In the midst of one of the greatest assaults on our Nation since its founding– the usurpation of the Presidency– We the People have turned to the Constitution as our guide to identifying and resolving the problem of Obama’s on-going violation of Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 and other Articles of the Constitution.
On the table in recent days are reports of Obama’s mental state as a disability and removal through the 25th Amendment, and with a hat tip to reader KM, Article II of the Constitution itself. Both avenues are worth considering and seem a reasonable way to remove a usurper, but many including me are left with questions,
what about the civil and criminal charges against Obama, his ineligibility, and all the things done under his watch, and the court-martial of LTC Terry Lakin?
The answer to these questions is still the Constitution as we defend our defenders: those who have risen to defend our Constitution and are in the arena, fighting for all of us: Commander Charles Kerchner–with the brilliance of Mario Apuzzo, and LTC Terrence Lakin, having the integrity to obey his oath of office and ensure his orders are legal. The love of country more than self, the absolute integrity of upholding the oath to protect and defend the constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help me God, has not failed.
And we must not waiver in our support of and insistence that the Kerchner case be heard and that LTC Terry Lakin have a fair trial where evidence of Obama’s eligibility is absolutely required. Our lives and our Nation depend on these bold works.
Resignation or removal by any means will not protect Obama from these charges, nor will it allow him to jail by fiat a decorated Army officer.
And that is our mission. No matter who is behind the Obama machine or how he is removed, Obama and his enablers must be fully outed and held accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors against our country. It is the beginning of the end of this thievery.

I’ve been petitioning my heavenly Father for 2 years concerning this matter in our country, and I would abundantly rejoice for this nightmare to come to an end! If he had mental instability before usurping the Office of the President, he shouldn’t have run for the office to begin with (just like he said he wouldn’t). Dear drkate-I don’t buy that devise-scare tactic re: rioting either, never did. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and went down there during the riots-when Rev. Martin Luther King was murdered and I know for a fact that I was one of the few. Mayor Daley declared martial law-3 days (with good reason) from the suburbs to city of Chicago 40 miles (approx) absolutely no vechicles except military (Viet Nam was going on at that time too)and us-very young, very stupid, very curious what can I say. Parts were funny-someone had a real good time toilet papering the expressway. Mayor Daley yelled a lot, somewhat like your own father when you were naughty. “Burn Baby Burn” later I would ask my cousins why don’t they demolish these burned out hulks, I don’t think parts of the city ever recovered-sad to say who would invest there-criminal element-gang bangers, drug dealers took over from there “community organizers” ie. slum landlords. End of a sad story which continues to this very day.

I pray that it is true that so any of the active military are going to support LTC Lakin by refusing to follow orders by an ineligible pResident. I have felt that it is going to have to be our military that will get us out of this mess. They are the ones who will have to go into the White House and arrest him and his cronies. Thanks for the info and link–although I am totally against this “theft” of our existing accounts, this is no more than a massive ‘ponzi’ scam at best.
We already are forced to contribute to SS which they have always stolen from and now this is just another way for them to steal even more.
These criminals who so called thought this up will ‘word’ this sale to the American people in a format that will extice everyone into believing this is going to make them rich at retirement and we all know that is so impossible for the mere fact that they will again continue to rob from that account.
