These pages have discussed the legal definition of ‘treason‘ as consisting of the waging of war against the states and the provision of aid and comfort to the enemy. It was clear in 2008 that Obama intended to ‘wage war on the states’; two years later, he is suing Arizona, tar balling gulf coast states, and dragging the National Guard of the states out of the country and into a kill zone with ineffective rules of engagement. The list is long.
In the context of having an undocumented foreigner occupying the White House, and taking a broader look at Obama’s international travels and the events that have followed, a higher level of betrayal is underway. In three excellent youtubes, Attorney Steven Pidgeon makes the case for probable High Treason against Barack Obama….defined as:
High treason is criminal disloyalty to one’s government. Participating in a war against one’s native country, attempting to overthrow its government, spying on its military, its diplomats, or its secret services for a hostile and foreign power, or attempting to kill its head of state are perhaps the best known examples of high treason.
Obama has effectively ‘killed the head of state’ of the United States by usurping the office; how is he now using those usurped powers to destabilize governments around the world?

All the facts are there, be it his constituional ineligibility or his acts of treason, but no one with the power to act utters a word or lifts a finger. The entire system is broken. All the laws don’t mean a thing when no one enforces them and we the people can’t or won’t hold them accountable.
The WILL of the people must be exerted to turn congress, law enforcement officials etc. back to be the means to enforce the laws.
Electiing good people/kicking out bad ones is one such WILL but it is not enough. We must stay on top of the new congress and hold them to the fire – first order of things – they must stand up for Ltc Lakin. If they find it ‘inconvenient’ to investigate the usurper’s illegitimacy, they should have no problem investigating his acts of treason and go from there. The means to enforce the laws. Currently We don’t have that ‘luxury’!
Stephen Pidgeon doesn’t really reveal anything new here, but he very clearly articulates his case with a rational, educated demeanor that would blow away the bogus bloviations of Obama’s psudeo-elitist defenders in the MSM. I would love to see him tear apart some smug, supercilious commentator on NPR, but I am sure they are far too cowardly to ever risk going toe-to-toe with the likes of attorney Pidgeon.
Stephen Pidgeon was unfairly trashed recently in some of the comments over at The Post & Email. Some people thought that he had abandoned Lt. Cmdr. Walter Fitzpatrick, who was his client at the time (the Lt. Cmdr. was and still is illegally imprisoned in Monroe county, Tennessee). Reading between the lines, I think that Stephen Pidgeon had given the Lt. Cmdr. legal advice based on best dealing with the realities of the horrendous corruption in Monroe county, but the Lt. Cmdr. didn’t feel that he should have to compromise his (righteous) position in any way and chose to proceed stubbornly forth as if he were dealing with fair players. My guess is that Stephen Pidgeon then advised the Lt. Cmdr. that that course of action would be a disaster that he couldn’t in good conscience support for a client, and then the Lt. Cmdr. disengaged his services (i.e., fired him).
Regardless of how accurate my speculation is, because of the confidentiality requirements of attorney-client privilege, Stephen Pidgeon would be strictly forbidden from commenting in any way on the situation, thus giving some people the false impression that he was acting somewhat cowardly by not responding to calls for an explanation of what was going on (which, due to protocol, could only come directly from the Lt. Cmdr. himself).
Don’t know with certainty if this all is a true assessment, but I am certain that things are not always what they seem on the surface, so I am not ready to condemn Stephen Pidgeon for a less than ideal outcome to a very difficult situation. Both he and the Lt. Cmdr. are honorable men and patriots in my opinion.

The double standard here is that it is the government who is the criminal making up laws as is convenient to justify the crimes they are committing against us.
Is this a temporary black period in American history that will pass when the current regime is removed–if they can be removed? Or–is America facing the beginning of a life style under dictatorship? The Progressive-socialist-one world government groups are rich, ruthless, cunning, and very willing to commit mass murder when it is time. America and many free countries are in grave peril now.
The best hope Americans have is to go under ground. Plan for the worst and hope for the best. Disregard the laws and risk growing home gardens. Close all bank accounts. I support this bill and can’t begin to expound on the long term ramifications of it. Ahhh a bit of sanity emerges. It’s been so long since we have seen it. It’s got the radical congress crapping all over themselves because there are no new taxes of which they can continue funding their spending spree on
bribes…That’s a first step.
Next step…. Bill said Bank to bank. That’s right. That’s it in a nutshell. It’s the # 1 issue now. Many have stopped all lending activity until they figure out the new regulations and it’s been a whole year! Now new regs for 2011 are coming out in Jan and they still haven’t figured out how this all applies to them. Rather than face criminal charges for doing something they shouldn’t and weren’t aware of they just close that dept until this all blows over hoping they can make some sense of it and how it applies to them. They now park those funds.
You have to understand banking and the current situation to know BILL IS RIGHT. All roads lead outward from that step.

Seeing the entire vid was revealing. Did I catch a glimpse of humility or grace from the ‘won’ towards the situation? If you don’t know what to do you get advice from those who do know. Get them to back you. Get support to do the right thing. What’s wrong with that?
I could say much more positive about this but won’t. He’s done 2 things right now. This and Elizabeth Warner on his team. Pelousie is about to be neutered. Soros-Shwartz can’t win when the economy bounces back.. the dollar gets saved…people get loans…the foreclosures stop…jobs are created as new businesses get their much needed loans and onward down the road…that’s the path of recovery or a tip of it…so much to say about this while people around me cry foul….I’m loving it..It’s not perfect but taxes will not be raised to the feared 50-60%. Unemployment extensions will maintain the situation so a further collapse is avoided. The old securitized sub-prime loans are gone and a new structure has long since been put into place. Now they need to forge ahead.

@ Debbie G We tried and tried to get the Tea Party groups to help Lakin, and also to address the danger of having an illegal communist muslim usurping fraud in the White House, however they continued to ignore the issues, and told me, and other patriots to tone down our rhetoric!!!!!!
Then they threatened to kick everyone out that brought it up.
Many of them are being led by lefty plants. They, the TP’s as a whole are not what they pretend.
Not trying to throw everyone under the bus because there are some good Americans that are trying to save America, but the heads are a complete disaster.
Getting in touch with them is a waste of time. They are already exposed for the frauds they are.
Nov 2 was because this entire country is fed up with the present regime of thugs. The TP’s did not have as much to do with the outcome, as the masses turning out to vote because they are fed up with Femi Nazi Pelosi and Dirty Harry.
They all need to be exposed. They are too busy worrying about doing what “Faux” news wants them to do.

Do not waste your time with any of the TP’s. They have been dangerously unwilling to address Obama being ineligible to serve, which is “the” issue before our nation.

While Congressional culpability in its January 2009 Cheney led approval of electoral votes can possibly be excused by reliance on Speaker Pelosi’s, now shown as fraudulent and/or deficient, certification of Obama eligibility, Speaker Boehner will have an obligation, not only to Lt. Col. Lakin, but to the American people, to lead review of Speaker Pelosi’s ‘Obama certification’, or Congressional culpability remains on the new Congress.
Question is–will Boehner do it?

That is a great idea because within the TP’s are some great Conservatives trying to help America. they have not yet realized they are being mislead, and misrepresented.
If they were really effective, and I mean really effective, Angle would have won Nevada, O’Donnell
would have won Delaware, Fiorona would have won Sen. Race
in Calif, and Meg Whitman would have won Gov. of Calif.
They were not in any way effective in those states, and they did not help Joe Miller in Alaska. He got beat out by a nightmare write in vote campaign by Lisa Murkowski the Rino Communist.
There were other conservatives who also lost who were endorsed by the TP’s. People are not connecting the dots, and this is what the TP’s are hoping. There may be one or two good groups, I simply have not found them.
Dee with Tea Party Express is a complete lefty fraud. She was a radical lefty hanging out on a lefty radio station out in the Dakotas. Resist.net is also tied back to her, and Grassfire.net. I have gotten rid of all of them as I have work to do to really try and save America.
But I like the idea of going to their rallys and gathering up great Americans who want to save this country. They do not know where else to go.

I am sick over this and what they have done to him-it almost seems that someone GOT to him prior to todays trial.
