One of the challenges we face as Americans going forward is acknowledging and dealing with the fact that America faces more domestic enemies than foreign enemies. And remember, we–meaning you and I–have been defined as domestic enemies when it is our government that acts as a true domestic enemy. This is the left’s common tactic–accuse others of what you yourself are and are doing.
As we think about the protection of our republic, and the Christian principles upon which we are founded, the word “subdue” comes to mind. We must subdue the insurrection underway in our country.

We have to recover what our concept of citizenship is in a constitutional republic. And we must also begin to hold elected officials and employees accountable to our constitution, not socialism. From the linked article, Republican and Democratic Elites Moving America Towards Socialism:

The Maps of Subversion
The maps shown in this segment of the post demonstrate the physical location of most of our domestic enemies. Not coincidentally, they align with the large cities inside the heartland and the coasts, happen to be democrat, and are aligned with the most consistently reported vote fraud. These maps outline a strategy for a counter effort to remove this socialist threat from America.

Look at the map in this video below–we are surrounded by domestic enemies who have also now been infiltrated by foreign enemies, hiding in their midst. Some are more vocal and obvious than others, and some are killers. They happen to be where the democrats are concentrated, at least for now.
From the two maps below, the top map gray area is where Trump won, county by county, and the blue area is where Hillary won. In the blue areas as shown by the second map are democrats, high rates of crime, high election fraud by officials and machines, illegals and dead people voting, and voting felons in Virginia.
The oaths of office require every elected official and federal employee to protect the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. They are obligated to deal with crime, election fraud, and the use of public funds to promote a foreign or communist agenda. Here are examples of the misuse of public funds: forcing children to pray to Allah…allowing judges and congressman to swear on the Koran to uphold the U.S. Constitution. We must enforce the law, including misprision of treason or felony.
Does the oath of office mean anything? Let’s hold their feet to the fire, because it is still our lives, fortunes, and sacred honor at stake.
It is becoming very clear that the globalists have created their own army–the rabid, drugged, evil Islamic jihadists. Let’s just call it what it is—the globalists are using Islam as the weapon to take whole civilizations down.

In 2008 the democrats used the race card against Hillary Clinton by overtly favoring Barack Obama, and made no bones about calling anyone who was against Barack Obama a racist, including Clinton. The fight for the democrat nomination was tough and for all intents and purposes, Clinton did win the primary but was torpedoed by the politics and vote maneuvering of the Democratic National Committee (DNC). Enter the 2016 Republicans
Already I see Ben Carson bumper stickers and I am reminded how many people put Obama stickers on their car just so everyone knew they were voting for the black guy before they found out what the “black guy” stood for. Do people who have these stickers know about Ben Carson’s anti-gun, pro-common core, forced vaccinations, and use of baby parts for research positions?
And then there is Donald Trump, telling it like it is and shocking the republican establishment to the core. He also is providing a service in exposing the party elite and candidates for who they are—nothing but pansies doing the bidding of someone else. The people love him and are keeping him up in the polls while the establishment candidates ratings are down in the single digits with one already gone.
The rinos hate it, the media hates it even more, and the dimocrats are worried because all they’ve got is a geezer and a liar running for their nomination. Either of these two dims would beat every republican except Trump.
So the goal is to torpedo Trump. Why not try the race card?
And holy cow! Overnight, and out of nowhere, Carson is tied with Trump in Iowa!
But of course, no one can touch, legitimately criticize or question Carson, you know, because he’s black. Watch how Trump and Carson are portrayed by the media side-by-side and it will be evident.
It’s the RNC’s version of the DNC’s 2008 race card, using it as a last desperate ploy to knock Trump out. And then what better way to (try to) defeat the democrats this year than by placing a black guy against the socialist geezer or the liar?

This blog, among many others, has covered the numerous false flags that have occurred in our country during the Obama regime…and in the process seen back through history of the number of times the American people have been treated as “collateral damage” in pursuit of an objective that is not ours. In looking back, it was an unpleasant surprise to learn that false flagging is a characteristic of those who would enslave others for wealth and power. Just in the 20th century alone, there are dozens of events…all in deception and all leading to war.
Al of the accelerated events of the Obama regime point toward the imposition of martial law, using a false flag event as the trigger. Jade Helm has put in place the military and civilian forces that will enable martial law to definitely be triggered by our own government using someone, a foreign country, or an event of mass destruction to enable the military to round up civilians.
The name Jade Helm itself gives away the potential false flag event to be blamed on “domestic terrorists”–i.e., Christians, patriots, constitutionalists, and those who believe in the Second Amendment. JADE stands for Joint Assistant for Deployment and Execution, and HELM stands for Homeland Extermination of Local Militants. Will Canada help the U.S. enforce martial law?
But wait! There’s an ISIS camp just across the border! And North Korea or Russia Putin with EMP plans! Will they attack?
It is of utmost importance to talk about, write about, and communicate about Jade Helm with everyone you can. We must keep our eyes out for the false flags that are triggering events and make sure we resist any attempt to implement martial law. Remember from history:

The reason why Ted Cruz must be declared eligible is because if he isn’t eligible then neither is the criminal impostor in the White House.
The republicans, never having been known for having a spine or truly standing up as conservatives now fancy themselves as equal-opportunity usurpers, a la Barack Obama. Since 2008 the American people, elected state and federal cowards officials have had ample fact-based information regarding Obama’s ineligibility, though they tried mightily to scrub any historical, legal, factual, and documented proof of the requirements of Article II, Section 2, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution, case law, and the proof of forgery and deceit in the placement of Obama in the White House.
As if that information weren’t enough to show that Obama has no loyalty to the United States, we have his behavior over the last six years and current efforts to aid and abet our mortal enemies negotiate deals with hostile regimes. Obama and the U.S. government have spent millions of dollars defending a fraud.
Now along come the republican wanna-be-Obamas: Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindhal, Gary Johnson, Rick Santorum, and John McCain, heck lets include Schwartzeneger as well, throwing their usurpation hat into the ring. The new motto of all of them is “we have to destroy the constitution to save it”. What do you want to bet that all of these so-called candidates support an Article V convention that would eliminate the Natural Born Citizen requirement…a requirement enacted into the constitution by the founders to prevent invasion of the White House and control of our military by a foreign national?
But, Cruz has taken the position that ‘natural born’ means he can change his citizenship at age 44 (he will be 45 in December) and magically turn himself into a natural born citizen. Well, Ted, it doesn’t work that way. Natural born means when you’re born. This doesn’t seem to matter to Cruz or some of his ardent supporters….the reporter asked one of Cruz’s supporters about his eligibility. The woman replied, “We don’t care. We want him as president.” Does that make her any different than the ethically bankrupt who have supported the fraudulent stealing of the office of president by Soetoro? It does not. That Cruz supporter is just as willing to crap on the Constitution as Barry’s supporters.
In my opinion, all of these false candidates are designed to distract us from who will be the final nominee–Jeb Bush. And to that extent, their claims of being patriotic and for the people are all 100% false–no matter how much you like them. Even Rand Paul, who actually is a NBC, is covering for Bush. Remember how he threw his support behind Mitt Romney just as his father was gaining real traction.
What about Hillary Clinton? “So full of scandal that she doesn’t have a chance, you say”? That’s the point, people are deadened to scandal, so they don’t care if on her watch thousands of people were murdered, a U.S. Ambassador was sodomized and brutally murdered, and of course billions of dollars disappeared. It is now totally possible for the democrats to simply laugh away the scandals as “republicans once again just trying to damage her”. And Elizabeth Warren? Ms. Pocahontas is just another distraction, trying to sound so bad-ass about banks. R i g h t …
Don’t spend your money on any of them, save it and prepare yourselves and families for what’s ahead. We don’t have a choice. Do your voting, but write in your choice. At the local level, develop those write in candidates—. Be part of the solution, don’t perpetuate the problem.
Its time for all of us to get straight and in line with the true God, not the false, counterfeit government god or these false “candidates”. Remember this is the time when all the false prophets appear, singing the siren song to lull you to sleep. If you have learned anything from these pages and this blog since 2009, you know that is is time to now disengage from this nonsense.

This essay, a departure from all things “political”, is a reminder as much for myself as others that our time is that of a spiritual battle, and that the context of our thoughts and actions must be viewed in this realm, where the devil roams about, looking to find someone he can devour (1 Peter 5:8). All of our battles, whether Agenda 21, the new world odor order, islamic jihad, slavery, oppression, war, murder, have their root in the spiritual battle. And Satan does not want you to see that.
We are facing a beast that has gained more power over time…in Genesis Satan is described as a serpent; in Revelation, he has become the Great Red Dragon. Satan seems omnipresent, but he is not. He has to stalk his victims and wander to and fro…but he does not want you to know this. Satan has many helpers, however, which do influence us as we are spiritual beings influenced by Satan’s demons. In this way he wants us to think he is omnipresent, but he is not. Remember there are stories of Christ casting out many demons out of one person (Mark 16:9). How many helpers? Remember a third of the angels will fall with him…and all we know is that there is a multitude of angels.

In an old article entitled “New World Order on the Run” I pointed to the increasing signs of desperation on the part of the ‘cabal’, “new world order’, ‘alien financiers’, ‘agenda 21rs’ as they grapple with a world that is increasingly informed and unwilling to stoop to lick at their boot heels. How long will it be that the large number of murdered‘suicided’ bankers begins to capture the attention and suspicion of people—all over the world–with knowledge that people are dying because they know too much about the fraud we have been under for 100 years?
Similar resistance was noted in the article, “Its Toast for the New World Order“, where everywhere in America people are saying “NO”. This is not the phony ‘occupy’ movement where the lefties gathered to get their handouts from the rich, with the democrats totally using the movement to push their socialist agenda.
This is right up Barry Birther Chin’s alley…and our Congress is facilitating this massive transfer of wealth and power to China. On Jan. 9, 2013, in a little-noticed press release, Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., together with ranking member Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, and House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp, R-Mich, announced they were introducing “fast track” trade promotion authority legislation as a prelude to bringing up the TPP for expected passage in the near future.
Between the WTO, NAFTA, the other trade treaties the US has with other countries, will there be any work at all left in the USA? Or, will we end up like the 3rd world countries, hunting through the trash for a piece of stale bread? Or, maybe that’s what the FEMA camps will be, Work Camps. Of all the so called ‘Patriot Actions’ the one that is most disturbing to me is the call for a Constitutional Convention. Over the last several years many have proposed new amendments to the Constitution, including some of the major provisions such as the qualifications for the office of the president, and other amendments that require Congress to follow the same rules as citizens of the United States and a balanced budget amendment.
What we don’t hear, even from the patriots, is the need to eliminate illegal amendments–those not ratified properly by the states– such as the 14th, 16th, and 17th amendments. Nor do we hear calls for the restoration of the original 13th Amendment, which would have prevented lawyers (titles of nobility such as ‘esquire) to serve in government. And of course, nobody talks about enforcing the existing constitution, which for example would eliminate the need for a ‘balanced budget amendment’ because Congress would have to stay within its enumerated powers.
So the lawyers and lobbyists across the country are pushing for a Constitutional Convention, glaringly a ‘con’ as in ‘con con’. Remember this is the same group of people who were barred from serving in government by the original 13th amendment, which ‘disappeared’ from the Constitution after the war of 1812. The British burned the White House and the effort was to eliminate the records, research, and proceedings that produced the Declaration of Independence and the first Constitutional Convention which produced the Constitution for the United States.
The lawyers and legal profession, and its gaggle of judges, would go on to essentially ‘gut’ the Constitution’s provisions by developing the Administrative Procedures Act (APA) and other “legal tools” to prevent we the people from even knowing the strength of the Constitution’s provisions and the protection of our God-given rights enshrined therein. The APA essentially makes it impossible to gut excessive agency development, for example, the EPA, and allows a suit only on the grounds that it violates the APA, not the Constitution’s limits on executive power. If the lawyers were barred initially from serving in the government, what are they doing now rewriting the constitution?
What will Disappear in the New Constitution?

You can believe that our founding on God’s law–common law–will be eliminated. This is the dream of all the marxist dems and all the republicans, now clearly just one part of the cabal that dislikes the American people and disrespects our founding documents, calls our founding fathers ‘terrorists’, and claims that our constitution is fatally flawed. This propaganda has been spread to the general population through government schools (Common Core, anyone?), and now through our churches which have completed the ‘falling away’ as 2 Thessalonians 2:3 predicted. And here we have Pastors saying that the American people do not deserve liberty anymore. We can point fingers at everyone else as to who is responsible for this debacle, but when you point one finger at anyone three point back at you.
If our founding principles disappear, then all we have is a counterfeit. That suits satan’s purposes just fine. As long as we don’t remember God, or Jesus the Christ, our the founding principles of common law within the ten commandments, then confusion and lies will reign. That’s the plan.

Why are Constitutional Convention proponents mostly lawyers?
Do people know that a Constitutional Convention has as much power as a joint session of Congress?
Will the Constitutional Convention rewrite the constitution?
How can we prevent the Constitutional Convention from rewriting the Constitution?
The original 13th Amendment prohibited lawyers (anyone who took a title such as “Esquire”) from serving in government. Why is it that mostly lawyers are promoting a Constitutional Convention, and shouldn’t they be barred from participating?
What provisions, or where is the law, that provides for a state to rescind its call for a Constitutional Convention?

The disturbing links between Morgellon’s Disease and the occurrence of chemtrails is world-wide and yet not reported by mainstream media outlets. Recently I came across the video below which linked the fibers found in Morgellon’s disease patients to spiderweb-like deposits across the landscape. The ‘fibers’ may be an earlier version of what appears to be emerging as a new monitoring technology again delivered through the air:

Without an antenna of much greater size the range of tiny smart dust communication devices is measured in a few millimeters and they may be vulnerable to electromagnetic disablement and destruction by microwave exposure.
The thousands of tiny computers contained in such ‘smart dust‘ or fibers, and perhaps manifesting as snow–will scavenge power from their surroundings and are smaller than a snowflake.
Now imagine how these ‘sensors’ interact with HAARP.
Looks like wearing a hat, mask, earplugs, long sleeves and pants, socks, shoes, and sunglasses might be necessary now someday… 😯

Acts of courage today involve telling the truth, and seeking the truth. Many will willingly be deceived; many will continue to play politics with people’s lives and just say, ‘that’s the way it is’.
In the last several months, I have had the privilege of working with some very courageous people who took on a freight train bearing down on their neighborhoods, families, livelihood and personal health. Awakening all has been a matter of putting up with charges of ‘racism’, of ‘being unreasonable’, of being ‘radicals’, being ‘stupid and confused’, of not knowing how the game was played. Their perseverance stopped that train—but only for a couple of years. As it turns out, the freight train had a bunch of cars attached to it–the new world order, agenda 21, the federal land and water grab, the destruction of individual sovereignty, and the control of all the means of production of all the people–regardless of politics. And now, there is time to expose the true story behind this freight train–and its enablers. This was an improbable story, a victory, and all praise is to God, as His Will will be done.

Why are we pretending? Pretending that elections in 2014 might change things, that elections in 2016 could too?
Indeed,why are we pretending that we need more research to ‘really’ know what is going on? Or who Obama ‘really is’? Or that the so-called republicans and so-called democrats are really the same party? Or that the theft of our nation has been going on since at least 1871?

As we complete the second month of the new year, I am inspired, as are perhaps you, to reflect, learn, and make a plan for my own work in doing my job as an American, exercising the revolutionary right we have as in ourDeclaration of Independence:

As we deeply reflect on the status of our Nation and the government that has come to control it, its deep roots and multiple tools, does anyone have any question in their mind about what is our duty from hereon out? Do we need any more debates, analyses, evidence about Obama and the entire government’s complicity in the takeover by a foreign ‘agent’? How about on the role of the banksters and international financiers, debt, government growth, taxes, or slavery of citizens? How about the growth of the police state surrounding us?
We face a Constitutional Crisis unknown except at our founding. What is our Affirmative Duty as Americans knowing what we do about our government?
Time and history would assert that it is our Constitutional duty now to act in the affirmative defense of our Constitutional Republic through the dismantling the illegal government that exists right now and establishing new Guards for our future security.

As far as the problems confronting us as Americans, our advantage is we now know the ‘thinking that was used to create the kind of problems we face’. We have their names, organizations, connections, and what they control. We know what their tools are, including these horrific false flags involving the murder of Americans here and abroad. It is a sobering understanding in the context of what our duty is as Americans today. Our enemies are ruthless and will stop at nothing to achieve their goals.
And we outnumber them. We are ‘armed’ with a lot more than a weapon in our own defense, and now suddenly, our offense. Think about and gather from that. Each one of us that are awake has a gift to give to this struggle, and our affirmative duty individually is to find it and use it. In our lifetimes this is uncharted territory that involves a combination of pushing back, nullifying on a personal, community and state-wide level, and creating new Guards for our future security.
But as we do step up, I believe we have a duty as Americans to do so with certain guidelines:
Check your ego at the door. If you can’t lead without being acknowledged as ‘the leader’, then step down. Your personal ego has nothing to do with rescuing our Nation. This is not about you, it is about God, and Country, and Family…in that order.
Stop the scare-mongering. Does fear mongering with all the ‘insiders’ get you new ratings? Lots of visitors to your radio, TV show or blog? Then stop it. Think about how fear mongering stifles action, thought, reasoned dialogue, developing of plans, and creates confusion. Satan is the father of lies, confusion, and fear. Fear is what satan wants, because it paralyzes. The opposite of fear is FAITH.
Stop the game-playing. So you’re a politician and think you’ve got the upper hand because you are one? So you think you’re smarter than the average bear? Prove it. Dare to show your humanity, be creative in solving problems, not creating new ones or new classes of victims. Be creative, not destructive. If you are creating destruction, you’ve only proven how stupid, obtuse, and uninformed you are. Get over yourself.
All the laws, executive orders, bad legislation, ignorance, threats, and drones have no intrinsic value or worth except by those who want to control what they cannot. The authors of these actions have no idea that they are cutting their own throats. We have no obligation to follow them whatsoever: they have lost the consent of the people. Trafficking in weapons is one of the criminal characteristics of the Obama regime. We have suspectedknown that the Benghazi murders had something to do with American weapons delivered to Libyan rebels. But whether Ambassador Stevens was retrieving them, setting up a transfer of the same weapons to Syrian rebels via Turkey, was a target of a hostage plot, or had uncovered Obama’s involvement and had to be eliminated –won’t be known until the final layer is peeled off the onion.
Whatever the truth of this ‘international fast and furious’, the Benghazi terror had something to do with the 2012 election and keeping focus off Obama’s ineligibility and performance. But the murder of four Americans almost blew the whole cover off the core weapons operation and necessitated the outright and overt theft of the 2012 election.
How did Al Queda in Benghazi get a ‘smart bomb’? Was Obama afraid the stinger missiles he supplied them would be used to shoot down rescue aircraft, blowing his cover? Where did the Syrian rebels get SAMS?

Something big happened in Benghazi that caused a major ‘change of plans’.

The knowing liar
We have discussed Tavistock in these pages before, but I bring this back up because of the video shown below, and the “recent” revelation of the media’s fraud surrounding Obama’s usurpation. We’re not talking the media simply ‘favoring’ someone, we are talking them taking an active role in destabilizing and overthrowing America with malice aforethought. Think treason, misprision of felony, misprision of treason, wire fraud, perjury, bribery, and racketeering. The latest media cover up is reported by PixelPatriot:
The “BIRTHGATE” scandal is still unfolding after CNN committed an act of “Fraud” upon the American people on May 30th 2012 by writing, producing, editing and broadcasting a report with a microfiche copy of a long form birth certificate knowing it is not Barack Obama’s yet claiming it was.
The tone of the CNN report is as usual, dismissive, ridiculing, incredulous, and demeaning to those of us who actually know the truth of Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility. And it trivializes a constitutional matter that their opinion is irrelevant to and unnecessary for. The way they treated the eligibility issue reminded me of how the same people questioned the ‘official story’ of another disaster for Americans on September 11, 2001.
The video below shows the first ‘transparent’ media mind conditioning apparatus that didn’t even cover its tracks regarding the events of September 11, 2001. Taking advantage of the trauma caused by the attack on America, the video below clearly demonstrates how the media fed the American public with a story that was untrue. And ‘based’ on that coverage and biased research, the 911 Commission produced a report which essentially was a fabricated story. When the lie of 911 was confronted, the media reacted the exact same way they reacted to anyone questioning Obama’s eligibility–ridicule, disbelief, insults, and dismissing the issue.
The entirety of the film is excellent and is the first film to focus totally on the media’s coverage of the event without discussing a theory of who is responsible. It clearly shows there was advance knowledge of the attack on the part of many people. The film shows key parts of the true story: at 28:58 why Building 7 came down is described; at 32:11 the lie is caught on film; and beginning at 54:17 the media can be shown lying about what even its own reporters observed that day. Notice this last segment in particular, the tone of Bill O’Reilly and Glen Beck–it’s the same ridicule used on the Birthers.
I speculated months ago that the conspiracy of silence involving Obama’s usurpation had something to do with 911–the inside story promised to be leaked if anyone said anything about Obama’s illegality. I believe it more today than then, now four years into Obama’s breach of Article II. The ridicule, marginalization, and dismissal of Article II eligibility is the same tactic used by the same people who dismissed 911 concerns.
We must be on to something, called THE TRUTH. If we weren’t correct, the media would have more than snide remarks to counter us with, aka, they’d have ‘proof’.

It is critical to understand that the satanic goal of any effort like Tavistock is to counterfeit a ‘world order’ that displaces God’s heavenly kingdom and laws. Satan’s chosen do this by the most insidious of means– working through the media, Hollywood, and music to manipulate our minds. It is the ‘spiritual wickedness in high places” enacted by Satan’s minions in our daily lives.
Tavistock tailors programs to specific situations for these and more as well as setting standards in psychiatry, psychology and organizational management. It declared itself the ultimate authority on mental health and human relations. Divergent thought is declared ‘crazy’ or ‘antisocial.’
The media are tavistock stooges and hit-men. They will be affected when we literally pull the plug, boycott their advertisers and sponsoring corporations, and shame them for their constant lying.
Satan is hiding in plain site. When you cross the bridge to understand the magnitude of what we face, you must have spiritual armor and be grounded in your spiritual faith. We have come to know that the Bushes are completely in the know about Obama’s illegitimate presidency and have covered it up. Now we hear that they also know of the intentional destruction of America, “beginning and ending with a ‘George W’. Was this a slip of the tongue exposing Obama, or the ‘signal’ to move the plan into place? With daddy Bush in the room, you know it is about the new world order that has taken over the United States, and “W” was bragging about his place in our history as a nation.
Interesting that Bush would say this as we have just finished quite a long post on Agenda 21 and have had no hesitation to link this to the New World Order and to the attacks on America from within and without our country.
I maintain that the usurpation of the presidency was an act of war by the New World Order, and here good ole’ W confirms it. Acts of war include replacing a legitimate president with an agent. And the stark reality of Obama is that he had John McCain, the republicans, the democrats, the Bushes, the media, and the military supporting this overthrow–without a shot being fired (if you discount the people murdered to pave the way for Obama, like Donald Young or Lt. Quarrels Harris).
They stand at every street corner.
“The Parallax Prophecies” predicts that if enough Americans don’t “Declare Their Open Resistance” to this rising pressure of anti-American actions by their government, the covert takeover of America by the United Nations, the central banks and the government of the United States of America will be ultimately successful. As he pulled the ‘big one’ off in America–the usurpation of the presidency–the shiny armor came off the fraud, and like the wizard of Oz all of his handlers have been exposed. The NWO ASSet Obama has so exposed them, it is unlikely they can keep him in office without a major false flag event, flipping 30+ million votes, provoking a war abroad or a race/class war at home, assassinations, crashing the economy, or doing something to the Obamas to generate sympathy. Watch for the ‘scuffing’ of the Obama’s by their handlers, aka the NWO, blamed on someone inside the U.S. or a foreign country.
We know the NWO has their candidate already selected in case their plan for Obama goes south and the voters overwhelm the cheaters –Mittens Romney. If they truly were smart, they’d run another democrat who isn’t an obvious and odious marxist foreigner.
But I think Bush’s statement at the White House today is telling. My guess is that he gave the signal to “end it”. Who benefits from ‘an end’? The criminals of course, a very telling answer to the question of ‘who did it’?
For the record? I want Obama alive and able to testify. No more hiding behind dead bodies, sealed records, koolaid, drone attacks, Hollywood, and unsolved murders.
As we move from one dramatic diversion of Obama’s life story or unconstitutional antics to another, there is some very serious stuff going on in yours and my back yard. Its called Agenda 21—the stealth plan of the New World Order to inventory and control every piece of land in and the water supply of the United States.
Just walk down your street and you will see who all is involved in this ‘feel good’ plan:
your city, town, and rural county government including their waste management and water supply, land use, and planning departments;
your local parks and recreation department, agriculture, and fish/wildlife/game departments
local and national non-governmental organizations (NGO) involved in land, water or environmental issues
State and/or federal natural resource management agencies.
Your Chamber of Commerce
The NWO has provided the education for the ones who teach our children today from pre-school all the way through college and graduate school. Our law schools have already been infected with disdain for and ignorance of the Constitution, aka, limits placed on the federal government in the Constitution.
Article I Section 8, restricts the Congress to (a)”the commerce clause”, i.e., ‘regulating commerce’ with foreign nations, among the states, and with all the Indian Tribes’; and (b) to exercise its authority over the D.C. and lands purchased from the States for ‘necessary government buildings’. The word regulate means to ‘make regular’. The abuse of the Commerce Clause by Congress is manifested in increased regulation that fosters centralized control over natural resource management and use decisions. It is through this avenue of environmental and land use regulation that the NWO inserts Agenda 21 as the controlling paradigm for American communities, mega-regions, and bio-regions.

Darwin/Marx’s ‘natural science’ as a foundation for societal organization could be viewed as Satan’scounterfeit of ‘natural law and God’s law’. Something not proven disguised as proven, with taxpayer support used to enforce that viewpoint.
The link between science and the progressives and its role in undermining our Constitutional Republic is interesting as an example of ‘gradualist’ approaches used by communism to taking over a country, eventually the world. As we understand from reading history, the primary international financiers are responsible for funding and controlling both sides of every military or economic conflict and have the most to benefit from generating struggle or war. Why is that?
This post is the first in a series of discussions regarding science and the progressives, expanding on my earlier articles to add another perspective on why evolution theory was adopted by the progressive leftists, communists, fascists, eugenicists, and the New World Order as the means of creating a one-world society with pure races (e.g., the elite) which would deny individuality, creativity, and individual and national sovereignty. The race card is a distraction. And it looks like they’ve succeeded, again.
Cruising the internet in the last few days there are hundreds of articles on Trayvon Martin case, interracial violence, the history of racial relations in the United States,and the general level of violence existing in America. This blog also took the time to discuss black-on-black violence.
If there was one article that knocked me back out of this focus on race, it was American Thinker’s article on Obama and the End of the Progressive Era, spurring conversations with friends reminding me of the distractions the left always provides to hide their true agenda. While everyone is talking about the race card failing, and it being worn out, it actually has successfully diverted our attention again.
So what don’t they want us to focus on?
Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation of the illegality of Obama…the first law enforcement investigation to prove what we’ve known for a long time–that everything about Obama is fake. The Arizona legislature is still holding up the eligibility bill, and our attention has been taken away from existing Arizona law (A.R.S. 16 311(B)) which requires Obama to submit a notarized form swearing he meets the qualifications of the office for which he is running…to wit, on December 13, 2007, Obama signed a form which falsely swore he was a natural born citizen. Governor Jan Brewer was then the AZ Secretary of State. The citizen petition that will bypass Governor Brewer has been signed by more than 1,000 people, and is headed to the Secretary of State and the AG, but the AG is now under criminal investigation.
Related to Obama’s lack of eligibility, several Indiana democrats were charged with voter fraud that occurred in 2008, where they forged hundreds of signatures to get Obama on the ballot. Yes, the forging was ‘equal’ in that they did this for Clinton and Edwards, but you know who the real forging was for–Obama. Just like the passport case.
Again related to Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility, the document proving he was born in Kenya and came to the United States as an infant in August 1961 was uncovered in the Boston Public Library by the Daily Pen.
The ‘FED’ bought 61% of the U.S. Debt, in otherwords, WE bought the debt created by the politicians. This is Bernacke’s ‘quantitative easing installment no 3’ (QE 3). This guarantees that illegal income taxes and other taxes will have to rise, further enslaving Americans…i.e, gas prices, electricity, food–all inflation based because ‘we’ bought the debt created by the politicians.
The SCOTUS discussion of Obamacare, where it was fairly clear that the Justices have a problem with the lack of constitutionality of the entire bill, particularly the mandate. The fact of Republicans once again making a deal so that they run a nobody who (a) has no chance to beat Obama, or is (b) exactly the same as Obama, still controlled by the FED and international financiers, giving Americans once again the choice between the ‘lesser of two evils’

The Anti-Christ Exposed
Don’t forget that all of this is trying to hide the fact that ‘anti-christ’ thinking has been exposed–in the luciferian bankers and politicians, the ‘left’, the muslims, the ‘progressives’, and all those lying wonders we have been warned about. It may not be one individual at all, but a whole way of being mastered by multiple entities and individuals. Which means we are completely vulnerable to deception by great ‘lying wonders’ produced by all of them–earthquakes, storms, tornadoes, even UFO’s–a Nazi technology.
All roads still lead back to Rome, the Jesuits, and the luciferian army which is having a field day with our confusion. It is intentional.

Our Founders created a government that was based upon several basic principles, among them morality, honesty, integrity, truth and justice. We cannot have a just government without a moral government. Our Constitution was created for a moral people…when was the last time, if ever, that you saw a politician acting morally and in the best interests of the people? Well, we elected them.
The recent discussion and history of Obama’s new Executive Order on the peacetime declaration of martial law is an illustrative example of how long we have been asleep at the wheel. As it turns out, the basic elements of this executive order began in the administration of John F. Kennedy, and every President since then has reauthorized it or added to it. Now with a clear and present danger in our White House, it takes on far more menacing meaning–as we know Obama will use it if he feels his election chances are threatened.
But realistically, we could also go back to Executive Order 1, signed by Abraham Lincoln when there arguably was no Congress–the South had walked out–declaring a permanent state of emergency which has existed since that time. Hence the gold fringe on the U.S. flag in our courthouses and many federal buildings. Each president that has come along has failed to rescind this or subsequent Executive Orders, which have gradually taken over as the means of governance–by executive fiat.
This post, which has been long in coming, delves into the aspect of our Constitution which requires the consent of the governed, and poses some reasons why and examples of our relinquishment of our responsibility to give or deny consent to the various actions of the government we created. Our failure to live up to our responsibilities has allowed untold suffering and the death of millions–of our own citizens and of the world–at the hands of unscrupulous men and women. Of course these unscrupulous people with monied roots in the ‘families’ and secret societies that have caused trouble for the world wasted no time in taking over key institutions–our education system, government, the courts, the churches, the media, entertainment, the sciences, and now fully the means of production–agriculture, food, medicine, water, and industry.
Have we awakened in time? Do we have the numbers? And whether we do or not, do we have a responsibility to right our Country and bring back Constitutional governance? We’ve never not had that responsibility!

The determination of those who control this administration, and the willingness of this president to assist in their desired outcome has finally awoken us. A First Casualty: Our THREE Votes
We designed the system so that we would be the true masters of government, not the other way around. A dangerous servant our government has now become as it encroaches on our lives in every possible manner, replacing individual liberty with collectivism, and enacting the subversion of our individual rights through coercion. Enshrined in our Constitution, and in particular, the Bill of Rights is the principle that consent of the governed is required for the government to take any action. We have three votes, not just one as the powers would have us believe. Our election, grand jury, and petite jury votes.
As shown in the diagram below, any time the government wants to propose a rule that impacts individuals, it has to seek consent of the governed. If it wants to prosecute someone for violating one of those rules, it must bring that rule and its proposed action before a jury and a grand jury. There we get to decide if it is a valid law in the first instance, and if a person has violated that rule. Corrupt judges will suggest to a jury that they are not to decide the law, only the facts of the case. That didn’t work out for Supreme Court Justice Samuel Chase, now did it, where he was impeached (but not convicted) for instructing a jury that they couldn’t decide on the law itself.
This failure to understand our power has had serious consequences. All you need to do is look at the prosecution of individuals under the law that never was–the unconstitutional sixteenth amendment–and the congressionally created Internal Revenue Service (IRS) used to ‘enforce’ an unconstitutional law.
The people who have been prosecuted under this unconstitutional law have been sent to jail by juries–not by government, by the people on the juries who either failed to recognize they have a right to judge the law itself or bought the judge’s illegal directions that they were only to judge the facts of the trial. Using the diagram above, if IRS wants to prosecute you, they must take this to a jury, where you decide whether the law is valid and whether the individual should be prosecuted. And under the Seventh Amendment, once that jury decides you are not guilty of violating an unconstitutional law, no court of the U.S. can overrule the jury’s decision, nor can any federal judge:
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
The true intention of the Constitution–to recognize our individual sovereignty, is no where more evident than in the Seventh Amendment. But our sovereignty and individual rights are totally ignored by the judicial system.
A grand jury should be utilized when dealing with the implementation of any agency-created law against any individual…you have a right to ask for a jury trial at all times and should never subject yourself to the whims of an individual judge. Important places to begin to use jury trials include actions taken by federal fish agencies under the Endangered Species Act, where fines for the ‘take’ of fish, for example, can range from $25,000 to over $75,000 per fish. When the government creates the problem, such as in the Klamath Basin, federal agents should not be allowed to trespass on individual property, ‘find’ a dead fish, and prosecute or jail an individual.
We the people deal with common law; the judges and attorneys deal with case law, administrative procedures, contract law, and equity…we must bring back common law courts to every jurisdiction in our country. It is time to flood the system with jury trial actions.
Some applications.
The Arizona ballot challenge suit in Pima County requested a jury trial and is the only eligibility case to my knowledge that would be heard before a jury. Once the information on Obama’s failure to qualify as a natural born citizen reaches the jury, any jury would decide he cannot be on the ballot. Can a federal court overturn that decision? I would argue no, not under the Seventh Amendment. DNC Chair Wasserman-Schultz will be sued for fraud, and that should be heard by a jury…its the only way to ensure that the democrats can’t bribe or threaten a judge to rule in their favor.
What about Oklahoma’s anti-sharia statute? How can a single federal judge overturn the will of the people? Actions should be taken to bring that decision back to the local level and tried by a jury of Oklahomans. The United States government and its agents try to block our access to juries at every turn.
What about excessive EPA regulation, or the regulation of your garden or of a farmer’s market? Why are we sending individuals to jail for growing and selling tomatoes? Or producing and selling raw milk? What ‘law’ permits this, and what is the constitutional authority?
What about the molesting of children by the Transportation Security Agency?
By allowing the jury system to fall, and by neglecting our responsibilities as citizens, we ourselves destroy our cultural heritage. We have given our consent to government to do what it wants. It is time to get informed, get ready, use a jury whenever you can, and find out how to get on a grand jury.

The relentless march of socialism, anti-Americanism, and communism has been and is at its core a march against God…as it has been since the gracing of this world with his only begotten son, Yeshua, Jesus. Yes we can talk about the ‘socialscientists‘, and Darwin; the progressives, Marx, and Stalin; the left, radical islam, and the muslim brotherhood, even the Jesuits, and chronicle their precise killing and ideological influences. What they all have in common is the absence of God; they are man-oriented; they are all satanic. By turning off our ears, shutting our eyes, glorifying our wealth or graven images, and by fearing government more than our Creator-God, we have lost the ability of discernment.

And the moment of our distress has then a spiritual root; a cause, where we have lost our way and failed to discern our responsibilities to God, our Country and ourselves; being content with distractions including our arguments over ‘concepts’, the right versus left, the liberal versus conservative. And our delusion has caused us to believe in the false promise of security in exchange for our God-given, unalienable rights and our responsibility to safe-guard them; to believe in simple men who have no interest but their own, in a party or team rather than in the truth.
Can you imagine that the fate of our country is in the hands of one man, nine ‘justices’, and a handful of proud, conceited, misguided, and ungodly politicians…when we had it within our hands to withhold our consent for these atrocities committed in our name? The Wall Street Insider grasps this possible ending as he struggles with his own role in enabling ‘obamacare’ to bring our Country to the brink of destruction:
May God grant these nine people the wisdom to remove the oppression contained within that foul document so appropriately called “Obamacare”. Never should its manifestation been allowed. Never should I and others have even remotely considered it may be of benefit to Americans struggling without health care coverage. A Trojan Horse of false idealism and we opened the gates to it and now a battle for the soul of America is underway. It is shameful how little attention I paid to it then. Such a stupid and pretentious man I was. Perhaps I still am.
It is long past time to withdraw our consent, for any of this business. No to incumbents and to ‘business as usual’. No to unconstitutional laws. No to the ‘justices’ who deliver no justice. No to the media which lies. No to the federal reserve and the complicit congress. NO to a usurper who has taken what is not his. No to the anti-Americans who would destroy us.* They forevermore must now earn our consent.
In a previous post, we discussed the concepts of the individual vs the collective, determining the uniqueness of America as representing and protecting the rights of the individual. The American constitution protects against democracy, or ‘mob rule’, where the rights of the individual are overridden by the ‘majority’. One could say that democracy is totalitarianism, where the rights of the individual are sacrificed for the whole.
A common ridiculous argument of the anti-American, flat earth eligibility deniers is that “60 million people” confirmed that Obama is a ‘natural born citizen’. This is a not so subtle message underlying the socialist democrats enabling the usurper Obama.
Is collectivism the ‘highest morality‘ of human society?
