Chemtrails in South Dakota

Chemtrails over South Dakota

The disturbing links between Morgellon’s Disease and the occurrence of chemtrails is world-wide and yet not reported by mainstream media outlets.  Recently I came across the video below which linked the fibers found in Morgellon’s disease patients to spiderweb-like deposits across the landscape.  The ‘fibers’ may be an earlier version of what appears to be emerging as a new monitoring technology again delivered through the air:

Smartdust is a system of many tiny microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) such as sensors, robots, or other devices, that can detect, for example, light, temperature, vibration, magnetism, or chemicals. They are usually operated on a computer network wirelessly and are distributed over some area to perform tasks, usually sensing through radio-frequency identification. Without an antenna of much greater size the range of tiny smart dust communication devices is measured in a few millimeters and they may be vulnerable to electromagnetic disablement and destruction by microwave exposure.

The thousands of tiny computers contained in such ‘smart dust‘ or fibers, and perhaps manifesting as snow–will scavenge power from their surroundings and are smaller than a snowflake.

Now imagine how these ‘sensors’ interact with HAARP.

Looks like wearing a hat, mask, earplugs, long sleeves and pants, socks, shoes, and sunglasses might be necessary now someday…  😯

I keep thinking of the Bible verse:

And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened. (Matthew 24:22 KJV)

The genuine gift of ingenuity of mankind has been perverted and used to destroy itself–that is how Satan has operated and he wants us dead. Except for the Love and Grace of God for His children, no flesh would be saved.

Since when does the ‘general welfare clause’ or the commerce clause of the Constitution require us to be sprayed and monitored?

Oh, I forgot: tyranny ‘for your own sake’ is the worst kind

    • 2 heather July 30, 2013 at 10:46 am

Well Dr. Kate they have been experimenting of the American people for decades. 1944-45 operation wigwam for one…..but googling op wigwam has had most of the terrifying radiation removed/scrubbed–but I remember it, as it happened to my father while in the navy.

I have read that the sky is open for any and all experimentation which includes us, plants, animals and all that in between. If I can locate that article I will certainly post it. But of course we all know it came from the radical commies.

And why is it that when I tell the average person tat we are living under tyranny they act like I’m crazy?
That is a very scary video. I have shared it.

I am sick of being told by a so called “friend” that I read to much and am a conspiracy nut—happened again today when I talked about morgellons disease. She and her husband are stuck in the mud when it comes to chemtrails and haarp and 911, and more.

There is no excuse for ignorance when the proof is in the pudding right in your face for all to see. You just can’t lead that horse to water an make him drink it if their eyes are closed. I just keep hearing her say, I don’t believe the government would do such things……

The classics, of course: (1) What in the World are they spraying, and (2) Why in the world are they spraying, full length below. Long but credible, educational, and will leave no doubt in your mind that this is a real happening, assault on our planet and its people. 😯

Some of the nano particles are likely “smart dust” or enable smart dust in a way, for example, the smart dust may be able to scavenge energy from the chemtrail spray elements…

Now think about the so-called ‘global warming’ debate. Is it a red herring or what?!

The federal government is hiring what it calls a “Behavioral Insights Team” that will look for ways to subtly influence people’s behavior, according to a document describing the program obtained by FoxNews.com. Critics warn there could be unintended consequences to such policies, while supporters say the team could make government and society more efficient.

While the program is still in its early stages, the document shows the White House is already working on such projects with almost a dozen federal departments and agencies including the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Agriculture.

chemtrails Jane–they thicken the air and make it impossible to breath–I know, in the morning taking out the dogs when they have sprayed all night, you can feel the closeness-heaviness-of the quality of the air–it takes your breath away. Drink water it helps.

The IRS is giving incarcerated criminals who submit fraudulent returns tens of millions of dollars in refunds. These are dollars that felons aren’t eligible to receive. The fraud figure increases every year, and at last tally, the IRS dealt north of $35 million to crooks, according to a federal audit.

The IRS also gave one million noncitizens, most in the United States illegally, approximately $9 billion in tax credits – even though they didn’t provide valid Social Security numbers on their tax returns.

The IRS also handed out $33 million in bogus electric car credits.

Recently, two dozen IRS employees were charged with stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars in government welfare, including food stamps and housing vouchers. The scheme fleeced U.S. taxpayers out of at least a quarter of a million dollars, according to federal prosecutors on the case

As the abuses multiply, it’s time to seriously consider the only real fix.

Abolishing the agency would be easier than most understand. All Congress would have to do is simplify the tax system. With a changed system, we could end the aggressive, highly discretionary and unfair targeting by the IRS. Either a flat tax or a national consumption tax would allow the agency to be eliminated while improving compliance and increase revenues.

Several members of Congress have taken up the battle and called for the end of the IRS.

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, is backing an online petition to abolish the taxing agency. In the House of Representatives, Louie Gohmert of Texas, Representative Steve King of Iowa and Michele Bachmann of Minnesota have called for the abuses to be contained by abolishing the IRS.

    • 19 no-nonsense-nancy July 31, 2013 at 2:44 pm

I would love to see the IRS abolished. They are still harassing me, saying that I didn’t pay taxes in 2008 and 2009. I have mailed them copies of my cancelled checks along with letters but now last week they put a levy on my bank account. My accountant is working on it for me so I hope it gets resolved soon. They are the most thieving, crooked, corrupt, and criminal bunch of bast****s I have ever seen. It would be very easy to get rid of them because, as we all know, the 16th amendment was never ratified.

      • 20 drkate July 31, 2013 at 2:56 pm

Could you be part of the IRS targeting tea party individuals? Wonder if its happening to others?

        • 21 no-nonsense-nancy July 31, 2013 at 11:25 pm

I think so , Kate. One of my friends who I travel to DC with and to other rallies and meetings is having the same problem. She told me of someone else whom she knows who is being targeted. I haven’t talked to my friend for a few weeks to see if her problem has been resolved. I’m going to contact her tomorrow.

      • 22 heather August 1, 2013 at 6:51 am

NNN—I would call and forward copies of those letters to Rand Paul or Ted Cruz (the one trust worthy ones at this point) so they can prove the IRS is harassing conservatives. You can call their DC offices and tell their assistants and they can give you fax #s or you can send them certified mail receipt requested.

Got to fight fire with fire now.

I just wanted to share this. I was reading comments on another site and it referenced Germany’s White Rose. I did not know what this was, so I looked it up. Here is an snip of the wiki. Oh my goodness, it’s scarry as hell! It sounds like the US today!

White Rose survivor Jurgen Wittenstein described what it was like to live in Hitler’s Germany: “The government – or rather, the party – controlled everything: the news media, arms, police, the armed forces, the judiciary system, communications, travel, all levels of education from kindergarten to universities, all cultural and religious institutions. Political indoctrination started at a very early age, and continued by means of the Hitler Youth with the ultimate goal of complete mind control. Children were exhorted in school to denounce even their own parents for derogatory remarks about Hitler or Nazi ideology. My own teenage cousin, for instance, threatened to denounce his father; and I was barely able to deter him by pointing out to him that he himself might end up destitute if his father were arrested and incarcerated.”[2]

find it astonishing that he goes around making speeches in which he deplores the state of the economy, the growing income inequality, chronic unemployment, staggering middle class income, and it’s as if he has been a bystander, as if he’s been out of the country for the last five years. It’s his economy; he’s the president.

    • 43 drkate July 31, 2013 at 3:00 pm

LOL he has been out of the country–he’s a foreigner! 🙄 It just amazes me that they don’t make that connection, and angers me at the same time. but maybe that’s the way they have to ‘break it’ to the sheeple

As far as I can tell, for the last five years he’s also been out of his mind… 😆

Saying he is out of his mind will drive him out of his mind even further and he will stay up nights thinking of ways to attack anyone who disagrees with him.

  19. 48 typistjan July 31, 2013 at 4:55 pm

OT but sure would appreciate an answer – If Congress impeached the Obama and Senate did not charge him, then what? As with Clinton, he walked scott free. Nixon received a full pardon. So, if obat was impeached by Congress and Senate did not charge him, is there any other course of action? Could he still have charges pressed against him and found guilty? Or would he just be pardoned by the next Pres?

    • 49 typistjan July 31, 2013 at 5:24 pm

Okay, this is what prompted my question, however it still does not answer my question. If obat is impeached and Senate will not charge, what would the next step be?

      • 50 no-nonsense-nancy July 31, 2013 at 6:25 pm

I didn’t read the article because he can’t be impeached. Only legitimate presidents can be impeached. As a traitor he needs to be hung from the highest tree. I would be very happy to find one.

      • 52 sky July 31, 2013 at 9:29 pm

every one in the goverment that is the military backing this USUPER,is also involved with this treason, including the banksters, and the punishment for treason is? The FEDERALIST PAPERS.

    • 53 typistjan July 31, 2013 at 5:27 pm

Well, it didn’t like that I asked a question twice so would not post. This is what prompted my question. If it does not pass Senate, is there other recourse?

    • 54 drkate July 31, 2013 at 9:30 pm

Congress charges him with impeachment, the Senate either convicts or doesn’t. Like Clinton he can be brought up on other charges–after he has left office. It would be a dangerous proposition to impeach and not convict.

    • 55 Tenacity August 1, 2013 at 12:32 pm

Howdy Jan, Here are a few points for your consideration: As Dr. Kate stated, the House of Representative’s call for impeachment is the equivalent of a Grand Jury indictment which is a determination of probably cause for prosecution. The Senate then acts as the petite jury determining guilt or innocence. Assuming we had a legitimate Senate loyal to its constituents (we don’t), then an impeachment trial on the grounds of eligibility would be appropriate and possibly accomplish the desired result of nullifying the usurper’s every action. An impeachment on any other grounds such as treasonous acts or other violations of law could remove the spy, but not serve to nullify all the damage caused by the shadow government via Their* alien agent Obama.

What happens should the corrupt and treasonous Senate either refuse to act or acquits their comrade Obama? We are right back where we are now, needing to throw off the counterfeit regime that currently occupies Washington D.C. I don’t know how the Senate’s failure to solve the problem might impact us. Would the military then recognize it’s duty to take action against the enemy within or would that further encourage the military to stand down? I personally believe we the people cannot rely upon anyone but the well-regulated State Militia to solve this dilemma. If the Senate were to fail in their duty to defend the constitution and the rights of the people, which I suspect the compromised cowards would do, then at least we the people would know 100% that the only way to achieve a positive outcome would be, as prescribed in our Declaration of Independence, to rise up and throw off the criminal tyrants that have taken over these united States.

We have actions we must undertake to avoid violence. 1) Restore the election process by requiring paper ballots and a hand count; 2) Break the UNconstitutional banking-taxing vortex by enforcing constitutional Sound Money; 3) Organize Boards of Review consistent with Article 61 of the Magna Charta at the State & County levels to educate the people, to remonstrate our grievances and to facilitate lawful redress, and; 4) restore our well-regulated State Militia to secure our free States. This requires communication, coordination and cooperation. We must face our abdications and act with courage or be left with no choice but to water the tree of liberty as Thomas Jefferson stated would be necessary.

      • 56 Tenacity August 1, 2013 at 12:37 pm

I have no idea how that e got on petit. There is nothing small or petty about a trial jury. Might be the auto-correct function of spell check as I just had to add petit to my online dictionary.

  22. 61 SirLurksAlot August 1, 2013 at 1:50 am

This is mostly for TJ and NNN but anyone who who wants to……

I am not an authority on this issue but I have formed my own opinions on this and is what I believe. I have read arguments on both sides offered by those who say they are experts and this is what I have come up with:

Impeachment = House indictment on whatever charges are alleged. Trial = Senate. If guilty, imposes sentence. A very real problem is this: The House may impeach (indict, and that could happen), and the Senate could either agree to try the case or could choose to take no action whatsoever. In the case of the latter, the impeachment becomes moot; like it never happened. Since the Senate would never convict (its dem make-up) both scenarios are an exercise in futility and there are serious unintended consequences. Not the least of which is that if you impeach, you lend legitimacy to the presidency, and all of his actions including executive orders would be deemed legal. I strongly reject that since he is not a sitting president. But wait…”he is the deFacto president”. The way I see it is that “deFacto” is an artful law that makes something legal that was illegal at its inception simply because it has been going on for a long time; as in deFacto corporation. I also reject that. My conclusion here is that he is not a sitting president and cannot be impeached and as a result, everything he has done has no basis in law. To double down here, everything he has signed has been signed with an alias, not his legal name.

Moving on to “he should be arrested for treason”. First of all, who is going to do that? The next question is whether or not he is even a citizen. Some of the research says he is not and some say that he is. One thing for sure, and I believe this, he was not born in Hawaii. How do you arrest a non-citizen for treason? If he is arrested for treason, it may well be that he be declared a citizen by inference. I reject all of that as well.

How about sedition. The evidence for treason is probably pretty close to that for sedition and the penalties are probably pretty close to the same. I could go for this.

The final remedy is military coup. Absolute rejection for reasons I think should be obvious.

Maybe the point of all this is that we have to know who and what this man-child is and we don’t. He has to be defined. We don’t know his name, who his parents are, or where he was born. These things must be ascertained before any action can be taken.

Please feel free to tear this stuff apart…I am always willing to learn.

    • 62 typistjan August 1, 2013 at 8:16 am

Sir, thank you, these are also my thoughts. When I read the article from PUBLIUS HULDAH, I thought maybe something new was under foot.

I fully agree, if we impeach then everything he has signed will stand and we cannot let that happen. We need to nullify every appointment, agency, executive order, and documents he has signed.

    • 63 heather August 1, 2013 at 8:47 am

We have discussed and concluded here at Dr. Kate’s the same–since he is a usurper he cannot be impeached without all of his illegal laws becoming legal. So you are right, impeachment is out. Yes, the military can arrest him and he can stand trial but will they?

Next are the American people who can bring a class action law suite against him and demand he stand trial for his crimes against us as a fake, a phony, a usurper because all research shows he not who he says he is.

Was Ann Dunham his real mother? Was Obama Sr and Soetoro his father and stepfather? We don’t really know that either. So who is he?

We do know he is a muslim as he stated he would stand with them and we do know he hates white people, our military, America, and loves, gays and abortions.

We know for sure that he is one evil sob who is being paid by soros to destroy this entire country and everyone in it.

      • 64 heather August 1, 2013 at 8:50 am

Had he not fired and threatened all the top brass in the military that took their oaths seriously they would have worked on getting him out but now we have his favorites who answer to him and does what he says—so what side would they be on?

        • 65 no-nonsense-nancy August 2, 2013 at 12:17 pm

I agree with all of you. I believe treason is only for Americans and there is no proof he is one. He can only be arrested for impersonating a US president and invading our government. Since we can’t depend on the military then the American people must take action. It needs to be a quick remedy since they are so close to destroying all the power we have to act. If we are without our power grid, food, and communication we will be powerless to do anything and we’ll be their slaves for generations to come, those of us who are allowed to survive. The states, all of them, need to form their militias very quickly and act. Any military who want to be on our side, all the better. But it liiks like we can’t depend on them at all.

  23. 69 Tiger 7 August 1, 2013 at 8:33 am

SirL, you are correct in that the military is the answer to the bho problem—they, and Congress, have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution against all enemies. The Congress, of course, is useless in that they are part of the problem. The states have power to act but that takes time and coordination that is a long shot at best.
True, we don’t know who bho is, but we know what he is and is not. It is somewhat ironic that he chose the term “phoney” to describe the scandals when the term so aptly describes him.
Time is getting short as the regime gets more panicky.

Do you feel sorry for Detroit?

    • 78 Tenacity August 1, 2013 at 4:04 pm

Bob was sitting on the plane to Detroit when a guy took the seat beside him. The guy was an emotional wreck, pale, hands shaking, moaning in fear.
      “What’s the matter?” Bob asked.
“I’ve been transferred to Detroit – there are crazy people there. They’ve got lots of shootings, gangs, race riots, drugs, poor public schools, and the highest crime rate in the nation.”
Bob replied, “I’ve lived in Detroit all my life. It’s not as bad as the media says. Find a nice home, go to work, mind your own business, and enroll your kids in a nice private school. It’s as safe a place as anywhere in the world.”

The guy relaxed and stopped shaking and said, “Oh, thank you. I’ve been worried to death. But if you live there and say it’s OK, I’ll take your word for it. What do you do for a living?”

“I’m a tail gunner on a Budweiser truck.”

I believe the quote, “It is dangerous to be right when government is wrong,” was by Voltaire. I love Judge Andrew though.

The ADL’s FBI stooges have made political prisoners of some for doing less than the message of this film. Hope it goes viral.

OT, Dr. Kate et al, you have heard me mention certain fraudulent acts of attorneys in certifying that they have personally observed the original note associated with a foreclosure action. The name of my personal friend has been left out of this story by request. He has requested that I help this story go viral so it will be appreciated if you would assist in that effort. http://www.denverpost.com/business/ci_23771515/denver-foreclosure-lawyer-faces-federal-sanctions

    • 85 Quantum Leap August 1, 2013 at 4:13 pm

They can’t just say they “have personally observed the original note”. They must provide the original note. I can say I’m a billionare but it doesn’t make it so. Show the proof.

      • 86 Tenacity August 1, 2013 at 4:33 pm

QL, if a “qualified 3rd party” representing a lender files an affidavit certifying they personally saw the original, the Public Trustee accepts that and proceeds with the foreclosure. The qualified 3rd party must provide a copy of the original along with the affidavit. The borrower can challenge at hearing and demand the original be produced. It may be different in some States depending upon State law. So check into your State law and foreclosure process before blanketly saying “they can’t just” because that is not true in some States.

        • 87 Quantum Leap August 2, 2013 at 1:56 pm

You just said what I said in a round about way. “qualified 3rd party must provide a copy of the original”. Why be contentious?

          • 88 Tenacity August 2, 2013 at 4:19 pm

Because these law offices have been, by law, just certifying by affidavit that they have seen the original note and submitting a copy of what is supposed to be the original note and thus complying with the law. The Public Trustees and courts have been foreclosing all over the country without ever seeing the original note. In many cases, ignoring demands for production of original notes. The rub in the case linked above is that the law offices have been fraudulently certifying without having seen an original. In some cases the copies submitted have even shown on the copy that it was a ‘copy’ of a copy and not a copy of an original. The significance is that this is now being prosecuted, finally. Getting a District Attorney to go after these foreclosure specialist law offices is no small task. The law allows for a copy to be submitted when certified by a qualified party. The law does not require the original to be produced for the foreclosure to proceed. So these law offices have represented that they have seen the original when they have not. This requires an extra effort and a substantial risk on the part of the defense counsel because of the potential backlash from a judge and/or Bar Association.

It is bad enough that we cannot trust our politicians to tell us the truth – an age-old problem – but when a cooperative news media not only fails to investigate and continues to perpetuate these fabrications, even after the reported facts have long been proven wrong, a whole nation of people winds up totally confused by a corrupted few.

I was following your discussions on Impeachment and I appreciate the info. Thanks.

I have a question for anyone who cares to offer insight. We know Obama is a fraud and we know that Congress did not vet him and continues to ignore the treason. There have been cases brought against Obama, but not against any member of Congress. Do we as citizens have any recourse against these traitors that we have in office? I have read on other blogs that some are putting the blame squarely on the shoulders of Senator Tom Coburn of Oklahoma. I did not get exactly why, but it had something to do with the position he held on a committe that was responsible for vetting Obummer and he did not vet him. A long time ago, I contacted Senator Coburn about the fraud and received a response back saying only that he thought he was eligible. They know that he is not eligible. They tried eight times unsuccessfully to change the Constitution and the definition of Natural Born Citizen requirement for president. If they did not know the true definition of NBC, then why did they try to change it? Many of sponsors on these attempts were from OK. Senator Coburn was one of the signators that cleared the way for McCain to run. For reasons I cannot disclose, I have always believed that this mess and the fraud of Obummer has very close ties to OK. Is there anyway for someone to go after those in Congress responsible? Maybe RICO or something? There has to be some way to hold them accountable. Does anyone have standing to go after members of Congress for criminal acts. They broke the law and they know it. They did not protect and defend the Constitution as per their oaths. By this massive collusion, they have, if allowed to stand, changed the requirements for President of the United States without a Constitutional ammendant. They knew they would never receive the 2/3 votes needed. TREASON!

It just seems that criminal charges should be able to be brought against them. Simply voting them out of office is not enough. Our Country is on it’s last breath.

Kathy-I will try to find your answer

    • 113 Tenacity August 2, 2013 at 11:39 pm

Kathy, there are some of us that have been educating as many people as our funds will allow. Some are currently working on a plan to communicate, coordinate and cooperate in organizing boards of review in a majority of States and as many counties as possible. You will find a sample thesis on boards of review at my buddy Arnie’s site that Jan posted above scannedretina. At the end of my comment on impeachment, I spelled out the 4 initial actions that are required to achieve any redress, for without them the people have no standing. Criminal charges have been presented by numerous citizen grand juries and there is no one that will prosecute them. The courts and the media are compromised. To turn it around, those 4 action points are mandatory.

All their defense arsenals are for higher ups, doubt they’d but leave the lower-levels on their own if they were challenged, especially in multiples. Those Perkins Coie lawyers aren’t meant for the little guys.

The question I posed when I circulated this earlier was this: Will Turner go to prison or is this FEMA’s exit strategy and redeployment. I figure Turner will get a raise and a new identity. Someone needs to follow up and visit Turner in prison, if you can find him or a double.

Brad Henry was the democratic governor of Ok for 2 terms prior to Fallin and he took the payoff — he is one of barrys 10 governors on the list for martial law and he was NOT as bad prior to barry getting in. Mary Fallin has not done anything barry demands of the governors. Sure she is not perfect but she is trying to protect a deep red state.

Of course barry will never get rid of his corrupt so called laws–but we can only hope our governors are for the people.

This is one of Dane’s best so far. Almost at the end he mentions that chem trailing has caused a huge water shortage and that is why the Feds are after the water. Sure explains why they are trying to get the water that comes in to Oregon, Idaho, MT and every place across the top of our country as fast as they can and any way they can. In MT they are using the Tribes and bribing them to take control of all the water in Western MT. We are fighting it and won’t give up.
