Subject: How to Win the Presidential Election in 2012
As each of you has announced, or is planning to announce your candidacy for the President, we are unimpressed by your performance, tactics, goals, and most importantly, your chances of winning the 2012 election against the current occupier of the White House, Barack Hussein Obama-aka Bearick, Barry, Harrison Obama-Soetoro-Sobarakah-Bounel.
Your failure to acknowledge the constitutional crisis hoisted upon this nation in 2008 with the election of a non-natural born citizen to the presidency in direct violation of Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution is the number one reason why you will lose the 2012 election. Moreover, your continued feigned ignorance of Obama’s lack of constitutional eligibility is transparent to us and places you in the same category as others who have perjured their oath of office by failing to defend the Constitution.
You cannot say you are for the constitution and treat it like a menu. For the electorate’s knowledge of the on-going constitutional crisis of a usurper in the White House will only grow as time goes on. And herein lies your opportunity to win the 2012 election. Please allow us to demonstrate:
Your Announcement of Your Candidacy/Nomination
My fellow Americans, my name is ______. I am a natural born citizen of the United States because I was born here in the U.S. and both my parents were American citizens when I was born. I therefore meet the Constitutional requirements for the office of the President. I am running for the office of President of the United States and my goal is to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
Your Major Reason for Running
I am running for President of this great Nation because I believe it is time to restore constitutional governance to our Republic. In the last several administrations and Congresses, both democrat and republican, many economic, domestic, military, and foreign policy actions have undermined the constitutional principles we hold so dear, which have at times prevented Americans from pursing the American dream of ‘life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness’, and which now threaten the prosperity built over generations.
I am concerned for our Nation that the balance of power between the branches of government, and between the federal and state governments and the citizens has been disrupted and believe it must be restored to its original design to promote the happiness, well-being, and economic prosperity of our Nation…within the context of our population, geography, natural resources, and national security.
My administration is committed to identifying all Executive Orders which have impinged upon the liberties of Americans, and will direct the Congress to do so with its laws. We intend to rescind those that–after dialogue with the Congress and American public–impinge upon the liberty interests of Americans and the balance of power or checks and balances between the branches of government.
Why the Constitution Matters in Your Campaign
The United States is a Constitutional Republic…guided by the rule of law and making the Executive, legislature and judiciary loyal to the Constitution and the people of America. The constitution is not a menu whose principles or defense can be selective. In this regard every article of the Constitution, and every lawful amendment to the constitution must be upheld in the totality that is the American Republic. To do anything less would be to dishonor the lives lost and sacrificed in our founding and through generations of soldiers in defense of our nation.
There you have it, Candidates. Three simple but substantive things to say that show you understand the Constitution and which will gather the hearts, minds, and votes of the majority of Americans. If you even utter these words, the election is yours despite Obama’s planned fraud.
That is if you truly want to win.

This is the second time I have posted the following, but it is timely:
He Who Would Be President in 2013
He or she who would be president in 2013 must confront Obama’s issue of eligibility as well as his criminal violations of the Constitution.
Approximately two thirds of Americans doubt Obama’s nativity story that he was born in Hawaii. Most believe he is an illegal alien who has usurped the presidency.
There currently are thousands of citizens who are sending letters regarding Obama’s felony when he flaunted on TV, April 27, 2011 a proven “forged document” he claimed to be his long form birth certificate. They are sending these letters to the FBI, their local sheriffs, Congress, Senators or to whom ever has judicial authority. These letters are called “misprision of a felony” which states that people who have witnessed a felony are legally obligated to notify a legal authority. Obama’s “audacity of hope” is so flagrant he hoped if he audaciously produced any document on TV and calls it his birth certificate, the American people would be so gullible they would believe it. When that insulting denigrating to America’s intelligence backfired on him, he immediately went to plan B—the alleged murder of Osama Bin Ladin.
This fraud and his equally criminal wife have been using and abusing the office of presidency for their own personal interests and wealth since they illegally moved into the WH. America has been witnessing one misprision of felony after another while entering a grave state of shock because the watch dogs of America failed to make this imposter accountable for his crimes with all sorts of lame and cowardly excuses—“no one had standing to sue him”, demanding his proof of eligibility “might embarrass the president”. . .. “Disgusting or obscene” are words that don’t even begin to describe that sick feeling in the stomach and hearts of millions of honest Americans of all colors.
Obama’s eligibility is America’s number one crisis today. All other issues are secondary to this. For example—no bill or law signed by a usurper is valid. Therefore Obamacare is not legal. Therefore all the rotten anti American treaties he made with other countries are not legal. It will be very easy to undue all the rest of the vile, disgusting laws and bills he got through via executive order—EPA, the DREAM ACT.
What we the people really, really want is an honest-non-corrupted-by-Obama Congress, Senate, judicial system, CIA, FBI, DOJ and Hawaiian health department. We must insist that every SOS of all 50 states demand Obama produce his credentials proving beyond the shadow of a .50 cent forgery he is eligible or forbid him to be placed on the ballot.
The 2012 election is upon us. This is America’s last gasp to get it right. Time is of the essence. There is no potential powerful courageous candidate sniffing and wagging for the Republican nomination I would vote for today–from Romney to Bachman to Perry to Pawlenty. They all have avoided the issue of Obama’s eligibility as if it were of no importance while simultaneously advising the public to focus on “the Obama policies.” It is another smoke and mirrors act that the public must not permit. Americans already know issues of employment, borders, Obamacare, economy, foreign policy, housing, national security, yadda, yadda are going to be the usual ho hum political menu politicians have run on for the last hundred years. Regardless of who is in office after the election these issues would be addressed. The real blood and guts issue is “who the hell is Obama and why he is still in the WH.”
We need to remove or at best diminish political corruption. We want to replace the Washington crooks with honorable men and women who are oath keepers, patriotic Americans. We must elect leaders who believe in America first, the wisdom of the Constitution and who hold the belief America must be restored to Capitalism and its Christian/Judeo beliefs. If just those ideas are upheld and practiced, so many other issues would automatically begin to resolve themselves. We the voters must choose the leaders who support these ideas and reject the cowards who chose to ignore Obama’s eligibility while claiming attacking his policies is more important. By the way—after America voted in November 2010, did you notice how they immediately forgot their promises to hold Obama accountable? They all turned into Scott Browns who wasted no time getting into bed with Obama.
Any politician running for any office in 2012 who makes statements like the following regard these statements as red flags as to the type of job they will do once in office. Politicians who refuse to confront the single most important issue in America Today are not only in denial, they are unfit to hold the office for which he/she is running. They are complicit in Obama’s crime of usurpation and are unwittingly revealing to you he/she will—once in office—place his/her career above the integrity of America. Any politician who places his career above his country is a traitor. This type of politician can and will be easily corrupted by Obama bribery or intimidation.
“Let’s not confront Obama’s eligibility. Attacking his policies is more important”.
“Obama is qualified to be president. He was born in Hawaii. He is a NBC”
“If Obama is ruled ineligible than this will cause America’s black to riot.”
“There have been hundreds a cases regarding Obama’s eligibility, and they have all been dismissed.”
“If I confront Obama’s eligibility while I am running, I will be labeled as a “birther” and considered crazy and will never get elected.”
What Americans really, really want is for the judicial watch dogs to stop stone walling, pigeon holing, obfuscating, cork screwing and mind molesting we the people and investigate Obama’s eligibility, false social security numbers, his persistence in the war on Libya, his participation in “Gun Runner”, and the entire collection of election frauds, constitutional violations, and the Vatican Bank.
He who will become president in 2013 will excel far ahead of any competition—in spite the Republican Committee’s failure to confront Obama’s eligibility from 2008 to now.
Donald the Trump’s short flirtation as a possible candidate proved this to be hottest issue. Obama’s eligibility issue supersedes all others. The Donald, a non politician garnered ratings higher than any possible presidential contender in the shortest amount of time. It wasn’t due to Trump’s popularity—he wasn’t that popular. It was due to his “audacity” to confront what every American who does not believe Obama is eligible wants done. Expose the imposter and all his false identity crimes from Harrison J. Bounel to his own mother’s false security number. Shout out all the Obama’s lies, fiction, and fantasies to every American. Demand accountability via his producing each and every document from his birth certificate to his school records to his Harvard activities to what in the hell we are doing in Libya. It is not only our duty but our right. Once a man becomes the president of the United States then ALL HIS RECORDS BELONG TO THE PUBLIC. Obama’s first act as a usurper president was to violate the law by sealing all his records.
The candidate who fearlessly confronts Obama’s eligibility will become the next president—even if he runs on a third party. By law, Obama should not even be permitted to run until he has proven he is qualified.

I caught Harold Ford Jr. on Morning Joe yesterday stating Obama was born outside the country. No one blinked.
Stunning to say the least. My hope for these traitors, including this bunch is they lose everything they have like they have done to the rest of America.

I’ve said earlier that Rick Perry is an opportunist –and a rich one. Maybe that’s just what we need right now. There’s a good piece in The Steady Drip today about Perry and potential VP candidates like Bachman or Cain along with a very good list of folks for Cabinet jobs. I really liked the Cabinet picks.
I’m not a particular fan of Perry, but he may be the best fo the bunch thus far. He would be in for Perry and what better could a politician do for himself than to get this country back on its feet and prosperous again. Perry and a good group around him could very well pull that off. He’s got a good record (as pols go) in the state, he has money, he’s not afraid of bho, and has a Texas thick skin.

In addition, eight other “states” have never been properly admitted into the Union — therefore, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming are not and have never been States of the United States.

Now that is very interesting. I had heard something about this before and hadn’t paid much attention. This wipes out most of the reconstruction…Act of 1871 & the 14th Amendment, which was never lawfully ratified anyway (See Utah Supreme Court decision Dyett v Turner)

You are right. I don’t know if you’ve ever watched the American Heritage Series DVD’s with Historian David Barton. If you haven’t please do. It talks about the Founding Fathers of which there were about 56 of them. 52 of them were Orthodox Christians and had a very strong belief in God. Thomas Jefferson at one point had a chapel set up in the halls of Congress. These people have been working very hard to remove faith and morals from our government.

How is she “extreme”? Because she walks the walk and talks the talk by standing behind biblical principles and affirming what God says in his “human operating manual”? Far too many people equivocate when it comes to His rule of law because they actually believe “do what thou wilt” is okey dokey. And “do what thou wilt” is not God’s intent; it’s His adversary’s.
I think they are all ‘extreme’ in their traitorous ignorance of Obama’s ineligibility. Using gays as a wedge issue is a classic, along with the poor, people of color, and class issues. Unfortunately, we already know that they will all ignore it. They are all convinced that the Rove-theory is the right one (keep the eligibility out of the campaign). It reminds me what Michael Savage said after the 2008 election. He commented that “McCain’s job was to throw the election”. At that time such comment looked like an exaggeration.
Not any longer. All GOP candidates will go down in flame, unless they change their minds about using the eligibility issue, and O gets disqualified. I was on Michele Bachman’s email list for a couple of years. I sent 3 donations to her prior to the 2010 election. Early this year I started replying to every email she sent. I asked her to address the eligibility issue and told her I would not donate again until she called Obama out.
I was surprised she was using an email that could be replied to. I must have sent her 15 – 20 messages. I now no longer get emails from her. . .
But, I did receive an auto reply yesterday after I sent her a copy of Dr. Kate’s memo. The reply said someone would get back to me. . .

I know someone who would be a super candidate. It is Sam Roher from PA. He was in our state house for several years and ran against Tom Corbett in the primaries for governor and lost. Of course Corbett is our gov. now.
Sam is a true constitutionalist. I have met him several times. He is down to earth and genuine. Lame Cherry had some positive remarks in a post awhile back about Sam in relation to running for Prez. I can’t find that post on the LC blog. I was at a seminar last Sat. put on by Americans For Prosperity (Sam is the director for our state) and Sam lead it. Before the meeting began he went around the room and talked with every person there!
Americans For Prosperity are going around the country doing this seminar called “Running On Empty” about our gas prices, our natural resources going to waste, and the economy in general. They started out in Nebraska and are going south from PA now. If any of you hear of them in your area it is very worth your while attending. It is free, they serve food, and you get to meet Sam! The other day I asked Sam if he was considering running and he told me someone else wrote an article about him but I can’t remember who he said it was.
To me he is a great guy.

I was told by the clerk of the court, that Judge Lamberth reconsidered his prior order, issued today in the morning, and the new order will be posted today. They will give me 2 weeks to file a redacted copy of the MSJ.
Apparently the redacted copy, that was delivered to them by the FedEx (I even posted on this blog all the tracking from Irvine Ca to Washington DC) disappeared. Nobody can find it anywhere in the court. They nearly gave me a heart attack earlier today.

The problem is that nobody wants to deal with this. They are too busy with their own simple and easy schedules, gland-handing for their future careers and swaggering mightily at fundraiser pancake breakfasts. This requires courage in the face of the media and a degree of self-education that few people have time for. This does not excuse them, of course, they should skip a few pancake breakfasts and *make* time. But it does explain it.
Pubic pressure needs to move this monster. Getting the word out, grassroots style, fast and on a huge scale per person (stamping money ala Where’sGeorge.com comes to mind) is what we need.
Rallies have failed.
Writing congressmen has failed.
E-mailing and Faxing Fox has failed.
But Trump’s noise and Corsi’s book succeeding in getting Obama to gamble on a rank forgery. And Corsi’ book was a NY Times bestseller with no mainstream advertising and over 50% of citizens already have doubts.
The path is clear: mainstream pubic pressure via grassroots activism. We might as well look the reality straight in the face and get to work now – immediately – this second.

A close examination of the state registrar’s stamp on the Obama birth certificate released by the White House indicates the document is forged, according to the preponderance of Adobe experts consulting with WND.
There are two different registrar stamps evident on the Obama birth certificate: The date stamp, indicating April 25, 2011, and the text and signature stamp containing registrar Dr. Alvin Onaka’s signature.
Both registrar stamps appear to have been applied by a rubber stamp inked from a blotter.

The registrar stamps appear to be external objects that were imported into the document. The stamps were not impressions copied whole, the experts believe, but were created uniquely for the Obama document by a cut-and-paste process.

A slew of organizations funded by billionaire George Soros have been utilizing the alleged News of the World phone hacking scandal in the U.K. to call for investigations of News Corporation’s U.S. interests, particularly Fox News Channel.
The Center for American Progress, heavily financed by Soros, said it gathered 12,000 signatures demanding to know whether News Corp. reporters violated U.S. law by obtaining phone records in the U.S.
The center is reportedly highly influential in helping to craft White House policy. It is led by John Podesta, who served as co-chairman of Obama’s presidential transition team.
Podesta this week told reporters his group wants the U.S. division of News Corp. probed for other possible offenses, including violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, which prosecutes for bribery of foreign officials.
“We’ve called attention to the fact that – News Corp. is a U.S.-based corporation; that could implicate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act,” he said.
Already, Podesta’s signature drive was cited in part for Democratic Sens. Jay Rockefeller and Barbara Boxer sending a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder requesting an investigation into claims News Corp. may have hacked the phones of 9/11 victims.
The center’s offshoot, Think Progress, has been leading Twitter and Facebook campaigns calling for investigations into Rupert Murdoch’s U.S. media empire.
Think Progress even alleged News Corp. could have been involved in the November 2009 email hacking of a climate research institute that showed climate scientists conspiring to rig data in the direction of so-called global warming.
