The Twentieth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads in part:

Barack Hussein Obama never qualified for the Presidency under the Twentieth Amendment to the Constitution and must immediately step down. Because the failure to qualify was known to Barack and Michelle Obama, Biden, the Democratic National Committee, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Governor Abercrombie and the State of Hawaii at a minimum, the entire process of certification of the 2008 vote of the Electoral College on January 8, 2009, was fraudulent and is thus retroactively null and void. It matters not that the ‘process was completed’ if the underlying information used to complete the process was known to be fraudulent, and further, that there was a conspiracy to hide this information from the public.
No Obama Executive Order, military order, appointment at any level of government, signed legislation, treaty negotiations, foreign agreements, or military, foreign or domestic actions can be presumed legal. Obama’s words are meaningless and do not represent the views of the United States. Moreover, active espionage is underway the longer Obama remains occupying the White House and learning the intricacies of national defense and security.
Speaker Boehner and Representative Issa, there is no need for hearings or investigations. It is within your authority and is your solemn responsibility to act in a Constitutional manner to rectify an egregious error:

Any miscellaneous distractions, like who is Obama’s father, like whether a ‘list’ is a birth certificate, are irrelevant and should not be entertained. His lack of eligibility is clear.
I fear that nothing will be done about Obama. The federal court have failed to do anything. I really doubt that the House of Representatives will do anything; the Republican leadership will rollover for the Democrats as they usually do; it dosen’t matter what the facts are about Obama’s past. It is the usual “see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil” and be Mr. Nice Guy business even though the Democrats are evil incarnate. I believe we should all copy this “20th” Amendment post it in an e-mail to Boehner and Issa. Also, send it to your Senator and Representative. The more to act on it the better. This man, Obama must be ousted either by the House and the Senate or he must resign. The longer he is in the White House the more liberties and freedoms along with our Constitution will be destroyed. Our country needs to be on the Road to restoration not the road of destruction. God help us all!! “In God We Trust.”

… and you see that Obama and Biden are legally required to produce hard copy documentation of not only their eligibility to work in the United states but also their eligibility to hold the office of President. And Congress has the legal responsibility to ensure that the President and Vice President have qualified.

John McCain was not eligible either. He stated he was born in a base hospital, (that was a lie) the base did not have a hospital, he was born at the hospital in town. But maybe because his parents were both citizens, he was granted citizenship?
I think both sides knew about obat. It was really odd that the Mormon pulled out when he was actually winning. When they nominated McCain I was dumbfounded. I completely agree Jan. The actual long form birth certificate that McCain produced specifically says “Colon Hospital”, “Colon, Panama”. That is clearly NOT US soil or even a US base hospital.
McCain’s ego got the better of him. He so desperately wanted to be President and I believe there was an agreement between the two candidates that said “I won’t talk about your ineligibility if you don’t talk about mine”. It is incredible that both Clinton and Obama signed on as sponsors to Senate Resolution 511, to “cleanse” McCain’s ineligiblity problem.
We also have the problem of “crossover” voting in certain states-that is where McCain gained big time with Democrats voting for him. Obama’s people wanted McCain as their opponent-so easy to beat because he couldn’t challenge Obama’s eligibility because of HIS questionable eligibility, besides being “democrat light”.
IMO, the SCOTUS would not take the original cases (Donofrio, Wrotnoski et al)because BO’s popularity (at the time) and the fear of race riots in America. Big wussies….and here we are today.

He never gave them ANY information, including flight plans, while captured and was physically tortured for NOT revealing any information. Military dependents born overseas to US Military citizens are citizens. As far as natural born citizens I believe because both of McCain’s parents were citizens he was judged to be a natural born citizen. The Congress did their duty with McCain and vetted him; they did not vet Obummer. If Obummer is declared invalide then you are going to have Biden as your President, NOT a much better prospect.

I do believe that all actions by Obama while in office would be null and void if he was ousted because of the ineligible issue. It is so important and crucial that he be removed because of the ineligibility issue. Yes others would be up to the fire also who were accomplices, which I truly believe at this point in time the entire House and Senate have been accomplices for they are not doing anything, as far as we know to remove this person, Obama who is masquerading as our President. All Laws would become null and void that he passed. Also, our Constitution must be honored and recognized again as the foundation of our country. Biden can be controlled.
The ideological hypocrisy of the 2008 Democratic majority Congress was on full display when it vetted McCain but not Obama. If Obummer is declared invalid Biden would not necessarily become POTUS — the 20th Amendment dictates that Congress (now a Republican majority Congress) determine who shall serve as POTUS, by conducting another Presidential election if necessary.

Just curious… I keep seeing the build up of Marco Rubio to be the GOP next big grooming for President. What is Rubio’s “natural born Citizen”ship status?
For those of us who are supporting and defending the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic by wanting the “natural born Citizen” qualification for office of President and Vice President to be enforced as the Founders intended for those offices to be inaccessible to foreign influence, we need to apply that standard to all who would seek those offices.
I recently noticed Hannity was all a glow while discussing Rubio as a rising star in the GOP who has presidential aspirations.
Seeing as how the parents were in the US for 12 years, and that Cubans enjoy fast track status to US Citizenship, I would think that they were citizens before Marco was born, but yes, that should be verified.
Jindal’s parents, on the other hand, were in the US for 6 months. They were residents, but not citizens, therefore Bobby is not eligible.
Rubio is as not a NBC and is ineligible!
As much as I like and trust Rubio and his passion for being American–he cannot run for pres. He is not a natural born citizen any more than Bobby Jingle is. They are naturalized but Natural Born. So they cannot run.
If the GOP is grooming either of them, its my opinion that they are covering up the fact that barry ran illegally and was never vetted and was INSTALLED as the POTUS, and they themselves knew this and have looked the other way and ignored the will of the people of the US that have shouted the truth.

One of the problem’s with getting MSM, Congress and the judicial system to take action regarding Barry’s usurpation is the fact there is still about 200,000,000 citizens who ARE EITHER NOT AWARE SOTOERO IS A FRAUD OR DON’T UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE. The others simply do not care. WE NEED TO GET INFORMATION TO THESE 200,000,000 PEOPLE TO COUNTER ACT THE MSM LIES.
What we patriots can do for very little cost is spread the word via UNDERGROUND NEWS LETTERS. Imagine if 1,000,000 patriots printed out some of the best articles regarding Obama’s ineligibility and crimes and left a few every where they went in a day. The cost of a ream of paper is about $5 to $7. There are 500 sheets in a ream. The cost of computer ink is minimal. It wouldn’t take very long to get the word out to the rest of the people still in the dark and it would cost much less if every one shared just a little bit. Inside of a month we could reach 200,000,000 people.
The news letter should be anonymous. Print only articles that can be documented and include website addresses that a potentially interested person can research. It should ask people to reprint the paper and pass it around to their contacts. They can be left in doctor’s offices, super market bulletin boards, hospital waiting rooms, post offices, restaurants, laundry matt bulletin boards, school campuses, work place lunch rooms or where ever. They could be titled—WHAT MAIN STREAM MEDIA WON’T TELL YOU, THE REAL FACTS, TYRANNY IN AMERICA, OUTRAGE, WAKE UP, YOU HEARD THE LIES NOW GET THE FACTS, THE PRICE OF YOUR FREEDOM OR WHATEVER TITLE.
WE MUST GO UNDER GROUND. WE MUST DO IT NOW. OUR LIVES ARE AT STAKE.

I have seen the sun twice since before Christmas and both times when it looked like we would have a beautiful day, when the clouds parted, there were the chem trails and the next day was clouded over again.
In the summer when it rains the water in my bird bath turns orange. When the snow and ice melt in the bird bath the water is a weird pail golden green. (not like moss) My lawn started to die in spots last summer and it wasn’t even hot. My plants that should come up each spring/summer don’t. Hardly any birds any more and we used to have lots of them. Only saw two butterflies last summer and only a couple of bees.
Tomorrow I’ll write to my Rep. Congressman and my two Dem Senators and find out what they know. I’ll probably get a dumb form letter.

I’m sorry people. Having served 32 years as a military officer you can take the McCain was not natural born and forget it. Fact #1 concerns the Status of Forces agreement between Panama and the United States for stationing our military there. You would have to read that to determine what nationality could be available to his parents when he was born. My son was born, in Germany at the military hospital in Frankfurt Germany. When being registered at the U.S. Embassy using the birth certificate from the hospital, we were given the choice of U.S. Citizenship, German or Dual Citizenship. The consulate informed us of the ramifications of each. We chose U.S.
Fact #2: All military bases do not have hospitals, some only have clinics. The military has through the Status of Forces Agreement with the host nation agreements with the local hospital that when treatment is beyond the scope of service that the clinic or hospital can provide the local national hospital provides the service for a fee which the military pays. So in the case of a baby being born usually it is beyond the scope of work for the clinic, and the baby is delivered at the local hospital. The military and U.S. government deem that to be U.S. soil for that event. It can get complicated if you were just traveling through and not assigned or on vacation. Then the issue becomes clouded. In McCains case his father was assigned to that base with authorization to have his dependents with him. To further throw mud on the issue, if you are not allowed to have your dependents with you and you do at your expense. The Status of Forces Agreement usually lets you know that the dependent can not use the military facilities or benefits while there and your child would not be necessarily given U.S. citizenship. McCains birth under the military Status of Agreement with Panama makes him a natural born citizen.
The Governor of Hawaii has now opened a real can of worms. Now there are two people who are saying there is no long form. Let us see what his school records show. Did he and his parents/grandparents work the system and say he was for one thing and not for another so that he could benefit from our generous society? No one else has ever done that have they? Actually, Panama was not a US territory until 1937 and McCain was born in 1936. He is a native born citizen but not natural born.
Surprises me to hear that Your child was offered German citizenship. I’m a German citizen and permanent resident here.
I don’t think Germany has a law that foreign children born in the country can claim citizenship. But perhaps there is/was a special rule for the allieds.
I looked into that, here is the law as it is at the moment:
Children born on or after 1 January 2000 to non-German parents acquire German citizenship at birth if at least one parent:
has a permanent residence permit (and has had this status for at least three years);
and
has been residing in Germany for at least eight years.
Such children will be required to apply successfully to retain German citizenship by the age of 23. Assuming the laws are not changed prior to 2023, they will normally be required to prove they do not hold any foreign citizenship.

All three of my grandsons were born in Germany while my son & daughter-n-law were stationed there. With my oldest one I know that he had two weeks to register him as an American or he would have automaticly became a German Citz. I believe he was born on base. The other two deffinetly born on base, but I don’t know if he had to register them or not, but they all three are US citz’s. Both parents are citz’s and both were stationed in Germany.

A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN means born of 2 US Citizen parents on US soil, but Vattel makes one exception, for children born of Citizen parents “IN THE ARMIES OF THE STATE”
Since McCain’s father was an Admiral on active duty, he was decidedly born ‘in the armies of the state’ to citizen parents, and so it is irrelevant whether he was born on base or not.
By the way, there was no base hospital, and McCain has a birth announcement microfiche like Obama, that is clearly a forgery since it says he was born on base. You can check the historical documents, and this is impossible. So I believe the quid pro quo team forged both microfiches, and scared or duped McCain that by the Obama-McCaskill-Clinton team deeming him a “natural born citizen” by their good graces, and making the forged microfiche, that this made him able to run IF and mind you only IF he didn’t breathe a word about Obama’s ineligibility.
The sad thing is if McCain had forged ahead and confronted this issue headlong he would have been established as a natural born Citizen without the bribery and deceit backroom dealings with Obama et al. As it is now, McCain is a complicit criminal now too though.

I get lots of email from organizations claiming to be fighting to remove Obama because of his Kenyan birth. Example: Floyd Brown. They all ask for donations to help the cause, but I see nothing on Fox News about it. I want to see the traitors in prison; Obama, Pelosi and others for the “high crimes and misdemeanors” they have committed. The proof is all there as to Obama’s background with no proof of his being born in Hawaii. I don’t believe any of you. We the People are not only Outraged, but very baffled, to say the least……Every elected official is responsible for this treasonable offense that has occurred for through this 140 years of deceit not one Congress informed “We the People,” hence did not resolve, this despicable act of 140 years ago.
We the People need answers immediately. News Media, please for the sake of your country and the welfare of its existence please see the video…or possibly you may be aware of these facts and purposely keep the fact from the American Citizens. I cannot believe that if this fact being known would not be investigated for the sake of our country, our citizens, and our children and their children and of course the Constitution of the united states of America. No other Constitution will do, only the Organic Constitution!!
