Sheriff Arpaio answers audience questions March 31, 2012
I walked into the crowded room to find hundreds of people closely listening to the words of Mike Zullo, Cold Case Posse Investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona. The listening was so intent you could hear a pin drop. I made the hours long drive in order to sign a petition, for Arizona residents, and to hear the latest report from the Cold Case Posse.

We the undersigned Arizona citizens are requesting that the Arizona House, and / or the Arizona Senate pass a RESOLUTION directing Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett to send a certified letter to Democratic National Committee Chairperson, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, requesting that she produce certified source documents that are satisfactory to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office that positively identify the U.S. natural born citizenship and the Selective Service System Registration of Barack Hussein Obama II, With the recent findings of the MCSO Cold-Case Posse, there is probable cause to believe that Barack Hussein Obama II’s Selective Service System Registration Form and his State of Hawaii Certification of Live Birth Form are criminal forgeries, it is imperative to determine Barack Hussein Obama II’s status regarding his eligibility to be placed on the 2012 Arizona ballot.
Methodically, Mike Zullo briefed the audience on many of the facets of this now criminal investigation into the production of Obama’s false documentation, which he used to cheat and lie his way into the White House in 2008 with full democratic party cover. They intend to cover for him again, that is, unless the Sheriff and American citizens have their say.
Zullo discussed several factors on the forged selective service registration form that have not been shared widely, including the necessary manipulation of the “8” in “80” in order for the upside down stamp from a ‘2008’ official stamp to actually look like “80” instead of an upside down ‘8’. This selective service registration form must have been one of those ‘forgotten’ forms to fill the record, because it had to use a 2008 stamp…meaning that this form was placed in the file in 2008, not 1980 as claimed.
Several long-time constitutional activists have been in Arizona for the last week, where Lord Monkton–who warned Americans of the global warming scam– and other individuals have visited with and been interviewed by Sheriff Arpaio. While the criminal investigation is underway in the United States, the investigation will soon have international fronts opening up. Other countries, who surely see the danger America is in from this criminal usurper, may be of assistance as they are threatened by the illegal actions of Obama as well. How can you sign treaties with a criminal usurper who can’t represent the United States?

The audience was very concerned about the next steps, particularly in light of the petition being signed and our collective knowledge that the DNC will ignore this request even from a state legislature, or would sue in Federal Court to prevent states from controlling their own elections. Several audience members suggested a grand jury be called to investigate–the Sheriff may have access to a sitting grand jury in Maricopa County. Since a Grand Jury indictment or presentment is required to charge anyone with a capital or infamous crime (felony), pursuing a Grand Jury presentment seems proper. Any seated Grand Jury should be able to consider the evidence as being probable cause for an official criminal charge within their respective jurisdiction. (h/t Tenacity)
Please continue to support the Sheriff’s Cold Case Posse. By the way, the Sheriff told me that if he had won the recent megamillions lottery, he’d be running for President! Now there is one candidate who would have the testicular fortitude to challenge Obama on his credentials to even run for the office! 🙂

Dr. K, I am so proud that you were able to attend. This was the best conference I’ve seen. The questions after were great along with the answers as to why they will or will not go down certain avenues all made sense.
I sure hope Sheriff Joe calls for a Grand Jury and is allowed to have one.

Sheriffs are law enforcement officers and do not call or seat grand juries. Sheriffs have access to grand juries and can suggest matters for consideration, present evidence and testify before grand juries. Sheriffs may also verify that any grand jury operating within their county is assembled and conducted lawfully. Grand juries, depending on the State, are called by a court, a judge or a DA. Sheriffs most often bring charges to a DA’s office to prosecute who may, depending upon the local administrative rules, seek a grand jury indictment. There is usually nothing to stop a Sheriff from going directly to a grand jury and absolutely nothing to stop a grand jury from dealing directly with a sheriff. Although they are typically lied to in their instructions, grand juries have the power and authority to investigate anything they deem appropriate and to issue subpoenas on their own without the consent of the court or prosecutor. This last point is very important for the People to know and exercise as jurors. Most sheriffs are not aware of the power they can exercise with the proper use of a grand jury. The abuse of control by courts and prosecutors over grand juries has become a serious problem across the country. The education of constitutional sheriffs on this topic is key to restoring constitutional governance.

If it is the DA, court, or judge who call up the grand jury, then there is a little hope.
Yes, I agree that the jury were often lied to about what they can do … I am aware of that. It’s sad.
What enrages me most is the “selective prosecution”, as it completely perverted the system and prevents true justice in a lot of things, twisting a lot of minds.
Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 21-402 In a county with a population of two hundred thousand persons or more a grand jury shall be called every four months each year by the presiding judge of the superior court. Each grand jury shall sit until a new grand jury has been impaneled to replace it or until its term expires pursuant to section 21-403. Additional grand juries shall be called on petition of the county attorney stating the reasons therefor. (emphasis added)
Note the non-discretionary “shall”
A.R.S. 21-408 The county attorney or other prosecuting officer shall attend the grand jurors when requested by them, and may do so although not requested for the purpose of examining witnesses, in their presence, or of giving the grand jurors legal advice regarding any matter cognizable by them. He shall also, when requested by them, draft indictments and cause process to issue for the attendance of witnesses and other evidence. (emphasis added)

Sheriff Arpaio supported the election of Bill Montgomery as Maricopa County Attorney. Perhaps Arpaio can work with Montgomery to have a grand jury impaneled.

“Arizona’s state legislature is currently pushing through a “Candidate Certification Bill” which will directly address the issue of President Obama’s eligibility to hold elected federal office, and ultimately determine his place on the state election ballot come November.
But there exists an effort underway behinds the scenes, which threatens to stall – and eventually kill the legislation.
The bill will require any candidate to sign an affidavit confirming their eligibility documentation, and would impose a penalty for perjury if they were later found to be ineligible.
The bill was presented at a press conference which took place on Tuesday inside the state’s historic capitol court room. Amidst an almost complete national media black-out on the issue, AZ Bill HB2480, spearheaded by State Representative Carl Seel(R), has since passed the Senate Government Reform Committee, but has become stuck in a senate committee.
According to Seel, the reason the bill has been stalled is because of a rather unreasonable request by Sen. Barto. In an unprecedented move, Sen. Barto has solicited from Rep. Seel a “laundry list” – a fully initialed, full list of names of all Arizona Senators who have committed to vote in support the controversial bill.
This request for a ‘laundry list’ flies in the face of the normal honor’s system practice, whereby law makers normally give their bond in the form of a verbal commitment for support of a bill.
Critics of this unorthodox move might rightly suspect that by possessing the names of each legislator beforehand, Sen. Barto – or perhaps another third party, could then get to each of the bills’ supporters before a vote reaches the floor – in order to change the natural outcome of a vote. If the bill was voted down in this way, it would effectively kill off any future attempts to revive such legislation.
Additionally, such an outcome would also take Arizona Governor Jan Brewer(R) out of this controversial spotlight, as she was the person who vetoed a nearly identical bill which was passed in April 2011 by the state legislature.
Brewer claimed in her veto letter that she was worried that the bill empowered Arizona’s secretary of state to judge the qualifications of not only President Obama, but all candidates who would file to run for office.
If the bill does not clear the Rules Committee by Monday is could very well die there.”
This is misdirection from the existing law
ARS 16311 which already required Obama to produce his birth certificate.
Arizona’s Secretary of State failed to fulfill this law, instead just allowing Obama to attest that he was constitutionally eligible.
PLEASE SOMEONE MUST COVER ARS16311 stop allowing these political shenanigans to distract from the real, existing law. They ignored it in 2008 and what they’re doing is setting things up to ignore ARS16311 yet again in 2012.

Time to force the SOS to produce the affidavit submitted which “include[s] facts sufficient to show that… the candidate will be qualified at the time of election to hold the office the person seeks.”
If the affidavit is not produced or does not show that the candidate is qualified then prosecute the SOS.

I for one would love to see any candidate who know they are of the common people, which is evident by their deeds and actions, upset the campaign finance apple cart by winning the office of President without spending much money to do so. But I know that is a crazy, even insane thought.

I am wondering if you got the sense that there really is something in the works pertaining to ‘the person of interest’ angle? I think it might be the only thing that would actually make the American people take notice of all the combined evidence and get their heads out of the sand.
Thus, I keep saying, ‘if we only had a name!’ Course, then again, if the media wouldn’t cover this story either, I suppose connecting a name to the forgery/forgeries might not have much impact.
Also, might you you be able to tell us anything else about the international aspects of the investigation?
Of course my ears pricked up when I heard that, and I tried to get more information. The individual who knew, and who had interviews Lord Monkton (see that link for possible clues) wouldn’t divulge that information…but said ‘just wait until next week’… 😕

There were at least one or two grand juries in the past, and they had done their work and “presentments” were brought out … nothing happened with those … what happened, and what is going to make this one different?
The ‘citizen grand juries’ were never ‘legally’ formed…and they didn’t have the kind of information the Sheriff now has. This could be presented before a sitting grand jury as the sheriff has access to it…whether it is indeed reviewable is probably a bigger question. For a petit jury, those decisions cannot be reviewed…not so sure with a grand jury. Double jeopardy might apply.
The citizens’ grand juries had 3 basic problems. First, the jury panels were not selected from a random jury pool. Second, the presentments were not clear as to the specific jurisdiction of the particular citizens’ grand jury. And third, the rules of criminal procedure have deliberately excluded citizen grand jury presentments (a self initiated indictment) from their instructions, leaving a judge with the excuse that they don’t know what to do with such a presentment. A citizens’ grand jury is lawful (constitutional) but no judge has had the courage to issue a bill of indictment to a seated grand jury based upon the evidence and presentment of a citizens grand jury.
So the problem with a citizen’s grand jury is enforcement. Aside from the lack of Sound Money and the bankster control afforded by the unconstitutional fiat currency and taxing vortex, the absence of a well regulated State Militia has left the people of each State without the ability secure their freedom and/or enforce a citizens’ grand jury presentment. Like the constitution, our unalienable rights do not defend themselves. It is up to the people (Militia) to defend both the constitution and our God given unalienable rights.
Just like counterfeit money, Sheriff Joe could confiscate all ballots for Obama as evidence of fraud. Of course, if Obama could then prove he was born in the United States to Citizen parents (should take about 20 minutes) the Sheriff would be obligated to release them. And, of course, he would.
The down ballot candidates who are eligible could be counted separately. This would relieve them of suffering any undue burden.

If you listen to Zullo, he illustrates why they have taken the approach they have. Their issue at hand is related to the forgeries and fraud of a “candidate”. Dr. Kate & I spoke earlier today about this very topic in that the definition of NBC has been codified since before the constitution and verified in the founders’ correspondenc, in the courts and congressional record. What you say is true. So how do we enforce it? I’m game if you have a means that will work. Tell us your plan.

Dr Kate has this forum at great expense and of which she lost her livelihood from for starters. It has made a huge difference in many ways. She has taken chit from all sides and she hasn’t given up. This is the first time you pipe up about this? What have you done to make a difference? Where are your efforts?
The road is long and now we are the wiser. Speak up! What have you done to help this situation get beyond “no standing”? That’s where Sheriff Joe comes in…he has standing. You make me sick for your lack of ideas on how to get from point A to B. If not for the TP’ers in AZ who knew it had to be a sheriff to move this forward, you would have a reason to yell and holler. You need to cool your jets and be part of the solution instead of becoming a loud mouth problem here on this blog.

The country needs to stop asking the Usurper for anything. There is sufficient evidence in that the material that he has provided, and that has come forth, is fraudulent. If a court of law won’t take on this egregious insult to the American people, they have every right to engage in a March on Washington of The People, Assembled, and to stay there, in non-violent civil disobedience, until the Usurper vacates the office; Congress is recalled, for being an accessory to and after the felonious fact; and The People appoint an Officer OF The People, who will call for elections within a time certain (say, 90 days), and in the meantime, clean out the Augean stables of the executive branch of the federal government.

Well, and I would assert that we can be discerning and help the population weaning off the state system…much of which relies on federal goodies. It was never this way before, and we will have to ‘work our way out of it’. Each state may create different systems, but a blanket statement does not help us nor give credit to the work we can do.
I want the goodies to stay. This is okay. What’s not okay is to give citizen dollars to Bankers, dictators, more foreign embassy buildings, and all the global things we have no business doing with few exceptions. Taking care of our own is what Ron Paul is all about only it’s misconstrued. Bachmann said if we don’t get rid of obarker’s death scare insurance bill then we are done as a country.

Greetings to all. This is my first visit to this website and it’s good to see more patriotic Americans trying to take their country back from the usurpers. I’d like to share something with you. It’s the remarks with which I concluded a lengthy essay that I finished today and uploaded to my blog. It’s principally about the nature of the citizenship of Barry Obama, and why it’s not natural from every perspective, social, natural, political, and constitutional.
A Zombie Press, Lobotomized Government, and a Naturalized President

Will ignorance, indifference, and cowardice allow the conspiracy against the Constitution to be rewarded a second time? If they do then we may find ourselves irrevocable on the path to mandatory socialism. Socialistic aims and sentiments have dominated American politics and law-making for 100 years and their tentacles are deeply entrenched in nearly every major aspect of American life, so it’s very possible for such a powerful influence to win the day next November and thus continue to strangle the future with choking debt and bureaucratic authoritarianism.
Then the socialists with have won and liberty will have lost, and all will experience the ship of state go down; -slowly or swiftly, but it will go down as impossible mandates and entitlements raise the debt so high that eventually those who fuel it with loans will close their pocket-books and the whole house of cards will collapse.
When that finally happens, there will be more than enough blame to go around, -between the traitors to the Constitution and betrayers of future generations, and those who went along to get alone, and of course all of those who slept until the very end.
I recall watching 60 Minutes one Sunday during the 70s and they showed oblivious upper-class people playing tennis as the gunfire of the invading Khmer Rouge army could be heard in the distance as it was fighting its way into Phnom Penn, the capital of Cambodia. Within weeks, all of the sleeping, secure, satisfied citizens of Cambodian society had been killed, and killed in the millions. A stark lesson in the potential consequences of a nation being out of touch with reality.
We can hope and work to wake people up to the need to elect people who will put us back on the track to a responsible and limited government, but if we can judge the future by the past, it doesn’t look good because finding enough people who have a spine and the willingness to use it is almost more that we can hope for. Self-interest is what has created the very sick status quo in the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the federal government and there is little to no hope on that horizon. If rescue comes, it will have to be from the States. More and more of them are willing to stand-up for the Constitution and fiscal responsibility, but they face enormous opposition from Washington and spoiled socialist unions which control many state governments and hold them hostage to unsupportable pension and medical care contracts.
But for the present, enjoy the sunshine while it lasts. Don’t assume it will be around forever because we’ve tied heavy weights around our collective waist and the bottom of the boat is beginning to disintegrate. Can we fix the boat and remove the weights in time? Only time will tell.

It seems like the Establishment GOP is pushing Rubio for VP. This is a self-destructive move because they cannot use the nbc argument on Jan 9. 2013 to object at the elector’s confirmation hearing, in the likely event that O wins the election. (Althogh the bc can still be used.)
It is also disregarding the constitution. . Furthermore, if in the future, SCOTUS rules on nbc confirming the 2-parents-citizens-at-time-of-birth, the GOP would suffer politically (as the protector of the constitution).
Rubio should be offered a good visible job (not requiring nbc) in advance and well publicized. That would have the same effect on the Hispanic voters as nominating him for VP (which is not a real job anyway). Rubio is a fine guy and should have place in the government but not as VP.
It is hard to understand the suicidal policies of the Establishment GOP. Can anyone explain it?

But I still don’t understand their thinking (GOP’s). If they like Rubio why can they just not give him a good, well-adertized and visible job? By putting him on the ticket they create a sizable opposition in the constitutional camp. Many conservative voters will stay home on Election Day, if Rubio is the VP nominee. The GOP cannot afford that. My point was that they can please the Hispanic voters without that. ( I am convinced that that is their main reason. )
Troy is probably right that Rubio is Establishment oriented. But the Prez nominee will probably be not better. It is the same dilemma as with McCain in 2008. The core conservative GOP does not like the candidate. If they vote they vote for the lesser evil. With Rubio as VP nominee, they are not only undermining the constitution but they are demoralizing their voting base thereby repeating the 2008 scenario.
What’s to ‘understand their thinking”? They are establishment and don’t care about the constitution. Remember, none of the republicans have seized on the opportunity to nail obama with this. Why? Because they want to do the same thing he did.

I talk with life-long GOP voters. They are all puzzled and scared that the GOP political moves or inactions will lead to a 2nd term.
Let’s put it this way. We understand that they don’t value the constitution any more than the Dems. That is not part of the puzzle. What is, that the Establishment GOP leadership seem to follow tactic and strategy that will result in defeat. If these were uneducated and ignorant people one could explain it that way. But they are not, they are well educated and some of them are very smart. It is taken for granted that they would not spend all the energy and money if they were secret supporters of O.
But then why on earth are perusing policies that might lead to their demise? This is the part we don’t understand.
One would not care less if the GOP disappeared from the face of earth. However, unfortunately, again as in 2008, the GOP is the “lesser evil” choice.
Have you ever thought of the possibility that it is just a set up for another Obama term? I have. I’ve written no less than 3 posts about the choice of Romney being an obvious loser to Obama. Guess they’d rather pretend they are fighting obama for the next four years than save the country. Its a scam, get with the program here. Its a waste of time to wonder about this when it is obvious.

Why do you assume that we are totally passive? We have written letters to Rubio weeks ago. When it was first rumored that he might be a VP nominee.
The reason for seeking “logic”, or better put: sense in the GOP’s thinking is that we can try to counter act their false or dangerous strategies. But for that, it is vital to understand what they are thinking. It is not waste of time.
It has been rumored that they don’t mind losing in 2012, because they think O can beat them anyway, but they will try in 2016. That supports your thesis.
However, it would be nice to get hold of some quotes (or leaks) directly from the horse’s mouth (from the leadership of the Establishment GOP).
I am not assuming you are passive. But you keep asking questions that have been asked and answered long ago, as if there is some magic thing out there that we don’t know. All power to you if you can find it. Go ahead and find out what they are thinking, that is why i said to write letters. If you get a straight answer, let us know. One frame clearly shows Governor Abercrombie leaving the Kinko’s late at night, on April 25th, two days before Obama unveiled the “official” document.
The night manager at Kinko’s, Mr. Marvin Ishikawa, further corroborated what was shown on the video.
