Though the headlines may have died down on Mr. Obama’s occupancy of the White House, millions of Americans know he is still ineligible to serve as POTUS. America was warned many times about this imposter, and now wrings its hands in wonder: why doesn’t Mr. Obama even like America? My first encounter with the breach of Article II was engendered because I could not believe that I was hearing such hatred for America from the Obamas. And now its all confirmed, despite the deniers who still are rankled under the collar because they know ‘birther Obama’ (h/t LC) is the greatest fraud to have been perpetuated on America. And he is sewing the seeds of and enabling our destruction. All foretold.
The benefit of this fiasco is now we can truly see who our Senators and Representatives are….who are sounding articulate but refuse to discuss their own ineligibility (Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio anyone?), or the constitutionalists like Ron Paul who also refused to address this issue when he had a chance. We know Congress actually conspired to prevent this issue from ever seeing the light of day despite tens of millions of inquiries in the last five years.
With a usurper in office (even if he is a Jinn), our government does not exist…it has no actual authority. Who needs to follow ‘the law’ when those who make them aren’t? The ‘separation of powers’ is defunct, with each branch of government and its agencies operating outside the Constitution. While we know the media has been ‘bought’ for a long time, Obama makes it ‘transparent’ that it is fully a state-run propaganda machine.

TJ–absolutely, the word sustainable goes with agenda 21–that word is used a lot in the city in which I live unfortunately. My hope is its the younger population that uses a word because they “think” it’s a cool word not knowing the true agenda/meaning behind it. And you can always say to them, “sustainability goes with agenda 21” and explain it. That happened to me last year and once I told them what it meant, they back tracked and stopped using it. I think because this is a true red state that they stopped using it, especially once they researched the true meaning of the words.
I know about the mortgage/fed reserve, however if you have a mortgage and you sell your property you get to keep the profits (and if you own free and clear) then you keep all of it and do not have to reinvest that money, take it and run!
Of course if you sell for 500k+ then you pay taxes on a portion.

If not they stay where they are until they can.

Um the rule is that if you have lived in the home for the last 2 years then you will not be taxed. Qualifying for the maximum exclusion, $ 500K joint return $ 250K all other, you must meet the ownership and use test. You must have owned and used the property in 2 of the last 5 years from the date of sale. If you have only been in the house a year you will not qualify for the maximum exclusion.
You can exclude less than the maximum under certain circumstances. The circumstances fall into three categories — change in job, health consideration or unforeseen circumstances. It is unlikely you would qualify, however that conclusion can only be made based on a careful review of your circumstances.
By the way, are you sure you are going to have a gain for tax purposes? Given the market action in most areas of the country in the last year a tax gain on holding period of less than a year would be an outstanding deal.

I called and spoke with Senator Ted Cruz’s office this morning even though he is not my senator. I chose him because he is so out spoken on all of barrys agendas and because he seems to want to fight these criminals.
I let it be known to his aide that we are not going to stand down for barry and his criminal thugs anymore that the people are not stupid like Pelosi and Reid throw in our faces.
I told her that the HC bill had to be totally eliminated and there was nothing wrong with the way our health care was prior. I was especially adament about Medicare since that is what they robbed of 716 billion to put into the Medicaid fund, that by robbing a fully funded program was illegal and theft, we put that money there, Medicare and ss is NOT an entitlement, they are fully funded programs and they need to stop stealing from it. I went on and on about the age restrictions of treatment for cancer and the restrictions for incurable diseases and disabilities where it states that we all will be sent for end of life counseling and not get any medical treatment what so ever. She and Senator Cruz are fully aware of this, she said and that he is fighting for votes to completely eliminate this illegal bill and they will continue to work harder because its approaching the deadline. I also told her that I spoke with Boehner’s office several times and was told he is working on repealing it, which seems like a lie now, since he never brings it back up.
You see they either all knew when this was passed and did nothing because they didn’t know what to do or they let it go to the last minute in order to shut it down–either way they are aware of the death panels and the costs that we the people are strapped with.
I also said we need to close down the IRS permenately and bring in the fair tax and let the states handle all taxes and keep the federal govt out of it. She said, that is another big ticket item he is working on.
Now we all say that Cruz is not a NBC but someone needs to step up with the guts to stand against this criminal thuggery and do what needs to be done. After all he isn’t running for potus and to be a senator doesn’t require NBC. So let’s use them to our advantage and make them work for us because these new “kids on the block” have young families to raise and they don’t want them living in a communist country either.
Pick any senator or congressman and call them, they do not have to be yours—but make them aware that they are being watched by us and we expect them to do their jobs for us.

Here we are back at the red herring. The bigger lie is that native born equates to natural born. Proving the COLB is a forgery does not prove ineligibility, but It does prove a crime was committed. For Barry Barack Hussein Soetoro Obama to be a natural born citizen, BOTH of his parents had to be citizens of one of the several States at the time of his birth. By his own admission, his father of record was never a U. S. Citizen. Thus, regardless of where he was born, Barry could never be eligible to be POTUS.
What happens if the Alabama Supreme Court determines the COLB to be a forgery? Then what?
What we need is an acknowledgment that Obama is not eligible since BOTH of his parents were not citizens at the time of his birth. That would also stop all the nonsense about electing other non-natural born citizens as POTUS. We have that acknowledgment in the Law of Nations, Minor v. Happerset and in the writings of the founders. I’m Praying Judge Roy Moore and his panel of Justices slams this door shut and does not base their decision on the red herring alone. They need to state clearly that he is not a natural born citizen regardless of where he was born and regardless of whether the COLB is a forgery.
I certainly don’t think the election of an African American is all this great–big freakn whoop–just another face in the crowd of corrupt criminals sitting in the wh stealing as much as they can from us. Who cares what color he is–makes no difference and history will prove we the people were mre than abused by this black muslim usurper.

A couple years ago I attended a meeting in my area that my friends and I were pretty much spies. I can’t remember what the name of the organization was that conducted it but they were in partnership with HUD. There were HUD reps on the stage. The crux of the meeting was that they were “moving zip codes” in the greater Philadelphia area. They even stated it: “moving zip codes”. They had speeches and charts and maps of the areas. It was obvious they were commies. They had red, green, and tan areas, the redder ones closer to the city. My area in the outermost county was the tan one. They said they would move people from the real red areas out to the tan areas. MY zip code! We would have an influx of people with no jobs, on welfare, what they probably consider the scum. There would be no jobs for them here because there aren’t many jobs for the ones already here. The schools would be over crowded and they wouldn’t be contributing to our already much too high school taxes. One of the speakers was the mayor of one of the municipalities almost in the city. He was all proud of the fact that he was going to help his residents. Sure. He planned to send his “scum” out to me! At that time I hadn’t heard of or didn’t know much about Agenda 21 but that is what it is!
NNN-I remember a neighborhood that my mother bought a new townhouse in back in the mid 90s in an upscale town which later she found out that there was section 8 housing among them. At that time they were called section 8 housing, today its HUD housing.
She immediately put her home up for sale after only 6 months of living there and moved to the country in south Jersey. Unfortunately for her, her best offer was a lease purchase for 1 yr which she jumped at of course.
All they do is change the names of their agendas when people catch on to their lies and deceit – the neighborhoods become drug and crime infested, with graffiti, broken down cars, and gangs of drug lords.
So is this their plan as to where they will “plant” the illegal immigrants that they plan on bringing in?–I think so. I mean, after all it’s only “fair” as they call it. NJ, PA, Del, Md., massive storms for 4 straight weeks – over 14″ of rain during these storms….my family lives in those areas and have told me of these severe continuous storms that they have never had before.
I have warned them all about haarp and the chemtrails that enhance these storms just as they did hurricane sandy and the one the year before.
I live in the corner of all of these states and we had a fairly bad thunder storm Monday night but nothing since and the weather reports I have seen said nothing about harsh storms.
We had one last night totally unexpected and it came from the north east with 80 mph winds, hail, pounding rain with t&l lasting for hours–100k people w/o power even today. It was fierce and of course I was praying for it to go away quick!
I split my neighbors huge tree landing in his yard and some of my cherry tree branches ( front yard ) landed in my back and side yard along with debris everywhere. Trees down everywhere–and I guess I totally lucked out since I just lost a few branches from the cherry and a another tree.
More of the same expected for tomorrow night with high winds. We don’t often get rain in July.
Our weather team showed the “hooks” where the storms were coming in from and there was a couple of small tornadoes south of me. One of our schools were struck by lightening and caught fire between the roof and the attic but most damage was downed trees, roofs off of small buildings and power outages….I guess so with the 80 mph straight line winds.
Keep your eyes open NNN for bad storms that you normally do not get since they are playing with our weather.

Unfortunately anyone having any blood workup done will probably have an HIV test done with that draw–how are we to know? Here’s the thing about that. Tim Turner (sovereign citizen type) was arrested and got huge fines for filing liens against judges. The cops and Feds criminalize these types of people. BUT having said that, I think Turner was also charged with tax evasion. A bogus charge but that’s usually what happens to a person that does this type of thing.

Turner has been on FEMA payroll. I would not trust any information put out on him. Anytime you hear something about him, question it and verify with your own eyes or don’t believe it. After a provocateur scams a bunch of people, they need an exit strategy and cover. Being arrested is one way of accomplishing that and you make a good example for the rest of the goyim at the same time. Turner was way too smart to lien judges out of naivete’.

David contacted me and sent me his book, asking for my opinion. I may get around to reading the whole thing, but at first glance saw that it required constitutional amendment and radical unproven changes. I saw a lot of gaping wholes without getting too deep. He seemed to be sincere when I spoke to him, but he was not familiar with Dr. Vieira’s work. Anyone that is sincere about a constitutional Sound Money system has to study Vieira’s legislation and explanations. Just a few questions that I asked right out of the gate showed me that Redick needed to do some more homework before putting a book out their to take up people’s time with a system that, if achievable & its not, does not match or model any successful system in history. Just look at his first requirement and ask yourself: How would we ever get that done? The questions grow from there. I’ll let you know if I find anything useful in his proposals. I guess I need to look at it enough to respond to him and hopefully put him on a better track, if he will listen, that will perhaps make his efforts more productive.

Just spent the last couple of hours calling congressmen and senators in DC before they leave for their 5 wk vacation. I was only able to speak to 1 assistant for Trey Gowdy of SC who told me Congressmen Gowdy is working hard with other members to repeal and defund obamacare. I also included, the NSA, the IRS, Benghazi, the new HUD spread into our neighborhoods, just to mention a few. He assured me again, that Gowdy is working diligently on all of these scandals. I thanked him and left my name and # even though I am not in his district. I did the same for Boehner (do nothing) and Rubio, Cruz and will continue to call until Thursday, as they are all leaving Thursday night and Friday am.
