The “Justice Department”, who should be defending the American People and the Constitution from usurper Obama, may have made a critical error in judgment when they filed ‘notice of Judge Simandle’s ruling in Kerchner v. Obama‘ into the California case of Barnett v. Obama.

The DOJ May Have Messed Up In Filing the Last Minute “Judicial Notice” of the Kerchner v Obama & Congress Case Decision into the Barnett/Keyes v Obama Case File
The Department of Justice (DOJ) who is unconstitutionally defending the usurper Obama when it should be defending the Constitution and “We the People” instead may have inadvertently messed up their constitutionally indefensible position and helped the People and the Constitution by filing the Judicial Notice of the Kerchner case decision into the Barnett/Keyes v Obama case. By filing that lame, unconstitutional ruling that Judge Simandle made in the Kerchner v Obama & Congress case, and by calling Judge Carter’s attention to that ruling and the Kerchner case in NJ, it possibly opens up the ability and likelihood that Judge Carter may read all the pleadings in the Kerchner v Obama & Congress case to understand that case. And doing so may educate him immensely on the Constitution and U.S. history and U.S. Supreme Court case law on the definition of natural born citizenship. Despite the lame, unconstitutional decision of Judge Simandle in NJ, if Judge Carter does read all the pleadings of Kerchner v Obama & Congress, the pleadings and legal briefs of Attorney Mario Apuzzo in the Kerchner case does a masterful and extremely good job of laying out clearly and succinctly the natural born citizenship issues and flaws of Obama and the U.S.
Supreme Court case law that shows definitively that Vattel’s Law of Nations and Natural Law definition of “natural born citizen” is the correct one and that definition became the federal common law by the high court’s literal incorporation of that definition into several U.S. Supreme Court cases, including the Venus decision in 1814 and the Minor v Happersett decision in 1874.
For every action there is a reaction. If you push a negative too hard it becomes a positive. The DOJ may have gone too far in trying to drive a final nail into the Barnett/Keyes v Obama case in CA and instead indirectly introduced some very strong, very cogently written arguments against their own DOJ position into their case from the Kerchner v Obama & Congress case pleadings in NJ as to why Obama cannot serve as President and Commander-in-Chief, since Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen, and thus Obama is not a “natural born” Citizen and is a usurper in the Oval Office. In addition to that going a “filing too far” by the DOJ, it also opened up an opportunity for the Plaintiff side to file their own Judicial Notice filing, i.e., the 2004 Kenyan newspaper article pointing out that it was quite well known to journalists in Kenya and other countries in Africa in 2004 that Obama was born in Kenya. And this was long before Obama even considered running for President and the issue surfaced in the USA as to his reported Kenyan birth.
We will see how this turns out when Judge Carter rules. But it just may turn out that the last minute Judicial Notice inserted by the DOJ may back fire on the DOJ … all to the benefit of our Constitution and We the People. In God we Trust.

Two weeks ago I would have held out hope that yes this would help the case in front of Judge Carter. But since Judge Carter now has an Obot as a clerk, courtesy of Obutts attorney Bauer, I now believe that this case has been bought and or blackmailed into a non case.
In the 1968 classic film “Rosemary’s Baby,” a gang of Satanists pick a woman for Satan to rape so that his son could be groomed to rule this world.
In researching the people who surrounded obama since his conception, we find a gang of Soviet Communists from the heydey of the Communist Party USA- when it had over 100,000 members and was funded by Moscow.
*Stanley Dunham – Obama’s white grandpa. Weird dude who named his daughter Stanley because he wanted a boy. Moved his family from Kansas to Seattle and went out of his way to enroll Stanley Ann in the new Mercer Island High School. This contoversial School’s Communist administrators were investigated by House Committee on Un-American Activities. Stanley was not religious, yet he enrolled his family in a controversial Unitarian Church known as “The Little Red Church.” Communists associated with the High School also belonged to this church.
*Stanley Ann Dunham – A real nut case….no surprise she turned out nuts given that she had to go through life with a boy’s name. She was teased as a young girl because of her name and must have felt that her dad never wanted her. Friends described “Stanley” as a radical feminist and “fellow traveler” (a term for communists who weren’t actually members of the Party but synpathized)
Known in High School as a radical lefty , Stanley Ann went on to have sex with a 24 year old married Kenyan that she met in Russian Language class at Hawaii University. She was 17 when she conceived Obama. Dunham later worked for the ultra-left wing Carnegie Foundadtion.
*Barack Obama Sr. – Worked as an economist for the Marxist regime of Kenya…Polygamist, divorced by Stanley Ann and went back to Kenya…leaving Barry fatherless. Barack Sr. later died in a drunk driving accident.
*Frank Marshall Davis – Introduced to young Barack by Stanley Dunham (the grandfather) Davis was an open Communist, investigated by House Committee. He was also a bi-sexual and child predator, authored his sex memoirs – “Sex Rebel – Black” in which he describes threesomes that he and his wife had with a 13 year old girl named “Ann.” David enjoyed urinating on his wife.
*William Ayers – Admitted communist, founder of cop-killing terrorist “Weatherman” group…blew up memorial to policemen who were killed during the communist inspired Haymarket riots in 1880’s. Ayers girlfriend was killed by a nail bomb that exploded prematurely. Ayers sponsored Obama’s first fundraiser for Senate race in his Chicago home. It has since come to light that communist-terrorist Ayers ghost wrote Obama’s first book (Dreams From My Father) because Barry was too stupid to finish the book that he had already received an advance on.
*Saul Alinsky – Notorious Chicagao rabble rouser and Marxist. Alinsky established the concept of “community organizing,” which is what Obama did for 10 years in the Chicago slums. Obama never met Alinsky, but he was, and is, a student of his tactics. Alinky’s book “Rules for Radicals,” is the Bible of Communist Street Agitators like Obama and ACORN….Michelle actually quoted Alinksy in speech to Democrat Convention.
So, there you have it….a troubled child birthed by a communist wacko mother…abandoned by his communist father at age 2….dumped upon his communist grandpa’s lap at age 10…mentored by a Communist sex pervert in his teens….. associated with communist scum terrorists like Ayers and Alinksy’s followers well into his adult life…and, by Obama’s own admission, he sought out Marxist professors at Columbia to hang out with.
At every step of his political rise, Obama either got to run unopposed…or an opponent’s scandal suddenly comes to light…or he runs against a total patsy loser (Alan Keyes, McCain/Palin)..
…a charmed existence…just like young Damien in the Omen.
Since coming into power, he has appointed admitted communists and is moving quickly to destroy our currency and sign over our sovereignty to the Red Gang at the EU.
Barry’s mom(Ann Dunham)worked for Geitner’s father in Indochina in the 1980’s. They both worked at the Ford Foundation, selling micro-finance programs(small sub prime loans)in Indochina.

Independent Candidate files Amicus Curiae Brief in Barnett v Obama
I’m going to be the pessimist here and think that the only thing that Judge Carter will conclude from Kerchner v. Obama is that Orly Taitz’s clients have no standing either and will eventually decide to dismiss the case.
