Here we have the CIA/NWO and collaborators in Russia–and now the United States–collaborating on operation which is attacking us and our land base, resources, water, and wildlife.  This is something that everyone on these pages knows and has discussed.  Note the reference to its targeted effect on human behavior, organized stalking, and its ability to be ‘immediately withdrawn’…

The Impacts of 2010, 2011 Chemtrails?

Why I say this is an attack on the weather is that from my vantage point, Americans will suffer mightily this spring and summer as a result of the unusual weather of the last year and this winter…now we know why.

In most areas of the country, where above normal rainfall followed by intense freezing, then deep snow and cold, will result in extensive runoff in the spring because the melting snow will not be able to seep into the frozen ground. The worst flood anywhere will follow a rainfall event on snow. In normally dry areas, extensive rain will trigger massive mudslides; exacerbated drought and wind will cause massive fire.

It occurs to me as I finish this post that this is another way the NWO tries to pretend it is God–by manipulating the weather, causing massive floods, famine, fires, and disease to the extent that massive numbers die for their money and power.
