Captain Neil B. Turner, U.S. Army Ret., reminds us all of the stakes we are facing at this moment:

For over two years now, millions of Americans have become aware of the usurpation brought to the United States in 2008 with the handy work of communists masquerading as corrupt democrats and republicans.  And many of those now see that the usurpation has been part of a long plan to eviscerate America, and comprehend the timing that led the ‘masters’ to decide it was time to move now.  They are in open rebellion right now, rushing to get all the pieces in place for our downfall before we wake up.

I will express my dismay that the Tea Party patriots, the Oath Keepers, conservative Americans, concerned Americans, conservative radio show hosts and commentators, and the so called conservative, constitutional republicans have failed to stand up to this usurpation.  As a result, each of these movements has taken on petition campaigns to stop this bill or that nominee, offered to ‘stand in’ if there is martial law imposed, or made millions writing scathing critiques, all of which  actually legitimizes Obama’s fundamental illegality.

Misprision of felony, anyone?

Here’s some real action, home-based, that can happen every time there is a city council meeting, town council, or county commission meeting.

Reporting ‘ELECTION FRAUD and TREASON’ Campaign – to City Mayors and City Councils, Nationwide

An Action Plan by Neil Turner, Citizens for the Constitution   July 16, 2010

• How many cities and towns and Mayors and City Councils in the U.S.?   (Answer:  ~20,000!)

Why speak before the Mayors and City Councils?

First, almost everyone has an opportunity to speak (without interruption) for 2 to 3 minutes before every city council meeting.

Second, everyone was disenfranchised in the last general election due to:

• An act of Sedition/Conspiracy* by Nancy Pelosi and the DNC – through election fraud;
• An act of Treason by Barry Soetoro/Barack Obama for election fraud, withholding of relevant and required information/evidence (he is not an Article II ‘Natural-Born’ U.S. citizen), and for altering our form of Government by knowing and blatant violations of the Constitution.

*  Conspiracy by the DNC, the entire Congress, the entire Judiciary, to violate the Constitution and alter our form of Government by unconstitutional means – by placing a Usurper on the ballot and in our White House. (They all knew he was not an Article II ‘Natural-Born’ U.S. citizen, yet they covered it up and proceeded anyway).

• The Mayor, as the most accessible of our elected public servants, offers an opportunity for ordinary citizens to have ‘standing’ to voice their concerns, complaints, and charges of violations of the law and/or their Constitutional rights.

This means that any citizen can present these grievances:

1. Out loud (usually over a microphone), without interruption, to responsible and elected and sworn officials – with witnesses;
2. In writing, without pre-screening, to responsible and elected and sworn officials – with witnesses;
3. In public, without interruption, to everyone attending within range of amplified speakers;
4. On public video in many cases, when broadcast over public access TV;
5. On saved video, in most cases – archived for on-demand viewing by anyone in the future;

What an opportunity!  Over 20,000 publicly-stated and openly-served charges of Election Fraud and Treason against the Usurper and his Cabal of Seditionists – with repeated presentations by various patriotic members of each community who want to take their Constitution back.

Each community can organize a group of 3, 4, or 5 or more – to go before their city council each week, until millions of Americans become aware of what is happening to their country – and demand action by their first line of defense, their elected leaders on the city councils. Group members can videotape their presentations – post on the internet.

Each speaker can download an abbreviated 14 page copy of American Grand Jury ‘Presentments/Indictments’ of Election Fraud & Treason against Pelosi, the DNC, and Obama (with detailed evidence), and, at the end of their 2 or 3 minute presentation, leave a copy with the City Council and Mayor, so that they can then take them to their County’s sitting Grand Jury for immediate consideration and appropriate action.

Benefits to the Stop Treason Campaign:

1. The mayor and the council-members are duty-bound to accept the public ‘serving’ of these Presentments/Indictments, and to follow up on same, lest they themselves be charged with misprision of felony**;
2. The Charges and Evidence are readily available for all to download, print-out, have witnessed, and SERVE;
3. Anyone can do it – no licenses, degrees, previous ‘service’, special education – required (patriotism and guts, only);
4. Word can be spread to thousands of communities throughout the nation, and millions of Americans can read, hear, and view archives of presentations – emboldening millions more in a short period of time;

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

Here is a sample 2-3 minute speech, which can be printed out and given to the city council after your speech, along with the Grand Jury Presentments/Indictments.  You can alter it or write your own, just as long as you and your fellow patriots begin to take action now.

SAMPLE 3 MINUTE PRESENTATION TO A CITY COUNCIL/MAYOR

Honorable Mayor, honorable Council-members, my name is (state name), and I live at (address and town).

As elected representatives and therefore employees of We The People of (City or Town), under oath to uphold and defend our rights under the Constitution, I am here to make you aware of some serious crimes that you, as my most accessible public servants, are my first, and apparently last, line of defense to have addressed.

What are the crimes, and what can be done about them?

1. I, and my fellow citizens in this County, have been disenfranchised due to acknowledged and provable election fraud – by Nancy Pelosi and the DNC, and our Secretary of State, for knowingly allowing a constitutionally ineligible candidate for President on the ballot in 2008; and
2. The High Crime of Treason, by Barack Obama, for altering our form of Government by unconstitutional means: by breaking in and entering our White House by force of contrivance, concealment, wire fraud, election fraud, dissembling, and deceit, – and for failing to defend our borders and allowing sanctuary cities to permit foreign-born domestic enemies unobstructed invasion of our sovereign nation.

What am I asking you, the City Council-members, to do?

1. Present these charges (with the evidence provided) to the County Criminal Grand Jury.  Your ‘Standing’ is assured, while mine is not, and;
2. File charges against our Secretary of State – for placing an un-vetted and ineligible candidate for President on the ballot, thereby disenfranchising every voter in the State (Presidential candidates SHALL BE  ‘Natural Born’ U.S. citizens, per Article II of the Constitution), and;
3. File charges of Election Fraud, Sedition and Treason against Nancy Pelosi, the DNC, and Barack Obama for the aforementioned crimes.

To assist you in these, We The People’s demands, I am herewith providing you with the bona fide Presentments/Indictments of a 5^th Amendment Citizens Grand Jury – outlining these charges and with all evidence and proofs included.

(Hold up AGJ Presentments).

In closing, I would like to add that all active U.S. Military officers who are aware that their responsibility to NOT OBEY any unlawful orders would include any and all orders and commands that originate with an ineligible, and therefore illegal, Commander in Chief, and that all military and police officers – active, resigned, or retired – are still under oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and therefore have a lifelong obligation and duty to continue to do so, lest they be charged, as could you, council-members, with misprision of felony*.

Since time is of the essence, I look forward to your immediate response to this urgent request to address these violations of our Constitutional rights, and to help restore our Constitutional Republic.

It is important to undertake this campaign right now, we cannot wait until the election or frankly, believe anyone who says they are going to investigate now.  We have learned.

Captain Turner was a guest on Revolution Radio recently, and has important clues for us all on the military’s rising concern.  Are they concerned enough to act before the ‘elections’?  The signs are all there: Lt. Col. Lakin; Commander Fitzpatrick; General Vallely.

How much advance notice did the Honduran Army give before it took its constitutional action to remove a President who disobeyed a Supreme Court order?

Let’s help them know there is critical mass.
