrong. The Court in Minor directly construed Article 2 Section 1 while directly avoiding construction of the 14th Amendment.

      The Supreme Court in Wong Kim Ark directly construed the 14th Amendment and specifically avoided construction of Article 2 Section 1. The two cases are not in contradiction. They are consistent.

      Wong Kim Ark is specifically limited to determining who is a citizen under the 14th Amendment.

      Minor is specifically limited to determining who is a US citizen, natural-born.

      According to the US Supreme Court precedent established by Minor, Obama is not eligible to the office of President of the United States.

    Awful… President Obama Makes Horrible Mistake Dishonoring Medal of Honor Winners (Video)
    Posted by Jim Hoft on Thursday, June 23, 2011, 7:01 PM

    This was absolutely awful.

    Barack Obama made another horrible mistake today.
    The president visited the 10th Mountain Division today and congratulated them on their service. Then he told the soldiers that he had given the Medal of Honor to Jared Monti who came back from Iraq alive.
    Jared Monti was actually killed in Iraq in 2006.
    How sad.

    “First time I saw 10th Mountain Division, you guys were in southern Iraq. When I went back to visit Afghanistan, you guys were the first ones there. I had the great honor of seeing some of you because a comrade of yours, Jared Monti, was the first person who I was able to award the Medal of Honor to who actually came back and wasn’t receiving it posthumously.“

    Blackfive caught the president’s horrible gaffe.

    As we all know, SSG Sal Giunta, of the 173rd Airborne, was the first living recipient (2011) of the MOH who fought in Iraq/Afganistan. SFC Jared Monti, 10th Mountain Division, was KIA in Afghanistan in 2006. He was posthumously awarded the MOH by Obama in 2009.

    How does the Commander-in-Chief mix these heroes up? He put that medal around Giunta’s neck and he stood with Monti’s parents as they grieved.

      “First time I saw 10th Mountain Division, YOU GUYS were in southern Iraq. When I went back to visit Afghanistan, YOU GUYS were the first ones there.

      you guys?

      ~~~
      reminds me of the first time he said he ever had a Guinness was in an Irish Airport — and it tasted so much better than it does in States… then he realized that “those guys” were keeping all the good stuff there:
      “The first time I had Guinness,” Obama said, “is when I came to the Shannon airport. We were flying into Afghanistan and so we stopped in Shannon. It was the middle of the night. And I tried one of these and I realized it tastes so much better here than it does in the States.”
      Then the commander-in-chief blithely added: “What I realized was, is that you guys are — You’re keeping all the best stuff here!”
      what an imbecile…
    I was completely horrified by Dr. Lakin’s court martial proceedings after West’s attorney joined the fray. I figured that they assumed that Lakin would lose no matter what and were only attempting to minimize his prison time. (he was looking at years of incarceration). I also thought that West, after he was sworn in as a Congressman would begin an investigation into Lakin’s case. I have sent multiple messages to West. Initialy they were supportive and encourging. Then they metamorphed into gentle challenges for him to do the patriotic heroric actions that his oath to the constitiution required. Most lately they have metamorphed into scathing criticisms of his treasoness abetting of usurption, fraud and idenity fraud. I hope we are all just being impatient and the plan within the Beltway is to wait for real investigations to begin AFTER the primaries to inflict maximun damage to the democratic party, leaving them in the inteniable position of being without a candidate close to the 2012 election. Also the rumour of Obama being easily beated because of his policies maybe be easier for the republicans than running against a different democratic canididate with less baggage than obama.
    i agree that an organized march on Washington could now be a very effective plan in forcing the issues, especially the identity fraud and production of fraudelent documents. Sign me up, I will be there !!!!!
      I love this part
      Daley has probably come to the realization, as so many others like myself who had dealings with the Obama administration, that the harm being done by this White House goes far beyond a political party. It is infecting the fabric of the country, and the stakes are now very-very high for all of us. When Daley, as the current Obama White House Chief of Staff came out publicly and declared there were policies initiated by the administration that were indefensible, that was just stunning. That story is being so under-reported. The White House Chief of Staff is calling President Obama indefensible. That is exactly what that was. And has there been any retraction? No. Did the president demand clarification? No. Daley said it and Daley was left untouched.
    Great encouragement from ObamaReleaseYourRecords – Birther Report poster (he is referring to the response obtained from Virginia Representative Bob Goodlatte by Dean Haskins that Congress may investigate the 2nd bc forgery and Obama’s use of a Social Security number that is not his):
    “Why, rather “how”, did such pressure cause a congressional politician to write and send a message is such a manner as this? Was it because of a simple letter sent to All Politicians? Was it solely due to BillBoard Signs? Was it for the facts of 3 years of Congressional Petitions that we have all conducted? Was it “only” because a few Attorneys filed laws suits that failed in court? Was it because if the American Citizens contacting their representation and filing a verbal complaint? Was it because known experts filed legal complaints in court and were ignored, at that time? Was it because newspaper ads were ran; was that the sole cause for such change in worrisome? Was it the single act of one person that exposed the misrepresentation of the Department of Justice? Was it the single act of one person that exposed the Federal Government lying on Freedom of information acts?
    “NO, it was not. It was a cumulative team effort over nearly 3 years that presents the foundation for others to build upon. Each in their own way, each in their paradigm, contributions and personal sacrifice, same as those before and during.
    “An attempt to dismiss, all others prior, as a complete utter failure of work, for a personal blog gain and dismiss all actions that have led us up to this day, is wrong. AGAIN, this letter “Proves” that 3 years of work, is working.
    Dr. Kate,
    I am having a hard time envisioning Lavelly. First, his earlier actions which occurred involving Lakin. While i’m not disagreeing with your comments, if his intentions were ill w Lakin, why would he then speak out on the COLB being a forgery? That was a major statement. I don’t get it.
    • 132 drkate June 24, 2011 at 3:53 pm
      Don’t get me wrong…Gen Vallely’s comments on the COLB being a forgery were TERRIFIC and everyone is happy he finally spoke out. Having him on board with that is what we have been working on for more than a year. There is concern about a cadre of people sending Lakin to the wrong person, and that Lakin’s own attorney had no right to ‘surprise’ LTC Lakin with an ambush on the stand.
    • 133 Alex June 25, 2011 at 3:52 am
      It’s all a show, Chuck. Vallely uses something everyone knows – that the 5/27/11 bc is a forgery – to make us think he’s “on our side.” Then he says, “We must all abandon our fight to officially expose the forgery, or the African Americans will riot and ruin our country!” This is what he said, and it is a racist lie. But it is the lie The Powers That Be are running up the flagpole, to see if we’ll bow down and fall for it.
    The latest Insider word is very interesting and makes me think that the “traditional” element of the Dem. party is laying groundwork for bho to be exposed–possibly by them–and to bring up another candidate, maybe Daley, to replace him before the campaign time becomes too short. Hillary has too much baggage, including Huma, and Biden is a standing joke.
    Again, discounting rampant cowardice, the Rep.s may be holding off on wiping out bho until later in the campaign making it more difficult for the Dem.s to get a new face up to speed. The country suffers each day bho is left in power and if he is allowed to resign, all his devilment will remain on the books requiring long and tedious legal fumbling to undo. The most satisfactory approach is to charge the sob with multiple crimes and open Pandora’s Box of iligitimacy and declare all his actions n and v.
    In any event, I don’t think bho, or whoever he really is, will be in the next campaign as a candidate.
    Double Red Alert
    Posted by Ann Barnhardt – June 24, AD 2011 9:01 AM MST
    Two HUGE intel leads in my email box this morning from way-back contacts that I’ve had for years, that are actually somewhat connected concepts.
    1. File this one under “Now It All Makes Sense”. A Missouri farming and ranching contact just got off a conference call wherein he was informed that the federal government is sending out letters to all of the flooded out farmers in the Missouri River flood plain and bottoms notifying them that the Army Corps of Engineers will offer to BUY THEIR LAND.
    Intentionally flood massive acreage of highly productive farmground. Destroy people’s communities and homes. Catch them while they are desperate and afraid and then swoop in and buy the ground cheap. Those evil sons of bitches.
    2. Speaking of evil sons of bitches, George Soros appears to be “investing” in farmground through the same puppet company that he used to get into the grain elevator and fertilizer business. The company is called Ospraie Capital Management and is buying up farmground in a joint venture with Teays River Investments as a partner. Here is that announcement:
    Okay. Here’s the connection. This Ospraie outfit was a hedge fund specializing in commodities that was started and run by some cocky child who didn’t know how to trade bear markets and got his butt kicked into next week in the grain market of 2008. He also lost a fortune trying to trade RARE EARTH METALS. In fact, it was so bad that he had to shut his fund down because he had promised his investors that he would give them all of their investment money back if the fund lost more than 30% in one year. Whoopsie.
    But it appears that Soros swooped in and saved the day because this Ospraie is the “co-investor” with Soros that bought the remnants of ConAgra’s trading operation and renamed it . . . Gavilon. In the industry, it is widely acknowledged that Ospraie IS Soros. That three-page article citation is here, copy and paste the URL into your address bar:
    http://money.cnn.com/2008/11/12/news/companies/ospraie_demos.fortune/index.htm
    As you probably remember, Gavilon just recently bought both DeBruce Grain out of Kansas City and the biggest grain elevator company in the Pacific Northwest, thus making Soros (who is the money behind Gavilon through both his own Soros Fund Management AND his de facto control of Ospraie) the third-largest grain company in the U.S. with 280 million bushels of storage capacity, behind only Archer Daniels Midland (542 million bushels storage capacity) and Cargill (344 million bushels storage capacity). That citation is here:
    http://www.world-grain.com/News/News%20Home/Features/2010/12/A%20powerful%20signal.aspx?p=1
    Bottom line: Soros, through Ospraie, is buying up farmground. Please also note that the hotlink citation above is dated June 26, 2009. My contact says this has been going on for two years – and also remember what I told you about farmground prices inflating wildly, especially in Illinois. I have personally confirmed farmground in Illinois selling for $13,000 per acre within the last month, whereas that same kind of ground in Illinois was going for $5500 per acre the day Obama was inaugurated.
    Spread the word.
      OMG. That’s why the value of farmland took and huge hike from average 4-8k/ac to 33k/ac. Huge jump huh? Soros has his hands in everyone’s pockets. He wants to crash another country-ours.
      Here in obotland, I used to be lost in the shuffle. Now I just shuffle along with the lost. I guess all we can do is set an intention and send out prayers to beat this satan bad.
    Now pile on top of that food destroying news the fact that Dubinesque showed us the clip of the entire Pacific USA Coastline and out to AK sprayed with thick clouds of chemtrails. That kills the entire growing season of the west coast including CA where a good deal of the foos comes from. Suddenly Alaska has an earthquake.
    Soros is 80 and looks pitted and ragged, he will perish soon.
      In due time he will perish into eternal hell and damnation-He has has more than his share of (stolen) rewards on earth. Can you picture his old raggety fangs?
