It’s time for some tough love.

All of our lives we have been subject to a grinding propaganda by an invisible, counterfeit “government” whose

“aim is the conquest of us: of our political consciousness, our sense of the world, our ability to think independently, to separate truth from lies.”

And it has taken its toll…friends, colleagues, family, schools, churches, and playgrounds. While the topics of discussion politely veer away from any substantive look at what has happened in our country to all of us, occasionally the issues arise but only in the most extreme form…insults, lies, screaming, sometimes violence and always hate.  This was all by design.

But now spiraling out of control,  some ask “is this a moral war?” “is it a civil war?”…showing the perch upon which they live in judgement of the rest of us unsophisticated, intellectually-bereft human beings. On social media, they are blind to their own hypocrisy…to the extent of willingly supporting revenge, or assassination, or disruption of any kind. A form of mental illness loosely called ‘trump derangement syndrome”.  But it might really be something much deeper, destabilizing, and explosive.

If two years later people are still unable to comprehend the reality of our constitutionally-derived electoral college system –every President of the United States has been elected by the electoral college which is based on the vote of the people in each state–what will happen to them when the democrats lose the midterms?  They have destroyed themselves!

The only thing you can do is tell the truth about it all, everything you know.  Inform the “normies”…regular people…about what is really going on in identifying, investigating, exposing, and ultimately prosecuting the deep state.

On all levels, we are in spiritual warfare with wickedness in high places, manifested also in the stark support of a constitutional republic OR a communistic, socialized mob rule “democracy”.

This is the long game, and we are playing for keeps.  Know your God. Know your Constitution. Remember, we are Americans.

Democrats, Progressives Fall into the Dustbin of History

The fallout from the 2016 election for Clinton, democrats, and progressives shows a stunning collapse of the left progressive ideology because of its sheer irrelevance to our constitutional republic. In fact, the notions of the left are an insidious attack on our constitution, a continuing degradation and humiliation of the founders and all our country men’s efforts before us.

The left’s vision of the constitution as a living document, for example, and the “creation” of man-made “rights” is intertwined with the full belief in evolution, or the removal of God from the life of the individual and the nation.  Such a view stunts our own intellectual growth, as if to “study” life with man-made science and “insight”  is to know it.  No wonder the left has no appreciation for the sanctity and protection of life! In the ideology of the left, we become removed from our humanity and God’s creation, and we can’t see its connection to the 5,000 year leap known as the Constitution for the United States.

The parties choose the candidates and “vet” them too–that is how we got Obama, and why three constitutionally ineligible republican candidates were allowed to run–Rubio, Jindal, and Cruz.

He may not be perfect, but Trump is the only choice for America!  Trump knows about the false song of globalism,which is destroying us:

A Litany of Thanksgiving

Today, I make my Sacrament of Thanksgiving

I begin with the simple things of my days:

Fresh air to breathe,

Cool water to drink,

The taste of food,

The protection of house and clothes,

The comforts of home.

For all these, I make an act of Thanksgiving this day!

I bring to mind all of the warmth of humankind that I have known:

My Mother’s arms,

The strength of my father,

The playmates of my childhood,

The wonderful stories brought to me from the lives of many who have talked of days gone by when fairies and giants and all kinds of magic held sway;

The tears I have shed, the tears I have seen;

The excitement of laughter and the twinkle in the eye with its reminder that life is   good.

For all of these I make an act of Thanksgiving this day.

I finger one by one the messages of hope that awaited me at the crossroads:

The smile of approval from those who held in their hands the reins of my security;

The tightening of the grip in the simple handshake when I feared the step before me in the darkness;

The whisper in my heart when the temptation was fiercest and the claims of appetite were not to be denied;

My first reaction of course is to ask Mr. Whittle if he would run for president.

And then I remember: they kill all our leaders. And why are we pretending that elections are going to make any difference?  With ‘friends’ like the two Johns Boehner and McCain, who needs any more enemies?

A first step for me is to withdraw my energies from this regime and all of its infected parts.  They will not occupy my brain or sap my energy.  Living well is your best revenge.  Part of that living is to practice freeing generations of Americans from this mental slavery.  It is an affirmative duty for all true Americans.

Now scoundrels, go from us in peace…before you are forced to leave in shame.

What Congressman Dr. Ron Paul describes is the hijacking of the American government ever since the FED was formed in 1913…and its current manifestation in Congressional failure, government behavior, and loss of liberty.   Those of us who have studied our history know this hijacking began a long time ago.  A ‘hijacking’ implies total control…our government is no longer the one we created.

In response to Congressman Paul’s statement, and in the light of the obvious  hijack of our election system Alex Jones hosted Edwin Viera and Porter Stansbury..found in Episode 10 for 11/15/2012.  Boith called for Ron Paul and state leaders to stand up to the counterfeit FED, which has hijacked our government (h/t Jan, Tenacity), and secede from the New World Order. The broadcast is long and Viera comes in at about 45 minutes.  The show builds heavily on Ron Paul’s video above.

Thanksgiving 2012

This year, Thanksgiving day also falls on the Biblical Sabbath…signaled with the sign of the first sliver of the moon last Thursday.  It is a day of rest, prayer, and Thanksgiving for all our Creator has bestowed upon us, and to remember the work done in creation of the earth, the stars in the sky, and the creation of man from the clay of the earth, molded in His image, the breath of life infused from God.

I am grateful for all the learning and the exposure we have accomplished of the powers that wish our Nation and our people harm.  And for the other things we have learned about the political parties–that they are one party truly; that the USA is a corporation–which is using our money to pay their debts; the fraudulent bankers and fractional banking system; the lying media who have proven themselves to be state-controlled enemies of the people.  We know that none of them win elections–they steal them. We know who the enemy is and know they will not prevail…for the wage of sin is death.

And I am grateful to be an American, and to be bestowed with the creative American spirit and that essential creativity given to mankind through our Creator.  The socialists, islamists, jihadists, the bankers, the left adrift in a sea of hatred, the new world order…they all forgot about that.  Might will never make right, and like David & Goliath, the stones will hit their mark.

It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. Court Rules Natural Born Citizenship Required for Presidency

Abdul Karim Hassan is a naturalized citizen who wishes to run for the Presidency of the United States. This even though the Constitution says “[n]o person except a natural born Citizen . . . shall be eligible to the Office of President.” Hassan v Scott Gessler,  Colorado SoS

Business Insider reported on September 5, 2012, Abdul Karim Hassan’s series of lawsuits claiming his right to run for the Presidency have been denied in the Second, Third, and now Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  A similar ruling was issued September 28, 2012 for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

The significance of these rulings cannot be underestimated as they affirm that the natural born citizen clause of Article II of the U.S. Constitution has not been trumped, abrogated, or implicitly repealed by the Equal Protection guarantee of the Fifth Amendment nor the citizenship clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.  These arguments are the same ones used by Obama’s lawyers in fending off the legitimate challenges to Barack Obama’s candidacy and presidency; by the secretaries of state to refute ballot challenges, and by the media, pundits, Congress and the academics to cover up the usurpation of the presidency by Obama/Soetoro.  Of course, the corrupt SCOTUS hears nothing, sees nothing, and says nothing.

Obama and his supporters, the Congressional eligibility deniers, and the media have been soundly defeated and Obama is still ineligible to hold or run for the office he seeks.  What is more interesting is that the legal rulings lend support to the charges of misprision of felony that all members of Congress, and all the secretaries of state face in contributing to the overthrow of the White House.

This article briefly reviews the history of this case and its rulings.

The FEC Filing 

Presidential Candidate Abdul Hassan ruled ineligible as he is not a natural born citizen

Hassan, a Guyana-born naturalized American citizen, filed papers with the Federal Election Commission to run for the presidency.  Astoundingly, the FEC ruled in September 2011 that Hassan could file papers and raise money to run for president of the United States:

But the agency also told the prospective candidate, Abdul Hassan, that his campaign may not receive federal matching funds because he was not born in America. However, the agency’s decision stopped short of addressing the constitutional issue of whether someone born outside the United States can be president.

Importantly, the FEC made clear that it was outside it’s jurisdiction to decide the constitutional merits of Mr. Hassan’s candidacy, saying that vetting was up to the States:

“This does not mean that he can go and say ‘look the FEC has said that I am a candidate, give me money, I’m official,’” said Republican Commissioner Donald McGahn. “That is not what we do here; we don’t certify you as a candidate. That’s what the states do.” (emphasis added)

Democratic FEC Commissioners had ‘trepidation’ in issuing this unanimous opinion because of how it might be perceived.  They attempted to qualify and explain their rationale:

“By saying that it is okay — it does give the impression that we don’t see a problem,” said Democratic Commissioner Steven Walther. “I think that we really need to be cognizant of how this could be misconstrued.”

To address this problem, one of the final sections added to approved opinion states:

“Notwithstanding this conclusion, the Commission expresses no opinion on Mr. Hassan’s potential liability arising out of his proposed activities under any other Federal or State law, including any laws concerning fraudulent misrepresentation. Any such issues are outside the Commission’s jurisdiction.”

“For us this is really all about what we are empowered to decide and what we are not empowered to decide,” said Democratic Commissioner Ellen Weintraub. “Nobody is saying that it is fine and nobody is saying it’s okay for this guy to be going out and raising funds.’”

Ballot Access Denied in Colorado, New Hampshire

Hassan then proceeded to set up a website and attempted to get on the ballot in New Hampshire and Colorado.  When denied access by both Secretaries of State of each state, he sued.  He has filed five lawsuits which argued that:

… the Constitution’s natural-born-citizen requirement is a vestige of our less noble past, before we decided that discrimination based on national origin is a grievous wrong. (He points in his briefs to Dred Scott v. Sandford.)The lawsuits say the Constitution’s admonition that “[n]o person  except a natural born Citizen . . . shall be eligible to the Office of President” violates the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.

Hassan’s lawsuits have already been denied in the First and Second U.S. court of appeals. And the Tenth Circuit rounded out the trio on Tuesday when it too shut down Hassan’s case.

Complaint Against the FEC’s Presidential Election Campaign Fund Act

Hassan initiated other lawsuits aimed at the natural born citizen requirement based on these assumptions, and filed against the Presidential Election Campaign Fund Act  (26 U.S.C. §§ 9001-9013) which provides public funding to Presidential nominees of major or minor political parties after the FEC issued an advisory opinion that Hassan did not qualify for any matching funding because he was not a natural born citizen.  Hassan argues that the Presidential Campaign Fund Act is:

(1) unconstitutional and invalid, and (2) the natural born citizen clause of the Constitution1 is irreconcilable with, and has been“trumped, abrogated and implicitly repealed” by, the Equal Protection guarantee of the Fifth Amendment and the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Now this is where it gets interesting.  The FEC as defendant submitted a motion to dismiss the case based on the same premises that have been used to try to defeat challenges to Obama’s eligibility.  That is,

Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for lack of jurisdiction under Rule 12(b)(1), or in the alternative, for failure to state a claim under Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. (emphasis added)

The FEC also argued that Defendant argued that this Court should deny Plaintiff’s Application because

the Complaint fails to present an Article III case or controversy, and alternatively, because it does not present a substantial constitutional question. (emphasis added)

The government moved to dismiss the case–using the same arguments it has used to dismiss other cases against Obama–(1) failure to present a claim upon which relief can be granted, (2) lack of jurisdiction, (3) failing to present an Article III case or controversy, and (4) failure to present a substantial constitutional question.

The one argument missing from the government’s defense?  STANDING.

American Jurisprudence and Constitutional Legal Thinking

The DC circuit court dismissed Abdul Hassan’s case. The judge’s ruling denying Abdul Hassans suit against the FEC is illustrative for the process the Judge followed in making its conclusions.  As opposed to ducking jurisdiction and ducking its Article III responsibility to hear cases involving constitutional questions, the court determined:

Because subject matter jurisdiction focuses on the court’s power to hear the claim, however, the court must give the plaintiff’s factual allegations closer scrutiny when resolving a Rule 12(b)(1) motion than would be required for a Rule 12(b)(6) motion. Macharia v. United States, 334 F.3d 61, 67-68 (D.C. Cir. 2003). Thus, to determine whether it has jurisdiction over a claim, the court may consider materials outside the pleadings where necessary to resolve disputed jurisdictional facts. Herbert v. Nat’l Acad. of Scis., 974 F.2d 192, 197 (D.C. Cir. 1992). (emphasis added)

Regarding FRCP Rule 12 (b), the court determined:

A court need not, however, “accept inferences drawn by plaintiffs if such inferences are unsupported by the facts set out in the complaint. Nor must the court accept legal conclusions cast in the form of factual allegations.” Id. In addition,“[t]hreadbare recitals of the elements of a cause of action, supported by mere conclusory statements, do not suffice.” (emphasis added)

In other words, the Court actually took on the issue, was legally entitled to review additional information, and ruled it did not have to accept inferences or ‘legal conclusions cast in the form of factual allegations’.  Every one of the Obama challenge cases was thrown out first, on standing, and second, using the measly excuses such as failure to present a case, lack of Article III jurisdiction, or the ‘political question’.

Article II Still Stands

I hope everyone who has been involved in the eligibility movement can appreciate the significance of these rulings for the Constitution, the requirements of the Presidency, and all the work we have accomplished over the last several years.  It is critical to inform your friends who are skeptical of the ‘birthers’ or disappointed in the perceived failure of the 100+ cases challenging Obama that several courts have affirmed the natural born citizen requirement of the presidency–that it still stands, and that we are right and always have been on this issue.

Significantly the FEC believes the States are responsible for the determination of eligibility, just as the Article II Superpac, the Obama Ballot Challenge, the extensive legal work of many scholars, and many,  many others have indicated.  The 2009 Continental Congress recommended vetting laws at the state level were required, and the Article II Superpac will continue its efforts after this election and into 2013 to ensure a vetting process is in place at multiple levels, to make sure the usurpation of the White House by an unknown, unvetted foreign national never happens again.

Please donate to the Article II Superpac to ensure its efforts continue through and beyond the 2012 election.  The national security of our Nation is at stake.

There is a separation that occurs when all of the illusions, excuses, and lies are stripped away, laid bare, exposed; and the Truth opens up and blinding light shines in. And belief becomes knowing. At first startled and reactive, initial reactions can only be called temporary insanity. For the Truth has been there, the belief in tact and strong.  But the Truth is not seen until you know.

Knower: 1. To perceive directly; grasp in the mind with clarity or certainty.2. To regard as true beyond doubt 3. To have a practical understanding of, as through experience; be skilled in 4. To have fixed in the mind 5. To have experience of 6. To perceive as familiar; recognize; To be acquainted with 7. To be able to distinguish; recognize as distinct; 8. To discern the character or nature of

Believer: 1.To trust what one has heard or seen; To accept as true or real 2. To credit with veracity 3. To expect or suppose; think; To have firm faith, especially religious faith.4. To have faith, confidence, or trust 5. To have confidence in the truth or value of something 6. To have an opinion; think

This is important in our day–if we are to chart the next path we must know, see, and seek the Truth.

We believe we live in a Constitutional Republic; how much more do we need to have happen to know that that Republic has been overthrown? We believe we may have been responsible in large part for the fall of our Republic.  When will we know it and repent for this great loss? We know that Obama is ineligible for the presidency; Congress, the media, and the obots only believe he is eligible.

In matters of the spirit, of faith and the spiritual, there are many who say they are believers.  But do you really know?  The Disciples were believers, but had continuous doubt, until they saw Jesus risen from the dead in Galilee.  They all died as martyrs as his witnesses on earth.  And then there are examples , like  the Centurion, of belief and faith so great that it led to knowing  Jesus’ grace and mercy would be shown upon asking.

It has been said many times that America would not know how far adrift our Nation has become until there was some great economic collapse, something so dreadful that it would force coming face to face with that truth, with ourselves, and with the role we have played in bringing us to this point.  It is our rebellious nature that has caused us to layer ourselves with every possible excuse and to keep away the inevitable as life and events unfold as we were told… while we continue being busy making other plans.

In the journey that has been this blog thus far, all the historical research and learning  has done is  to now show me how much unlearning was necessary to develop my present awareness and understanding.  As I lamented but could not believe the losses suffered I searched for the truth and a thread of that truth led directly to me.  My responsibility, reflecting over actions and reactions, paths directed seemingly for this moment now.  Facing the very worst of those fears, when the final illusion acting as a reprieve is gone, I become a knower.

The personal, moral, political, spiritual worldly revolution of all time is underway.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

As Satan tempted Christ in the wilderness, he promised him all the kingdoms of the world, all the riches and glory, “if thou therefore will worship me, all shall be thine” Luke 4:7.  This temptation of Christ is what Satan has tempted all of us with, and hence we suffer from those who would impose a new world order, Agenda 21, one world finance, and one world ‘religion’.

But our nature is that of rebellion…we want to do our own thing…and if we acknowledge God’s role in the founding of our country, guidance in the constitution, we would have to be obedient to that constitution.  This disobedience is the territory of the politicians–by definition liars–who are obedient only to themselves, money, and power.  They have betrayed America.

Which is why the truly Constitutional candidates for the Presidency are always marginalized, murdered, or ignored.  Politics is a racket where the media, the international financiers, Hollywood, the justices–educated away from the constitution–all conspire with the politicians, of republican and democrat ‘flavor’, to deceive.   Deception and confusion is the realm of satan.

Into this fray walk just a few Constitutional candidates, including Dr. Laurie Roth, and Dr. Ron Paul, persistently reminding us of who we are as Americans.  Dr. Roth has been very vocal about the influence of evil in the Obama administration and what we face right now as the most important election of our lifetime slips closer each day:

Evil in most cases first comes as everything good – change,  generosity, help, diversion and gifts. The  ‘diversion’ part of evil has been in our face from the beginning of the Obama machine roll out.  The ‘seduction’ shoe has dropped.  Now,  the ‘oppression and control’ shoe is dropping all around us and people are waking up…although a bit late but not too late.  Half the states have stood against the Health care bill and now the Supreme Court  (which Obama taunts) will render a decision.

Dr. Roth asks us to remember that with God, all things are possible.

 ‘If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.’Chronicles 7: 14 (New International version)

But we must confront evil if we are to deal with it effectively.  Once again the republicans have maneuvered us into voting for ‘the lesser of two evils’, media-presumed Romney.  Romney is the typical politician, of obligation only to himself…he supports the NDAA, won’t see Obama’s ineligibility as anything other than ‘innuendo’, and is a fan of big government.  While ignoring the absolute promise of and need for a third party constitutional candidate, even the so-called Patriot movement wants us to unite around Romney–hoping he will but knowing he won’t defeat Obama.

Dear Editor,

The nation appears to be catching on to the fact that they were duped by the Democrat National Convention (DNC), through dissembling and deceit, nominating a candidate that was not eligible to be on the 2008 presidential ballot. The forces that worked to keep the fraud concealed are now using the entire power of all branches of the federal government to keep a never-vetted and unqualified putative president in office by whatever means necessary.

There are 9 types of citizen in the United States. “U.S. Citizen” and “Natural Born Citizen” do not equate yet liberal propagandists “dumb-downed” Americans through the decades to believe both types of citizenships are the same. It has been a deliberate plan to marginalize and/or silence the Article II, Section 2.5 Constitutionalists by calling them “birthers” and “racists.” The majority of Americans believe one only needs to be born in the United States to run for president. This misconception is the handiwork of anti-American entities who have worked diligently to shred the Constitution and usher in a different form of government.

All eyes and ears will be focused on an Atlanta courtroom on January 26, 2012 to see if Barack Hussein Obama will appear as a private citizen and prove his eligibility to be on the state ballot as compelled by subpoenas issued by Administrative Judge Michael Malihi. Obama’s counsel in Atlanta, Michael Jablonski, filed a Motion to Dismiss attorney Orly Taitz’s challenge to Obama’s eligibility to be on the GA ballot and for the first time in three years a judge denied an Obama request/motion in a court of law and the case moved forward. Then Obama’s counsel filed a request to quash the subpoena compelling Obama to attend the hearing complaining that [His] duties as president of the United States would be interrupted and that the subpoena was, “on its face, unreasonable.” Ironically, the motion was filed the day after Obama sang a solo at a fundraiser at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem. Again, request DENIED.

Contrary to popular opinion Obama’s eligibility to be president has never been heard on merit in a court of law. Until now all lawsuits filed against Obama had been dismissed for “no standing” or “wrong jurisdiction.” The decisions came from federal judges under the auspices of Eric Holder’s Justice department and Elena Kagan, Obama’s pre-election counsel and now, of course, sitting Supreme Court Justice.

There are many of us ‘birthers’ living in fear because we never fell for what we knew was brainwashing and propaganda being fed to the American people for generations. But we ‘birthers’ never forgot the words of a letter dated 25 July 1787 from John Jay to General George Washington as the Constitution was being drafted: “Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of foreigners into the administration of our national Government, and to declare expressly that the Command in chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolved on, any but a natural born Citizen.”

On January 26th, 2012, will Obama again defy the will of the American people and maintain his status quo of living above the law or will we, the Article II Constitutionalists, have our day in court? Judge Malihi will consider the Supreme Court ruling in Minor vs. Happersett establishing the definition of ‘natural born Citizen’ as born in the United States of parents who are themselves United States citizens. The ruling is binding precedent as to the Constitutional definition of a natural born Citizen. Constitutional attorney, Mario Apuzzo at puzo1.blogspot.com in my opinion has the most consistent and well-documented papers on the eligibility issue where I suggest is the place to go to for back up.

Obama is also compelled to produce his historic documents including but not limited to his birth certificate, adoption papers and Indonesian school records. Should he not comply with the subpoena to appear or present his papers he will lose anyway because his name will not be put on the GA State ballot and the plaintiffs in the three cases to be heard will submit evidence of Obama’s deception and fraud not the least of which is lying on his application to the Illinois Bar. In the space asking for other names used by the applicant Obama entered “none.” Add to this his use of a CT social security number that was never issued to him and fails the E-Verify check. Intriguingly, the social security number is shared by a Harrison J. Bounell from CT, long since deceased but at one time a roomer/tenant in a home owned by the Robinson family. Now that’s just too speculative, too coincidental to be Michelle Robinson Obama’s CT relatives.

But then there’s the selective service record that ties to the social security number but is so fraught with anomalies that taken with the recent problems of a suspicious “Frankenstein” document posted on the WhiteHouse.gov website on April 27, 2011, the whole business reeks of ineptitude or is it deliberate subversive activity.

I for one will be all eyes and ears on Jan. 26. A decision one way or another will help me in my plan to form a coalition of Oklahoma Ballot Challengers to take our case to the Oklahoma House of Representatives. We have been rebuffed by gatekeeper, “Fran” on the election board [who says we have to be a presidential candidate from Oklahoma to file a complaint] and by the Attorney General’s office who will only take cases from the FBI and the FBI that says, “Its beensettled” and by our own Sen. Tom Coburn who says “Its a non-issue” to Sen. James Inhofe who says “Its a non issue” but co-sponsored a bill to change the definition of natural born Citizen to mean born anywhere as long as one parent is a citizen. Thank God and the wisdom of our founding fathers the bill failed as did the other eight or so attempts in congress between 2004-2008 during Obama’s rise to political power.

Why do Establishment Republicans Fear Ron Paul?

Because they want to rule instead of govern.

In one of the recent debates Ron Paul was asked whether he had any ‘electability’…and with absolute ease responded by posing the question–

‘Why should the republican party not be for the Constitution, small government , fiscal stability,  and be for individual liberty?‘

And in that sentence, Ron Paul laid bare the willing participation of the establishment republicans in activities that are anti-American, contradict their sworn oath of office, and aid in undermining the Constitution.  The extent to which the establishment republicans are out of touch with we the people and the Constitution is shown by the shame of both houses of Congress enthusiastically endorsing the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and its indefinite detention of American Citizens during ‘declared wars’ like the war on drugs or war on terror…

While the media quibbles over Romney versus Gingrich, the Occupy movement, and other diversions, pResident Obama continues to undermine law and order, dismantling the US Constitution piece by piece.  When public officials seek to limit freedom, it can be concluded that these officials want to rule instead of govern. And therein lies the whole scam of  ‘the party system‘ for both establishment democrats and republicans.  Under the influence of artificial, un-granted power, money, fortune & fame, they’ll let everything go….just like they did in the 60’s and 70’s, and they transformed themselves into politicians so that they now think they are the law…and indeed they do hold every position of power of the U.S. Government.  But they’re busted once and for all.

Who can forget this statement of Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild:

“Give me control of a nation’s money and I care not who makes it’s laws”

What Dr. Paul has revealed is that they have full control over the money, and it doesn’t matter who is elected…they are in the game for something else and that’s not our Constitution or us.  Isn’t this precisely the right thing the general public needs to hear right now?  The only candidate who talks about the constitution, even mentions it in his stump speech…is Ron Paul.  Every other republican candidate is an establishment candidate.

The regular republicans, independents, even some democrats, AKA AMERICANS, are for the Constitution. Many of us are more informed than others, and it is obvious that Ron Paul is on the right track.  For others, not so much.  The false media hype up or mislead on subjects of critical importance to Americans, for example

• Minimizing what should be a serious discussion of radical Islam/sharia by labeling Paul’s constitutionally-based non-intervention policy’  instead  ‘isolationist foreign policy’;
• Deliberately deceiving the pubic on Paul’s ‘s position on helping our friends and a strong defense by calling it ‘refusal to support Israel’ and  ‘gutting the military’;
• Misleading people on Dr. Paul’s position on the Tenth Amendment and legalization of drugs by scaring people  on ‘legalize marijuana’ , ‘legalize heroin’,  forgetting to tell people that the government itself is sponsoring these programs…e.g., drugs, guns, money and murder in the American southwest.
• Painting Ron Paul as a one-dimensional candidate who is timid, isolationist, and weak on foreign affairs, as too focused on money.

By trying to label and isolate everything about Ron Paul, they show more about themselves and what they are doing…they accuse another of what they themselves could be accused of.  How often do they pull out the ‘protect the troops’ mantra and use it as a ruse to pass even more outrageous spending irrelevant to force protection or national defense?

Ron Paul is right to point out the ‘blowback’ of our own foreign policy run amok and its meddling in other countries.  Think about Newt’s recent “bombastic” statement that “Palestinians are not real people”–how helpful is that Mr. smarty-pants?  And they call Ron Paul ‘anti-Israel’?  In the video below you will see John McCain accuse a ‘isolationist’ policy of the United States as causing World War II.  Does John McCain even know American history?

The purpose of this thread is to identify and defeat all of the concerns and mis-truths  about Ron Paul, real or imagined, and to place in this thread the arguments countering these ideas.  Where there are still areas unclear, let’s focus the question so that an answer can be found.

For example, if Ron Paul is ‘weak’ on foreign policy, identify his strong and weak points AND ask the question, who would complement Ron Paul in those areas…i.e., who is his cabinet, who is his Vice President, who is his defense secretary?   Let’s give Dr. Paul a helping hand.

If you still think someone is better, then make the case for him/her here, contrasting their positions to Ron Paul’s.

Huckabee Presidential Forum

Mike Huckabee sponsored an excellent two-hour Presidential forum  on December 3, 2011, where the republican candidates had a great opportunity to speak their minds on questions posed by several of the states’ Attorneys General.  The same questions were asked of all the candidates.  There are 7 parts to this video which can be found here.

To be frank, I was a little disappointed that Dr. Paul missed an opportunity to really show how much he knows about the Constitution and its amendments.  In particular, he was given an opportunity to talk about the “worst amendment”…and he mentions Prohibition…not the Sixteenth or Seventeenth Amendments, for example, which I know he has mentioned as unconstitutional at other times.

I realize no ‘debate’ offers the whole view of the man, but I have a few questions as to missed opportunities.

Was this strategy?  An oversight?  An agreement not to mention it?

How could Ron Paul improve on his ability to speak the Constitution to Americans, not just his supporters?

The Culture of the Constitution

 Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and the success of liberty. ~John F. Kennedy, Inaugural Address, January 20, 1961

The culture of the Constitution is liberty.  As  Americans,  liberty is what binds us–our history, our institutions, our way of life.   All cultures have traditions, customs, and laws that guide personal and community behavior and development, this includes America.  Diversity is not a threat to liberty so long as the central cultural tenant of liberty is truly known, held, and preserved through responsible citizen and government behavior.

In the most brilliant of ways, our Constitution respects the individual’s abilities and God-given inherent right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  The Constitution created a republic, a representative government, whose sole purpose was to protect the people and the nation so that the states and individuals could pursue these liberty interests. A violation of  any part of the Constitution is a basic violation of the liberty interests of all Americans.

Notice that our Constitution did not create a democracy, an idea that was thrown out by the Founders easily upon study.  James Madison wrote in Federalist Paper No. 10:

From this view of the subject it may be concluded that a pure democracy, by which I mean a society consisting of a small number of citizens, who assemble and administer the government in person, can admit of no cure for the mischiefs of faction. A common passion or interest will, in almost every case, be felt by a majority of the whole; a communication and concert result from the form of government itself; and there is nothing to check the inducements to sacrifice the weaker party or an obnoxious individual. Hence it is that such democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths. 

The Founders did not believe in creating ‘factions’ or ‘parties’ that could, by sheer mass, overrule the mandates of the Constitution.  Liberty meant small government with limited and clearly delineated powers at all levels.

From “Liberty” to “Democracy”

Those who wanted power over America’s enshrinement of liberty had to mount an assault on our culture of liberty, on the Constitution itself.  This involved breaking down the individual, creating factions, breaking down the individual’s relationship with the Creator-God, re-writing history, mass educating the public, and breaking the monetary system of the united States.  They operated to replace the concept of ‘liberty’ and representative government with a democracy-based government, making it easy picking for mind-control, population manipulation, and slavery.

From Federalist Paper No. 10:

Theoretic politicians, who have patronized this species of government, have erroneously supposed that by reducing mankind to a perfect equality in their political rights, they would, at the same time, be perfectly equalized and assimilated in their possessions, their opinions, and their passions.

I started this brief essay with John F. Kennedy’s quote on liberty…wanting to trace when our presidents started saying ‘democracy’ instead of ‘liberty’ in their American calls to higher purposes.  There is every indication that Woodrow Wilson–the political scientist–along with FDR, began this rhetoric under influence by those who would destroy America, most easily linked then, as now, with the FED, the Rothschilds, and the Rockefellers.  But it was Lyndon Johnson’s  “Great Society” that began putting the nails in the coffin of America…every president since then–with the exception of Reagan–never even uses the phrase or word ‘liberty’.

The children of the children of the “Greatest Generation” were the targets of the Tavistock testing programs; of the specific education objectives, of massive manipulation.  Guided by a few of the Operation Paperclip boys, the cancer has spread throughout America, at every government level.  These people live corruption as they breathe every day…they are like the plague upon humankind…the swarm of locusts eating every crop that grows.

And while liberty in America withers on the vine, we have the devil as a walking man, making war in our name. The signs are everywhere.

Today, I make my Sacrament of Thanksgiving

I begin with the simple things of my days:

Fresh air to breathe,

Cool water to drink,

The taste of food,

The protection of house and clothes,

The comforts of home.

For all these, I make an act of Thanksgiving this day!

I bring to mind all of the warmth of humankind that I have known:

My Mother’s arms,

The strength of my father,

The playmates of my childhood,

The wonderful stories brought to me from the lives of many who have talked of days gone by when fairies and giants and all kinds of magic held sway;

The tears I have shed, the tears I have seen;

The excitement of laughter and the twinkle in the eye with its reminder that life is   good.

For all of these I make an act of Thanksgiving this day.

I finger one by one the messages of hope that awaited me at the crossroads:

The smile of approval from those who held in their hands the reins of my security;

The tightening of the grip in the simple handshake when I feared the step before me in the darkness;

The whisper in my heart when the temptation was fiercest and the claims of appetite were not to be denied;

New World Order on the Run

Let’s tell this real life story of the American experience since 2001 in the context of what it is,  the struggle for the very soul of America for all time to come.

Now that we know a lot about the NWO, who they are, how they operate, how and where they have infiltrated, and what their plan is…it is easier to pick out the particular song of the Mockingbird at this moment.  The song is that of fighting–while the continuing to laugh at and ignore Americans.  And that song has been going on ignored undetected, manipulated by the media, at least since September 11, 2001.  The fight has become more overt since that time, or more clearly visible to awakened Americans.  And because it has become more overt, we know they are now on the run.  They will stop at nothing to achieve their goals.

Here’s a bird’s eye view, with real live deathly, war-like effects and deep symbolism everywhere:

• Attack on the World Trade Center,  Pentagon, and American population in 2001
• Chemtrail spraying since 1970’s and increasing
• The placement of Muslim NWO symbols at these attack sites in Pennsylvania, New York City, and Washington D.C.
• The Iraq War
• The consolidation of legislative control the Congress in 2006
• The placement of an unconstitutional foreigner inside the White House in 2008-2009
• Natural born citizen evasion:  Forgery/Fake 1
• The stimulus bailout robbery of America I
• Obamacare
• Iceland Collapse
• Lawsuit against Arizona for its desperate measures in light of lack of federal enforcement of immigration laws
• Natural born citizen evasion: Forgery/Fake II
• The so-called “Arab Spring”, or installation of the Muslim Brotherhood and Sharia in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, and the United States
  
• Operation Fast & Furious
• IMF Scandal/Leadership Replacement
• Quantitative Easements Federal Reserve actions killing the economy by robbing the people actions everywhere
• Installation of former EU Central Bank operators as heads of governments in Greece, Italy…who is next?
• ??? Upcoming false flag attack???

The overtness of the NWO’s actions is stunning, with yet more destruction to come.  It is also the sign that their fight has to become more overt to terrorize not only America, but the world with the results of  saying ‘no’ to them.  The NWO’s signature is to create the problem at great cost to humanity and then pawn a solution that benefits only themselves.  That is the Mockingbird song right now, trying to ‘disguise’ the all-out war on-going.  Its like they’re “all-in” in the card game.  They are betting the store.

And they’re on the run because Americans and other people of the world have found out.  The internet exposed collapsed them before they could shut it down.

Ron Ewart penned it right when he stated our need to develop a ‘culture of resistance‘

But free men are not cattle and they should resist with every fiber of their body against any attempts by any person, group or government, to be herded or treated like cattle.  They should vigorously challenge the bully with commitment and determination, whether the bully is an individual, a group, or a government.  If we do not mount a challenge in a culture of resistance against an abusive bully, the bully wins.

We cannot get caught in this critical phase of this ultimately spiritual war for our Nation. And growing into the culture of resistance, developing alternative structures, and going straight through this is our only option.  That strategic path must be the, our American revolution.

We must seize the time and refuse to yield the high ground.  Act now, be prepared, act smart. All of our lives and the future of our country depend on it.

In the Grief of the Moment

Thank you, readers, for your kindness, words, and responses to the events of my August post Shelter.  Words can never express my gratitude and appreciation.

This post is written in gratitude to all of you who read and comment here, and takes a slightly different course to speak in a personal way of how much this struggle for our liberty means to me…and how it has changed me to the core. The recent loss of my mother, 96, and the despair following has had many  unexpected challenges which just are what they are, and fortunately due to God’s grace brought deeper understandings of loss and necessary rebuilding and growth.

My Mother’s parents were both born in the 1880’s, and together with my Mom (b.1915) spanned 130 years of American life…the crucial decades we now analyze  and identify the events have led to our present situation in 2011.  And it occurred to me one night as I grieved the loss of her life and its meaning, that grief’s intensity also spanned that period of time…during which unscrupulous men and women sewed the seeds of the destruction of America.  As I got to that painful yet exquisite core out came the twin realization discerned of needing to grieve and mourn for both.  This took my breath away and I fell to my knees in prayer and gratitude.

There are not orderly ‘stages’ of grief, although Kübler-Ross broke necessary and important ground in helping people understand their feelings of loss.  It is more of a crazy journey through a wilderness chocked full of sorrow, craziness, anger, fear, deep sadness, and unsteadiness, and it is lonely, uncertain, paralyzing, depressing, physical, uncharted, scary, dark, and dangerous.  There are moments of peace, light, relief, guilt, and sometimes forgiveness.  The ground is shaken under your feet and the old familiar bearings lost.  New signposts must be found, created, and remembered.  Almost everything in your own life is revisited, including the events that brought you here to this moment in time.

While  grief is the inward process of reconciling and becoming after a loss, mourning is its outward expression, engaged by sharing, listening, action, and ritual.  It is necessary to mourn in order to complete the honor, to remember, to grow.  Thus the imperative of grief requires work, it is not passive.

Finding America

Into the abyss of grief we have all gone as we watch our America as it has been twisted and turned into something it was never intended to be. The America of before is no more; of the ancestors of my grandparent’s generation, of my mother’s; of yours.

Yet, that we still stand on these pages, in our communities, and before God still hanging on to American principles and foundations is testament to our resilience, love, and holy and human purpose.  But we have been hurt deeply, must name this treachery, grieve the loss, and rebuild.  Like going all the way back to the core, in the labyrinth of our history, to find our way out again.

While we seldom express it, there is grief about the loss of America and that is why the whole Obama mess and our growing awareness feels so crazy, and we are consumed with worry, anger, fear, sadness, guilt. There is also a paralysis that comes with this overwhelming grief.

Do I feel grief that I lived most of my life not seeing or recognizing this?  Absolutely.  America gone?  😯  It is as devastating as losing a loved one.  Will I let this grief control me?  No, but, it is clear that we must name it, understand it, and think outside the box for the solution.  What if the solution involved going to our own core and then collectively–without ego–find our way back out again?  Restudying history, smashing the vortex, the false labyrinth evil has created?:

We mourn our loss by sharing on these pages, by analyzing history, by marching to Washington, by anger and frustration.  We are asking for help and seeking His blessing and grace as we pray.  We are calling our ancestors and the Founders of this Nation for help and hope they are rallying to our side.  Sleepless nights, restless  and troubled dreams when we finally rest.

Weekend Study: Strategy & Tactics

With a hat tip to Tenacity, my co-host on Revolution Radio, I am re-posting two important videos by Kirk MacKenzie of Silent No More Publications.  As reinforced by so many here, we must get control of our monetary system as the illegality of the Federal Reserve, the Congress, and the usurper promises to ruin America and the world.

We are in an impoverished state now, having lost God’s protection–willed it away in fact—by generations of unthinking Americans who used this gift of America to get their way, ignoring the political, national, and historic ramifications of losing it all to the Rothschilds and Rockefellers.  They simply don’t care and think the wealth they’ve built up will save them.  Our enemies include these unthinking lost souls.

We keep falling into the same patterns, pinning our hopes on this candidate or that one, not recognizing they are all flavors of the same poison soup, and being fooled and cajoled once again into being dupes.  The scenario that is played is thus: even if Ron Paul wins the republican primary, Obama will have his second term, the Congress will be “lost” to the Republicans–the rino globalists–and the enslavement of America is a done deal.

This alarms me so deeply that I too am beginning regular fasting and praying for our Nation…it will be as routine as getting up every day.  Our losses are great, my compatriots.

Into this fray we walk, eyes wide open.  And now its time to get organized with a winning strategy that plays on the offense, not the defense.  Here are my recommended videos for this weekend; study these and reflect: how does our strategy change RIGHT NOW?

‘Houston, We Have a Problem’

The Revolution was effected before the war commenced. The Revolution was in the minds and hearts of the people. This radical change in the principles, opinions, sentiments and affections of the people was the real American Revolution. ~John Adams

So it is not a matter of if the American people take their government back, its a matter of when.  The matter of how… not to be broadcast here so the spiders that weave a net around the words of liberty and freedom can anticipate our every move. The democrats, Obama, the socialists, the bilderbergers, the NWO…have now just stepped into what they think is a nice warm bath.

Over the last three years, another American revolution has been effected…the usurpation by Obama and the political class’ stumbles have exposed so many of the lies that have bound us for so long that American constitutional awareness will never go back to sleep.  In our hearts and minds, we understand so much more than we ever thought we would…and it paints a disturbing picture of a cabal of criminals who have overthrown our Constitutional Republic.

This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it. ~Abraham Lincoln

To a certain extent the regime of Obama and the 20th century rulers will collapse of its own weakness, moral bankruptcy, and corruption. As their treachery is fully exposed by the stories the mockingbird media promote,  each day brings a new revelation of this fundamental truth.

But there may not be enough time to just ‘let it fall’…especially if we are without protection. Each day that goes by shows that the government is in open rebellion against the Constitution and the American people…I have called it a war of aggression by the U.S. government against us and will do so again until it is clear what we are up against.  This is not ‘politics’; we are fighting for our lives and the life of our Republic. Humanity’s beacon for what is possible—known as the American Republic–is dimming and obscured.

I assert that it is our duty to help this unconstitutional system collapse under its own weight.  It is our revolutionary right to call it out, cull out the anti-Americans, and change it.

It is a measure of the deep trouble we are in when even quoting Jefferson’s statement lands you on the DHS ‘domestic terrorist’ or ‘no fly’ list; destroys your computer; attacks your blog; robs you of your employment, or takes your life.

Celebrating American Independence

Two-hundred and thirty-five years after our first Declaration of Independence, true Americans in 2011 celebrate the preciousness of liberty with clarity and vision. Sobering questions about our future as a Republic, and our role as citizens in protecting our liberty permeate the air and each breath as the sights, sounds, and smell of celebration surround the senses.

In 2011, it is a time of reaffirmation, of spiritual awakening, of moral renewal…a realization that suddenly we are standing in the shoes of our Founders.  The case for American  redress having failed, it was then, and it is time now, for declaring a second wave of American independence.

Before making that move to declare independence, Thomas Jefferson believed that

…the King could be persuaded as to the true state of American affairs: that the patriot opposition was not a small faction but encompassed the body of the people, and that they meant to ‘insist vigorously’ on their rights…

But neither the King nor the King’s men were persuaded, arrogantly standing their ground with the most powerful army in the world at their command.  And the most sophisticated, well-fed, paid and clothed army in the world succumbed to surprise, determination, battlefield tactics, and the love for liberty.

Reaffirm. Regenerate. Re-member. Re-create. Revolve. Revolution

And its 1776 all over again. We the people are at our own government’s doorstep, and we want our Constitution back.

For more than fifteen (15) years, the American people have petitioned the government for redress of grievances only to be turned away time and again while they continue to do what they please.

The Supreme Court passed down a decision in 1984 that said,

“Nothing in the First Amendment or in this Court’s case law interpreting it suggests that the rights to speak, associate, and petition require government policymakers to listen or respond to communications of members of the public on public issues”.

A recent decision reaffirms this…

 The right to petition under the First Amendment does not impose an obligation on the federal government to respond to citizens, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has ruled.

In We the People Foundation, Inc. v. United States, decided May 8, the court relied on two Supreme Court cases, Smith v. Arkansas State Highway Employees, 441 U.S. 463 (1979) and Minnesota State Board for Community Colleges v. Knight, 465 U.S. 271, 286 (1984). Both concerned public-employee grievances.

This case was appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court but certiorari was denied.

Is it any wonder then, that the political class would take this decision as a green light to do whatever they want and laugh in our faces about it?  And the corruption since 1984 has certainly deepened and spread…and now they have all let a usurper into the White House and refuse to address it. This picture perfectly captures who they are.  We should have arrested them while they dared to show their faces to the public.

Watershed Politics

We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them. ~Albert Einstein

One of my favorite thinkers on how to solve problems is Albert Einstein (1879-1955).  His work is so fundamentally about the stuff of life–energy–that mathematical principles and concepts have much application today even to the movement of ideas and people, as discussed in this piece on Einstein and Revolution.

His most famous equation, E = mC², the mass-energy equation, describes that a small change in mass (m) times the speed of  light squared (C²) creates  large energy increases.  If light is equated with  ‘consciousness’, then even a small amount of mass (number of people) with elevated awareness can create increased energy…that energy taking multiple forms.  That a small change in consciousness or mass (numbers of people) produces large changes in available energy is one of the significant points for this essay.

The anti-Americans who have attacked our country have used fear, unlawful force, and artificial authority to accomplish their agenda and they continue to use the same tools today. Such treatment, states Einstein in referring to schools,

destroys the sound sentiments, the sincerity and the self-confidence of pupils and produces a subservient subject.

If we follow the laws of physics natural law, for every action there is an equal but opposite reaction.  So the fear, unlawful force, and artificial authority used by our opponents  will produce in us the opposite: acts of  fearlessness, heroism, bravery, and courage; lawful force; and genuine, natural, unaffected, and unpretentious authority.

‘On Federalism and Freedom’- Patriot Papers No. 3

The historical tension in our Nation between freedom  and a strong central government forms the basis for the Patriot Papers No. 3.

The power of an educated citizenry in their respective states was central to assuring the role of the people as equal to or greater than the servant federal government.  And this tension would be ultimately manifested in the question  of whether or not to develop a central bank. The resumption of this appropriate balance in the constitution lies in the morality and principles of leadership. How do we ascertain those characteristics today?

The Articles of Freedom

The will of the body, united as a whole on behalf of the American people, prevailed today.  Thank you for your help!

With tears, humility, grace, compromise, faith, courage, and shouts of ‘liberty!’, ‘long live the Constitution!’, the Continental Congress 2009 adjourned, set our papers and subcommittees and debates aside, and agreed upon our final product, called “The Articles of Freedom”…steps to restoring our Constitutional Republic.  I respectfully await the Continental Congress 2009 final report, which will be extensively discussed here, to provide a full the set of amazing products that emerged from this body.

We had to put our egos aside; the walls in our minds had to come down; we had to be humbled by our imperfection; and we had to find our common bond.

Divine Providence touched us throughout our journey here, especially during the most difficult times. We actually DID operate on about 4 hours of sleep each night for 11 days, and once again, here I am writing about it when I should be in bed–oh, wait..this is the ‘usual’ time I begin to wind down for the evening! 😯  It could have been ‘a study of sleep deprivation’!

The Difficult Questions

If you ever really wanted to understand what the Founders faced and felt, watch our live debate at the Continental Congress 2009.  Not that we, as a body, could ever replace what the original Founders created, nor really can we equate ourselves with them,  but surely the questions we face in the room are those that arose then too…

You can imagine–‘life, liberty, and property’; the terms used for every concept; listening for divine providence, listening to each other; hoping for grace, humility, forgiveness, love, and understanding.

I ask for your prayers, thoughts, energies, well-wishes, and blessings for this day at the Continental Congress 2009, as we craft our first steps to overcome the tyranny that has replaced liberty…on our lands, in our government, sometimes in our hearts which imprisons our minds.  Help us find the liberty we all seek.
