Most of us learned a few years back that there’s little value anymore to the content put out by the MSM and even the secondary media. And most journalists only care about being liked and popular, so if reporting the truth gets in the way of that…well, it’s dispensable stuff. That’s why we visit Dr. Kate’s blog, and so many others, thirsty for more and deserving of better – particularly if we are hoping for any truth when it comes to the Obama eligibility issue.
So, when Dr. Kate asked if she could cross-post my March 3 blog entry and asked that I write an intro for it, I thought this was a great opportunity to just highlight to people who care, the point that this particular blog entry is a testament to our media’s failure. Worse, it points to how the media conspired against the public and took the side of the politicians, leaving us completely screwed. They pushed their candidate. They pushed their bias. They took sides. They took bullying to a new level. And it’s just one of too many perfect examples of why our media cannot be trusted to report, they can only be trusted to spin and distort and in the process, they somehow managed to take a statement from the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) that said one thing, and convinced millions of people that it meant the exact opposite. And they propped up their personal opinions with that spin as if it were fact.
Our incompetent, complicit media took a statement from the former HDOH Director, Dr. Fukino, which effectively meant that while there had been numerous requests for Barrack Obama’s “official” original birth certificate, the Hawaii State Registrar didn’t have one. Instead, the person handling Obama’s application for an “original birth certificate” had it and was processing it in accordance with state policy. The HDOH actually verified that five days before the 2008 U.S. Presidential election, Obama’s “original birth certificate” was not in the custody of the Hawaii State Registrar, in accordance to the laws of the State and the regulations of the Hawaii Department of Health, and they could not verify that it, or the birth facts within, were valid.
So, thank you to Dr. Kate for being one of those few with a voice who manages to be popular, well liked, and committed to truth.
What follows is the story of a most amazing revelation. THE revelation.
Proof: It was in Front of our Faces
Let’s Recount What We Know:
• We know the official HDOH seal does not appear on Obama’s alleged ‘Certification of Live Birth.’
• We know that Hawaii confirmed that much through the press.
• We know that Obama has some kind of irregular “vital records” on file with the HDOH.
• We even know the Kapi’olani Letter is bogus and bears a bogus White House seal.
But, what follows tops it all. What follows should be the story of the century, in my opinion. What follows is the proof from the former Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, M.D, that Obama did NOT have a valid or official “original birth certificate” just days before the election.
And, it was right in front of our faces all along.
“Date Filed by Registrar” vs. “Date Accepted by State Registrar”
Not to rehash things, but the story really does begin here. These two terms have plagued the Obama birth certificate issue from the beginning and have fueled many questions about Obama’s posted alleged ‘certified copy’ of a ‘Certification of Live Birth.’ For example, what do they mean in terms of the legal veracity behind a copy of a birth certificate? What is the difference between the “Registrar” and the “State Registrar?” When would it be important that a record states whether or not it has been accepted by the State Registrar? Obama’s alleged ‘Certification of Live Birth’ shows only the ‘Date Filed by Registrar’ as opposed to the ‘Date Accepted by State Registrar,’ that’s why many people, including myself, have been curious whether that matters. By now, I am sure most of us are aware that Alvin T. Onaka is the ‘State Registrar’ in Hawaii, but who is the ‘Registrar’ to which Obama’s alleged COLB refers?

Other people have tried to get some of these answers. Janice Okubo, HDOH Communications Director, was asked by other researchers for information on these terms. Specifically, she was sent the following:
In accordance with the UIPA, I am requesting all records that document, or show the Rules, Regulations and Policies regarding the criteria or methods used to determine whether a Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) will show either or both of the following, and the difference between the criteria and where the information used to determine the statement (1 or 2) comes from such as where on a long form Birth Certificate that criteria is derived from:
1) Date Accepted by State Registrar
2) Date filed by Registrar
Unfortunately, her answer wasn’t very enlightening nor thorough because she provided only a generic “historical” response that addressed the following, instead:
Aloha Mr. (redacted),
It has been brought to my attention that although the department does not have any records responsive to your UIPA records request, a further explanation may be helpful.
Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of Oahu or on the neighbor islands of Kauai, Hawaii, Maui, Molokai, or Lanai), and the date a file number was placed on a record (only done in the main office located on the island of Oahu) respectively.

But, Obama’s alleged COLB does not contain a field that mentions the “State Registrar’s” acceptance nor filing of the record – it only mentions the “Registrar” who filed it.
In all fairness, I should state that it has become apparent that the meaning and difference between “Date Filed by Registrar” and “Date Accepted by State Registrar” is not particularly relevant to a certified copy of a birth certificate that has been accepted by and is on file with the State Registrar. If the State Registrar has statutory authority to maintain and oversee the record, then the State Registrar will have signed any ‘certified copy’ as the custodian of the record, regardless of whether or not the ‘Date Accepted by State Registrar’ appears. Therefore, any person presented with that certified copy will have evidence of the State Registrar’s acceptance through the certification statement, signature, issue date and raised seal.
And, while some online ‘advertised’ Hawaii “Certificates of Live Birth” and “Certifications of Live Birth” show the “Date Accepted by State Registrar” Obama’s alleged COLB only shows the “Date Filed by Registrar.” It would make sense that there should be some consistency, no? Furthermore, a fresh look at some important evidence reveals that the difference in these terms is crucial and my familiarity with this controversy-within-a-controversy led me to make my recent revelation.

A Late Birth Certificate is Born
To continue, what follows is a brief primer on how a ‘Late Birth Certificate’ is generated in Hawaii using the Office of Health Status Monitoring’s (OHSM) ‘Late Birth Certificate’ form as a visual guide. This document was collected through the diligence of ‘Butterdezillion‘ and serves as a great example of the difference between a ‘Registrar’ and a ‘State Registrar’ and the importance of whether or not both have accepted and filed a birth certificate.
Below is the ‘Late Birth Certificate’ used by the Hawaii Department of Health:

As you can see the ‘Registrar’ initially handles the form and collects the information and supplementary evidence needed. The Registrar itemizes that evidence as a list on the form. The ‘Registrar’ also acquires the appropriate affidavit and notary certification or administers an oath if they are so authorized:

They then file the record pending review and acceptance for filing by the ‘State Registrar:’

As the form states on ‘Line 18,’ it is not a “valid” record until it has been accepted and filed by the ‘State Registrar.’ Furthermore, the ‘State Registrar’s’ certification attests to the evidentiary value of ‘Date of Birth,’ ‘Parentage’ and ‘Place of Birth.’ So, until the ‘State Registrar’ accepts and takes custody of the record, it is only a non-valid ‘application’ for a ‘Late Birth Certificate’ in procedural limbo, so to speak, and in the custody of the ‘Registrar.’
But, But…FactCheck.org said…
So, why is this relevant to Obama’s gorgeous COLB? I mean, on October 31, 2008 – five days before the 2008 Presidential election – Dr. Fukino put out a press release and according to Factcheck.org, she was quoted as stating that both she and “Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.” We all know that Onaka is the ‘State Registrar,’ so that settles it – Hawaii’s ‘State Registrar’ must have custody of the record, right?
Besides, many gorgeous news organizations apparently reported the same thing. So, they all must be correct, right? And, we’ve all seen Dr. Fukino’s statement, by now, and that’s what she said, right? Dr. Fukino said that the State Registrar had verified with her that the HDOH had Obama’s original birth certificate on record and that he, as State Registrar, had the statutory authority to maintain and oversee the record – so he is the custodian of that record and the record is valid and official, right?
Right?
RIGHT?
Nope.
Believe it or not, on October 31, 2008, Dr. Fukino actually stated that THIS individual had “statutory authority” to maintain and oversee Obama’s “original birth certificate,” and that this individual was THE legal custodian of Obama’s “original birth certificate” just FIVE days before the 2008 U.S. Presidential election:
Yep. SHE SAID THIS PERSON:
She sure did. And as Dr. Fukino stated, this person had it on record “in accordance with state policies and procedures.”
Not in accordance with regulations. Not in accordance with law:

…in accordance with policies and procedures, like the policy and procedure of filing a ‘Late Birth Certificate.’
So, let’s look again at her statement. On October 31, 2008, Dr. Fukino issued the following:

That’s right. Incredibly, just five days before the election, Obama’s “original birth certificate” was NOT “valid” or in the custody of the ‘State Registrar,’ Dr. Fukino, herself, said it was in the custody of the “Registrar.”
And if the “Registrar” had custody of the record, Alvin T. Onaka would not and could not certify a copy of it with his signature.

So, now we have our answer. We know whether or not “Date Filed by Registrar” matters. It matters. A lot. Because Dr. Fukino said that the “original birth certificate” was in the “Registrar’s” custody. It was still in the procedural stage. And because someone other than the Hawaii State Registrar was custodian of Obama’s original birth certificate on October 31, 2008, we know that Obama did not have a valid original birth certificate and he possibly had an application for a ‘Late Birth Certificate’ on file that was pending acceptance by the State Registrar….or perhaps he had a record that had been rejected by the State Registrar entirely.
And if it was not in the State Registrar’s custody and under his authority, then his “original birth certificate” was not evidence to “date and place of birth and parentage.”

I have asked Dr. Onaka if his signature appears on what is reported to be the back of Obama’s alleged COLB. He has not answered me and honestly, I don’t expect him to. However, I have found two signatures that I believe are authentic copies and neither are such a great match to the signature on the back of the alleged Obama COLB. The first comes from a “Certification of Live Birth” downloadable straight from a hawaii.gov website (on page six of this pdf) and the second was printed in The Hawaiian Steel Guitar and its Great Hawaiian Musicians, by Lorene Ruymar:

Although I am not a handwriting analyst, both apparently show a differently formed ‘O’ and ‘n’ in Onaka’s last name than the signature seen on the back of the alleged Obama COLB as photographed by Factcheck.org.

So, given the fact that Dr. Fukino said the ‘Registrar’ was the custodian of Obama’s original birth certificate, on October 31, 2008, not the ‘State Registrar, I don’t believe that Dr. Onaka’s signature appears anywhere on Obama’s alleged COLB. Personally, I believe that what we see is a bogus signature and it was applied to essentially a blank sheet of paper (the backside) and for a reason. All of the “certified copies” of birth certificates that I have seen are certified on the side with the information.
…Not to mention the fact that they have many security features that Obama’s alleged COLB lacks. But, I’ll save that one for another post.
Dr. Chiyome Fukino, M.D, National Hero
Since I made the realization about the October 2008 statement yesterday, many things have begun to click for me and questions I once had have answers now. Abercrombie’s claim that no birth certificate exists within Hawaii’s vital records makes sense now. And although Dr. Fukino’s subsequent statement, in July 2009, about multiple “vital records” being on file at the HDOH appears to back up her first statement, and also the idea that there is likely supplementary material on file in support of Obama’s “original birth certificate” (late or amended), I am closing this blog entry here.
Because to put it bluntly, the fact that the Hawaii State Registrar did not have the legal authority to maintain and oversee Obama’s original birth certificate just five days before the presidential election is the single most earth-shattering fact that I have uncovered thus far. It means Barrack Obama did not have the valid original birth certificate that he and ‘his people’ have claimed he had and Dr. Fukino said so.
It means that Dr. Fukino said Barrack Obama, his people, our Congress and the media are all LIARS.
So, thank you, Dr. Fukino, for speaking up – twice. Thank you for not letting this go unsaid and thank you for putting it on the public record so that we can prove our Congress failed us so completely…if only in hindsight.
The nation owes you much gratitude for giving us a chance to open our eyes before the election even if most of us missed it.

even to an amateur like me what is striking is how the forged signature, like the document, has lots of flaws. The “A” in Alvin, the cross on the “T”, the way the “k” is made, the “O” in Onaka. I think any graphology expert would conclude the COLB signature is a fraud and would testify to that fact.
If we were to prosecute, what would a lawyer say? Lay low until we are in court, or get as much support as possible before walking into a courtroom?

I had noticed the online fake certification of live birth indicated date filed by registrar and also noticed it did not indicate date accepted by registrar.
You have made it clear now that the online colb is just an application for a delayed birth certificate that was not accepted before the DNC declared obama was a US citizen/natural born citizen to get him on the presidential ballot in Hawaii in 2008.
An application for a birth certificate is not legal evidence of birth in the US.
This is why obama hides his true identity and spends millions in court to keep his origin from being probated.

I just noticed this question…as the 1955 Territorial Vital Statistics Regulations turned over to become the State Regulations, the Registrar General eventually became the State Registrar. The 1959 transitional regulations I have still refer to the “registrar general” although they recognized the “local registrar,” too. At some point within a few years of statehood, the title changed.
And AD is right, I do question some of these online copies and this is one of them. But not for that reason.
On that note, I do wonder how the DeCosta COLB could have possibly been accepted by the “State Registrar” in 1930.
There is some funny business out there.

I believe it’s because the photo is a copy. obviously that photo is not of a BC from 1930, so it’s just the pertinent info from the 1930 original printed on the more current template, which reads State Registrar for the title of position of the approving person.
ALSO your comment that in 2008, obama’s BC should have been on file with State Registrar…..I say NO! If I read your work properly, it should never make it to State Registrar, because there is an issue with approving it, from what I understood of your work, it still sits with the dept who received it – or some where passed that point, but not with the “Accepted” BC’s approved by the State Registrar.

The dedication and hard work—and the brainpower— exibited by MissTickly, DrKate and others is paying off. The direct path to bho seems to be too well blocked by the astounding array of limp spines in the government, the GOP,and the courts. However, an indirect, but effective approach can be made via the Pelosi role’ in the certification of a candidate whose eligibility was known to be lacking.
The combined evidence of the two differing Certificates of Eligibility signed by her and the evidence presented by HDOH and deciphered by MissTickly should start the land slide that ultimately would force the issue of who the hell is bho and why is he in the White House.

I, too, am wondering how this info. can be used to bring down the criminal enterprise. There is so much evidence that can be brought against Obama and all of his socialist helpers in congress and HI government. Class action lawsuit may be the way to go? Or Grand Juries done correctly? These actions will take years, will they not? We don’t have that kind of time, so how to demand investigations NOW, is the crux of the matter, is it not? Another grave concern is whether there is a court or congressman who has not been bribed and bought off, but understands there is a God to whom he will be answerable to. The total depravity and corruption of our government is beyond words. Who will stand up for justice and the people? Is there not one with a spine and conviction to do the right thing? Or is it that there is only cowardliness in our government offices which only seeks to pass the buck and claim it is someone
else’s repsonsiblity? It is ever so evident to me that leadership in our government is null and void. It truly appears that it is left to WE THE PEOPLE, to right these wrongs (horrific grievances), somehow, some way!
The American people need to have access to this information concerning the criminality of the Dems’ & Repub’s actions and of course, the usurper’s, and they aren’t going to get it via any of the major media liars, for sure. How to get the information to the American people at large?
I think there are several groups any given Senator/Congressperson might fall into. My guess is, 99 out of 100 they either think this is not a winnable issue, or else that dealing with it will provoke a civil war or a race war. There may be other factors as well. I am not sure it is entirely fair to say they are all ipso facto willing, deliberate participants in this. I think at least some of them do not believe they can fight this battle and win and that the cost of fighting it would be too high.
As for the rest of them, it is almost certain that Obama’s handlers have either real or contrived dirt on them that would ruin their lives, and that for a battle they believe they cannot win. In Washington, I think, the reality is that things are not always cut and dried and tidy as we would like them to be.
Then there are certainly those who are in on it and have been from the beginning. I was listening to an Illuminati survivor who gave an interview a few years ago who said she felt that Congress at the time of the interview was most likely composed of upwards of 90% Illuminati members or sympathizers and the Senate almost 100%. I think the interview was in 2006 or so and she had been out for 5-10 years at the time. So things may have changed somewhat since then. How much is anyone’s guess. But it is probably safe to say that those in Congress who are with the people are indeed few and far between, if what she said is accurate.
Great analysis, but please help me answer a question I keep getting as I explain why Obama is a usurper. Why did officials and the Republican Governor of Hawaii ll lie and claim Obama was born in Hawaii? Were they part of the conspiracy? If so, when do you think they decided to do so?
“Natural born citizen” — two American citizen parents, and born in the USA.
It’s not up to me, or anyone else, to prove that he is NOT natural born, it is up to him to prove that he IS. That he has not done so, for whatever reason, allows me to conclude that he is not eligible. I believe the saying is “… assumes facts not in evidence.”
There is no evidence in the public domain. Assurances from the DNC, the MSM, or other political hacks are meaningless, these are all people with vested interests. We need a “trusted source,” not some backroom bozo with a conflict of interest.
Mature adults with nothing to hide do not behave this way. It is HIS responsibility to prove that he IS eligible, and I see no credible reason to think he is.
In addition to not being natural born, he may well have engaged in other subterfuges re citizenship, such as claiming foreign student status for scholarships or the like. Again, what is he hiding? You don’t have to be a crazy racist to wonder why I can know so many things about Lindsay Lohan but not my President.

We need these types of practical, common sense facts to be brought up on these lamestream media interviews concerning Obama’s elibility, but they won’t talk to anyone with common sense that can bring to light the practicality of said comments. Pure subterfuge on the part of the lying lamestream media to cover up the facts for who knows what reason. Bought off of threatened or both? Don’t they love their children, or are these people without children who don’t know a thing about love?
I know Hannity and Beck have children. Hannity does seem to care, but he should ditch that job if they’re keeping him from speaking the whole truth about what he knows! The love of $$ is too important for these guys, I guess. I can’t handle Beck at all…he’s too fake for me; too much of an actor. Feigned love and concern is what I take from him.
Let’s go after Pelosi—with the evidence available now a back door approach may be the best way to get at bho without a direct challenge. Pelosi unlawfully certified bho’s eliglbility without official data from HDOH and proved her lack of official data by issuing two different statements of certification. The fact that bho is a fraud doesn’t have to be directly entered. She committed the crime to be addressed. His guilt will be a fallout.
I feel this is our best chance to rid the country of this awful fiasco that occupies our White House—Nothing takes the place of plain old stupidity and Pelosi fills the bill.

IF THE TREE IS POISON, SO IS THE FRUIT. So why would you destroy the fruit and not the tree?
If the foundation is cracked or askew, so will be the structure. So why would the structure continue to be built without first correcting the foundation?
If the POTUS is not legal, so follows all his policies and every action he makes. So why would any one ignore the POTUS and simply focus on his illegal policies. Isn’t that putting the cart before the horse?
There is only one issue and only one issue for any presidential hopeful to put forward. OBAMA IS NOT OUR LEGITIMATE PRESIDENT UNDER THE NBC CLAUSE OF THE CONTSITUTION. REMOVE HIM ON THAT BASIS AND ALL HIS POISON POLICIES WILL BECOME NULL AND VOID. THERE IS NO BETTER OR OTHER STRATEGY THAN THAT.
If a presidential candidate avoids confronting the NBC issue of Obama for fear of ridicule and not being elected—THEN HOW IS HE GOING TO STAND UP TO CHINA, RUSSIA, THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, THE UNIONS, OR ANY OTHER DECISION THAT DEMANDS COURAGE AND FEARLESSNESS? HE ISN’T WORTHY OF THE JOB.
If any candidate hopeful ignores this primary issue—with the false logic “this is not a very important issue and therefore it is far better to focus upon his policies”—then that hopeful is clearly in the process of FLIM FLAMMING, SHUCKIN & JIVEN, AND ATTEMPTING TO CON THE PUBLIC. All we’ve heard out of the Obama Administration for the last two weeks is mixed condemnation and support of the Egyptian government and support of the people which likely means “support for the Muslim Brotherhood”.
Obama has been calling for transparency, meaningful democracy, a government peaceful transition, history in the making, on and on for Egypt, while Obama himself has failed miserably in America. Failure in open government, open public information about himself, unwilling to be transparent in his records, birth information, legislative activity in the dark of night, filling his administration with communist, radicals, socialist, progressives and supporting every manner of immoral, dishonorable, and unconstitutional action………Obama is the mirror image of Hosni Mubarak…and maybe worse.
It’s beyond time for Americans that love our nation, our constitution, republic principles to indeed make a stand……we should take a lesson from the Egyptian grievance process.
Is the time March 19, 2011 in D.C. or some other date but America, if we are ever going to throw Obama and his destructive policies, activity, and unconstitutional direction out of power before 2012, we will have to do it like the Egyptians.

This number would totally bring Washington D.C. to a halt……a stand-still.
Just like the Egyptian grievance event, no planning beyond a rally point(s), identifying a date, suggesting signs/placards/banners and show up in Washington D.C. with all intentions to stay there until our demands are satisfied.
When will it be? Some are already working on March 19, 2011 and likely many of us will be there…….the question…can this develop into a “America Demands Truth and Constitutional Accountability” moment??

I am very concerned about patriot Teresa Cao. She went out on a limb and not one person showed up for her first court date. Plus her lawyers abandoned her and now she has an obot court appointed one. Her next court date is March 15, that horrible Ides of March and if Tersa is indeed to be a sacrificial lamb for the cause she deserves a big turnout. Hundreds if not thousands of patriots need to support this brave Christian woman.

An internal White House memo indicates that the White House is facing a shortage of applications less than a week before the deadline.
The competition was extended from the February 25 deadline until Friday, March 11 after few schools met the original application deadline. CBS News has learned a White House Communications Office internal memo dated February 22 noted “a major issue with the Commencement Challenge.”
“As of yesterday we had received 14 applications and the deadline is Friday,” the memo said. The memo also urged recipients to, “please keep the application number close hold.”

For clarification, can we state that the original REGISTRAR in this case is the clerk or the clerk’s supervisor at the window of the office where the newborn’s relative originally may have applied for a registration? Or in the event of a late (very late apparently for Obama) registration, the adult subject in person?
We know that the HDOH maintains branch offices around the islands
for islanders to seek service.
So this clerk or registrar gets the information from the applicant and makes sure all info is substantiated and clarified before sending to the STATE REGISTRAR’S office. This then is the
FILED WITH REGISTRAR part of the procedure.
…………. and serves as a great example of the difference between a ‘Registrar’ and a ‘State Registrar’ and the importance of whether or not both have accepted and filed a birth certificate.
