The Mission on the Hill
Initiating action to Stop Them Cold, drkates Platoon (h/t LC) heads to Washington in early September to take the Hill with a surprise greeting:
“STOP THE TREASON”
“MISPRISION OF FELONY“
Focusing squarely on Obama’s ineligibility, we will press returning Congressmen to obey their oath of office to defend and uphold the Constitution for the United States by investigating and removing him from office. Further, we will demand the investigation and indictment of Nancy Pelosi for documented election fraud, and remind Congressmen and their staff of Title 18 U.S.C., Misprision of Felony, and their obligation to report criminal activity they have witnessed.
Just down the block, we will reserve our best signs for the usurper himself, reminding him that we know he is a usurper, that he is committing treason, and that we demand he leave our White House. The misprision signs will certainly be visible to White House staff. (Photo h/t Dora)

And just up the hill a little way, we will reserve a special event for the fools on the hill Justices at the Supreme Court. 😛

The mission on this leg of the journey is to build a bridge between Glenn Beck’s event on August 28 and the September 11-12 events. While neither of these bookend events is likely to focus on Obama’s ineligibility, we will keep the fire alive between those events, expecting to network with the many who will be in Washington during that period.
In Celebration of and Respect for Our Heroes
Before we undertake any mission on the Hill, we will visit Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, paying tribute to a hero who upholds his oath to the Constitution every day by standing up to and refusing to obey the orders of an illegal Obama. We are hopeful to be able to interview Lt. Col. Lakin live on Revolution Radio as we support his sacrifice for our Country.
While we are there, we will pay tribute to our wounded warriors, as well as acknowledge the other heroes standing up against the usurpation in defense of our Nation: Commander Fitzpatrick; Commander Kerchner; Captain Neil Turner, Army D.A.V. and other veterans who visit this site, and General Vallely.
This is an important time for our Nation. I hope many readers have enacted Captain Turner’s Stop the Treason campaign…when thousands of those actions are taken across the country, our heroes will know that we have their back.
After all, they’ve had ours forever.

If you don’t mind I’d like to post a long one on what’s going on behind closed doors that I got in an email.
The Democrats are running scared, fearful of the impact grassroots activists will have in November. With the DISCLOSE Act, which will go into effect almost immediately, in time for the November elections, they will be able to effectively and legally shut us down. The effort to silence us before the elections is tantamount to a witch hunt. Read this email carefully for more information about this bill and then please make some phone calls NOW and tell them to VOTE NO!!
From our friends at Freedom Action about this speech violating bill:
Even if somehow the speech restrictions in this bill were constitutional, their uneven application would be a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment’s equal protection under the law. Even the left-leaning Sierra Club has labeled the DISCLOSE Act a two-tiered system that is “unfair and undemocratic” and that smaller grass-roots organizations would be disadvantaged because they lack the resources to cope with “the additional disclosure burdens.” The unions and the big non-profit groups get to keep their free speech given to them in the January Supreme Court decision, but the corporations and small non-profits lose theirs under DISCLOSE.
Also, Obama and some Democrats are dishonestly stating that the Court’s decision would “open the floodgates for special interest, including foreign corporations, to spend without limit in our elections.” However, current federal law and Federal Election Commission regulations already ban foreign corporations from participating directly or indirectly in American elections. (see 2 U.S.C. § 441e and 2 U.S.C. 437g).
HOW THIS AFFECTS YOU
Exampleville, Ohio has two people running for U.S. Congress-Mr. A and Mr. B-in what promises to be a close race. Exampleville’s local Tea Party believes in Mr. B. The Tea Party wants to run ads highlighting Mr. B’s stance on cap and trade, federal spending, increased taxation, etc, but they don’t have enough money to fulfill the new highly complex reporting requirements from DISCLOSE. And DISCLOSE would force them to list their top donors, even if they are not necessarily the specific donors to the ads, in their ads. Besides, the disclaimers required could take up to 14 of a 30 second ad. The Tea Party gives up trying to run ads to support Mr. Republican.
In contrast, Mr. A has some well-funded unions who want to see Exampleville’s factories unionized, so the unions run ads against Mr. B and ads for Mr. A. Also, the Sierra Club and the ACLU (groups actually opposed to DISCLOSE) want Mr. A to support their issues, so they also run ads for Mr. A. None of these ads are subject to DISCLOSE’s requirements.
Guess who wins?

Would that I could be with you in DC—The plan is wonderfully timed. By September bho should be so paniced that he will react and do something very stupid. My only concern is that many have made plans for 8/28 or 9/11 or 12, so they might not be able to participate in this event as well. That might keep the number of participants lower. Low participation rate will not be good. Wish all the other rallies will push this issue too, but the tea party groups have been infiltrated (they don’t allow this issue) and Glenn Beck is completely against those of us who question o’s eligibility!
One idea: wouldn’t it be wonderful if Pastor Manning makes the presentment (from the columbia treason trial) to congress et al at the same time? He can rally thousands of patriots to paticipate! I will make this suggestion to him. Or if Dr Kate can contact him leader to leader?

well call me crazy but i still remain optimistic about the kerchner case. i copy his comment from the latest post:
No it is not the end of the trail. We are now at the 5 yard line with the Goal close at hand. The next step is filing a Writ of Certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court who are the ones who have to ultimately decide all these legal questions and issues we have presented to the federal courts anyway. We have worked are way up the federal court system legal ladder and are now at the gates of the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS). It took longer than I would have liked but the DOJ instead of protecting the Constitution and We the People which is supposed to be their role were instead protecting the usurper Obama & the unconstitutional actions of Congress and stalled every step of the way. But we kept battling. We will soon be knocking on the SCOTUS door. I am sure the DOJ will keep fighting hard (much to their disgrace imo) to protect the usurper. The DOJ should be prosecuting the New Black Panther Party case instead of defending the Usurper Obama in this case.
But we will not give up. Keep reading and watching this blog for news and announcements … as we are able to release them. We are working on this every day. The Writ of Certiorari filing must be submitted on printed paper with the SCOTUS court rules specifying a special size paper and bond weight for the pages and the cover stock and must be bound in a special booklet form (such as with perfect binding) format, instead of submitting the filing electronically as is done in the lower courts. Thus printing the booklets is involved once the Writ is written. They require 40 copies too. We are working on it. We cannot tell you any more than that as the exact tactics and strategy and timing are confidential. The Truth and the Constitution will win this battle in the end. The unconstitutional usurpation of office and power will come to an end.

DISCLOSE Act Fails – For Now
Congratulations on the phone calls, faxes, and emails you sent regarding the DISCLOSE Act. For now, it appears the bill has failed. Take a moment to feel good about that.
And then after the moment continue to stay tuned. Sen. Charles Schumer has promised Democrats will hold round after round of votes until it passes. We have to keep a close eye to make sure the Senate does not start selling off our liberty again with back room deals as they did with the Obamacare legislation. We will keep you posted as we learn more.

Number one thing that has swalled disretionary spending:
Tripling everyone’s credit card rate burying them in debt.
If this one thing could change back to low rates the economy would have a prop and people could maneuver financially more.
