It was only a matter of time before Obama paid for another forged birth certificate. Obviously the obots, the media, and the intellectually dishonest are having a happy time with this, although none of them will say it is a valid long-form certificate. A forgery is a forgery is a forgery. He still won’t have it forensically analyzed so the plan is to have people noodle around for months on this latest forged birth certificate.
No doubt this is an effort to have us discuss and dispute Jerome Corsi’s book so it has minimal impact on Obama’s re-election plans, and to once again focus on the birth certificate rather than obama’s fundamental fatal flaw: he was born a brit and will forever be a brit.
But we won’t be fooled. No need to prove this document is a forgery because all the other evidence, including its late release, undermine its credibility. And Mr. Obama’s own behavior speaks volumes.

I say Terry Lakin and Judge Roy Moore should run on a presidential ticket. Both should have standing in a court to get to the core issue of NBC.

Hopefully I will be wrong and you will be right about the Corsi book. Time will tell. I have followed the WND forum on BHO’s eligibility since mid 2008, so I am up to date on the technical legal issues. It is my opinion and I am entitled to my opinion, that Corsi saw an opportunity to capitalize on this issue AND make a lot of $$ at the same time. I do have a bit of an inside perspective on this so maybe it was unfair of me to be so opinionated before the book has even been published and read.
However, I have a number of issues with Joseph Farah. Farah wrote a commentary in support of Rick Perry, Texas governor, running for POTUS. You may or may not live in TX, but Rick Perry is a NWO globalist, attends Bilderberger conferences in Istanbul, supports the Texas Transcorridor superhighway linking Mexico to Canada, and a host of other globalist policies. Do you want your 11 year old daughter to be forced to get a Guardasil vaccination against an STD??? Perry passed this executive order (or equivalent) in Texas in 2006. If you don’t mind, I just happen to question the conservative bona fides of Joseph Farah, and this is only one of maybe 10 other issues of a conservative nature I have with Farah and his WND site. Maybe overall, he is a good influence, but when you begin to examine where Farah is on critical issues, I can only side with him maybe less than 50% of the time. As documented by a number of conservative pundits and bloggers, Farah did not throw his support to McCain in 2008, and tacitly or by de facto, led an unknown percentage of his supporters and readers, to sit out the election. In my opinion, Farah has pushed the birth certificate issue when everyone who can read knows that BHO has revealed the identity of his biological father. There are 3 relevant definitions of US citizens.
1. Natural born citizen is born to two American citizens on American soil.
2. Native born is born on American soil to one or two non-citizen parents, also known as an anchor baby. A native born citizen cannot be president. Otherwise why would several states considering legislation to require proof of eligibility use the terminology natural born citizen and not native born. That are not equal.
3. A naturalized citizen is born in a different country and immigrates here, applies for, and receives citizenship.
Farah knows the above and chose to push the birth certificate issue. It has been and continues to be a red herring. If Farah had been pushing the NBC issue as hard as he has pushed the birth certificate issue for 3 years, we would be much further down the road to ousting BHO, in my humble opinion.

If you follow the link inside of that comment, you’ll see that according to the Constitution (14th Amendment) there are only 2 categories of citizens:
1) citizens at birth (or, in other words, Natural Born Citizens mentioned in Article 2-1-5). Of course Natural Born Citizen is born in the US to two American citizens;
2) naturalized citizens.

Clarifying, ‘citizens at birth’ in the Fourteenth Amendment are NOT ‘natural born citizens’ according to ARticle II.

Joseph Farah of WND, said on a regional radio show this morning, that even if the bc is genuine the 17-year-old US citizen mother can not transmit citizenship if the father is a foreigner (because not yet 18). I think he is wrong, because this law applies only when the child was born outside of the US.
I think that the “anchor-baby” law would allow citizenship. However, Farah maybe right partially, because it is probably not automatic, meaning that an application should be filed (and approved) for the child to be US citizen and probably a bc has to be attached to the application.
Would you please comment?

A Forensic Expert said there were some things about it he believed were questionable but would need to see the original and not an image for proper examination.
Yes, Monica Crowley finally brought up the NBC issue. Crowley made these points:
1. The Founding Fathers put it there for a reason.
2. NBC has never been defined by the courts.
3. Because its never been defined, the concept keeps changing & has different meanings to different people.

Well, no, and I respectfully disagree with this that it clarifies ‘nbc’. No act of law (i.e., statement in the 39th congress) can create a natural born citizen.
You can’t take the constitution’s bare language and interpret it through any subsequent law or legal ruling except the 1857 supreme court ruling in Minor and the deliberations on the 14th amendment which reaffirmed the essential definition of nbc, born in the country of two parents not subject to any foreign allegiance.
We are not rehashing or reconsidering NBC here, its a definition that must stick because the Supremes chose not to rule, and, for 235 years we have come to live with that definition. we have no independent legal or constitutional authority to arbitrarilty separate birth place from citizenship of parents as part of the whole, natural law of the ‘natural born citizen’
The founders did not expect that a battery of lawyers would have to interpret this phrase…they wrote it for every day people who were running the government.

If one parent is a brit citizen and one is a US citizen you are not natural born. His dad was an ALIEN as shown on his immigration papers.

So applying that to O: Say for arguments sake that the “new bc” is genuine. So O would be an anchor-baby-citizen (not nbc) provided that the proper applications were taken care of.
Or there is no required application for anchor babies? If there is O, should be asked to provide that paperwork. How does an anchor baby get a passport for example? Provides a bc? Or more paperwork required?

Look at the 14th amendment. It’s intent was to codify US Citizenship and grant citizenship to former slaves “born subject to jurisdiction” because they were country-less but born subject to the jurisdiction of the USA. Article I section 8 codifies statutory citizenship to include those persons who were former slaves, who have at least one US citizen parent or who were naturalized.
UNLESS AN ANCHOR BABY NATURALIZES THEY ARE NOT A LEGAL CITIZEN.
Why? Because they are born with ZERO US Citizen parents, and are jus sanguinis citizens of Mexico (or wherever).
All natural born citizens require 2 US Citizen parents.

I just took a good look at the fake B/c and saw another problem. The K in Kenya and the K in Kansas are totally different as if typed on different machines and at different times. It appears that at least one of them was left over and new letters were added after it. They are not lined up correctly.
