In the wake of Obama’s assault on law-abiding American citizens and the Second Amendment–which is in my view another act of war against these United States–the Obama/Biden team plan to take a tour around the country to rally lawlessness support for his unconstitutional actions.
In actuality, Obama is making himself available for a false flag scuffing event–and if that doesn’t work, will direct that another false flag like Sandy Hook be ginned up to anger the sheeple known as Obama supporters and Congress to force the demand for gun control.

Our temperatures of course have been in the 20s and low teens for over a month and I have noticed misquitos flying in my garage—–at this time of yr they should be dead. In NC, we have to get a permit. If we are all EQUAL according to the constitution, then why is it some states don’t require a permit and some do?

Jane, all state are different. In my state you buy a gun, have an instant FBI background check done on the spot, if you pass you get your gun, in order to carry you must apply for a license through your city hall. When the clerk gets the written background check back from the FBI, they issue you a license to carry and you are then finger printed. In my state we now have an open carry law, which allows all licensed owners to physically carry that weapon on their person in the open or in some sort of holster.
As I said all states are different and you can check with the states that surround your state to see if they are a reciprocating state-meaning you can or cannot carry into that state depending on whether that next door state allows you to cross the border with your weapon.
You can call your local gun club to get the laws. If you have gun clubs they are the easiest and best way to go about obtaining your weapon and licensing. Or you can go to a local gun show and they know all the laws–just don’t let anyone in politics tell you that we need background checks–they are stupid because NO one will sell you a gun without a background check–they will lose their license to sell and go to jail–barry and co are either stupid or playing a game because backgrounds are done on everyone — except those that buy on a street corner illegally or come by a weapon via fast and furious AKA-holder/obama style.
My state does not require a registration either–which really IMO is a good thing.
In some states you have to register for a permit and cannot buy or own a gun until a complete background check is done on you and that could take 6 months. My state is a piece of cake. Once that registration comes back to the clerk, then you can buy your gun and get licensed–thats the law in NJ–where it’s almost impossible to get a gun. No one can get a gun prior to registering for a permit in a lot of states which are mainly the northeastern states.

Kathy–I was elated by the news and took it as a sign as among the first chips in the armor of usuper’s tyranny. There have other chips in the armor, too, like certain states announcing they are going to refuse to honor any bands put on gun controls, and sherriffs who are going to forbid any Feds from coming into their states to confiscate guns. The reisistance of we the captured people is beginning to manifest more visibly these days.
However, I got to thinking about those Federal Judges and their decision. Knowing how buma doesn’t tolerate any type of adverse criticism or decisions, I fear there will be retaliation against these judges and somewhere along the line there may be a reversal of their decision. I hope and pray I am wrong and buma simply takes it on the chin because he is so intense on confiscating America’s guns–which is a criminal act in itself.
USA–I fear the same–and anyone else who opposes him.
A SCOTUS bytch slap-down of this Constitutional decision by lower court judges will be an opportunity for the usurper to preen, laugh, and ridicule what the founders put in place.

Her mother saw her photo and posted that the girl was indeed live and well. Seems that someone ‘lifted’ the little girl’s photo from the internet.
