America is now entering it’s third year of the Obama-Congress-Judiciary’s blatant disregard for breach of the requirements for the President as prescribed in Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution:
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.
As described here, here, here, here, and here, the “natural born Citizen” requirement is ultimately a national security safeguard for the person who would occupy the position of Commander in Chief of our Armed Forces. Anyone who ignores this fact of origin of the clause is intellectually dishonest lying.
The clause itself contains three key phrases… simple, yet elegantly and concisely describing what was meant:
- natural born Citizen
- or
- Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution,
As many over time have delineated:
- “citizen”, or “born citizen”, does not mean “natural born citizen”.
- “or” does not mean “and”
- “Citizen of the United States” does not mean “Citizen of the United States, at the time of Adoption of this Constitution”
The eligibility deniers parse the phrases, mix them up, cite modern case law, and use the 14th amendment to dishonestly argue the plain meaning of the words of the Constitution.
National Security Concerns
The Commander in Chief and President of the United States commands immense power, and once those powers are expanded, no new President, regardless of party, relinquishes any. The power of the armed forces, to stand down, deploy for foreign scams, is in that person’s hands.
For 2011:
- Missile defense, deployment, and initiatives
- Sharia law allowed/tolerated in the U.S. military or other double standards developed
- Excessive chem-trailing and other onerous actions
- UN concessions
- More political prisoners?

Implications for 2011
The implications of having an illegal, undocumented foreigner in our White House are still just as grave as in 2009 when Obama and the anti-Americans seized the White House and all three branches of government.
In addition to Obama’s ineligibility usurpation breach of Article II, there are a huge volume of egresses that must be reversed, overturned, defunded, and otherwise addressed legislatively at both the state and federal level. It is all hands on deck.

Well, I ordered a copy of The Declaration & Constitution in Today’s English by F. Robert Serrao. Web site where you can order: http://www.intodaysenglish.com
Guess what, Article II Section 1, on page 23 clearly states:
“No person except one born to citizen parents of the United States (natural born)” Notice parents is plural.
I ordered this copy because I wanted to see if this new, in today’s English, version would change the wording and it does not. However, the copy from National Center for Constitutional Studies, Second Edition, 2005, completely leaves out the definition of parents and only states Natural Born Citizen. The quote in the attorney memo to Congress/Senate in 2009 only refers to parent (singular).
Appears several different versions since the original, so if you order a pocket version of the Constitution, be careful which one you get. DELIBERATE CONFUSION

Yes, they are. There are a couple of things that I do that seem to help with my multiple chemical sensitivity issues.
Here’s an excerpt from someone who’s overcome severe symptoms from spraying:

I still have the teeth to this day because at some point in time if this ever does become public, I’m going to sue the ass off them. And I tried to tell people—I had photographs, etcetera—and I tried to tell people and nobody would listen. And I said look, this is bad. Watched a movie this am on tru tv–made in 01 called the Last Castle, great cast-star was Robert Redford and the story line was a military prison full of troops who fought back and won–took out the entire prison! Guess 2001 was not the right time to bring out this movie as I had never heard of it, with 911 the world just stopped. I know that you have the true soul of a patriot and a writer because you write from the heart. Have you considered a book deal for your previous website writings. You are always right on target and this time period in history is important. It needs to be documented and preserved for future generations. You could publish the majority of your past website works with a book title something like “A Patriot’s Heart”. A possibility would be to even think about would be a series of books over a time period, as history unfolds. Removing Obama will be a long drawn out process and it is important to document this history and also that of Col Lakin. This history needs to be saved for future generations and not rewritten by others.

It would make me quite uncomfortable to be referred to as a ‘hero’. Having courage does not mean one does not fear. It does mean one is able to overcome their fear and not be frozen from action. It would also make me uncomfortable for people to express sympathy for my circumstance. That has sometimes caused me to refrain from expressing certain stresses in my life, even with my own family. But then I’m a guy.
Some here have asked what you can do. In all the time that I have known Kate, she has never asked for a donation. It is likely that many here haven’t even noticed the donation button along the right side of this site. It is a fact that Kate has never hesitated to financially support those activities she believes in. She has not only paid her own way, but has funded the activities of others such as Revolution Radio and the Third Continental Congress virtual meetings and seminars. My point is, if you are waiting for Dr. Kate to ask for a donation, don’t hold your breath. The PayPal donation button is on the right hand side of this website. I trust that all donations will be put to good use and are needed. Having a good war chest may allow for representation to do a lot more and a lot quicker. There are those that are constantly asking and I do not trust…at all, like some attorneys and well known charities I could name.
