Judge John M. Roll
Federal Judge John Roll, the Chief Justice for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, was murdered in Tucson on January 8, 2011 in a shooting that killed five others and wounded several more including Congresswoman Gabriella Giffords. Judge Roll was certainly a victim of this tragedy, but was he also an intentional target?
Background
The EU Times reported a story on January 9 from a Russian intelligence report strongly suggesting that Judge Roll was the intended target:
A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.
Confiscation of Savings
Judge Roll announced he was about to rule against the Obama administration in the case U.S. v. $330,520.00 in US Currency and Saturn Aura XE 2007, filed in November 2010 and involving bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States. A jury acquitted the defendant but the United States still sought forfeiture of the funds, and this was the case upon which Judge Roll made the preliminary finding against the United States.
Caught in a Lie
The Obama administration advanced its position that it could bypass Congress and rule through Executive Order, and cited FDR’s Executive Order 6102 which confiscated Americans’ gold in order to ‘fix’ the economy in 1933, and built upon the Acts of October 6, 1917 and March 9, 1933.
Judge Roll’s ruling would have prevented the Obama administration from seizing these funds and the property involved without demonstrating clear and convincing evidence of a crime being committed. The U.S. Attorney bringing this case–which is one of many involving asset seizure in Arizona– is Reese Valiant Bostwick.
Illegal Immigration
In separate and earlier cases, Judge Roll had ruled in favor of illegal immigrants in allowing a case to go forward where a rancher and his wife held several illegal immigrants at gunpoint near Douglas, Arizona. Interestingly the United States argued and Roll agreed that the rancher interfered with the immigrants right to interstate travel…and ruled the case could go forward.
This particular ruling angered many conservatives nation-wide in Arizona and generated enough threats to the Judge that he was assigned federal marshal protection. While a jury eventually acquitted the rancher on most of the charges, southern Arizona is under siege by illegal immigrants and the Obama administration is taking their side.
Several civil rights decisions in Southern Arizona have favored illegal immigrants over American citizens, something Eric Holdup is adept at, and indicating a federal judiciary at odds with the State of Arizona and its citizens. The immigrants are represented by the Southern Poverty Law Center and groups like the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund–both likely funded directly or indirectly by Soros.
Questions Remain
Several questions remain from the media’s portrayal and their silence about Judge Roll since, including reports from an FBI agent on the ground of Giffords’ death; the accomplice; the ammunition; the shooter…the timing of the Judge’s appearance, standing in line.
And Obama’s appearance on the scene in the face of his lawsuit against Arizona…never for healing, always for something else. Obama gets to appoint a new federal judge–a life appointment. And the democrat’s best hope for the Senate against Jon Kyl is gone.
Is this a NWO operation, and is it two for one, or two for two?
Since Americans do not have much gold, is Obama planning on taking savings, cash and property? FDR’s Executive Order established an emergency power that still exists to this day allowing the Executive to seize the property of Americans.
FDR was successful in confiscating gold by demonizing savings…and in exchange for federal reserve notes.

Since taking office in early 2009, Obama has completely overturned the once free United States through his use of Executive Orders that asserts his power to put anyone he wants in prison without charges or trial forever and his right to assassinate any American citizen he deems a threat. The most chilling of these powers Obama has asserted for himself, however, are contained in Executive Order 13528 he signed nearly a year ago (January 10, 2010) creating a Council of Governors he has hand-picked to rule over the United States in place of its elected representatives when their next “disaster” strikes and orders them to begin “synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities”.
If Roll’s decision on the aforementioned case exposed the use of these Executive Orders and had anything to do with his death, then an assassination could have been easily blamed on his ‘pro-illegal immigration stance’ decisions angering the ‘right wing’, republicans, Tea Party, or Sarah Palin as all have supported Arizona’s immigration efforts and strongly criticized Obama’s failure to act.
This blame tactic against the Tea Party Sarah Palin went immediately to work on Giffords’ assassination attempt, with Dupe Nik himself leading the charge.
Finally, a few random questions, and you are invited to add your own:
- There are indications that Roll was asked to be at the event with Giffords…who asked him to be there?
- Why would a Federal Judge stand in line to meet an ‘old friend’ for business at a ‘meet and greet’ in a grocery store?
- Why and how did the shooter take a cab?
- Where’s the accomplice–not the cabby–the accomplice?
- Who was the FBI agent on the ground?
Oh, and one last thing. Remember what happened on January 8, 2009? The joint session of Congress verified Obama without comment or objection.

The only other victim mentioned was the little girl and that was brief. The rest of the victims were ignored entirely.

Klein released his findings on 1-10-11; and not a word from corrupt media, not one word.

There ae so many unanswered questions regarding Judge Roll. It is for sure that he was assassinated. My question is who plans these political events? Is it the DNC, the White House or the lawmaker’s staff. Gifffords staff certainly wouldn’t plan an assassinatin of the judge, I’m sure. To get her shot and one of her aides killed and another one shot? A good question is who told Roll to stand in line to greet Giffords? It seems likely to me that he would just go to where she was. I have felt that he was there to speak and that he was invited. That is baloney that the media put out that he was doing numerous errands that day starting with Mass and just stopped by to say hello to his friend. I don’t know about all of you but I personally am sick to death of horrendous crimes being committed in this country and the person committing them being written off as being a nut job. That is such an excuse for cold blooded murder. Having worked in a forensic unit in a state mental facillity I have delt with many of them. Most seem pretty sane to me with no remorse. Speaking of no remorse, many in our government fit that catagory, especially Obama.
On another note, if Egypt can get “hundreds of thousands” of people out protesting a government why can’t we get enough people to DC to demand certain things from our government? Like going into congress and DEMANDING obama’s arrest? We need to put an end to this oligharcy that we are living under once and for all! I’m so not an obot, I am over on TD battling another legal obot just in the past few hours, just to prove it. I am just very curious about where the birther-threats are coming from, because having called so many reps I know they are super hostile and I’ve been severely abused by them myself–they treat constituents like dirt and are highly aggressive/yell/lie/talk over/lambaste when it comes to the eligibility issue. I was curious where that threat came from that you mentioned, and I was curious about the number of posters verses lurkers here on DK…the vast difference means that most people just peruse and lurk or snoop that do come here. I think underneath my questions are whether the abuse that constituents are receiving from elected officials is tied in with the threats you read about and that DK has experienced. It’s an out-of-control situation already and they are, from what I’ve seen, dangerous people.

WASHINGTON – Virginia state Delegate Robert G. Marshall has introduced legislation to study whether the Commonwealth should make the preparations now to switch suddenly to an alternative currency in the event of an implosion of the Federal Reserve System and the destruction of the dollar.
House Joint Resolution 557 is another piece of a growing movement among state legislators who are concerned about the dollar’s demise. Ten states have considered similar bills, recommending a return to some form of a commodity-based currency, using either silver or gold.
How to fight socialism? The prescription is Joseph Farah’s “Taking America Back”
Marshall’s Resolution 557 offers a list of worst-case scenarios to support the need for such a study, including:
“Many widely recognized experts predict the inevitable destruction of the Federal Reserve System’s currency through hyperinflation in the foreseeable future.
“In the event of hyperinflation, depression, or other economic calamity related to the breakdown of the Federal Reserve System, for which the Commonwealth is not prepared, the Commonwealth’s governmental finances and Virginia’s private economy will be thrown into chaos…”
To avoid economic, social and political shocks Virginia can adopt an “alternative sound currency that the Commonwealth’s government and citizens may employ without delay in the event of the destruction of the Federal Reserve System’s currency.”
“Inevitable destruction,” “economic calamity” and “chaos” are not words used lightly when considering the fate of the nation’s currency.
Marshall chose them for good reason and tells WND, “I read the financial pages and I see the coverup that the Obama administration is engaging in, eliminating the cost of food and energy from CPI to fool the public (about the rate of inflation), and the fact that China is seeking to become an international currency and Russia, Japan, Saudi Arabia and China have all met to discuss this possibility.”

Please don’t take this the wrong way. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Manning. I believe he loves God and his country, and is willing to give his all to protect both. But isn’t it time he realizes that, except for his followers, nobody is paying any attention to him? Trials, promises, threats – all of which go nowhere. And now he is demanding Obama confess his crimes and resign within 90 days. Does he or anyone else think for one minute Obama is going to confess and resign because Dr. Manning told him to? Does he think this demand will have any effect on Obama or anyone else? Did his “trial” get us one inch closer to eliminating Obama?
I wish Dr. Manning would stop wasting his talent and energy making useless demands and instead take his talent, knowledge, and love of God and country out into the streets where they can do some good. Teach his people the truth about Obama, teach them what the liberals have done and not done for them. He could teach his people how to read, write and speak proper English, how to be responsible parents, how to read and mark a ballot. He could teach them the evil of drugs, abortion, the welfare system, and crime. He could teach them about personal responsibility, pride of accomplishment, and the benefits of education. And most importantly, he could teach them how God is woven into their lives, their actions, their decisions. The people he teaches could, in turn, teach others. His people are crying for help – why isn’t he ministering to their needs instead of sitting behind that microphone making ridiculous demands for Obama to resign?

The White House officials said that the ruling would not have an impact on implementation of the law, which is being phased in gradually. (The individual mandate, for example, does not begin until 2014.) They said that states cannot use the ruling as a basis to delay implementation in part because the ruling does not rest on “anything like a conventional Constitutional analysis.” Twenty-six states were involved in the lawsuit.
So now we have a White House that has declared its intent to ignore a declaratory judgment.
The Administration has no right to do this.
Obama’s White House has exactly two options:
•Comply with the ruling. This means that any and all activity authorized or mandated by the Statute cease now.
•File an appeal and ask for a stay pending its hearing. If said stay is granted, then the ruling is held pending consideration.
That’s it.
Folks, this is clear. The Judge in question, Judge Vinson, in fact sets forth exactly this in the opinion:
(5) Injunction
The last issue to be resolved is the plaintiffs’ request for injunctive relief enjoining implementation of the Act, which can be disposed of very quickly. Injunctive relief is an “extraordinary” [Weinberger v. Romero-Barcelo, 456 U.S. 305, 312, 102 S. Ct. 1798, 72 L. Ed. 2d 91 (1982)], and “drastic” remedy [Aaron v. S.E.C., 446 U.S. 680, 703, 100 S. Ct. 1945, 64 L. Ed. 2d 611 (1980) (Burger, J., concurring)]. It is even more so when the party to be enjoined is the federal government, for there is a long-standing presumption “that officials of the Executive Branch will adhere to the law as declared by the court. As a result, the declaratory judgment is the functional equivalent of an injunction.” See Comm. on Judiciary of U.S. House of Representatives v. Miers, 542 F.3d 909, 911 (D.C. Cir. 2008); accord Sanchez-Espinoza v. Reagan, 770 F.2d 202, 208 n.8 (D.C. Cir. 1985) (“declaratory judgment is, in a context such as this where federal officers are defendants, the practical equivalent of specific relief such as an injunction . . . since it must be presumed that federal officers will adhere to the law as declared by the court”) (Scalia, J.) (emphasis added).
Except in this case The White House has now declared its intent to intentionally disobey the law as declared by the court.
There is no reason to conclude that this presumption should not apply here. Thus, the award of declaratory relief is adequate and separate injunctive relief is not necessary.
Well, as of today, there is such a reason to so conclude.
The Plaintiffs need to make their way back to court this morning and file an emergency request for both an injunction and a citation of contempt of court against the members of The Obama Administration, including President Obama personally, Kathleen Sebelius and The Internal Revenue Service, all of which are staffing up for and acting as if this law remains in full force and effect.
This is now a full-blown Constitutional Crisis. The Executive’s willful, intentional and publicly-stated refusal to honor a declaratory judgment is an open act of willful and intentional violation of The Separation of Powers in The Constitution and, if combined with the use of or threat of use of force as is always present when government coercion is employed, treads awfully close to the line, and may cross it, of 18 USC Ch 115 Sec 2384, to wit:
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
The exercise of power by the Executive and Judicial branch, under which the Internal Revenue and Health and Human Services operate, inherently constitutes the use of force.
When such is used to “prevent, hinder or delay the execution of any law of The United States” the parties that have done so, it can be argued, have engaged in a Seditious Conspiracy.
By the way, Mark Levin pretty much sees it this way too. I agree with him, but I’ll go further – unless the Obama Administration either stands down now or files an appeal and seeks a stay and stands down until said stay is granted, if it is, then they have indeed crossed the line.
The statement from The Obama Administration is a declaration that he is not a President, but rather a King and he arrogates to himself a “divine right.” The willful and intentional refusal of an organ of government to abide a lawful decision of a court of competent jurisdiction is a declaration of tyranny and lawlessness. Such a declaration has only one lawful response, and that is the preparation and filing of Articles of Impeachment on an immediate basis.

Klein said that a top Egyptian diplomat with whom he has developed a rapport over the last few years asked him earlier this week to explain Obama’s motivation to support the opposition to Mubarak.
“I told him none of this should be a surprise,” said Klein, “that the Obama administration has developed an extensive relationship over the last few years with allies of the Muslim Brotherhood.

The diplomat requested 20 copies of Klein’s New York Times bestselling book investigating Obama, “The Manchurian President: Barack Obama’s ties to communists, socialists, and other anti-American extremists.”
The diplomat said he would deliver the book, which was co-authored by Brenda J. Elliott, to senior officials in Mubarak’s embattled government.
Obama in recent days urged Mubarak to give up power in Egypt, where the Muslim Brotherhood forms the main opposition.
Mubarak has been a staunch U.S. ally and a recipient of billions of dollars in military aid. His regime has long been considered a stabilizing force in the Arab world.
The Obama administration’s support for the unrest is strikingly reminiscent of Jimmy Carter’s support of the Islamic revolution in Iran in 1979, which marked the birth of modern Islamist expansion.

JERUSALEM – Months before protests erupted throughout Egypt aimed at toppling the regime of President Hosni Mubarak, President Obama’s own associates provoked anti-regime chaos on the streets of the now embattled Middle East country and longtime U.S. ally.
Egypt has accused the Obama administration of championing the protests and of pressuring Mubarak to resign. The main opposition group, the Muslim Brotherhood, stands to gain a major foothold in the region as a result.
Yesterday, hundreds were wounded and at least one person was killed as thousands of Mubarak supporters clashed with anti-government protesters in Cairo, with some throwing petrol bombs, wielding sticks and charging on horses and camels.
A similar scene unfolded in January 2010, when Obama associates provoked chaos in Egypt in an attempt to enter the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip to join in solidarity with the territory’s population and leadership.
WND reported at the time those protests were led by former Weather Underground terrorists William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn – close Obama associates for years.
Another protest leader was Jodie Evans, co-founder of Code Pink, a far-left activist organization formed in 2002 to protest America’s war in Iraq. The group previously met with Hamas and with leaders of the Taliban. Evans was a fundraiser and financial bundler for Obama’s presidential campaign.

The winner in the turmoil sweeping the Middle East from the Sunni-dominated countries of Egypt, Jordan and Tunisia to Lebanon is Shiite Iran, according to analysts quoted in a report from Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin.
The Islamic republic’s leadership already has expressed support for the popular uprisings seen in the past few weeks in Tunis first, then Amman and now Cairo.
Last month, Iran won a significant victory in Lebanon when the Western-backed government of Sunni Prime Minister Raad Hariri was replaced by Najib Miqati, the candidate of the Iranian-backed Hezbollah.
The United States and Israel regard Hezbollah as a terrorist group. The immediate Israeli reaction to the appointment of Miqati was one of concern, with Vice-Prime Minister Silvan Shalom describing Miqati’s selection as “an Iranian government on Israel’s northern border.”

BELLEVUE, WA – The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms today said a proposal before the South Dakota Legislature that would require all adults in the state to buy a gun “should make perfect sense to anybody who supports Obamacare.”
CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb said legislation sponsored by five South Dakota lawmakers that would require anyone over age 21 to purchase a gun for ordinary self-defense seems reasonable.
“If you can mandate that people must buy health insurance,” Gottlieb observed, “then you can mandate that people must buy a firearm. After all, they both can keep you alive and well.”
The Sioux Falls Argus Leader reported that the requirement, if adopted, would become effective on Jan. 1, 2012. The provision exempts people who are legally prohibited from owning guns.

Been stewing over something…and find that indeed the definition of natural born Citizen is right in the Constitution…
I’ve been hashing this NBC issue out on TD as it pertains to Article I and Article II…
Article I requires House member be 25 years old and 7 years a Citizen, Senate must be 25 years old and 9 years a Citizen. Apuzzo reminds us that this was possible for the first legislative members in new America, since they became Citizens in 1776, and the Constitution wasn’t ratified until 1787, meaning they were Citizens for 11 years.
However look at the difference in Article II…
Article II’s grandfather clause defines natural born Citizen as never having been a Citizen.
then in Article II, POTUS requirement is 35 years old and 14 years a RESIDENT. Notice how they didn’t write 11 years a “Citizen” and 3 a resident, since citizens only existed for 11 of those 14 years, as part of the exception made in the grandfather clause?
It reads:
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
So they said you were eligible as POTUS as either a Citizen if alive in 1787, AND you were 35 and a R-E-S-I-D-E-N-T for 14
OR if you weren’t alive in 1787, you had attained 35 years AND are a natural born Citizen to be eligible.
So between the grandfather clause and after, the constants were age=35 or more, and being a “resident”. Here is another point where the Founders carefully delineated between Citizen and natural born Citizen.
So say a baby was born in the USA in 1777, that baby would be a “Citizen” eligible for House, Senate, POTUS someday…but a baby born in 1788 or later is not be eligible to be president unless they were a natural born Citizen….Why would that be? What was the difference?
Well they were BOTH born jus soli, so that can’t explain the difference…which is PARENTAGE.
And as Article II’s grandfather clause makes clear by both the use of the word “OR” and the use of the word “resident”, that if you were ever a Citizen, you could never, ever, ever, be a natural born Citizen.
This concurs with Minor, which holds that no 14th amendment Citizen can ever be a natural born Citizen.
This also concurs with US Code 1401 which defines all Citizens (naturalized by oath or at birth) which specifically omits the permutation and title of “natural born Citizen”.
So the more anyone says they are a Citizen, they are saying they could never ever be a natural born Citizen. In fact to be legally correct, NBCs should never check any box which asks “Are you a US Citizen?”, because they are not Citizens by statute, they are Citizens by Nature. Wong Kim Ark holds that their citizenship does not have rights beyond that of a statutory citizen, but being POTUS is not a right, it is a highly discriminatory privilege. One that BHO never could have had access to legally.
