The definitions of terms media has used have deliberately been changed to confuse their meanings, facilitating the demise of our republican form of government. Left and right have been changed from indicating form of government to merely indicating which side of the isle one sits in the House. Communism gave way to the term socialism which gave way to democracy which has been glorified to facilitate the demise of our republican form of government. Once upon a time, a Democrat was a constitutionalist clinging to their guns and Bibles. Okay, I finally got to watch Thrive to the end. It is new age humanism. So much of their definition of the problem is correct, but then they look to man for the solution, if not aliens. They fail to see the need for The perfect loving God at the top of the pecking order. What did man do in the garden? Here is a statistical fact determined by research completed over 20 years ago regarding Christian men: Only 1 out of 10 men will make a positive change in their lives if they hear a truth; 1 out of 10 will never make a positive change no matter what, and; 8 out of 10 will only make a positive change in the context of a relationship. The next stat is critical: Only 1 out of 20 men have that kind of close relationship with another man capable of holding them accountable. All have fallen short of the glory of God. Christ said, “only the Father is good.” The Holy Spirit answered my question as to what that meant…Good is that which sustains you eternally. Humanity is weak, lustful and greedy. The Thrive concept is just another group thinking they can be God. What made this nation great for a time was that it was based upon law, not men. I got chastised for my lecture about the importance of forgiveness. We are told in Scripture that few will accept the gift of Christ’s salvation. From what I saw, Thrive leaves God out of the formula. Leaving out the only ‘good’ we have leaves one with nothing but self and no way to be sustained. The law is good but no man is capable of not breaking it and all are thus condemned by the law. In my humble opinion, Thrive is a delusional pipe dream. It educates and deceives at the same time. I am sometimes baffled by how quickly many people quickly assume that because they were not personally named in some piece of legislation, that somehow the provisions of that legislation do not and could not apply to them. Having spent a great deal of time over the years dissecting legislative language, backtracking changes to code & title and the ever popular “redefinition of terms” used to change the entire common understanding of what a word or phrase means within these tortured constructs called legislation, I know better.
My recent article on S.1867 elicited comments to the effect that a few commenters had read the bill and that I was simply being inflammatory and emotional. Yes…..of course….that must be it.

Foreign Ministry reports circulating in the Kremlin today are warning that an already explosive situation in the United States is about to get a whole lot worse as a new law put forth by President Obama is said capable of seeing up to 500,000 American citizens jailed for the crime of opposing their government.
Sparking the concern of Russian diplomats over the growing totalitarian bent of the Obama government is the planned reintroduction of what these reports call one of the most draconian laws ever introduced in a free society that is titled “The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act”.
First introduced in the US Congress in 2007 by Democratic Representative Jane Harmon, this new law passed the US House of Representatives by a secretive voice vote, but failed to pass the US Senate, after which it was believed dead until this past week when it was embraced by Obama who became the first American President to name his own citizens as a threat to his Nations security.
In what is called the National Security Strategy document, that is required of US Presidents by their Congress, that embraces the dictatorial ideals of the “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act”, Obama has ordered his Federal police and intelligence forces to begin targeting Americans opposed to him and his radical socialist polices.
Obama’s top counter-terrorism advisor, John Brennan, in speaking to reporters about this new “strategy” says it makes the problem of home-grown terrorists a top priority because an increasing number of individuals in the US have become “captivated by extremist ideology or causes.”
The Times of London is further reporting that Obama’s new National Security Strategy “officially” ends America’s “War on Terror” in what they call “a sweeping repudiation of the Bush doctrine of pre-emptive military strikes.”
And as Obama begins re-focusing his forces from fighting America’s foreign enemies, to those opposed to him in his own country, it is important to remember the warning about this new law given by the former CIA official, Philip Giraldi, who had previously warned of the Bush-Cheney plan to attack Iran with nuclear weapons, and who said:
“The mainstream media has made no effort to inform the public of the impending Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act. The Act, which was sponsored by Congresswoman Jane Harman of California, was passed in the House by an overwhelming 405 to 6 vote on October 24th and is now awaiting approval by the Senate Homeland Security Committee, which is headed by Senator Joseph Lieberman of Connecticut.
Harman’s bill contends that the United States will soon have to deal with home grown terrorists and that something must be done to anticipate and neutralize the problem. The act deals with the issue through the creation of a congressional commission that will be empowered to hold hearings, conduct investigations, and designate various groups as “homegrown terrorists.”
The commission will be tasked to propose new legislation that will enable the government to take punitive action against both the groups and the individuals who are affiliated with them. Like Joe McCarthy and HUAC in the past, the commission will travel around the United States and hold hearings to find the terrorists and root them out.
Unlike inquiries in the past where the activity was carried out collectively, the act establishing the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Commission will empower all the members on the commission to arrange hearings, obtain testimony, and even to administer oaths to witnesses, meaning that multiple hearings could be running simultaneously in various parts of the country.
The ten commission members will be selected for their “expertise,” though most will be appointed by Congress itself and will reflect the usual political interests. They will be paid for their duties at the senior executive pay scale level and will have staffs and consultants to assist them.
Harman’s bill does not spell out terrorist behavior and leaves it up to the Commission itself to identify what is terrorism and what isn’t.
Language inserted in the act does partially define “homegrown terrorism” as “planning” or “threatening” to use force to promote a political objective, meaning that just thinking about doing something could be enough to merit the terrorist label.

Another irony apparently lost upon the American people is that their President Obama, who has been dubbed “The Great Communicator”, now holds the dubious distinction of having held less press conferences than any American President in modern history. And if yesterday’s press conference, his first in nearly a year, was any example one can see why as incredulous press corps was left astounded that Obama had no knowledge of the firing/resignation of one of his top officials.
In all of these events one fact, beyond all others, stands out….in what was once called “The Land of the Free, And the Home of the Brave”…..the United States today has become “The Land Of Slave, And the Home of the Coward”….and these Americans have only themselves to blame.

The Communist have coveted the power of America for so many years, that when they finally obtained it through stealth theft by usurpation by Obama, they became intoxicated. Dr. Kate is quite correct by saying in essence they will do anything to keep it.
When they chose the Obamas to be their puppet figure heads, they truly believed the Obamas were so cute and charming that Americans would simply coo and awe over the darling couple and forgive the questions of his eligibility while they overtly dismantled America. One of the X factors they never anticipated that came forward was the Tea Party. They also didn’t anticipate the monumental challenge to his birth certificate and other documents. That challenge and the Tea Party have been the fly in their ointment ever since. The pressures this has caused for the usurper assassin have pushed them into a corner. That makes them extremely dangerous.
The creating and funding of OWS that appears to have world wide sympathy is being paid for by our tax money stolen from America by Obama. The well organized global protest, though kept secret– is Muslim cooperation organized. This entire protest with its fake grievances and phony purpose is a false flag–as already mentioned. It also is more. It is a red flag to America that they are planning something far worse for middle America. They are planning to remove us from our homes, confiscate our real and personal property, and ultimately murder us. The proof of this is in Janet Napolitano’s Homeland Security Report that was issued to police captains across America in early 2009. In it she names us as the home land terrorists-by calling those who believe too much in the Constitution terrorists. That report has set up the legalization for them to shoot us on site if they claim we are too unruly in public or whatever. It may also legitimize entering our homes and seizing property without a search warrant.
The second red flag as what they will do if we fail to get the assassination usurper and his gang out, are the FEMA camps. We need to learn more and expose them. Why are they there? Why so many?
The third red flag regarding Obama’s Marxists plans for us, is the corruption of the entire judicial system starting with Elena Kagen, Sonia Sotomayer and the rest of the Supreme court dishonorables. This goes along with all the people in power and with power who have looked the other way and have done nothing. You can be certain when the genocide begins, they won’t be the ones sent to a FEMA camp. They will be the one who knew they were guilty the first time they sentenced an innocent man.

Crime Pays
I am beginning to believe “CRIME PAYS.” Everything we all believed would never happen in America has happened. The bad guys are winning with their lies, cheating, sophistry, bribes, and intimidation. The reality is the NH election board should be indicted for aiding, abetting and co conspiracy for what they just did. The fact no one will do a thing to charge them in the same way the Electoral College committed a felony when they voted for Obama without vetting him. Crimes pays and honesty is a crime.

The Congressional Research Service, the research arm of Congress, has launched a defense of Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility with a 50-page report that “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” author Jerome Corsi has described as a “polemic aimed at convincing readers” Obama meets the requirements to be president.
Shortly after Obama took office, it was CRS staffer Jerry W. Mansfield, an information research specialist in the Knowledge Services Group, who wrote a memo titled “Qualifications of Barack Obama to Be President of the United States” that seemed aimed at providing talking points for members of Congress whose constituents who were questioning the absence of documentation for Obama.
Now comes the new campaign from CRS Legislative Attorney Jack Maskell, which seems to redefine eligibility, equating “native born” with the constitutional “natural born” citizen.
