We have already crossed the Delaware River, long before many awoke.  Determined now to restore our Republic in exercising the revolutionary right articulated in the Declaration of Independence.

Shots have been fired.

The enemy have been identified.

The Declaration of Independence

WHEN in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the Political Bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the Separation.
          We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness—-That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the Necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The History of the present King of Great-Britain is a History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World.
          He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public Good.
          He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing Importance, unless suspended in their Operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them. 
          He has refused to pass other Laws for the Accommodation of large Districts of People, unless those People would relinquish the Right of Representation in the Legislature, a Right inestimable to them, and formidable to Tyrants only.
          He has called together Legislative Bodies at Places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the Depository of their public Records, for the sole Purpose of fatiguing them into Compliance with his Measures.
          He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly Firmness his Invasions on the Rights of the People.
          He has refused for a long Time, after such Dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the Dangers of Invasion from without, and Convulsions within. 
          He has endeavoured to prevent the Population of these States; for that Purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their Migrations hither, and raising the Conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
          He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.
          He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the Tenure of their Offices, and the Amount and Payment of their Salaries.
          He has erected a Multitude of new Offices, and sent hither Swarms of Officers to harrass our People, and eat out their Substance.
          He has kept among us, in Times of Peace, Standing Armies, without the consent of our Legislatures.
          He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.
          He has combined with others to subject us to a Jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our Laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
          For quartering large Bodies of Armed Troops among us:
          For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from Punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
          For cutting off our Trade with all Parts of the World:
          For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
          For depriving us, in many Cases, of the Benefits of Trial by Jury:
          For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended Offences:
          For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an arbitrary Government, and enlarging its Boundaries, so as to render it at once an Example and fit Instrument for introducing the same absolute Rule into these Colonies:
          For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
          For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with Power to legislate for us in all Cases whatsoever.
          He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
          He has plundered our Seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our Towns, and destroyed the Lives of our People.
          He is, at this Time, transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the Works of Death, Desolation, and Tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty and Perfidy, scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous Ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized Nation.
          He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the Executioners of their Friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
          He has excited domestic Insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the Inhabitants of our Frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known Rule of Warfare, is an undistinguished Destruction, of all Ages, Sexes and Conditions.
          In every stage of these Oppressions we have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble Terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury. A Prince, whose Character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People.
          Nor have we been wanting in Attentions to our British Brethren. We have warned them from Time to Time of Attempts by their Legislature to extend an unwarrantable Jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the Circumstances of our Emigration and Settlement here. We have appealed to their native Justice and Magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the Ties of our common Kindred to disavow these Usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our Connections and Correspondence. They too have been deaf to the Voice of Justice and of Consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the Necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of Mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace, Friends.
          We, therefore, the Representatives of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly Publish and Declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be, Free and Independent States; that they are absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political Connection between them and the State of Great-Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. Re-Declaring Our Independence

Ours is a government of the people. It represents their will. Its officers may sometimes go astray, but that is not a reason for criticizing the principles of our institutions. The real heart of the American Government depends upon the heart of the people. It is from that source that we must look for all genuine reform. It has been happening for a decade…and that is the opening of the American public’s eyes to the weaponization of politics, the media, and the politicians hell-bent our our destruction so keep their privileges in place.  What is enormously funny–in a shocking way–is that the enemedia has no idea that they are being played like a fiddle, sent down rabbit holes by the very clever and dedicated President Trump.

The left deserves no quarter, and will be destroyed in the end by their own hubris.

Let’s take the time to read a presidential address from Calvin Coolidge on the 150th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence

Fellow Countrymen:

We meet to celebrate the birthday of America. That coming of a new life always excites our interest. Although we know in the case of the individual that it has been an infinite repetition reaching back beyond our vision, that only makes it more wonderful. But how our interest and wonder increase when we behold the miracle of the birth of a new nation. It is to pay our tribute of reverence and respect to those who participated in such a mighty event that we annually observe the 4th day of July. Whatever may have been the impression created by the news which went out from this city on that summer day in 1776, there can be no doubt as to the estimate which is now placed upon it. At the end of 150 years the four corners of the earth unite in coming to Philadelphia as to a holy shrine in grateful acknowledgment of a service so great, which a few inspired men here rendered to humanity, that it is still the preeminent support of free government throughout the world.

Although a century and a half measured in comparison with the length of human experience is but a short time, yet measured in the life of governments and nations it ranks as a very respectable period. Certainly enough time has elapsed to demonstrate with a great deal of thoroughness the value of our institutions and their dependability as rules for the regulation of human conduct and the advancement of civilization. They have been in existence long enough to become very well seasoned. They have met, and met successfully, the test of experience

It is not so much, then, for the purpose of undertaking to proclaim new theories and principles that this annual celebration is maintained, but rather to reaffirm and reestablish those old theories and principles which time and the unerring logic of events have demonstrated to be sound. Amid all the clash of conflicting interests, amid all the welter of partisan politics, every American can turn for solace and consolation to the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States with the assurance and confidence that those two great charters of freedom and justice remain firm and unshaken. Whatever perils appear, whatever dangers threaten, the Nation remains secure in the knowledge that the ultimate application of the law of the land will provide an adequate defense and protection.

It is little wonder that people at home and abroad consider Independence Hall as hallowed ground and revere the Liberty Bell as a sacred relic. That pile of bricks and mortar, that mass of metal, might appear to the uninstructed as only the outgrown meeting place and the shattered bell of a former time, useless now because of more modern conveniences, but to those who know they have become consecrated by the use which men have made of them. They have long been identified with a great cause. They are the framework of a spiritual event. The world looks upon them, because of their associations of one hundred and fifty years ago, as it looks upon the Holy Land because of what took place there nineteen hundred years ago. Through use for a righteous purpose they have become sanctified.

The American Revolution represented the informed and mature convictions of a great mass of independent, liberty loving, God-fearing people who knew their rights, and possessed the courage to dare to maintain them.

The “Good” Government Shutdown

Mr. Trump tweeted: “The reason for the plan negotiated between the Republicans and Democrats is that we need 60 votes in the Senate which are not there! We…” he continued, “either elect more Republican Senators in 2018 or change the rules now to 51%. Our country needs a good “shutdown” in September to fix mess!”

This is essentially why the GOP healthcare plan cannot fully repeal Obamacare right now, its just a fact.  This is the reason for the three-staged approach to undoing the damage that Obama did. Why President Trump tweets is to tell the truth to Americans about the status of health care, unfiltered by the media, the republicans, and the democrats.

Remember the democrats, or whoever wrote it, designed it that way, so it would be almost impossible to get rid of it once it passed and operated for a few years, aka, the stolen elections of 2008 and 2012. But there is a reason why that bill was 2,000 pages long and ballooned to 4,000.

But because the republicans are playing within the system, they will only change the rules if their masters funders allow them to, never mind what the American electorate wants through our intervention in electing President Trump. The Obama-weaponized agencies have “gone underground to keep communicating with the public”, aka, to continue to fuel the seditious left, liberal agenda in all things government so as to perpetuate the tyranny of government upon America. The highly-placed Obama-Clinton political allies, now “burrowed” as staff everywhere continue the system where government is weaponized against the people.

This is NOT the government We the People created, but the attack has been underway for a very long time…since the beginning. Yes we can be accused of being asleep at the wheel for decades, but we do not shoulder all the blame as those in the dark have worked furiously for decades to blind, distract, and dumb us down as much as possible without being noticed–through the culture.  It was the classic plan to overthrow the constitution that we have read about for decades but only a few have connected it with reality.

Our Declaration of Independence acknowledges our predisposition not to change things:

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed

Americans Intervene to Rescue the Republic

In this excruciating time since the assault of the Obama regime on America, Americans have intervened by electing conservatives…many of whom turned out to be part of the uniparty as Americans’ collective understanding of the “system” grew in leaps and bounds.  Even with our understanding of gross election fraud across the country, and within the 2016 rigged election, we still prevailed in electing Donald Trump but were helped tremendously by the candidate and democrats mistakes.

But is now time for the second intervention, and that brings us right back to The Good Government Shutdown–the peaceful, non-violent, organized transition of the entire government back to the control of the people. It should happen at our request as as directed, and that is our revolutionary right described in the Founders’ own language above.  Let’s  envision a perfect shutdown.  It would all be for the good of the country.

1. The Resign and Replace Program. All of the democrats and republicans that occupy the legislative branch of the government must voluntarily resign their seats over a three year period. This will be done in an organized fashion with the longest serving members of both houses resigning first.Elections for a replacement will be held in each state of the resigning member.
2. Shutdown of the federal government including Congress and all non-essential agencies opening again under a gradual workforce reduction program and streamlined functions that reflect the purposes of government to provide for the common defense and to implement the eighteen (18) enumerated powers. The graduated closing of federal agencies over time is required as the federal bureaucracy or administrative state must be dismantled as it interferes with governance.
3. Special Shoutout to all Obamacare Related federal bureaucrats– all of you are required to resign immediately.  This includes the IRS-related employees.

This will cause all kinds of gnashing of teeth about those poor overpaid federal employees, having to use their own retirement, savings and find healthcare. But they have no choice as we, their employers, demand it.

Remember, the Russian government changed overnight in 1991.  It is possible, but a shutdown may be required.

 

Responses to Federal Aggression

The Constitution for the United States set limits on the federal government, which we the people created to safeguard our liberty interests and to provide for the nation’s defense.  The latest federal land grab in Nevada is just the tip of the iceberg and was most likely a test to see how Americans would respond to such blatant actions on the part of a federal agency—backed up by Blackwater Mercenaries, Homeland Security, and federal land agency personnel armed with weapons purchased by our tax dollars.

But wait.  We’ve already had more than 100 years of tax fraud, and an illegal debt that has been racked up by the equally illegal federal reserve, created  illegally through a non-ratified amendment to the Constitution.  And upheld by every Congress since that time–no on principle but because they benefit financially.  As a result of this system, politicians have amassed massive amounts of debt–without our permission but certainly without our scrutiny.  This is illegal debt, not ours, but the widely discredited government of the United States–including “both sides of the (same) isle” will use taxation and rural land grabs to satisfy the debt.

When you borrow money from a bank, and can’t pay the loan off, you give up your assets.  The government considers Indian reservations, natural resources on so called “public land”, national parks, forests and monuments, to be “its assets” —available to collateralize the debt.  The target: rural areas in the western United States.

The price of liberty is eternal vigilance

As discussed in this article, each state admitted to the Union of the united States of America entered under the doctrine of ‘equal footing’, and in each state’s enabling legislation “public lands” are to be returned to the States.  A map of the western united States shows just how the government ‘honored’ its promises and each state’s enabling legislation—by keeping public lands instead.  Billions of dollars are collected each year from these public lands and are derived from mineral leases, grazing leases, sale of water, oil  and gas, and hydropower revenues.

 

Notice that the largest landowner is the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), whose agents and supporters at the Bundy Ranch claimed that the “constitution is on our side“.

With regard to the politician known as Harry Reid and the Clark County Commissioners, it appears that their personal and family  financial interests were useful to the attempted siege of the Bundy Ranch.  Under the guise of rural economic development, and providing economic assistance to Tribes, the (national debt has been collateralized on) lands of the Bundy Ranch have already been “sold” to a foreign firm for solar energy development.

Did the Constitution allow the Raid on the Bundy Ranch?

It may seem like an obvious answer “no” to most of us who read these pages.  But for those who still disagree that the Constitution is the law of the land, the emphatic answer is NO.  On the concept of jurisdiction alone, the federal government and especially the alphabet agencies does/do not have the authority inside any state  on private lands for the management or theft of natural resources.  If we understand that the so called “public lands” under federal management are to be returned to the state, it is even more striking.  The Constitution itself can be used to defend rural America.  It is worth revisiting the following video for further background on the very limited jurisdiction that the federal government has:

By way of stating what this blog considers the truth, the Constitution for the United States of America, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence were divinely inspired and are derived from God’s law, which is “natural law”.   We have from God the gift of self-governance and the ability to enact His laws here on earth in our everyday being, interactions, and in our society.  The correct pecking order for “law” is Gods Law, common law (our Constitution), and then human law.  Human law is judged by juries in relation to God’s law and common law.

No government, agency, or individual can make up authority that was not given to it by the Constitution.  The federal jurisdiction only extends to the federal zone—that is, the District of Columbia and other small areas.  See jurisdiction video below and the link here.

The most powerful tools we have include the following:

Our votes as petit and grand jurors.  Juries have the right to judge the law, not just the facts of the case.  If the federal government wants to seize the Bundy Ranch, it can only do so with permission and through proper compensation.  It cannot use any federal law, such as the endangered species act, as an excuse to seize property.

• BLM agents and agency heads should be brought to court and be subject to a trial by jury, or grand jury, which will judge whether their actions were lawful. 
• Senator Harry Reid should be recalled and individual financial transactions scrutinized  in a court of law by a jury
• Clark County Commissioners should be recalled or impeached for breaking their oath of office
• The Sheriff should be recalled and/or impeached for breaking his oath of office

Don’t be a rubber stamp people!  The price of liberty is eternal vigilance, which means knowing your responsibilities as a juror.  Because we have let this system go, and in part because our lawyers, judges, and government have ignored it, the government is now acting beyond its constitutional authority.

Tenth Amendment.  It is time to use this tool to nullify bad law, to eliminate land and water grabs by the alphabet agencies.  State legislatures should continue to nullify egregious laws and consider actions that restrict, inhibit, and condition federal agencies and their actions within states.  Bad law can be nullified and/or tried in a court of law.

First and Second Amendments.  These are our RIGHTS to petition the government and to protect our liberty.

American Responsibility.  Remember, it is our duty as Americans to rise up against tyranny.  The Declaration of Independence requires it and enshrines us with a revolutionary right; our obedience to God requires our resistance to tyranny

Taxation.  Our revolution in 1776 began with a tax revolt—no taxation without representation!  Today, its seems that our motto should be not only no taxation without representation, but no taxation without authority!  There is massive action needed in this arena as it is still too easy for the government to pick off individuals.  Do not be a rubber stamp on a jury, and do not let tyranny take over!

No, we don’t need a constitutional convention.  We need to exercise the God-given rights we already have!

American Push Back

In an old article entitled “New World Order on the Run” I pointed to the increasing signs of desperation on the part of the ‘cabal’, “new world order’, ‘alien financiers’, ‘agenda 21rs’ as they grapple with a world that is increasingly informed and unwilling to stoop to lick at their boot heels.  How long will it be that the large number of murdered ‘suicided’ bankers begins to capture the attention and suspicion of people—all over the world–with knowledge that people are dying because they know too much about the fraud we have been under for 100 years?

Similar resistance was noted in the article, “Its Toast for the New World Order“, where everywhere in America people are saying “NO”.  This is not the phony ‘occupy’ movement where the lefties gathered to get their handouts from the rich, with the democrats totally using the movement to push their socialist agenda.

America will not be going down without a fight, you can count on that.

The Silence

“TAPS”

A few years ago, a friend visited the Netherlands American Cemetery and Memorial in the village of Margraten, about six miles from Maastricht. There lie buried 8,301 American soldiers killed in the battles to liberate Holland in the fall and winter of 1944-5. Sgt. Bill Dukeman, 101st Airborne Division, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, Second Battalion, Company C (of “Band of Brothers fame) is buried there. He was killed in the battle of “The Crossroads” in northern Holland.

The Dutch hold an annual memorial concert every September at the above cemetery to remember and honor the Americans who died to free them in Operation Market Garden and subsequent efforts to eject the German army from Holland. Sgt. Dukeman, like many other fallen GIs, was “adopted” by a Dutch family. Dukeman’s family in the States was contacted and hosted in Holland, and his grave site decorated each year by his Dutch “family.” They keep his portrait in their home, displayed in a place of honor. Fathers pass this obligation down to their sons in Holland. This version of the original “taps” music is played by a 13 year old Dutch girl named Melissa Venema. The conductor of the orchestra is Andre Rieu from Holland.

Many of you may never have heard taps played in its entirety . The original version of Taps was called Last Post, and was written by Daniel Butterfield in 1801. It was rather lengthy and formal, as you will hear in this clip, so in 1862 it was shortened to 24 notes and re-named Taps.   Melissa Venema is playing it on a trumpet whereby the original was played on a bugle.

A prescient article in Canada Free Press by E.K. Robinson asks the fundamental question of our day as we look to what is next:

Why are we pretending? Pretending that elections in 2014 might change things, that elections in 2016 could too?

Indeed,why are we pretending that we need more research to ‘really’ know what is going on? Or who Obama ‘really is’? Or that the so-called republicans and so-called democrats are really the same party?  Or that the theft of our nation has been going on since at least 1871?

With lightening speed those of us ‘behind’ in our learning caught up pretty quickly in the last five years, often learning about the ‘old timers’ who have been awake for many years longer than we have.  This is a good thing, and, there comes a time when all this learning must be put into action.  As I review my own learning it seems I have crossed new thresholds as an ‘innocent’ study of the Constitution in 2009 produced over 700 articles where the initial topic of Obama’s usurpation turned into a full-fledged ‘seeing the forest from the trees’.  In 2013 I am in a profoundly different place on many levels.

What now is my affirmative duty as an American? I think you would agree that it is almost impossible to ‘sit still’ with the information you now have…it is true that we must keep educating but have we run out of time for the willingly blind or fence sitters to ‘wake up’?  throwing pearls after swine..those who are not listening cannot or will not…they have been deceived sometimes willingly.

As we complete the second month of the new year,  I am inspired, as are perhaps you, to reflect, learn, and make a plan for my own work in doing my job as an American, exercising the revolutionary right we have as in our Declaration of Independence:

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.

The States right now might just as well be are colonies of the federal government, which has abandoned the restraints that We the People set out in our revolutionary founding. The Second Amendment was designed for this moment, when the government became tyrannical, stationed troops in the homeland, and taxed the without representation.  Is it any wonder that it is under attack, as the last bastion of our defense, and that they will kill to ensure it happens?

Americans who are alert have exercised restraint; it is those who are unaware that squander the moment.  While governments should not overturn for any light reason, the Declaration reminds us of our weaknesses:

… all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

As we deeply reflect on the status of our Nation and the government that has come to control it, its deep roots and multiple tools, does anyone have any question in their mind about what is our duty from hereon out?  Do we need any more debates, analyses, evidence about Obama and the entire government’s complicity in the takeover by a foreign ‘agent’? How about on the role of the banksters and international financiers, debt, government growth, taxes, or slavery of citizens?  How about the growth of the police state surrounding us?

We face a Constitutional Crisis unknown except at our founding. What is our Affirmative Duty as Americans  knowing what we do about our government?

Unfortunately we cannot count on the police or local law enforcement to help, they only have to enforce the law and don’t have an affirmative duty to protect an individual.

Time and history would assert that it is our Constitutional duty now to act in the affirmative defense of our Constitutional Republic through the dismantling the illegal government that exists right now and establishing new Guards for our future security.

Uncharted Territory

As far as the problems confronting us as Americans, our advantage is we now know the ‘thinking that was used to create the kind of problems we face’. We have their names, organizations, connections, and what they control. We know what their tools are, including these horrific false flags involving the murder of Americans here and abroad. It is a sobering understanding in the context of what our duty is as Americans today.  Our enemies are ruthless and will stop at nothing to achieve their goals.

And we outnumber them. We are ‘armed’ with a lot more than a weapon in our own defense, and now suddenly, our offense. Think about and gather from that.  Each one of us that are awake has a gift to give to this struggle, and our affirmative duty individually is to find it and use it.  In our lifetimes this is uncharted territory that involves a combination of pushing back, nullifying on a personal, community and state-wide level, and creating new Guards for our future security.

But as we do step up, I believe we have a duty as Americans to do so with certain guidelines:

• Check your ego at the door.  If you can’t lead without being acknowledged as ‘the leader’, then step down.  Your personal ego has nothing to do with rescuing our Nation.  This is not about you, it is about God, and Country, and Family…in that order.
• Stop the scare-mongering.  Does fear mongering with all the ‘insiders’ get you new ratings?  Lots of visitors to your radio, TV show or blog?  Then stop it.  Think about how fear mongering stifles action, thought, reasoned dialogue, developing of plans, and creates confusion.  Satan is the father of lies, confusion, and fear.  Fear is what satan wants, because it paralyzes.  The opposite of fear is FAITH.
• Stop the game-playing.  So you’re a politician and think you’ve got the upper hand because you are one?  So you think you’re smarter than the average bear?  Prove it.  Dare to show your humanity, be creative in solving problems, not creating new ones or new classes of victims.  Be creative, not destructive.  If you are creating destruction, you’ve only proven how stupid, obtuse, and uninformed you are.  Get over yourself.

All the laws, executive orders, bad legislation, ignorance, threats, and drones have no intrinsic value or worth except by those who want to control what they cannot.  The authors of these actions have no idea that they are cutting their own throats.  We have no obligation to follow them whatsoever: they have lost the consent of the people.  And they have no idea what judgment they will bring upon themselves.  All they know, like Satan, is that their time is short.

Our days are filled with the unveiling of evil it seems…the veiled deception practiced for centuries now lifting while  more and more people, systems, and events are exposed as being part of the network which has defrauded, murdered, and enslaved  humanity.  We know many of these people by name now, and see how history has been re-written.  In these pages we also have unearthed the same network that has relentlessly tried to destroy our Constitution and is perilously close to accomplishing the mission.  It was only a matter of time before we could comprehend the depth of the moment and our place and responsibility in history (h/t QL):

The Window

This is our time, our moment to right the ship of our Nation.  The future belongs to the people, not the politicians, the media, the banksters, the false patriots, or the war mongers.  Their system and mind-frame has come to an end.

One day your finally knew

what you had to do, and began,

through the voices around you

kept shouting

their bad advice—-

though the whole house

began to tremble

and you felt the old tug

at your ankles

“Mend my life!”

each voice cried.

But you didn’t stop.

You kne what you had to do,

though the wind pried

with its stiff fingers

at the very foundations,

though their melancholy

was terrible.

It was already late

enough, and a wild night,

and the road full of fallen

branches and stones.

But little by little,

as you left their voices behind,

the stars began to burn

through the sheets of clouds,

and there was a new voice

which you slowly

recognized as your own,

that kept you company

as you strode deeper and deeper

into the world,

determined to do

the only thing you could do—-

determined to save

the only life you could save.

Dare to courageously step forward, dare to remain positive, dare to not accept what someone else has told you what must be.  Dare to live.

Conservatives and the Constitution

How can you be a conservative and never mention the Constitution?

The Tea Party is all for limited spending, small government, and supposedly states rights, and only mentions the Constitution in the context of a ‘balanced budget amendment’, which ignores the true danger of calling a Constitutional Convention, and ignores the fact that if Congress was acting according to its limited enumerated powers, we would not need to alter the Constitution to control members of Congress.  And the Tea Party endorses everyone but the one who makes the Constitution a center-piece of his campaign, and refuses to address the usurpation of the Presidency by Obama and the democrats.

And we continue to allow Congress to determine what the Constitution means, and their unelected and irresponsible staffers, always protecting covering their collective asses on allowing the criminal usurpation of our government. Commander Kerchner writes:

Adjectives mean something.  A “Citizen at Birth” is not logically identically equal to a “natural born Citizen at Birth”. Barack Obama may be a ‘Citizen of the United States’  but he is not a ‘natural born Citizen of the United States’ and does not meet the constitutional standards as to who can be the President and Commander in Chief of our military:  The natural born Citizen clause in our Constitution is a national security clause inserted into our Constitution by John Jay and George Washington.  The natural born Citizen clause is still important and worth protecting. 

How is it possible to claim yourself  to be a “Patriot”, and not be demanding a return to constitutional governance?  Yes, of course we know there has been a concerted effort to destroy American principles and mis-educate, but even those of us who are awake seem paralyzed…between time, if you will, between the past and the future.  Our present circumstances demand we take action at all levels, we look for leaders and it always ends up with the person you see in the mirror.

We need a plan and must be willing to take that long march back to the Constitution…as much as the progressives have shown their willingness to be patient in their quest to destroy America, we must show equal tenacity in our return to sanity and the sanctity of the Constitution.  We all must lead.

TRUE PATRIOTS vs. FALSE PATRIOTS

If you are an adult American; If you have been educated in a government school; If you are a member of an organized, IRS approved, corporate church; If you watch CBS, NBC, ABC television news and read a daily paper, you probably didn’t know there are two kinds of patriotism.  The two distinct forms of patriotism are totally opposed to each other and can never peacefully coexist.

True patriotism is people giving their allegiance to their country.  False patriotism is people giving their allegiance to a government.  In the last segment, we addressed the fact that the junk heaps of history are the final resting place of many governments.  Nations continue to exist even after many changes of government.  The Romanian dictator, who was executed on Christmas Day 1989, was a very powerful man until the army switched allegiance.  Politicians cannot control a government unless they have the allegiance of a nation’s people. This is why politicians try to convince people that nation and government are one and the same.

In an earlier segment you read that our present government is not our lawful government. Registered voters sitting on Grand Juries and Trial (Petit) Juries have given their allegiance to politician controlled government. Politician created laws, statutes, codes, regulations, opinions, acts and decisions not in the best interest of our country, are being enforced by voters on juries.  Our lawful government was subverted and changed because jurors gave their allegiance to government, rather than their country.

A true patriot is one who is guided by truth and facts (knowledge). A false patriot is controlled by the lies which he has believed. In segment one, we defined the difference between believing and knowing. We have been taught, all our lives, that our government was to be controlled by majority vote. The true patriot knows that politicians can control majorities with false information.  Politicians tell lies the majority want to believe. This is what party politics is all about. The party that promises the most goodies, from the public treasury, will usually find the most believers (voters). Remember, it was a majority vote that put Adolph Hitler into office as chancellor of Germany. Hitler was a powerful politician because there were far  more false patriots than true patriots.

False patriotism is a source of power, for politicians, in the United States of America. Deficit spending, confiscatory taxation, inflation, deflation and no-win wars, is the price we pay for misdirected patriotism. Viet Nam and Korea were politicians’ wars, which would not have happened if our lawful government had been functioning.  Over one hundred thousand of our best young men were denied their freedom to live, love, propagate, work, retire and die a natural death.  Both Korea and Viet Nam wars were the result of false patriotism.  Those two wars made false patriots rich but our country was damaged severely. Those politician caused wars were not in the best interests of the United States of America. We have Americans who believe they are free because politicians told them they are free. The dead and maimed, from Viet Nam and Korea, are the evidence that proves we are not free.

True patriots know the federal individual income tax is an unconstitutional tax which was created to control people. Fear is the weapon used by tax collectors, when you have a politician controlled government. Thousands of Americans have committed suicide because of IRS-psycho-terrorism.  The KGB were famous for their activities and they murdered great numbers.  The IRS is more scientific and subtle. If they can mentally damage an individual and cause an individual to take their own life, it becomes the perfect crime. It is for sure there will be no prosecution of the responsible IRS agents. A government judge, government prosecutor and twelve false patriots on a jury are not going to find an IRS agent guilty of anything. The psychological damage caused by fear can be more deadly than a bullet between the eyes.  Fear on the backs of a nation’s creative and productive people is not in the best interests of the people and nation.

A true patriot will not be terrorized by the IRS. Many true patriots have been sent to prison by false patriots, sitting on juries in tax prosecutions. Most victims of such prosecutions, use jail time to become better educated and better Americans. It was false patriots in Nazi Germany and Communist Russia who arrested, and many times, executed true patriots. The Gestapo, KGB and the IRS were created, by politicians, to control people’s minds.  People, who give their allegiance to government, will not protect themselves or their neighbor from the IRS because they believe the IRS is a necessary evil.

In a later segment, there will be more said about the unconstitutional income tax.  Hopefully you have noticed how everything you have read to this point is focused on what we have stored in our minds.  Minds that have become disabled by belief, of false information, may need shock treatments.  Stay tuned, there is more to come.

Weekend Study: Strategy & Tactics

With a hat tip to Tenacity, my co-host on Revolution Radio, I am re-posting two important videos by Kirk MacKenzie of Silent No More Publications.  As reinforced by so many here, we must get control of our monetary system as the illegality of the Federal Reserve, the Congress, and the usurper promises to ruin America and the world.

We are in an impoverished state now, having lost God’s protection–willed it away in fact—by generations of unthinking Americans who used this gift of America to get their way, ignoring the political, national, and historic ramifications of losing it all to the Rothschilds and Rockefellers.  They simply don’t care and think the wealth they’ve built up will save them.  Our enemies include these unthinking lost souls.

We keep falling into the same patterns, pinning our hopes on this candidate or that one, not recognizing they are all flavors of the same poison soup, and being fooled and cajoled once again into being dupes.  The scenario that is played is thus: even if Ron Paul wins the republican primary, Obama will have his second term, the Congress will be “lost” to the Republicans–the rino globalists–and the enslavement of America is a done deal.

This alarms me so deeply that I too am beginning regular fasting and praying for our Nation…it will be as routine as getting up every day.  Our losses are great, my compatriots.

Into this fray we walk, eyes wide open.  And now its time to get organized with a winning strategy that plays on the offense, not the defense.  Here are my recommended videos for this weekend; study these and reflect: how does our strategy change RIGHT NOW?

Celebrating American Independence

Two-hundred and thirty-five years after our first Declaration of Independence, true Americans in 2011 celebrate the preciousness of liberty with clarity and vision. Sobering questions about our future as a Republic, and our role as citizens in protecting our liberty permeate the air and each breath as the sights, sounds, and smell of celebration surround the senses.

In 2011, it is a time of reaffirmation, of spiritual awakening, of moral renewal…a realization that suddenly we are standing in the shoes of our Founders.  The case for American  redress having failed, it was then, and it is time now, for declaring a second wave of American independence.

Before making that move to declare independence, Thomas Jefferson believed that

…the King could be persuaded as to the true state of American affairs: that the patriot opposition was not a small faction but encompassed the body of the people, and that they meant to ‘insist vigorously’ on their rights…

But neither the King nor the King’s men were persuaded, arrogantly standing their ground with the most powerful army in the world at their command.  And the most sophisticated, well-fed, paid and clothed army in the world succumbed to surprise, determination, battlefield tactics, and the love for liberty.

Reaffirm. Regenerate. Re-member. Re-create. Revolve. Revolution
