When I filed my AOS with the INS for my Green Card I brought an “international birth certificate”.
I got it to make it easier for the person who works on my case, because it is in all languages.
The certificate itself is a computer print out having only the key data.
Very much the same information as in Obama’s COLB.
I was told I had to bring a certified copy of my original birth certificate and a certified translation.

I think all of the “Birth Certificate Redux” has been orchestrated to serve as just one big distraction from Obama’s admission that he was a dual citizen at birth.
Axelrod and crew want to make sure people who question Obama’s eligibility stay focused on the birth certificate because they can manipulate and obfuscate its existence in one form or another. Things were getting dangerous for the fraud conspirators because many blogs and people were beginning to concentrate on Obama’s admission of dual citizenship, which is purely a legal question, rather than on the birth certificate which is an issue of fact. Mario Apuzzo emphasized this issue in the Kerchner v. Obama case which SCOTUS refused to hear. There were no facts for a jury to decide on this particular issue because Obama made a public admission of dual citizenship.
All the cases have been dismissed on standing issues because the judges in the district courts and the justices in the supreme court knew there was no way to avoid ruling on the legal question in the Kerchner case or any other case that brings up the dual citizenship question.
And there is no wiggle room for the court to rule that a dual citizen could ever be a natural born citizen.

Release it. Not digitally, but physically release the birth certificate. Release it and pass it around so that everyone who is interested can look at it and touch it and judge for themselves. It’s not that difficult.

Stock, each state is different, contact your Secretary of State and see what your states requirements are.

Our Constitution requires that one must qualify prior to assuming the office of President. Hawaiian law also requires documentation of qualification prior to being placed on a presidential ballot. The qualifications are clearly listed in the Constitution. No one is forced to run for office against his will.
If the appropriate official documents can not be found in Hawaii’s DOH record base, what did Obama present to the DNC and every state elections office to prove his qualification for POTUS? What happened between the time he was first disqualified and then allowed to put his name on the ballot in Hawaii?
Where is the source documentation for the computer imaged COLB? Primary document? Original HDOS certified, paper copy?
What documents served as the basis for claims of Obama’s eligibility made by the previous Governor and HDOH?
How long must this charade continue? Obama clearly can not document that he was born in Hawaii. He also can not show how a he, undeniably born British “under British jurisdiction”, can be a “natural born citizen” of the United States.
All documents presented by any candidate to prove qualification for public office are public domain – any and all rights to privacy pertaining to these documents is forfeit by all such candidates who voluntarily seek public office.
To suggest otherwise is complete and total idiocy. Anyone is, of course welcome to argue on Obama’s behalf. But be warned that I retain the right to use his case against him. I’ll claim possession of documents that show that I won the election. The questions my adversary may have about not seeing my name on the ballot (or even knowing my name) or how I managed to get so many votes would be laughable – silly conspiracy theorist garbage. Texas and California can easily document my natural born citizen status. The local utilities companies can verify my residency. In any event, my challenger won’t have sufficient “standing” in court to even bring up the question. I can exercise my “right to privacy” and refuse to disclose these vote verification documents.
My documentation of the vote count would be no more or less important than Mr. Obama documenting his proof of “Natural Born Citizenship” – one born in the country to two citizen parents. All requirements for the office of POTUS are equally important.
The “We can’t find it, but we know it’s there.” and the “I have it, but you can’t see it.” defenses are wearing thin. They are starting to sound like the, “I don’t have to have it because the laws don’t apply to me.” defense. Hawaii, Abercrombie, the DNC and Obama need to be held accountable to the truth and either document Obama’s qualifications or demand that he resign his presidency and that it be completely nullified.
Any other action by our elected, appointed, and/or commissioned officials is an insult to our intelligence and a violation of the trust placed in them by the people to whom they swore allegiance and to protect and defend the constitution. They need to act now or be removed from their positions of trust.
Any news media that can’t or doesn’t want to get answers to the questions I posed above is not worthy to serve as fish wrapping or the lining of a bird cage.

All we have left is US. Us being what is left of WE THE PEOPLE who still believe in the founding fathers and the constitution. If we want to save what is left of our freedoms we must become solvers of these problems now. We must start itemizing what must be done, prioritize and begin. We must find as many items all can agree upon and start uniting and collaborating.
One of my main issues is that there are still too many uniformed Americans we need to enlist in our cause. We must make it our personal business to get the facts to them. We must let them know what their choices are. Main stream media will not do this. We have to.
One of the problem’s with getting MSM, Congress and the judicial system to take action regarding Barry’s usurpation and persist crimes against America is the fact there is still about 200,000,000 citizens who ARE EITHER NOT AWARE SOTOERO IS A FRAUD OR DON’T UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE. The others simply do not care. WE NEED TO GET INFORMATION TO THESE 200,000,000 PEOPLE TO COUNTER ACT THE MSM and WH LIES.
What we patriots can do for very little cost is spread the word via UNDERGROUND NEWS LETTERS. Imagine if 1,000,000 patriots printed out some of the best articles regarding Obama’s ineligibility and crimes and left a few every where they went in a day. The cost of a ream of paper is about $5 to $7. There are 500 sheets in a ream. The cost of computer ink is minimal. It wouldn’t take very long to get the word out to the rest of the people still in the dark and it would cost much less if every one shared just a little bit. Inside of a month we could reach 200,000,000 people. Then repeat the news letter every week.
The news letter should be anonymous. Print only articles that ARE DOCOUMENTED—especially briefs that have been filed in court. Publish website addresses that a potentially interested person can research. It should ask people to reprint the paper and pass it around to their contacts. They can be left in doctor’s offices, super market bulletin boards, hospital waiting rooms, post offices, restaurants, laundry matt bulletin boards, school campuses, work place lunch rooms, churches or where ever.
They could be titled—WHAT MAIN STREAM MEDIA WON’T TELL YOU, THE REAL FACTS, TYRANNY IN AMERICA, OUTRAGE, WAKE UP, YOU HEARD THE LIES NOW GET THE FACTS, THE PRICE OF YOUR FREEDOM, RESIST COMMUNISM, KEEP GOVERNMENT HANDS OFF “YOUR JUNK” OR WHATEVER TITLE. Be certain to send copies to your Congressman, senator, assemblyman and local news media.
The next strategy is to contact and coordinate with all branches of the military who also suspect Obama is a usurper, (there are quite a few retired who have come forward) LOCATE ANY JUDGES WHO ARE AWARE OF OBAMA’S USURPATION AND WOULD BE WILLING TO ADVISE AND TAKE ACTION ON THIS, specific patriots who have been bravely pursuing the presidential legitimacy–Dr. Kate, Jerome Corsi, Citizen Wells, WND, Phil Berg, Dr. Taitz Mario Appuzzo, Dr. Terrence Lakin, De. All Keyes, Pastor Manning and others to devise with a creative plan to put pressure on Boehner, Congress, Senate, state governors, state AG’s to place the legitimacy of this alleged president a first priority of investigation for the sake of the NATIONAL SECURITY OF AMERICA which is now seriously compromised.
We must find ways to appeal to the Congressmen, Senators’ loyalty TO AMERICA–what little may be left, their oath to support and protect the Constitution, their duty to serve their constituents, the need to preserve the American Christian/Judeo way of life and more. THEY BETRAYED THEIR OWN COUNTRY IN TRADE FOR THEIR CAREERS AND 30 PIECES. We must also be prepared to embarrass and shame them, expose them, refuse to reelect them if they fail, and eventually indict them and try them for being complicit in the greatest crime every committed against their own country and its citizens. We should be willing to offer any one who chooses to offer evidence about Obama crimes immunity.

Gregory seemed to nervously press the matter and Cantor parried it well. As House Leader, Cantor needs not to be the one in front. But he did a good job of refusing to criticize those who raise the issue. He moved the conversation back to policy issues and the vision of what America means. I was encouraged by how anxious Gregory appeared to be; MSM is indeed nervous they will be exposed.

I sent Eric Cantor an email earlier today, and I’m afraid I wasn’t very, shall we say civil. I’m just so frustrated at what is going on. The picture of Venezuela looks like a Tea Party march last summer.
I had to get a replacement SS card in June because I lost mine. I had to bring, you guessed it, a birth certificate. Up until the past couple of years I had to show it for numerous things in my life. For the first time, I’m wondering why citizens have to continue to show theirs but Mr. Obama or whatever his legal name is seems to be above showing anyone anything in his past. No birth certificate, no college grades, no medical records, yet he wants my medical records. I think I want to escape from America.

Or, I don’t know where he was born, but as someone in a powerful position, if people have questions about it, the right thing to do would be to ease their fears about it. Why not just show them? You know, my 7 year old now has to show a birth certificate to get a library card!! I am kinda ticked about it but, man, it sure does go to the point that showing the stupid thing shouldn’t be such a big deal… My son had to show it to play pee wee football too. So what’s the dea? I have long thought that the place of birth (he isn’t natural born no matter where he was born) wasn’t the issue but that either 1) there is some information on it that shows him to be a liar (ie father is not who has been claimed) or that 2) his name is different on the document (ie Soetoro). I think he has manipulated the system and used his “citizen of the world” status to get the best benefits available to whichever citizenship afforded him the greatest return.
