An Open Letter to Commander Charles Kerchner and Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin

As we stand on the eve of one of the most important moments in our Nation’s history, I want to thank you for your courage, commitment, and honor in standing up for the Constitution for the United States of America.
You both have put the safety and security of our Nation above any interest of self, fortune, or career… something I have felt and feel personally. I humbly acknowledge the gift you are giving our Nation…a courage so profound that the only other place it is seen is on the battlefield.

History will write of this time that there were those who stood– unabashedly and with great intellect, fundamental knowledge of our foundation and roots as Americans, and courage–against the tyranny of the usurpation of the White House by a foreign agent aided by enemies within. Your names will be among those who are the true Constitutional heroes.
Standing on Constitutional grounds, you have laid bare the deception, and carved a way to correct it and move forward. Just the way our Founders intended.
And we, the undersigned, pledge that we have your backs no matter what happens…at this grave hour, tirelessly we too will defend our Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help me God.

I’ve been walking this around in my head for some time:
Clearly (1) the Kerchner case is of more than substantial national importance, (2) the political process — Congress counting/certifying Electoral votes — has been completed making the case ripe (and now not a political question), and (3) constitutional infringements of Plaintiffs have been alleged; therefore, ON WHAT BASIS CAN THE SUPREME COURT NOT FIND STANDING?
I realize that the Court is not required to issue an opinion should it deny certiorari, but I’d be curious WHAT argument(s) COULD be made for denying cert?
I’d be more than curious to see any — because, if cert were denied (and I pray it is granted for the sake of the Republic), it will be the subject of more than long-lasting debate and analysis.
Me too, Ted. Pacing. It is ripe, legal, has proven standing..the only silver lining in a denial to grant the writ is that the corruption/takeover is that deep, the republic needs to be re-formed.

Dittos; I would propose that Attorney Appuzzo’s law office and Commander Kerchner’s residence be enshrined as national historic sites (and I’m NOT kidding) — perhaps Atty Appuzzo’s physical computer (with its contents removed) can be enshrined in the Smithsoneon.
Depending on what comes, I would not doubt there’d be some movement for these occurrences — events are THAT important to our history.

I thank God every day for these two brave men and the people who have stood with them all this time.
I pray that God will touch the hearts of the Supreme Justices and that they will do what is right for these two men and for our Country.
I pray the case will come out of committe and go to the full court, minus the two not elligible, and they will put conscience and speed behind their decision to find our Constitution the Law of the Land.

I have been devoting countless hours to these brave men, along with Lt. Col. Fitzpatrick who is wrongly in jail for asking Obama to produce his birth certificate. The thugs in Monroe County, Tennessee have wrongly jailed Fitzpatrick, & it is so bad the FBI may even get involved this case is so bad.
This bunch of criminal thugs in D.C. must be brought to justice, & I do not mean the Dept. of Injustice.

Jack Maskell, a CRS Legislative Attorney drew the “short straw” and was assigned to provide members of Congress with legal cover. Maskell’s recently-discovered memorandum, dated April 3, 2009 and distributed to all members of Congress, contains the following words:
“Many of the inquiries have questioned why then-Senator, and now President, Obama has not had to produce an original, so-called ‘long’ version of a ‘birth certificate’ from the State of Hawaii, how federal candidates are ‘vetted’ for qualifications generally, and have asked for an assessment of the various allegations and claims of non-eligibility status…
“Concerning the production or release of an original birth certificate, it should be noted that there is no federal law, regulation, rule, guideline, or requirement that a candidate for federal office produce his or her original birth certificate, or a certified copy of the record of live birth, to any official of the United States government; nor is there a requirement for federal candidates to publicly release such personal record or documentation. Furthermore, there is no specific federal agency or office that ‘vets’ candidates for federal office as to qualifications or eligibility prior to return.”
Clearly, Mr. Maskell overlooked the words of the 20th Amendment, which reads in part, “If a president shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified…”
When members of Congress swear that they will “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” and that they will “bear true faith and allegiance to the same… so help me God,” they take upon themselves, by direct implication, the obligation to rule on the qualifications of those who emerge from the Electoral College as President and Vice President-elect… in spite of what Jack Maskell’s opinion might be.

This is how much they hate all American citizens!–They have proven time and again, none of them are law abiding citizens and because they sit on that bench with black robes they think they are above the law. It is time we the people show them the law and how it reads.
Denied without comment!…Just like I predicted…Their only choice, without indicting themselves for treason, was to deny it and they simply CAN’T comment because there is NOTHING they can say that would legally justify their denial…Basically, anything that they could say, at this point, would indict them.
I hope that the upper military brass will finally step in and and seize control of the government or else there will have to be an awful lot of innocent patriotic blood shedding to correct the wrongs.

This had to happen so we would be disavowed of all our faith in the current people in all three branches of government. The Republic’s ideas are still valid, and worth fighting for.
And that’s the turning point. We have exhausted nearly all of our legal remedies, save massive civil disobedience. The Continental Congress put out the Articles of Freedom. We have warned them.

Two national-security experts have issued a report through the Heritage Foundation that warns Obama administration officials to start working now to prevent – and mitigate the damage from – an electromagnetic pulse attack on the United States because of the potential for “unimaginable devastation.”
“Not even a global humanitarian effort would be enough to keep hundreds of millions of Americans from death by starvation, exposure, or lack of medicine. Nor would the catastrophe stop at U.S. borders. Most of Canada would be devastated, too, as its infrastructure is integrated with the U.S. power grid. Much of the world’s intellectual brain power (half of it is in the United States) would be lost as well. Earth would most likely recede into the ‘new’ Dark Ages,” states the report by James J. Carafano, the deputy director of the Kathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis Institute for International Studies and director of the Douglas and Sarah Allison Center for Foreign Policy Studies, and Richard Weitz, senior fellow and director of the Center for Politial-Military Analysis at the Hudson Institute.
The report, which is described by the Heritage Foundation as a “backgrounder,” is titled “EMP Attacks – What the U.S. Must Do Now” and was released just days ago, says what is needed right now is for the government to “prevent the threat,” by pursuing “an aggressive protect-and-defend strategy, including comprehensive missile defense; modernizing the U.S. nuclear deterrent; and adopting proactive nonproliferation and counterproliferation measures.”

Justices kagan and sotomayor were bound by traditional rules of conduct to recuse themselves, but they did not. That means to grant Certiorari, four Justices would have had to concur (perhaps with the proper recusals only three would have been required — don’t know for sure).
Along with kagan and sotomayor, Jutices Ginsburg, Breyer and Kennedy would have likely voted to deny. If any Justices would have voted to grant Certiorari, it would have be been the three most conservative ones, Justices Scalia, Thomas and Alito.
That means Chief Justice Robberts must have voted to deny. Should these details be part of the public record?
It is astounding that kagan and sotomayor did not recuse themselves. It is so blatantly improper.

I’m losing hope for peaceful resolution to this crisis. We cannot operate under a government of lawlessness! I had regained some hope that, perhaps, with this case, we might have justice upheld, but my hope has fallen flat, and I’m back to my original concerns that we the people will have to be the ones to hold these evildoers accountable or live under tyranny…in my estimation and limited understanding, it is just that black and white. Is it not time for military intervention…but do they know who they serve, anymore? Are they even aware of the magnitude of the situation in this country? I just don’t know.
