Thanks for appreciating what I, et al Vietnam Veterans, went through for you et al and our country. Ever since the onset of OIF I have had the honor and pleasure of personnally expressing my appreciation to “Wounded Warriors” at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and National Naval Medical Center for what they went through in Iraq and Afghanistan for me and you et al and our country. I also have been participating in the Washington DC Chapter of Free Republic’s Friday night “We Support Our Troops” rallys at the main gate to Walter Reed Army Medical Center — just a bit different than the reception most of us Vietnam Veterans received.
I couldn’t agree more that “We the people…” need to replace all the professional politicians with common people.

The Supreme Court does not act on its own. It has to receive a request from a state in order to take up and make a decision on a subject. I was told this by Merritt Newby of “American Challenge” years ago. He worked with Constitutional attorneys that were well versed. I think you have to place the blame upon your state officials for not taking up this issue on their own, without even being told. The plea should come from the people to their state officials, requesting that the court make a decision on his qualifications. Then the state(s)make the request for an investigation by the court to the court. It only takes one state to make the request for the Supreme Court to undertake a study. I believe that is the reason why nothing is being done. The people need to insist on an action from their state to the Supreme Court. It is OK with me if you relay this information.

Levin is called the Great One. If he is so great, how are the ones of lesser rank?
He holds himself up as a constitutional scholar. He accused Trump not to have read the constitution. Has the Great One read the nbc clause of it?

Levin is supposed to be a constitutional lawyer in real life. He also promised that he would be on the steps of the supreme court the day after the HC bill was signed. I only liked the video because he was against the variety TV shows and felt the Americans were too complacent about the countries’ and world afairs, Just as we are complaining about people today watching the stupid reality shows. I was very young during the early 50s and don’t remember much.
Ronald Reagan was president of the Actors Guild during the 50s and accused many actors of being members of the communist party, ruining many carrers. A lot of them probably weren’t.
