The total picture of Hillary Clinton’s treason includes many specific acts of treason against the United States, The final straw for me was the third debate. Just in the last eight years, she has armed,aided and abetted our enemies, both foreign and domestic. The Clinton Foundation, shown in the above diagram h/t twitter, combined with Hillary’s deceptively deliberate installation of an insecure server in her private home, use of multiple insecure mobile devices, destruction of evidence, and potentially leak of information causing the exposure and death of U.S. intelligence or military personnel meets the criterion of Treason. The Clintons were the gateway to the entire U.S. government for our enemies.

The miracle is unfolding before our eyes: through the likes of one man’s candidacy, ALL of the liars and traitors to liberty are being exposed one by one, and sometimes in whole groups. In my own studies of the Constitution for the United States, I remember one very disappointing learning was that the United States is a corporation, by the Act of 1871. It is the reason why many Constitutionalists discuss the fact that there are two constitutions–one when we were a republic composed of a federation of states, and the one post 1871.
The interesting thing about the 1871 act is that this new corporation, whose seat is Washington D.C., has jurisdiction only over those 10 square miles and federal holdings such as forts, military bases, post offices, and the like. So legally and technically the federal government and agencies have no business in our lives, they are like the sublevels of the cabal that get some of the gravy while masking the true intent to loot America.
The politicians and banksters of course created this corporation for their benefit and created further infrastructure, such as the Federal Reserve and including constitutional amendments that were not actually ratified. And these politicians and bankers have run this corporation into the ground on several occasions.
In the meantime, we the people are trapped in the grind of working away to make the money to basically pay the bills. I can’t remember the last time I had a “vacation”. And the assault on our senses, our culture as Americans, our love of country and constitution has lead to great heartache but more so an awakening from which we will never return.
And in that awakening we have finally realized that we are trapped–almost unable to move because of personal finances, time, jobs with the jeopardy of losing them, families or even frozen by the shock of what we see around us. The disappearance of America, the fundamental corruption of politicians at every level, the dumb-down of children and adults through programmed media. The task of rebuilding the republic in this context is immense. Where do you start? Each individual and some groups have organized themselves to take on what they can; larger efforts seem always to be compromised by egos.
And we don’t want blood in the streets, but are prepared. And as certain as the sun coming up every day, we know we MUST HAVE CHANGE. Watch how people “debate”:

JADE stands for Joint Assistant for Deployment and Execution, and HELM stands for Homeland Extermination of Local Militants. Will Canada help the U.S. enforce martial law?

The Constitution for the United States—before it became the corporate USA–enabled citizens to have three (3) votes–at the ballot box for representatives, in the petit jury, and in a grand jury both enabled by the 7th article of the Bill of Rights. Before the Seventeenth Amendment, our state legislators elected each Senator so that in Congress, both the citizenry and the states were effectively represented and functioned as a check on the judicial and executive branches of government.
Voting used to mean something, and be taken very seriously. That is until the class of politicians, life-long family dynasties in many cases, replaced the statesmen who knew what true representation actually was. Let’s review the fundamental difference between two:
A Statesman loves the Constitution. A Politician hates the Constitution.
A Statesman enforces the Constitution. A Politician violates the Constitution.
A Statesman uses truth to keep power in the hands of the people. A Politician uses lies to gain power over the people.
A Statesman‘s primary concern is to secure freedom for future generations.A Politician’s primary concern is to get elected or re-elected.
A Statesman will not play politics with the people’s money. A Politician will buy votes with tax money.
A Statesman knows the people must control government.A Politician believes that government should control people.
A Statesman knows the people must limit government’s power to tax.A Politician believes government should have unlimited power to tax.
A Statesman gives his allegiance to the people and country.A Politician gives his allegiance to government.
A Statesman will demand a balanced budget. A Politician will spend money stolen from future generations(deficit spending).
A Statesman will cause peace. A Politician will cause wars.
And, a politician is happy to cause wars among the people, using whatever tricks and tools he/she can: race, benefits, position, class warfare, calling in the law or tax enforcement dogs, preferential treatment. This is what is meant by being destroyed from within. These are the tools of cowards and traitors.
Voting used to be a privilege, with citizenship and civics knowledge, a duty, a part of our participation in the government we created. Elections used to be guarded, now they are rigged. The media’s complete bias means that the polling is rigged too–false hopes followed by “surprises”—the people lose again and again.
Remember who is working overtime here–Satan and his minions, including those uniformed, non-thinking, clueless ‘voters’ who are easily swayed. College students who are dumbed down and don’t know any better, especially those at the ‘elite’ ivy league colleges. Dummo-crats, and those hooked on benefits. Gee, and what about those gas prices going down just before election?
There is no one else who could have brought down America in such a short period of time but Satan.
What a colossal waste of financial resources and our precious time and attention to play right into election scams. What is going on behind the scenes is way more important, of course, and how do we get there?
Time for Something New
The first step in my view is re-orienting yourself to God, including your allegiance to Him.
A second step is to stop funding the beast–whether it is in the form of republicans, democrats, independents, libertarians, or constitutionalists. Remember they are all using each other to basically advance the party in control–meaning either the democrats or republicans because they are the same. If you don’t feel that way about the lesser parties, then prove to us that any of these parties has what it takes to build a national coalition.
A third step is to build from the ground up, and consider yourselves to be candidates for all local offices. We keep ‘waiting for a leader’—BE the leader!
Get grounded and take on the battle of land and water rights, education, get rid of your Church’s 501 C3 tax status, and make your neighborhood safe. Be sure you are prepared for any calamity. Keep your eyes wide open, arm yourselves, also with the full armor of God. The time is near when we will all be called.
A friend of mine keeps asking, “why is he still alive”? Indeed, everyone else who has spilled the beans on Obama or his treacherous and treasonous administration has been killed suicided, or has disappeared and entered witness protection. I can only conclude as Lame Cherry has that Snowden is a well-protected asset that is providing a check on the Obama administration, perhaps even a coup from within. He also probably knows something so explosive that it would bring this all down, and has let people know that anything that happens to any of his family or friends will trigger the release of this information. The Constitution for the United States set limits on the federal government, which we the people created to safeguard our liberty interests and to provide for the nation’s defense. The latest federal land grab in Nevada is just the tip of the iceberg and was most likely a test to see how Americans would respond to such blatant actions on the part of a federal agency—backed up by Blackwater Mercenaries, Homeland Security, and federal land agency personnel armed with weapons purchased by our tax dollars.
But wait. We’ve already had more than 100 years of tax fraud, and an illegal debt that has been racked up by the equally illegal federal reserve, created illegally through a non-ratified amendment to the Constitution. And upheld by every Congress since that time–no on principle but because they benefit financially. As a result of this system, politicians have amassed massive amounts of debt–without our permission but certainly without our scrutiny. This is illegal debt, not ours, but the widely discredited government of the United States–including “both sides of the (same) isle” will use taxation and rural land grabs to satisfy the debt.
When you borrow money from a bank, and can’t pay the loan off, you give up your assets. The government considers Indian reservations, natural resources on so called “public land”, national parks, forests and monuments, to be “its assets” —available to collateralize the debt. The target: rural areas in the western United States.

As discussed in this article, each state admitted to the Union of the united States of America entered under the doctrine of ‘equal footing’, and in each state’s enabling legislation “public lands” are to be returned to the States. A map of the western united States shows just how the government ‘honored’ its promises and each state’s enabling legislation—by keeping public lands instead. Billions of dollars are collected each year from these public lands and are derived from mineral leases, grazing leases, sale of water, oil and gas, and hydropower revenues.
Notice that the largest landowner is the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), whose agents and supporters at the Bundy Ranch claimed that the “constitution is on our side“.
With regard to the politician known as Harry Reid and the Clark County Commissioners, it appears that their personal and family financial interests were useful to the attempted siege of the Bundy Ranch. Under the guise of rural economic development, and providing economic assistance to Tribes, the (national debt has been collateralized on) lands of the Bundy Ranch have already been “sold” to a foreign firm for solar energy development.
Did the Constitution allow the Raid on the Bundy Ranch?
It may seem like an obvious answer “no” to most of us who read these pages. But for those who still disagree that the Constitution is the law of the land, the emphatic answer is NO. On the concept of jurisdiction alone, the federal government and especially the alphabet agencies does/do not have the authority inside any state on private lands for the management or theft of natural resources. If we understand that the so called “public lands” under federal management are to be returned to the state, it is even more striking. The Constitution itself can be used to defend rural America. By way of stating what this blog considers the truth, the Constitution for the United States of America, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence were divinely inspired and are derived from God’s law, which is “natural law”. We have from God the gift of self-governance and the ability to enact His laws here on earth in our everyday being, interactions, and in our society. The correct pecking order for “law” is Gods Law, common law (our Constitution), and then human law. Human law is judged by juries in relation to God’s law and common law.
The most powerful tools we have include the following:
Our votes as petit and grand jurors. Juries have the right to judge the law, not just the facts of the case. If the federal government wants to seize the Bundy Ranch, it can only do so with permission and through proper compensation. It cannot use any federal law, such as the endangered species act, as an excuse to seize property.
BLM agents and agency heads should be brought to court and be subject to a trial by jury, or grand jury, which will judge whether their actions were lawful.
Senator Harry Reid should be recalled and individual financial transactions scrutinized in a court of law by a jury
Clark County Commissioners should be recalled or impeached for breaking their oath of office
The Sheriff should be recalled and/or impeached for breaking his oath of office
Don’t be a rubber stamp people! The price of liberty is eternal vigilance, which means knowing your responsibilities as a juror. Because we have let this system go, and in part because our lawyers, judges, and government have ignored it, the government is now acting beyond its constitutional authority.
Tenth Amendment. It is time to use this tool to nullify bad law, to eliminate land and water grabs by the alphabet agencies. State legislatures should continue to nullify egregious laws and consider actions that restrict, inhibit, and condition federal agencies and their actions within states. Bad law can be nullified and/or tried in a court of law.
First and Second Amendments. These are our RIGHTS to petition the government and to protect our liberty.
American Responsibility. Remember, it is our duty as Americans to rise up against tyranny. The Declaration of Independence requires it and enshrines us with a revolutionary right; our obedience to God requires our resistance to tyranny
Taxation. Our revolution in 1776 began with a tax revolt—no taxation without representation! Today, its seems that our motto should be not only no taxation without representation, but no taxation without authority! There is massive action needed in this arena as it is still too easy for the government to pick off individuals. Do not be a rubber stamp on a jury, and do not let tyranny take over!

These are the 99% of the men and women who occupy the majority of our local, regional, state, and federal governments and all political parties…calling themselves ‘leaders’ and ‘lawmakers’ when they are neither. Having no convictions, they have no courage. It is the ultimate of cowardice to choose themselves and political party over those they are supposed to represent.
They are the tares that grow with the wheat, and they are sewn into the field by the enemy. When the time comes, they will be harvested and bundled, and thrown into the lake of fire. By their own actions, and through our discernment, these politicians and cowards continue to be exposed, so that none will be left standing or go untarnished in their day.
Woe to them that believe they have fooled the masses! Every statement, back door deal, public comment, and public meeting now completely exposes their fig leafs; they are not man or woman enough to stand for the truth. They are the fools.
My first reaction of course is to ask Mr. Whittle if he would run for president.
And then I remember: they kill all our leaders. And why are we pretending that elections are going to make any difference? With ‘friends’ like the two Johns Boehner and McCain, who needs any more enemies?
A first step for me is to withdraw my energies from this regime and all of its infected parts. They will not occupy my brain or sap my energy. Living well is your best revenge. Part of that living is to practice freeing generations of Americans from this mental slavery. It is an affirmative duty for all true Americans.

On January 5, 2012, Dean Haskins, Director of the former Birther Summit, wrote an article titled “Update on New Lawsuit Filed Against Hawaii Department of Health on Behalf of Virginia Sunahara’s Brother, Duncan Sunahara.” This week Article II Super PAC ran an ad in the Washington Times Weekly and Daily to draw people’s attention to Hawaii’s Deputy Attorney General, Jill Nagamine, using, some suggest abusing, her power by blocking the Sunahara family from securing baby Virginia’s original Hawai’ian long-form birth certificate and by extension ALL Hawai’an’s original birth records. Why the State of Hawaii is fighting this extremely simple request spending thousands of taxpayer’s funds is beyond our ability to even make a guess. Rather, we find it disturbing that the brother of a baby who died over 50 years ago can’t secure her original birth certificate. Think about that…hhhmmm….50 years ago.

There should be no doubt in anyone’s mind right now that the cabal-backed Obama regime will stop at nothing to win the 2012 election. The deliberate murder of innocent Americans is just part of the plan and is only masked by the way in which it is accomplished. Whether its from deliberately poisoning the Gulf of Mexico, “breitbarting” dozens of individuals, letting terrorists into the United States to bomb airplanes or Times Square, sending our soldiers into kill zones with bean bags as weapons, shooting up people in a grocery store parking lot or a theater, or allowing guns to walk to Mexico and back. This is a murderous regime that doesn’t even pretend to hide it any more.
Try to wrap your arms around this America: Americans are expendable, collateral damage, useless chattel to be herded into a corner and enslaved, jailed, shot, poisoned, or blown up. For the boys like Obama, Holder, Jarrett, and Naps Napolitano, the ends justify all means. And the end they seek is the end of America—a fundamental change where hope and change masked the intent to bind us in rope and chains.
That Eric Holder is Obama’s right hand conspirator in this effort is in perfect sync with Holder’s involvement in the Oklahoma City bombing, the first WTC bombing, Waco, Ruby Ridge, and the Elian Gonzales fiasco. None of this is by accident. Beginning with the usurpation of the Presidency, the foreigner in the White House is actively waging war against Americans. Stepping on the bodies of Americans is the only way he can lift his sorry ass.

The Colorado Shooting: Who Paid for the $20,000 in Military-Grade Equipment?
It is very likely that the Colorado shooting was a false flag event…and by discussing it as such does not diminish the tragedy of the losses suffered there.
While the cabal was expecting most Americans to go into a period of grief counseling for those who lost their lives on July 20, some took a look at the suspicious reports immediately surfacing from the tragedy which indicates this was most likely a staged event.
How did a poor Ph.D. student who had trouble finding work get $20,000 dollars of military-grade equipment, including guns, tear gas, gas masks, body armor, and sophisticated devices to booby-trap his apartment?
Why didn’t anyone go after the shooter in the theater? Why didn’t anyone fight back? Aurora’s strict gun control laws prevent the concealed carry of weapons and provide strict registration requirements, but this did not prevent the shooter from legally buying guns and using them.

While Obama/Holder/Naps/Hillary will push for gun control, and the UN small arms treaty is up for HRC’s signature, the shooting in Colorado just reinforces the need for an armed citizenry. History is replete with examples of the millions of people killed by their governments upon the confiscation of hand guns and passage of laws banning them.
Yes, concealed carry laws are about trust. Law abiding citizens trust other law abiding citizens to carry concealed weapons responsibly. And just as 71-year-old Samuel Williams did what he saw as his duty in the Ocala Internet Café, perhaps saving the lives and property of a dozen or more innocent victims, if he had been seated in the front row of the theater in Aurora, Colorado we might not be mourning so many deaths today.

Confusion, deception, ‘lying wonders’, mistruths are all the fabric of the last days. They center around rebellion and contempt.
Discernment is thus a necessary part of the ‘the whole of God’s armor‘ of our day. This extraordinary period we find ourselves in requires our presence as a discerning individual to see things as they are on the human and spiritual levels of existence. Note the two applications of ‘discern’ below:

It seems a spiritual and moral responsibility to learn and practice discernment as best as possible with regard to the events engulfing our lives. It takes faith and belief, which prescribe a set of standards by which one can trust the discernment revealed when you seek it.
It is the only way we understand what is going on and what we must ‘do’.
A Time of Great Deception and Necessary Discernment

We have discussed Tavistock in these pages before, but I bring this back up because of the video shown below, and the “recent” revelation of the media’s fraud surrounding Obama’s usurpation. We’re not talking the media simply ‘favoring’ someone, we are talking them taking an active role in destabilizing and overthrowing America with malice aforethought. Think treason, misprision of felony, misprision of treason, wire fraud, perjury, bribery, and racketeering. The latest media cover up is reported by PixelPatriot:
The “BIRTHGATE” scandal is still unfolding after CNN committed an act of “Fraud” upon the American people on May 30th 2012 by writing, producing, editing and broadcasting a report with a microfiche copy of a long form birth certificate knowing it is not Barack Obama’s yet claiming it was.
The tone of the CNN report is as usual, dismissive, ridiculing, incredulous, and demeaning to those of us who actually know the truth of Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility. And it trivializes a constitutional matter that their opinion is irrelevant to and unnecessary for. The way they treated the eligibility issue reminded me of how the same people questioned the ‘official story’ of another disaster for Americans on September 11, 2001.
The video below shows the first ‘transparent’ media mind conditioning apparatus that didn’t even cover its tracks regarding the events of September 11, 2001. Taking advantage of the trauma caused by the attack on America, the video below clearly demonstrates how the media fed the American public with a story that was untrue. And ‘based’ on that coverage and biased research, the 911 Commission produced a report which essentially was a fabricated story. When the lie of 911 was confronted, the media reacted the exact same way they reacted to anyone questioning Obama’s eligibility–ridicule, disbelief, insults, and dismissing the issue.
The entirety of the film is excellent and is the first film to focus totally on the media’s coverage of the event without discussing a theory of who is responsible. It clearly shows there was advance knowledge of the attack on the part of many people. The film shows key parts of the true story: at 28:58 why Building 7 came down is described; at 32:11 the lie is caught on film; and beginning at 54:17 the media can be shown lying about what even its own reporters observed that day. Notice this last segment in particular, the tone of Bill O’Reilly and Glen Beck–it’s the same ridicule used on the Birthers.
I speculated months ago that the conspiracy of silence involving Obama’s usurpation had something to do with 911–the inside story promised to be leaked if anyone said anything about Obama’s illegality. I believe it more today than then, now four years into Obama’s breach of Article II. The ridicule, marginalization, and dismissal of Article II eligibility is the same tactic used by the same people who dismissed 911 concerns.
We must be on to something, called THE TRUTH. If we weren’t correct, the media would have more than snide remarks to counter us with, aka, they’d have ‘proof’.

It is critical to understand that the satanic goal of any effort like Tavistock is to counterfeit a ‘world order’ that displaces God’s heavenly kingdom and laws. Satan’s chosen do this by the most insidious of means– working through the media, Hollywood, and music to manipulate our minds. It is the ‘spiritual wickedness in high places” enacted by Satan’s minions in our daily lives.
Tavistock tailors programs to specific situations for these and more as well as setting standards in psychiatry, psychology and organizational management. It declared itself the ultimate authority on mental health and human relations. Divergent thought is declared ‘crazy’ or ‘antisocial.’
The media are tavistock stooges and hit-men. They will be affected when we literally pull the plug, boycott their advertisers and sponsoring corporations, and shame them for their constant lying.
Satan is hiding in plain site. When you cross the bridge to understand the magnitude of what we face, you must have spiritual armor and be grounded in your spiritual faith. The fear mongering is palpable, as is race baiting, class warfare, and ‘hate baiting’. That is intended to destabilize, frighten, and make vulnerable those who are not rooted in their faith. Without faith, paralysis and fear rule.
Update. As promised, I infiltrated an OWS organizing meeting here in my city about a week ago, to learn their tactics, targets and philosophy. They used Trayvon Martin to indicate how a single event can act as a catalyst for all kinds of action, and insisted that our country was a democracy. As such, because of majority rule, the OWS believes it is entitled to that which the “1%” own whether OWS earned it or not. Easy to see why they call themselves the 99% then, they want your stuff. They specifically are targeting the Tea Party and ‘through non-violence, hope to provoke the Tea Party into violence’. The concept of ‘servant government’ was viewed as an OWS innovation, rather than our republic’s design. When queried as to why they believe we are a democracy, the response was ‘that is not a fair question’. My overall impression is that this is a movement devoid of human dignity, God, and any respect for our Constitution or Founding fathers. The want to ‘blame’ their failure on–as Bill Whittle says above–a bunch of old dead white guys. The entire movement meeting did not have one person of color in the meeting. The dream I had that night was of Satan telling me in no uncertain terms he was going to kill me. I didn’t take it personally–Satan wants us all dead, including the OWSers, who he is using to accomplish his unholy work.

As Satan tempted Christ in the wilderness, he promised him all the kingdoms of the world, all the riches and glory, “if thou therefore will worship me, all shall be thine” Luke 4:7. Politics is a racket where the media, the international financiers, Hollywood, the justices–educated away from the constitution–all conspire with the politicians, of republican and democrat ‘flavor’, to deceive. Romney is the typical politician, of obligation only to himself…he supports the NDAA, won’t see Obama’s ineligibility as anything other than ‘innuendo’, and is a fan of big government. While ignoring the absolute promise of and need for a third party constitutional candidate, even the so-called Patriot movement wants us to unite around Romney–hoping he will but knowing he won’t defeat Obama.

History will record the efforts of American patriots to fight this injustice done to our country, and the world already knows of our efforts and knows that Obama is a usurper. Obama has used tax dollars, drugs, weapons, or CIA threats to bribe Kenya, Indonesia, Pakistan, the muslim community, individual states, and so many others to keep silent about his illegality. He is a legend–in name only–and history and God will judge all of those complicit as traitorous individuals not worthy of the spit on a street corner.
While we have been able to fully exposeObama/Soetoro and the network of criminals inside and outside of government who have enabled this usurpation, our efforts to have action taken on behalf of our Country and American citizens have been thwarted by the media, the judiciary, the Congress, law enforcement, the military, and the legion of insaneobots paid to harass Americans. Assuming Obama and the democrats/republicans, in concert with the media will rig the 2012 presidential election and put Obama in the office again, our last line of defense will be the counting and certification of the electoral college votes by a joint session of Congress on January 9, 2013.
The Electors shall meet in their respective states, and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate;
The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;
The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President.
The person having the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the Vice-President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed, and if no person have a majority, then from the two highest numbers on the list, the Senate shall choose the Vice-President; a quorum for the purpose shall consist of two-thirds of the whole number of Senators, and a majority of the whole number shall be necessary to a choice. But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.
Appointment of the Electors. States appoint the electors and the number of electors is based on the number of house and Senate seats in each state. 48 States and the District of Columbia “appoint” their Electors on a winner-take-all basis (that is, the presidential/vice-presidential ticket with the plurality of the Statewide vote [= most votes from the State] is intended to get all that jurisdiction’s Electors). In each of the two remaining States, Maine and Nebraska, the presidential/vice-presidential ticket that receives the plurality of the vote in each Congressional District is intended to get the vote of the 1 “district” Elector from that CD, while the presidential/vice-presidential ticket receiving the most votes Statewide is intended to get the votes of 2 “at-large” Electors from the State. The candidate that wins the popular vote in the other 48 states receives all of that state’s electoral college votes. This site describes the number of electoral votes in each state.
In most states, electoral college members are required to vote for the person who won the popular vote in the state, and in some cases there are financial and other penalties involved if one doesn’t follow that rule. In 2008 there were attempts to file lawsuits at that point in time to prevent the vote for Obama, but the courts ruled that ‘the process had to be completed’ before any lawsuit on the merits could be filed (cough, cough).
Challenging the Vote in the Joint Session of Congress
The next point in time that we have to challenge the vote for Obama is on January 9, 2013, during a joint session of Congress to count the electoral college votes as specified in the Twelveth Amendment.
A few times in history this electoral vote counting was challenged by members of the House and Senate. In 2000, while then VP Gore was presiding over the joint session of Congress, the vote was challenged by democrats, the black congressional caucus, and a few Senators based on the Florida recount debacle, where the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Bush by taking away the State’s presumed jurisdiction over the vote count. The objection was based on a possible fraudulent vote count.
In 2008, there were several reasons why the vote could have been challenged, including:
Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility
The Democrat’s Rules and Bylaws theft of votes from HRC
Voter intimidation and caucus fraud
Illegal foreign campaign contributions
The insufficiency of Obama’s ballot access (forged signatures, for which Indiana democrats have recently been punished)
Voter machine tampering
Shutting down the Democrat’s convention without fully voting
Suspicious deaths of key HRC supporters
Former Speaker of the House of Lies
But no one challenged the electoral college vote, in fact I heard Nancy Pelosi was so drunk with power that she rushed the vote improperly, aided and abetted by VP Dick Cheney, without the requisite analysis of citizenship status or calling for objections. All those who could have challenged this vote were too afraid to do so, and yes that includes Ron Paul. They made a calculation that their paychecks and perks were more important than defending the Constitution from all enemies, domestic and foreign.
Every member of Congress, and every Senator on January 8, 2009, violated their oath of office and failed to protect America. They will be held accountable in this lifetime, or clearly when they stand before their maker and try to explain away their treason.
The 2013 Scenario
As of this date, there have been millions of letters written to Congress, no less than 100 lawsuits that have never been heard on the merits, a dozen ballot challenges, a law enforcement investigation, citizen petitions to investigate, proven fraudulent ballot access in 2008 by Obama, proven voter intimidation, and public opinion polls that continue to demonstrate that most Americans do not believe Obama and want his status investigated.
Collectively, these actions, questions, investigations and research militate for and require the representatives and senators in each state where these actions have been undertaken to raise objections to the electoral college vote count on January 9, 2013.
The scoundrels known as our Senators and Congressmen, including the so-called ‘tea party favorites’, have one last chance to meet their oath of office, and of course, they want ‘cover’ for doing the right thing. So here is, and hear, your cover, boys and girls:
Each state in which there has been a ballot challenge, petition, grand jury investigation, lawsuit, and letter writing campaign regarding Obama’s lack of eligibility needs to assemble a packet for each of their Congressmen and Senators requiring that they raise an objection to the electoral college count on January 9, 2013. This effort must begin now, and make it clear that they will either be recalled, boycotted, or publically shamed if they fail to do so. For new ‘tea party’ or other candidates (like John Dennis in California, trying to defeat Pelosi), pledges that they will raise an objection–regardless of the effect on their political career–must be secured, and if not, do not support them financially. They only need to listen to their constituents to have enough ‘cover‘ reason to do so–it is the right thing to do. We are talking New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Georgia, New York…to name a few.
Any state that can demonstrate voter fraud in 2012, including the caucuses, should require its congressional delegation to challenge the electoral college vote for their state
The State legislatures should be petitioned to send a directive to their congressional delegate to challenge the vote, based on the request of the public
A scientifically-sound poll should be commissioned in each state asking the direct question to the public whether they would support a challenge to the electoral college vote in 2013 if Obama is ‘re-elected’ to office.
Plans should be made to shut the Congress down in January–preventing their leaving their offices–until this issue is addressed. Similar plans should be made for each congressional and senatorial office in each state.
A national strike should be considered in lieu of the Congress taking any action.
Remember that the Twelveth Amendment provides a legal, constitutional procedure to select the President and Vice President should the presidential candidate fail to meet the qualifications of the office.

I walked into the crowded room to find hundreds of people closely listening to the words of Mike Zullo, Cold Case Posse Investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona. The listening was so intent you could hear a pin drop. I made the hours long drive in order to sign a petition, for Arizona residents, and to hear the latest report from the Cold Case Posse.

Methodically, Mike Zullo briefed the audience on many of the facets of this now criminal investigation into the production of Obama’s false documentation, which he used to cheat and lie his way into the White House in 2008 with full democratic party cover. They intend to cover for him again, that is, unless the Sheriff and American citizens have their say.
Zullo discussed several factors on the forged selective service registration form that have not been shared widely, including the necessary manipulation of the “8” in “80” in order for the upside down stamp from a ‘2008’ official stamp to actually look like “80” instead of an upside down ‘8’. This selective service registration form must have been one of those ‘forgotten’ forms to fill the record, because it had to use a 2008 stamp…meaning that this form was placed in the file in 2008, not 1980 as claimed.
Several long-time constitutional activists have been in Arizona for the last week, where Lord Monkton–who warned Americans of the global warming scam– and other individuals have visited with and been interviewed by Sheriff Arpaio. While the criminal investigation is underway in the United States, the investigation will soon have international fronts opening up. Other countries, who surely see the danger America is in from this criminal usurper, may be of assistance as they are threatened by the illegal actions of Obama as well. How can you sign treaties with a criminal usurper who can’t represent the United States?

The audience was very concerned about the next steps, particularly in light of the petition being signed and our collective knowledge that the DNC will ignore this request even from a state legislature, or would sue in Federal Court to prevent states from controlling their own elections. Several audience members suggested a grand jury be called to investigate–the Sheriff may have access to a sitting grand jury in Maricopa County. Since a Grand Jury indictment or presentment is required to charge anyone with a capital or infamous crime (felony), pursuing a Grand Jury presentment seems proper. Any seated Grand Jury should be able to consider the evidence as being probable cause for an official criminal charge within their respective jurisdiction. (h/t Tenacity)

Reporting on the Obama Ballot Challenges across the nation and in Arizona specifically, in each and every instance the Democrat Party has been served with summons’ and complaints by the various elector-plaintiffs who have challenged Obama’s right to be on their state’s ballot. And in each and every state; in every town and city where the Democrats operate, they are actively perpetuating fraud upon the citizens of their state by falsely pushing Obama’s name onto the ballot.
For the record, Obama is not a natural born citizen due to his father’s citizenship and foreign allegiance, and is at best a dual citizen; Obama has also failed to prove conclusively that he was born in the United States. Finally, Obama has failed to provide evidence of his repatriation to the United States or evidence of a legal name change after his adoption by an Indonesian citizen. His legal identity as Barack Hussein Obama is what his hat-hangs on.

DNC Chair and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi lied to each state by stating Obama was ‘constitutionally qualified’ for the position of president.
Obama himself knowingly falsely swore in Arizona to be a ‘natural born citizen’, affixing his personal signature to a document which was required for him to be on the 2008 ballot in Arizona. Perjury or false swearing is recognized as a crime in Arizona and other states
The state of Arizona accepted as true the false sworn statements by Obama and thereafter placed his name on the ballots. He was then elected President. The voters in Arizona were directly defrauded by Obama’s false affirmations.
When Obama swore he was eligible, he lied. He didn’t swear that he might be eligible or that there was a good chance he would be found eligible. He swore that he was – in fact – eligible. Obama’s certain affirmations under oath and penalty of perjury are false. He could not have been certain and he should not have sworn that he was. He’s guilty of false swearing despite whatever definition of natural-born citizen comes down the pike.
The Hawaii Democrat party went against its own rules and certified Obama as constitutionally eligible to appear on their ballot…a mysterious visit to Granny Dunham, her death, and the appointment of the HI Democrat Party Chair as Lt. Governor in 2010 followed.
Current DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman-Shultz promises to do the same to the American people–knowingly falsely certify Obama as constitutionally qualified for the party’s nomination. Swimming in bribery money or drowning in threats to life and limb, all the democrats who work for Obama and place him on the ballot, produce and distribute literature on his behalf are committing a crime.
And they should be told about it. Send them all a copy of Title 18 Section 4. And advise them to quit their jobs before they are all finally ensnared in conspiracy to defraud along with the chief Obutt and his repulsive ‘wife’–herself no stranger to false ids and social security numbers…Guadelupe and Harrison Bonnel, anyone?
Oh how the Democrats scream and yell when they are served with legal papers summoning their presence in a lawsuit challenging their Obutt’s name on the ballot. They run away, block your car from exiting the parking lot, or throw the papers on the floor. But there is no way they–the Democrat party’s subdivisions, officers and employees– will be able to avoid criminal charges for their participation in one of the greatest thefts and scams in United States history, second only to the FED and the Sixteenth Amendment.
In Pima County, Arizona, plaintiff Ken Allen recently filed a ballot challenge pursuant to Arizona regulations. The Democrat party was served, along with county officials and a status conference held on February 23, 2011. The Judge in the case was ‘not certain’ he had jurisdiction but when presented with evidence that he had, quickly granted leave to the plaintiff to file an amended complaint by March 1, 2012. The Democrat party, Pima County Attorney, Barack Hussein Obama, and others will be served and trial strategy is being planned. Remember, Obama has already lied to Arizonans once before, and we know he will do it again if the Democrats are complicit in submitting fraudulent documentation to the Arizona Secretary of State.
In the meantime ballot challenges in Pennsylvania, Florida, California, Indiana, Alaska, Illinois, Georgia, and several other states are continuing. In Georgia, plaintiff’s attorney has submitted a motion to suspend the Georgia primary election based on the egregious, arbitrary and capricious actions of Georgia’s SoS and “Judge” Malihi. Don’t forget that Georgia got two nuclear plants in exchange for the Judge and State officials’ betrayal of their citizens.
The Defendant states that the issue raised by the Plaintiff was “soundly rejected by 69,456,897 Americans in the 2008 elections.” See Def.’s Mtn. at 5. This statement reflects a complete lack of understanding regarding Constitutional protections.
How could the issue of Obama’s lack of Constitutional eligibility for the office he usurped have been ‘rejected’ when the media, congress, the secretaries of the states, and the judiciary conspired to never let the public know and to block every single effort to uncover the truth? This sounds a lot like the strategy of blaming the victim—says Obama, “its not my fault, the voters elected me”.
Time to Act!
Just as the challenge to the placement of Obama’s name on the Georgia ballot began, Obama’s attorney responded against it with this ludicrous argument. Hoping to keep his unconstitutionality out of the news, at the same time his justice department accused Sheriff Joe of racism…effectively creating another diversion in his scam against the people of the United States of America.
This is how this man-child has operated in complete defiance of the Constitution, and his remark cited above shows exactly what the game plan was, and is. Reduce a Constitutional Republic down to mob rule, aka ‘democracy’, create massive diversions, create chaos, and create war to hide his foreign agenda and intent to bankrupt, divide, and destroy America.
Out of this wrecking-ball rubble the Constitutionalists have prevailed, and now challenge him at every step. Whether Obama succeeds in fraudulently placing his name on the ballot in each state, tens of millions of people know that there are serious questions of his origin, citizenship, and legality that remain. And the people have three years of experience with him spending America into oblivion, terrorizing Americans, sicking his justice department and the thugs at Homeland Security, and giving everyone but America consideration. The result is that Obama will have to flip more than 30 million votes to steal this election.
The republicans (aka democrats), desperate to save their power and continue the charade now want to force their candidates down America’s throat, aka Romney, Gingrich, Cain (before the fall)…and are willing to commit voter fraud to do so. In this context, and with the real prospect of losing all our liberties, the following initiatives are worth our time, attention and support. With many of us unable to financially contribute to these efforts, support can take many forms…
The Obama State Ballot Challenge–there are so many opportunities here to challenge Obama’s name on the ballot, your secretary of state, the democrat party in your state, and state representatives;
The Article II Super Pac–dedicated to informing all Americans of the Constitutional requirements for the office of the President and supporting challenges to Obama’s fraudulent occupancy thereof
Watching the vote–eyes on election fraud planned by state officials, the republicans and democrats, and Obama. This includes the caucuses, the primaries, and the final vote in November 2012, including challenges to the electoral college votes in your state…sign up to be an election monitor, worker; set up watches–where to the ballots go?
Watching the false patriots who would con you into thinking they are truly on your side. Remember the patriots veterans day march on DC? With little more than 500 people? Why was General Vallely–the so-called ‘leader’– in San Diego with Obama while the so-called ‘patriots union’ was marching in DC to an empty city?
In the event that Obama steals the election again, the time is NOW to start working on your senators and representatives to ensure that Obama is challenged in the joint session of Congress held in early January 2013 to ‘confirm’ the results. All we need is one Senator, and one Congressman to issue the challenge, in writing in that forum. There is plenty of material to submit with the challenge.
Obama and his banksters will threaten Americans throughout 2012–they have already attacked us but watch for the warnings of attacks within the U.S. if we dare to step out of line and vote for the Constitution, not the NWO as brought to you by Romney, Gingrich, or Obama.
Oh, and please don’t forget all the people who have stood up against this regime, those who have died, lost their homes and savings, and soldiers sent into harms way without tools or support. Let not their sacrifices be in vain.
I must confess…I don’t believe that anyone in the Republican field really wants to win the 2012 election. I also have a feeling that none of them want to defeat Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama.
This is a critical moment in our lifetimes, one in which the passionate constitutionalists are the awake voters who care deeply for our country, and the GOP is like warm vanilla ice cream. They are the faux opposition to the NWO, pretending to be republicans, conservatives, and constitutionalists when they are up to their eyeballs in the corruption.
Thanks to the hard work of every Patriot, we have educated many…and millions of people have had a paradigm shift regarding the political elite’s mockingbird tune, the presence and tools of the New World Order (NWO), and the reality of the increasing theft of our liberties.
Its time for the GOP and all those candidates to grow a pair. 😡
Note to the republican candidates: Do you really want to win this thing or not? If not, get off the stage.
The candidates need to stop the gimmicks, snide remarks, threats, and posturing, and start talking about the things that really shape our future and the way Obama and Congress have misled Americans. Oh, and the media outlets should all lose their licenses to operate–they are state-sponsored media paid to do a job on Americans.

While the mockingbird song is that its ‘communism, socialism, fascism, genocide…’–it is all this and more–the nwo together in America as a rogue government. We are in an impoverished state now, having lost God’s protection–willed it away in fact—by generations of unthinking Americans who used this gift of America to get their way, ignoring the political, national, and historic ramifications of losing it all to the Rothschilds and Rockefellers. They simply don’t care and think the wealth they’ve built up will save them. Our enemies include these unthinking lost souls.
We keep falling into the same patterns, pinning our hopes on this candidate or that one, not recognizing they are all flavors of the same poison soup, and being fooled and cajoled once again into being dupes. The scenario that is played is thus: even if Ron Paul wins the republican primary, Obama will have his second term, the Congress will be “lost” to the Republicans–the rino globalists–and the enslavement of America is a done deal.
This alarms me so deeply that I too am beginning regular fasting and praying for our Nation…it will be as routine as getting up every day. Our losses are great, my compatriots.
