Hawaii verified two things that are fatal to Obama’s qualifications for the presidency: first, he has a foreign father who was never an American; second, Obama is a dual citizen.
Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s Milquetoast email request for Hawaii to confirm the ‘information on Obama’s birth in Hawaii, and to accept an email response, got him what he, the republicans, and Obama wanted: another false ‘official’ statement from Hawaii’s Department of Heath (HDOH) supposedly validating Obama’s birth in Hawaii. Ah, more ‘stuff’ that they can hide behind, claiming ‘due diligence’ has been done.
Hoping to put an end to the story,those pesky ballot challenges and Sheriffs, Hawaii and the AZ SoS perpetuate the myth and meme of ‘born in the USA”, or “American citizen”–as the only qualifying factor for President– to deceive the voting public. The Hawaii release did not authenticate Obama’s 2011 electronic version of the Birth Certificate, leaving Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation in tact and relevant. Hawaii also did not verify anything about Obama’s adoption.

What no one expected was to have Barack Obama’s dual citizenship confirmed, again, by listing the name and birthplace of the father Barack Obama Senior and Kenya, East Africa (lots of name changes there since the 2008 short form). Barack Obama junior was born a dual citizen of Britain and the United States. The failure for Mr. Obama is that once born a British citizen, one cannot lose that citizenship unless it is specifically renounced. His Kenyan citizenship may have expired unless he claimed it in 1983-but not his original British bonafides.
Article II Section 1 Clause 5 of the Constitution requires the president to be either in either one of two citizenship categories:
- a ‘natural born citizen’, or
- a ‘citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this Constitution’:
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Solid Constitutional, legal, and historic information support the definition of natural born citizen that must be used until the United States Supreme Court says differently. A natural born citizen is born in the United States of parents who are American citizens. Not a single parent; not the mother or the father, but both parents.
Obama has a foreign father thus fails the two-citizen parent test.
The consistent mistakes made by all deniers of Article II include citing erroneous case law, the 14th Amendment, or stating Article II reads that ‘citizens’ are allowed to be President, ignoring the necessary phrase ‘at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution’ in context. Other mistakes are made in looking to English Common Law’s definitions of and rules for acquiring ‘citizenship’. A British citizen-subject is not an American natural born citizen.
But even if these common mistakes that Obama supporters and attorneys make are allowed to stand in court, no one can say that Article II permits a dual citizen to be the president.
You have to be ‘natural born’ or, a ‘citizen at the time of the adoption of this Constitution’. The Constitution does not add that category dual citizen as eligible for the Presidency. Nothing in any further legislation or amendment makes the Presidency open to being filled by a ‘naturalized’ American citizen.
The bottom line is that even if you think there is ambiguity in the definition of ‘natural born citizen’, there is NO AMBIGUITY that a dual citizen cannot be president or vice president of the United States.
Bennett’s Mistake is an Opening
Bennett makes his first mistake by asking only if Obama was born in Hawaii. In doing so, Bennett actually takes it upon himself to define natural born citizen as ‘born in the USA” in contrast to 200 years of Constitutional law and Supreme Court case law in the United States. Furthermore, by ignoring the citizenship of Barack Obama’s father and Obama’s resulting dual citizenship, Bennett is unlawfully expanding the definition of natural born citizen to include dual citizens. As the State’s top election official, he has no authority to change the definition of natural born citizen nor to expand the classes of citizens qualified to hold the office.
After informing Secretary Bennett of Mr. Obama’s statement admitting the British Nationality Act governs his citizenship, the next series of questions for Secretary Bennett could include:
- Does the Constitution permit a dual citizen to hold the office of President?
- Does the Constitution permit a ‘naturalized’ citizen to hold the office of President?
- Has Barack Obama renounced his dual citizenship with Britain?
- Does Barack Obama’s known adoption by an Indonesian affect his existing dual citizenship?
- Has Barack Obama naturalized as an American citizen?
These are questions Secretary Bennett should forward to the Attorney General. An honest investigation will find that unless the Constitution is formally amended or the Supreme Court rules on these questions, Mr. Obama cannot qualify for Arizona’s ballot.
(update) This information, coupled with his publicist’s printing of his biography raises significant doubt as to the legal validity or wisdom of placing Barack Obama on the ballot. After all is said and done, this is misprision of felony!
Let this be the due diligence Arizonan’s require and their public servants provide. Let this effort lock him out of our White House forever!

The facts in this article are close to accurate but miss the mark in a few ways. A dual-citizen can be President if the secondary citizenship is derived from birth abroad and not from a foreign father. American children are all natural born if born to American parents. If born to foreign parents then they absolutely must be born in the U.S. in order to obtain 14th Amendment constitutional citizenship. But constitutional citizens are never natural citizens since they aren’t born as natural citizens because they are born to foreigners and possess only naturalized legal citizenship. Natural citizens do not possess “legal citizenship” since their citizenship is the result of natural blood connection, not human law.
No law grants nor legislates their citizenship since it is an unalienable natural right.They can be born anywhere on earth or even not on earth. They are still natural Americans, and like John McCain, eligible to be President.
As for Bennet, it must be assumed that he’s a fraud. Any Sec. Of State that doesn’t know the constitutional requirement of natural born citizenship, even though he’s an attorney by profession (I assume) is either too stupid to hold office, or is too dishonest to hold office. One has to suspect the latter. The whole sham of exchanging emails to “confirm” the supposed Hawaiian birth location is like conducting a Kabuki dance and pretending it isn’t orchestrated. Meaning yes in fact citizenship is covered by law and not an unalienable right. Since Obama’s father was not of US citizenship the context of the article is correct. I would point out that John McCain’s parents were both US citizens making that comparison unequal.

I have been picking up on some mixed signals on wnd, as well. Didn’t Corsi attend Harvard? Makes me say, hmmmm? Is there truth that he attended school in Indonesia? He would have had to been an Indonesian citizen to do so. That citizenship alone, regardless of whether he was truly born a nbc of the US or who his real daddy was, would disqualify him of ever being our President. What a mixed up can of worms.

If I may add a point – why would the founders have even included the requirement if there was no difference between a native born, natural born and/or naturalized citizen? The answer is they would not. Natural born is the standard. We know that the founders consulted Vattel’s law of nations and were familiar with it.
Benjamin Franklin sent a thank you letter to the author for the copies he sent that were used by the founders. George Washington never returned his copy to his local library. It was only discovered in his collection and returned a few years ago.
In addition there are laws on the books today that reference the fact of the difference between native born and natural born. That this man has been allowed to hold the office is appalling. The point of having a natural born citizen as president and CiC of the military is to avoid the pitfalls of having someone with divided loyalties in that position.
The complicity of the 110th (and following) Congress, the SCOTUS and the state governments in this matter is beyond denial right on into criminal.
Being the person who discovered the fact of “naturalized, native and natural-born citizen” being mentioned in the Repatriation section of the Citizenship & Immigration Service website, when I learned that the web page had been removed, I decided to try to find out if I could relocate it. There is something both heartening and humorous about Netanyahu setting aside precious time to contemplate Ruth on Shavuot.
On Wednesday afternoon in Baghdad, a few thousand kilometers away from the Prime Minister’s Jerusalem Residence, the world powers known as the P5+1 – the US, China, Russia, France, Britain and Germany – sat down for much anticipated talks with the Iranians about their nuclear program.
At the same time, just a few hundred meters away from the Prime Minister’s Residence, 100 or so people loudly demonstrated for the rights of Ethiopian immigrants and against discrimination.
And all the while, for two hours on a mild afternoon, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu – with a small black kippa on his head – sat in the covered courtyard of his home with 16 rabbis, academics, Bible scholars, archeologists and linguists, and discussed the meaning of the Book of Ruth, which will be read on Shavuot on Sunday in synagogues around the world. His wife, Sara, sat next to him, and his two sons sat on a bank of chairs set to the side.
There was something at once heartening and slightly humorous about Netanyahu setting aside precious time in the late afternoon to talk about Biblical figures Tamar and Yehuda, Naomi and Boaz, Ruth and David, while Iran loomed so large, and domestic issues beckoned so seriously.
It was heartening in that it is uniquely elevating seeing the prime minister of the Jewish state taking time out to study the Bible, the heart of Jewish existence. One cannot talk about Jewish historic rights to this place, which the prime minister does constantly, without appreciating and understanding the Bible.

I am very disappointed in this crowd. While you all fool youselves about R. The criminals are listening, as the recent political theater in Arizona, I believe, had something to do with my claim that NO SOS, in their sovereign duties as chief election officers, have stated that Obama is an eligible natural born Citizen. They will not make that certification because as lawyers they know that they would be liable for fraud. You notice that Bennett never says that Obama in natural born, just that “Hawaii satisfied his concerns”. He got a second hand verification of certification of nothing. That shows that they are scared. What I have a problem with here was that I was totally IGNORED, while the conspiracy theorists and RP wackos (he won’t be elected, and even if he does, he’s just another lying politician– witness the “constitutionalist’s” reaction to Obama’s Usurpation) rant on and on on this blog. I have actually filed a case, w/in the law, that cannot be easily rid of. I am doing something to save this country for my children, rather than ranting on a blog and going no where. So I am thinking, “what is the purpose of this blog”?
Actually lots of people are working behind the scenes. I am helping in the Arizona case and other work in Arizona regarding John McCain. We are all grateful that many have stepped up to the plate to file a ballot challenge, and I was very happy to know of your suit.
I like Ron Paul because of the constitution and sound money; I realize the Rs won’t let him have the nomination, but mainly the banksters won’t. I have said more than once how disappointed I am in Ron Paul not making anything of this usurper Obama and seemingly to ‘not care’. And at the same time, just by removing Obama we are not going to get rid of the problem, it is way deeper and involves most of our existing government including the military.
Let me say again that I will follow your case and report on it.
the purpose of this blog is educational and it regards the constitutional crisis we are facing. Impeachment is for real presidents. On the basis that he is not and never qualified for the office, everything he signed is invalid. With impeachment, we acknowledge he is a ‘legitimate president’, which he is not. His option is arrest, trial and incarceration, or worse.

Impeachment is for a duly sworn-in President. Thanks to the Chief Justice swearing him into office, he duly holds the office even though not constitutionally qualified. But talk of impeachment is delusional because the Republicans in the House don’t have the spine (nor even the awareness of the Constitution’s presidential requirement) and the Dems control the Senate. Think about the travesty we face; either all the conservative leaders and spokesmen are complicit in the usurpation by deliberate silence, or they are all ignorant. But not just ignorant, instead they are certain that their “common knowledge” understanding of presidential eligibility (nothing more than U.S. birth) is absolutely the god’s honest truth. “I may not be right but I’m certain” applies to the whole lot. Dogmatic ignorance is as hard to fight as deliberate corruption and complicity.

Bachman was the beneficiary of the policy of naturalization by marriage, a policy of the United States until the 19th Amendment was passed given women the right to vote. After that the Congress changed the policy which had bestowed citizenship to any foreign women who married an American man. They ended it. Then wives had to obtain their citizenship via the naturalization process. Derivative citizenship was out regarding spouses.
Bachman’s husband had dual U.S.-Swiss citizenship so his Swiss government policy bestowed citizenship on his wife automatically. It had no effect whatsoever on the natural American citizenship with which she was born.

I’m sorry, but many posters are in error when they state that a child is not an American, unless both parents are also US citizens. In the early 1990’s I served as a process director on the island of Saipan, part of the CNMI – a US Commonwealth, not a state.
At that time we had over 25,000 guest workers from China, the Philippines, and Korea on island. An ongoing problem was that almost all of the garment workers were female of child-bearing age. Many of these workers would try to disguise their pregnancies, so as to give birth on US soil.
It is a fact, that any child born under these circumstances becomes a US citizen at birth – set in stone, and almost every woman would appeal to the Federal Courts for visa extensions or residency based on having an American child.
This is a long and fascinating story, but; simply put – born on US soil, you are a citizen.
WE have no disagreement with that, its just that the child is not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. Please read what we are saying here. And, with forged documents, Obama can’t even prove he is an American citizen. Dual citizens cannot be president. Only a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN can be president. Being an American citizen is necessary but not sufficient to be president of the US. Article II, Section 1, Clause 5. Read it, it does not say ‘citizen’, except when referring to the founders, who were ‘grandfathered in’.
